    We were not able to check in early so ended up waiting in the lobby from 3-4 waiting to be called. A little after 4 we went to the desk and they said they had a room. Bed was a single mattress on the floor/ very low and not very comfortable. The TV did not work when we woke up the next morning and they said they would send someone up but never did. Maybe a problem with internet but didn’t tell us. They we nice and took care of our $30. parking overnight.

    The staff is always super helpful and understanding. They are also just very kind in general. The rooms are always clean and service does a top-notch job of daily cleaning. The Starbucks in the lobby is super clutch for every day coffee drinkers like myself! Spacious parking in the lot as well (fingers crossed for EV chargers soon though!) Super solid spot when staying in LA.

    Be aware to book this Marriott property if you didn't book from Marriott direct website. They treated you like less important as they mentioned the room priority is to give Marriott member. I booked a suite but end up getting a ADA type and even we arrive at property early like 3PM, they won't let us check in till 4P. Despite, they know we booked for 'standard' suite and I did inform them upon 3PM, they gave us ADA room with no apology Mindset and even the general manager told me 'nothing can be done' and unfortunately I booked from a 3rd party website. Oh Boy! Never feel '2nd class' before even from other Marriott.

    Everything was great except the Bistro, had a made to order breakfast it cost $35 and I did not get what I ordered...it us better to get the breakfast buffet...and i hate that your receipt is not itemized other than that the staff really go above and beyond! I will be returning for the Summer Games and will definitely stay at the same location. Hope I will see some familiar faces☺️

There could be some training in the area of customer line management. At check-in there were 2 sometime 3 agents at front desk, but for 3 guest checking in it took quite a long time without managing waiting guests or setting some guests with issues to the side to keep line moving. My daughter went to buy Ibuprofen and waited in line for one guest and agent for 30 minutes, to buy medicine. The agent could have asked for help once they are waiting fo 20 minutes even though there is just one customer. The agent had a challenging situationj probably, but when you have someone waitinging in line for 30 minutes there needs to be a plan. The positive is the agent acknowledged when my daughter went to pay, and actually gave her the ibuprofen for waiting so long. The point is that there should be a contigency plan when this happens. Can't imagine this was the only front agent on premisise at 8pm on a Saturday night. Otherwise the staff was friendly, but needs to be able to control situations.

    First of all the hotel's location is excellent. It is in a safe neighborhood and only 15-20 mins drive to Santa Monica, Playa Vista, Beverly Hills and the airport. The whole hotel was clearly well maintained. Every single staff member we met was so nice and friendly. Our room was really nice and spacious, and everything was super clean. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job, every time they cleaned, the room looked incredibly tidy, and they really went above and beyond with every little detail. We stayed as a family and there was a crib available which our baby liked sleeping in. It was a very comfortable stay overall. Parking at $30 per day adds up quickly and would be nice if it were included in the room rate. Check-in was also a bit stressful, as the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation under my last name. It turned out the system had merged my middle and last names from Booking.com. It would be great if this could be looked into so that other guests don't experience the same issue we did.

    The room was clean and it was perfect for the 2 night stay. Parking was easy. We were gone most of Friday and when we returned, I found a parking spot quick. We didn't eat at the restaurant but from what I saw, the food looked good. The little quick service/convenience area came in handy when we want a late night snack and drink.

    Its all about the staff for me. They are kind, friendly, accommodating. Truly a delight. The rooms are clean. Love the filtered water coolers next to the ice machines on almost every floor. I hate to talk it up because its already a bit of struggle to get a room. :) So book early.

    The room was clean but small. The three elevators they had only one worked which made getting up to my room or down to the lobby, a tedious process. I love the location, away from the congested traffic but close to the freeway. Overall I give this stay 8 out of 10.

    The hotel outside and inside was absolutely clean. Room 407 overlooks the freeway but pulling the curtains and no sound could be heard. The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful. This property has more than enough parking and is quite close to the main road shopping areas.

    The fact I stay there another pet friendly hotel. There were two incidents where someone let there dog go to bathroom right in fro t of the hotel. And I tell the hotel staff about it and they act it was nothing they could do about it because the mess sat there for 3 days while I was there. Then in the elevator a dog might have went in the elevator and the person tried cleaning it up but the smell was very bad for a day or too. Pet Friendly hotel should not have rugs in their hotel because the smell of dogs.....the rugs don't air out fast enough and in the room the rugs felt like it was dog hair around I didn't like that. Or hotel should have certain rooms for pets.

