Best place for breakfast. Laundry facilities and the staff is so wonderful! Totally recommend for an economical and convenient stay.

Run down and the desk lady was more interested in sitting in her chair looking at her phone than acknowledging the people at the desk. Stunk like fabulousa all through the halls more like the way a jail or prison may smell✌️😎

Front desk staffing during the day was limited and it took about 10 minutes to find the person working the desk (for check in on day 1 and for dealing with a room key issue on day 2). The staff was friendly and professional, once they got to the desk. My suggestion is that management staff the desk at all hours and not have them also do other non-desk duties.

The food was fine for the price - similar to competition. The price was good. The location is dodgy and seems unsafe. It was ok - but similar priced hotels can be much, much nicer.

Two complaints. 1) They should mop the floors between guests. The floors in the room were dirty. 2) The room pass can take many attempts in order to open the door. It was frustrating. But the staff alone would bring me back to this location.

I didn't get the suit I pay for. Disappointed with the room.

The hotel was OLD. I’m really Not sure how this hotel was 8+ in reviews. There was rust in my bathroom. Things falling off the walls. It was clean but it was definitely dated.

The side door was not secure. Closet door was crooked. Rooms need to be update. Price was high for an older hotel

I stayed at Comfort Suites for 6 night. I am happy with everything. The bedroom was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was great with lots of healthy option to have to start a good day. I will definitely coming back.

On the downside - there was road work going on right at one entrance of the hotel and I had to go down and turn around and get in a single lane to get back up to the hotel's other entrance, which took a half hour to get to. The other issue was a group of people came to their rooms about midnight and made all kinds of noise - talking loudly, laughing and slamming doors. I can't understand why people staying in hotels think it's party time and have the whole place to themselves. Both of these issues are not the hotel's fault, I realize that. I would probably stay there again.

The bathrooms were very run down , grout peeling etc . Staff was very friendly but in general the common areas were a bit run down as well .

Convenient to the location we were going to Apparently there were dogs or cats that had been in the room because we had a lot of problems with flea bites It could also use a good cleaning and sweeping and mopping. It was rather old and maybe had been used as a handicap room at one time as there was no carpet in the room.

I'm glad we only needed a one night stay. Upon arrival, we were not greeted. Even on our level of "no-smoking" rooms, it was awful. When we entered into our room, it was almost like wet? It was so humid and everything almost felt moist to the touch. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was an old soap bar left in the shower, white stains on the bathroom door, rusted bathroom areas, the closet door was hanging off the railing. I called the hotel for resolve because I was in wedding festivities the entire time, but I was met with "well you should have told someone". While I understand that, we checked in a night past my baby's bedtime and I was already late for bridal party responsibilities and would be leaving very early in the morning for wedding things. These things weren't noticed until I was officially back in the room for the night and my husband and baby were already asleep, so no I was not going to change rooms at that point. Anyway, I tried to resolve things by calling the hotel now that I'm settled in at home, but was met with more blame than resolve.

The Food was Good! The area appeared clean but I saw Roaches in the Brochure rack! ROOM 314 .... My bed was on the same wall as the 1950s Clankety Clank Elevator so Rest & Peaceful Sleep was non existent. It was a constant LOUD distraction. Block it out & nod off only to be awakened repeatedly‼️? The Shower sounded like the Fire Alarm EVERY time I turned it on‼️? I LITERALLY jumped out of the shower thinking it was a Fire the First time. Thats when I realized once the shwr is off the noise ended. So EVERY shower, SIX total. I had to endure the sound of faulty plumbing that sounded like a LOUD fire alarm! SO much for Relaxing showers‼️? I was riding with Family that decided to stay until Monday so I was FORCED to endure another day of the MOST Uncomfortable Hotel stay EVER! I'm talkin MISERABLE EVERY NIGHT & EVERY Shower!!? ?? REFUND PLEASE Roaches in the Food/Dining Area‼️ ? A LOUD (from inside my room) Elevator interrupting my Sleep‼️‼️? Shower making a Fire Alarm sound the Entire shower‼️?

Our rooms were clean and ready for us when we arrived. The only 'issue' we encountered was the lobby and eating area were warm. From where I sat I could see the thermostat and it was set to 76. That is a bit warm while it is in the 90s outside and trying to eat breakfast was uncomfortable. Other than this; we enjoyed our stay.

I think this will be me to go to hotel when I am in the cummings area. everyone was lovely especially the lady who serves breakfast. This is my second time staying here and she has always been super friendly and helpful to me.

Everyone was wonderful. the hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also good. Only downside was they were doing renovations which no one told me, and the noise work me up. I was literally at the bottom of the room they were doing renovations. I was so annoyed. I did call the front desk, and she apologized however this happened the two days I was here. No other accommodations were. However, I was comfortable and felt safe at this location.

