Lots of room for the Money. The Room smelled like Cigarette smoke, as well as the bedding. I never even got into the bed. There was loud stomping from above the ENTIRE NIGHT! DID NOT SLEEP ONE BIT! When I tried to tell the Front Desk at Checkout, the lady was on her personal Cell

If you're looking for a bed, bathroom and TV for a day or two and you plan on being away from the room for most of the day this motel will work out just fine. This is my option. My wife feels that this motel is an embarrassment to Culver City.

The bed in the room I was in was horrible. It was lopsided and when I just sat on it, it made a loud noise. Also while laying in it, I felt like I was inclined backwards. Will not stay there again.

Great location it’s clean. It’s huge but amenity is lacking like allbudget motel. Theres a coffee shop next-door. I’m sure it’s expensive. I didn’t eat there. Good for families because of the size of the room. Hiring.

Bad experience, bugs in room and night front desk person quite unhelpful just blasted his radio while we were expressing our concerns. I was happy I had booked through expedia cause they helped me relocate to another property at 3 am. This is an added value of booking through Expedia I had never had to use before but I am very thankful.

Floor was waxed with product that turned our feet black, wi-fi and server could not be identified for phone use, tv had to be disconnected and reconnected several times throughout the night, shower pan was heels together with duct tape, couch material was so frayed that it looked second hand and the box spring on both sides of the bed collapsed on us. The room was nice and roomy close to everything the only thing I didn’t like was that there was only one big towel in the restroom and we were two people, I didn’t ask for more because I had my own towels, I like how they have a lot of parking spaces tho.

Event though its an older hotel, everything was clean in good conditions. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

The bed was sunken in the bathroom was VERY filthy had blood on the wall, mold above the shower as you could tell there was water damage it looked like the ceiling was going to cave in dirty handprints all over the door and wall as if somebody was living in this room for over a month! I called the front desk and asked if someone could come and clean the bathroom and all she did was take pictures. Of course I didn't get no money back or offer to stay in a cleaner room so we left a day early! I do not recommend staying in this hotel they stated they are updating everything but it is not worth your money

The room was absolutely disgusting. The wallpaper was halfway peeled off the walls underneath it. The walls had mold on them. The bathtub had what looked to be at one point a shower mat, but it was still black around the whole edges. We had no hot water. I wish there was a place to post pictures. I can’t believe the amount of money that I paid., you had to flush the toilet twice to get it to go down the safe did not work in the room at one point we were completely locked out of the stairwell and all the doors because our key card stopped working and we went to the office, which nobody was there with a note on the door saying be back in a little while we had to sit outside with our dinner

Pros: Room 209 was HUGE. The furniture, bathroom, curtains were modern. It's safe! Parking garage downstairs, card entry stairwells, cameras everywhere. Great Location! There is a bistro downstairs and restaurants, lounges, and convenience stores across the street. CONS: The door was covered in old dirty hand prints.Although the room was very clean, it smelled like a bathroom. The toilet took 1 hr to fill so it could flush. I filled the tank with water from the sink to make it work faster. Overall, the cost was low and I will probably stay here again. Just not in room 209.

I liked nothing about the property This property has bugs, roaches everywhere. When brought to the front office, only asked did I take a picture to show proof. The roaches were alive, running around the tv and dresser and fridge, and in the bathroom over toilet and bathroom tub. Checked out after 4 hours, coildnt take it any longer.

The room was comfortable and well put together. Everything was on point. The location was great and there was ample parking. Very quiet and easy for me to get to work and other parts of the city. The only thing was the safe was broken and I could not use it.

Location near my family and the great cafe below us. Big room. Quiet. Didn’t hear anyone else. Don’t know if the rooms were vacant or the walls are thick? There was a broken suitcase rack , a worn out chair and couch. See photo of chair. Most important was that the bed was damaged and sloped down in the middle. My husband slept on that side and didn’t seem to mind which is why we didn’t ask to move. The guy behind desk was very neutral, not unfriendly, not friendly.

For a slightly older hotel and the location being near the highway, this felt like a hidden gem!! My room was very spacious but more importantly incredibly clean and quiet. The staff was great and attentive too - I had an issue with the TV and the front desk staff helped me immediately to resolve the problem. I will be returning!

For an older hotel the cleanliness was good, the room climate was great and the one person staff we met was awesome. We arrived late and left early so had little time to review much but we were pleased with our stay.

Been staying here for years never had a bad experience. Very accessible, the 405 is nearby. Lots of good food around the area. It's about a 10 min drive from downtown, which has even more good food. My most recent stay, there was an issue with my room and the staff took care of it within 15 minutes. I will definitely be back.

This was our second stay at this property. It may not be one of the best but good enough for our purpose. Proximity to 405 highway, beach, restaurants, starbucks, ucla is great and free parking is a huge perk.

The accommodations were 5 star and it’s everything they advertised on line . I had the Deluxe Studio . Outstanding !! I got a rate of $135.00 a night . Only a few available. Very pleased .

The room was clean and spacious. Guest on the floor above us were very noisy until late. When I arrived to check in there was no one at the registration desk. I knocked and called but no response. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to come. Should be a bell or some way to summon help!

I did not like the beds they were extremely hard, the room was kinda big which I liked. The workers were extremely nice and friendly. They made checking in very easy. but man the beds were so uncomfortable my kids were up at 2 am my wife and I were up at 2 so we just checked out and drove back home.

This place is disgusting, there’s stains on EVERYTHING. INCLUDING THE LAP SHADES. Floor boards are coming the doors are covered in dirt and finger prints. Bathroom is gross and shower is yellow. Not worth it.