    Hot water was intermittent, no hot water at all in sink, 2 of 3 elevators out of service for entire stay. One stairwell had floor 1 and 2 doors locked so we had to go back up to 3rd, and cross to opposite stairwell to avoid wait at backed elevator.

It’s an older hotel but at this point either renovations need to go on in the rooms or tear it down and rebuild.     I understand that check in is usually 4:00 but when people come from out of state sometimes they may arrive earlier. We had to wait about 2 hrs for our room. What I would have done is call housekeeping to let them know they have an elderly couple waiting to check in can you please get a room ready for them. That’s just good customer service.

    I love that this hotel is so conveniently located next to a mall with great shops available like Popmart, Trader Joe’s and Target nearby, but is also not that far away from the airport. The parking lot is a little bit of a hassle with having to constantly use the pass to get in and out, but it’s also great as a safety and security feature so in that aspect, I love it.     We didn’t know we could ask for a microwave until the second week we stayed. We got rid of a lot of food because we didn’t think we could heat it up! Otherwise everything was clean and quiet and very nicely maintained. The restaurant is very comfortable and the food is great. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The parking, however, is too expensive for a two week vacation.

    Chose hotel for location / convenience and cost. Easy access to get towards South Bay, West LA and the Valley. Service was meh. We weren’t told about any amenities when we checked in. It was just here are your keys. I asked if there was bedding for pull out couch in the room and was told some would be sent. Had to call 3 more times before finally getting some. Walls are paper thin and we happened to be near folks who were constantly opening and slamming doors. Pull out couch is a rock - regular king bed was relatively comfortable but there is no actual closet, no extra pillows or bedding. Also had to call to for a clothing iron.

    We stayed at the Courtyard for five nights. There is a Westfield Shopping Centre, Sprouts, Trader Joes', CVS, Target and TJ Maxx close by. It is a 15 minute drive from the airport. They used to provide water infused with fruit in the lobby, but they don't anymore. At night, there is apple cider. Rooms are in good condition and there is small fridge and coffee maker inside. There is a reasonable selection of channels on TV. Overall, no issues during our stay. This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel while in Los Angeles.

    We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. Starting from charing guests to check in early--the room is ready where does the cost come from? Then when we went down to the pool, we found the hot tub drained and out of service with unattractive caution tape and cones around it. No where on the site does it say the hot tub was temporarily closed and we wouldn't have stayed there had we known. Also no where was it stated that you have to call if you want your room cleaned and even after I did call we did not get our room cleaned for two days. There was a sign in the bathroom that I'm used to about reusing towels which is fine but that sort of suggests room cleaning doesn't it? Our room had a view of the ugly roof of a meeting room. There was no way to get from the pool back to the hotel without going through the parking lot and then the main doors and then lobby. When I asked about a locked door that would have been more convenient for guests I was told it was "usually unlocked" but it was never unlocked during our stay and there was no guest card key option to unlock it. The lobby staff seemed really uninterested in helping guests. The one bright spot was the staff working the breakfast. They were very attentive and kind. But $25 each for a breakfast buffet that was no better than what most hotels have for free is pretty ridiculous. And the hotel offers no free coffee for guests who don't buy breakfast. I will not be staying here again.

    Everyone was friendly when I arrived for check in. Check in was quick and efficient. I arrived into a beautiful room. I turned on the AC to find it was not working. A quick look discovered that the AC was not plugged into the outlet. Once I plugged the AC into the outlet, everything worked fine. Also, the hot tub was out of order, which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel.

    Our stay was nice and peaceful. Rooms were clean, staff could have been more friendly and professional but I would definitely come back. The gate isn’t working and you have to call in to have the gate opened and closed every time so that was inconvenient. Other than that a great stay

    This is, of course, California, and the bathroom sink faucet is required by state law to have a water restricting orifice which really should be 1.414 times its current diameter. Quite frustrating. But the shower was great and had plenty of flow and pressure.

    I arrived late from a long day of travel and was informed there would be no water until 7:00 AM the next morning. I was looking forward to a nice shower and even the basics of brushing teeth and using the toilet. All she would do is comp my parking and told me check with the manager if I wanted any more deductions.

    We arrived to the hotel and checked in for three adults. We entered the room and there was no extra cover for the third person (for the sleep in sofa) . I called the front desk two times and no one answered, after, I called the house keeper, line was always busy. My husband went down to the front desk and they told him that we will get the stuff in 5 mins. It took about another hour before we got them, we were very tired and falling asleep before we received the extra blanket.

    Solid corporate hotel, very clean. Great size TV. Bed is great! Staff was attentive to my needs. Nice little park close by for short walk and a ginormous mall for shopping and dining plus a close by Trader Joe’s.