I was given rates through Expedia and they should have honored it. This is the first hotel that has ever done this to me and we travel a lot and have always used Expedia. I was talking with the clerk regarding an extra "$35.00 pet fee and the manager on duty came and confront me with a very bad attitude because she said it was posted on her website, with out knowing I reserved through a 3rd party website. Will never stay in this place... She was very aggressive and challenging with her tone.

The hotel and room were clean, but there was an overpowering smell when we walked into the lobby, which permeated throughout the property. It smelled like really strong chemicals. With the exception of the room at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, this was the smallest room we've ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable, but small. I was afraid to sit on the couch, as there were 2 big stains on the cushions. The towel rack behind the toilet was loose and about to fall off the wall. The staff were all very friendly. and the breakfast was good.

There was some type of water leak in the room. The entire carpet was damp. I asked for my billing receipt on checking out and told by staff they couldn’t access it. Told it was sent by email but as of this date haven’t received anything.

The staff at Comfort Suites was super helpful and friendly. Parking was a little messy because of some Uhauls/work trucks that were parked in the back lot, but I was able to find a spot every night. Housekeeping services set up my room thoroughly, except for a tshirt that a previous visitor left in the dresser.

It was a great stay, clean room & comfortable bed BUT we could constantly smell cigarette smoke. It was worse in the bathroom but it still was present as soon as you entered the room. Had that not been the case it would have been a 5 star rating

The “gym” was smaller than my hotel room. The pool was tiny. My room was old and had dirt and rust. The shower took a long time to get warm and it never got hotter than luke warm. The side door to the hotel didn’t lock and stayed open which doesn’t ensure for guest safety or cleanliness.

Upon arriving, we were informed that the water would be turned off at 6:00 PM due to a water leak. It should be turned back on no later than 9 o’clock. It got turned back on after 11 o’clock. The room smelled bad so I was told I could go to the front desk and they would give me some air freshener that I could spray in there. They said a Rigby team has stayed there this past weekend and it had rained so that was probably what the smell was. The staff was very nice and apologetic.

They kept on having me to wait and told me my room would be ready 🙄, I did not check until it was 45min to an our and our room did not have no soap, we had to go look for some.They should do better with their check in times

Been staying here whenever i visit Cummings. Great staff, helpful and friendly

Reserved a handicapped accessible room, but wasn't able to get one since I had 2 smallish dogs with me. Expedia listed this hotel as pet friendly, but did not indicate anywhere I could noticeably see any restrictions or additional charges for pets. I was forced to stay in a "pet" room. Also, I was charged $35 per dog, per night ($140 over the Expedia quoted charge)

Please make sure the alarm clock isn’t set before you give a room to a customer. I did not enjoy being woken up at 7am to screams in my room from the alarm clock.

Didnt like anything about this place. It just a rat trap. Dont stay here. Nasty, Noisy, crime ridden, Needs tearing down. It was so freakin bad we left and had to sleep in the car somewhere safer because they have a no refund policy. Thats their whole game. Only time they cleaned it up was when they took those pics for the advertisement.Looked decent on the outside but when you got to your room well just stay here and find out for yourself

Fairly nice & decently priced hotel in Cumming.

Property has many items in disrepair. When we arrived my husband nearly had an asthma attack due to the strength of the cleaning products. The couch had stains, the floor had numerous stains, bug on wall, furniture with large wood area missing. Property and room not acceptable. If that is acceptable for a room that had just been cleaned and the general property rundown none of the rooms would have worked. I ask for a refund, they refused for the first night. This after they said policy, then I was told they had no manager until a later time, many excuses that were inconsistent.

My husband had neck surgery at the hospital in Cummings. This location was very convenient for us. The staff was very friendly even after we returned from the hospital for a few days before traveling 6 hours home. The room was always clean and stocked with towels and etc.

Needs new matress and box spring. Still has plastic on smoke detector which makes it ineffective. No milk. No cream cheese.

The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was clean. The room was not stocked like I would expect. We had to ask for toilet paper(there was less than half a roll at the start of our stay), there were no blankets for the pull out bed. Either the rooms are showing their age or lack of upkeep. The TV was not functional, the closet doors were barely holding on and the key card would take numerous swipes to work each time. It is pet friendly so you also get all of the carpet stains that come with that.

Very close to where I needed to be for work. Very nice clean room and great breakfast! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I loved our room. I could look out the window and see woods with a small stream. I was in hopes of seeing a deer.

Stay was a family visit, the hotel was nice except the kids in the halls making lots of noise, late and the shower didn’t have hot water

Horrible experience. Will never stay at a choice hotel again.