The hotel was adequate. Bed was comfortable, room spacious, parking free. It was rather dated. The TV box was hanging from the wall and the remote could not point toward it unless it was propped up. The sink had the hot/cold in reverse. It was decent but could use some updating.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds need some renewal. Hotel is very accessible by the street and freeway and there is a convenience store just across the street. Also there is a Cafe just downstairs on first floor (separate from hotel) and many restaurant options nearby. It is a convenient stop if one needs to recharge. It won't work for a vacation spot.

We were evacuated because of the fire. The property is clean, efficient and friendly.

Very appreciative of how helpful and welcoming staff was. A late check-in time due to fire evacuation, and it meant a lot to have a safe, welcoming place to rest. Thank you.

Place was in a good location. Property was fine. Unfortunately internet was down. Also, disappointed to find the suitcase stand was completely broken with all the straps hanging off. I told the front desk the next day and they offered to bring a replacement but I declined as I was already using a chair to put my bag. Also the cleaning staff fed not replenished the coffee tray with a new coffee packet for the next day, I had to ask the from desk for one. It shows a lack of attention to detail and care for the guests.

It is affordable, free parking and a safe area. However, when i flushed toilet leaked, cigarette holes in blankets, and the AC did not work. Other than that, a great stay. Lol

good location for exploring LA. plenty of restaurants nearby and close by to Culver city. NO WIFI or internet during our 1 week stay.

Although the hotel facilities state that Wi-Fi is available, I was told that Wi-Fi was not available when I checked in.

The wi-fi has not worked the last two visits. They claim its getting fixed. My visit was a week apart.

Reservations made through Expedia gets you one of the worst rooms at this site. The curtains were old, torn, and dirty. The mattress was old and saggy. The bedsheets were not fresh linen, looks like the room hadn’t been occupied for days to weeks. The room had a moldy smell. I didn’t sleep well as I was worried about possible bed bugs. The property also charged me a $100 deposit that was not mentioned at the time I reserved through Expedia. I will never go back there!

The room smelled like cigarrete smoke, we smelled like smoke after we left. The bed is in very bad condition, could not sleep well because the mattress was very bad. Flooring dirty. Bad experience overall.

There was no wi-fi the whole time (I was repeatedly told they had someone coming to fix it, but each time that turned out to be a lie). The refrigerator didn't work either! C'mon guys.

An older property that could use a refresh but the price and location was great.

Stay was fine overall, didn't pay 5 star price so didn't expect a 5 star room but a lot was in bad shape in my room, the door guard lock was broken, the usb ports on the bed tables didnt work, the bathroom door didnt close, the shower head had a single angle that wasnt shooting all over the place, ...

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the main issues was the lack of drinking water; the dispensers were out of order throughout my stay. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not functional, which made it difficult to stay connected. When it was time to check out, there was no staff available to assist, and I was promised a $10 breakfast voucher that I never received. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and poor service made my stay far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience

This was the perfect location for my trip to LA. There is a convenience store across the street, a cafe under the hotel, and multiple bus stops for multiple lines within 5 minutes of walking. There were also some good food trucks within 10 mins walking. This is the perfect hotel if youre using the metro to get around LA ( Using the metro is cheap and easy, but just like NY there are some 'unfriendly' people on the metro. )

Service was really nice, the place was old, dirty, noisy, bad interior lighting. Old furniture. Pretty bad overall if it wasnt for the service.

Pay ahead of time before your nights stay, spring loaded most uncomfortable bed! At the price point you’d think they would have been better!

It's a standard place given the price. It's close to the freeway so very easy to get around LA - if you have a car, they offer free onsite parking. It has a coffee machine, mini fridge and a microwave, so if you don't want to save a few dollars, it's fairly easy to have breakfast or late-night snacks on site. The few beef I have with the place are the poor internet connection, the old bed with a bad bend in the middle, it makes crackling sound when you move and one of the days we did not get room service. Overall, it's an okay place to say if you're on a budget, but don't expect anything more than "standard".

Property was convenient for our visit. Could have been a little better maintained. Bottle caps and straw under the TV. Shower head was very plugged and needed to be replaced or at least sprayed with CLR. TV did not work, could not get any morning news to check weather and traffic. The place was ok in a last minute pinch like we were in.

The man checking me in was a little rude initially, I asked him not to speak to me like that and he stopped immediately so I appreciated that. The cleaning crew was awesome. They mop the floors/balconies/mezzanines daily!!!! There’s always parking. They also do your laundry for you, which is super convenient and supportive. The rooms were slightly ran down with only minor cracks in doors, rust etc. Yet the rooms were VERY spacious. I would stay here again, and long term. A downside is the walls are thin and the person that state above me was a very heavy walker and it pissed me off, Because they would choose to stomp walk around in the middle of the night. other than the above mentioned, hiccups, overall, I had a Pleasant stay.

This might be one of the worst hotels I have ever paid this much money for. It was nasty, bug infested, with crazy people staying in it. The management were unresponsive to ANY complaints. This place is unsafe, and not restful in ANY way.

I normally stay here when I'm in town. It has been several years since the last time. The bed was lopsided and made noise when you moved. The walls were dirty. The chair was peeling, I ended up recleaning the room myself and the rags were dirty. I didnt even sit on the sofa. You could everthing next to you and above you. Not sure I'll stay here again. Most of the staff was good. It is convienient with the location, parking, a cafe next door and close to the 405 fwy. Only reason I didnt complain and cancel the rest of my stay was because I was so exhausted when I checked in and it was a holiday with limited rooms available in the area. Disappointed as this was my to go to spot when traveling there.
