The room was fine but the breakfast could have been better, not alot of choice.

Would not recommend this property. The room was not clean, the frig was leaking (making the carpet wet), hair in the bathtub, smell (probably from lack of air conditioning in room and warm outside temps), curtains didn’t close all the way, tv remote didn’t work and room as a whole was very dated and in bad shape. The mattress was also very sunken in, very uncomfortable.

Facing the hotel, the front and left sides are clean but the right side (where our rooms were located) is terrible/dirty. The walk path around the hotel is full of cracks and chipped paint. The lower part of the bathroom door needs repair or change the door. The iron stairs to the second floor needs painting. Green banana instead of apple for fruit, no protein at all in terms of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, not even boiled eggs in dining room. Guests are not allowed to take the minimum breakfast items provided out of the dining area. Guest must sit to eat one green banana, or drink a cup of coffee or an apple juice. In my case, I was traveling with two ladies on Mother's Day weekend and could not take something to them to eat or drink while they were getting ready for the purpose we went to the area for. Why should elderly or handicapped guests be forced to come to the dining area instead of their caretakers taking them breakfast to the room? It is not necessary especially with what amounts to continental breakfast. This was my first time going to a choice hotel facility that looks like a motel. Next time I will inquire before booking to get a better facility.

the hotel was super durty, its super old

The website is more appealing than the actual rooms/location. Entrance into hotel smell sour. Living room air circulation was hot due to location of air conditioner. Hot water works on cold and Cold water works on hot indicator. Breakfast items were terrible. Thank goodness this was just a place to lay our heads for the night. Staff very friendly.

This hotel looks nothing like advertised it was a very scary experience my opinion would not advise single women to stay here

Perfectly fine for a stop during a long driving trip. Area felt safe, rooms were adequately maintained, breakfast room was clean and comfortable. There is still significant wear and tear, eg doors were significantly faded, curtains had tears, and overall had a tired feel. But you can tell they’ve updated significant amount of the finishes in the rooms, lobby, and breakfast room.

Big stains on the bed skirts, dog hair on the counter and night stand, and large dog paw prints on the mirror. I did not have a dog. Dried feces on the front of the toilet. I would not recommend.

Front desk staff is always nice. Room is always clean when I stay here. Housekeeping is super polite and I enjoy that on my longer stays that they do not come knocking on the door everyday to clean the room it’s more like every other day that they come by.

Location. The bed. The place was a construction zone! No ice at all for use in the hotel! No help internally in the hotel!

I was told that I would be sleeping in a queen size bed. It was a double. The room smelled of either cleaning chemicals or bug spray. Breakfast was minimal with. The only "hot" part were the waffles. No eggs of any kind.

The parking lot in front of the inn was a mess of cracks and potholes. The amenities were few to none. "We don't distribute soap," for example. The place is falling apart on the exterior. Last time I'll ever stay at a Quality Inn. But the poor woman behind the desk was lovely and tried very hard. Oh and you call that breakfast? Ugh.

Breakfast was ok. I did have to ask for coffee to be made two days as it was empty. Staff was pleasant. Location to where i was goi g was great. Cable, phone, internet where all out during stay. Not the staffs fault as road construction outside was the cause. However I feel we should have been offered a discount or some type of comp. Trash and a laundry cart sat outside on the sidewalk the entire stay. I asked the night staff if i could have a coffee packet for my room but he had no idea what I meant. He was a pleasant man but his English wasn't the best.

Do not stay here, I paid for 3 nights Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, I called Friday to let them know I’m paying for Friday but I will not be checking in til Saturday morning, the girl on the phone said that was fine and she would make a note, I drove 11 hours from Michigan got to the hotel at 8am the lady at the front gave me my room key and people stuff was all in there, so they gave away my room mind you check in is at 3pm so they gave away my room Friday even after I called to tell them I am still coming, then we had to wait til she found a new room and have it cleaned! The manager was very rude blaming me because I wasn’t there at 7am, I said when I spoke to the lady she never told me I had to be there at a certain time or I would of been there, regardless if I was there at 7am yall gave away my room on Friday, she told us to get out she was very rude unprofessional I would not recommend staying here at all!

We booked a nonsmoking room through booking.com and when we arrived the front desk told us it was reserved as smoking room and they were fully booked. I walked around the motel and it did not look fully booked because maybe like 10-11 cars parked around it. Another customer who checked in after me was told the same thing so something does add up. Very disappointing stay and now all of stuff smells like smoke. The room door was not safe and there was no secondary lock so we felt unsafe the whole night.

N/A Be Warned. Don't waste your money here. Did not honor original booking.com rate and booking, upcharged for the size bed I originally selected. Rooms smelled like pot. Broken inoperable gym equipment, gym room also smelled intensely of marijuana, "breakfast" was not hot, consisted of cold prepackaged food products, a broken juice machine, coffee they did not bother to refill, no water. Asked staff at front desk for towels and toilet paper and they asked me to bring them my used towels and would only give me a single TP role, apparently their service is do it yourself. They did not disclose there was recent neighboring construction and that their water could be contaminated. When I asked about the water they attempted to hide the notice and claimed "it's fine now". Since every other interaction I had with them was dishonest I had to purchase drinking water for the duration of my stay.

Hotels.com payment did not properly transfer the payment I made to the hotel so things were a bit sticky when checking in but the overall stay was ok. I am stil waiting for my cash deposit for incidentals that I accidently left at the front desk due to needing to catch a plan in RDU. Hopefully they are accountable as well.

I had asked for a 1st floor room and that was not accommodated

I didn’t like the doors being open to the outside. There was a lot of people walking by my room and talking loudly. The power went out and there was no backup generator. Front desk staff were friendly and professional.

It work, again went to the lobby second time it worked for one room and the other did not work, so now he gave us adjacent room, wondering why he refused to give the first time. Rooms have a stale smell. Breakfast was a joke, no jelly, pub or any spread for the bread, no fruits, juice- apple not available, no eggs or muffins. Coffee only 2 cups. Avoid this place.

The door to the room we were originally supposed to have wouldn’t unlock. Neither key card nor manual key worked. We were moved to a room with two double beds instead of the king. There were mold spots on the bathroom wall and you could tell someone had put out a cigarette on the wall next to the door in the bathroom.

The room was not as clean as I would have expected. The outside of the microwave was smuggy and covered with finger prints. The bathroom door was splattered with something I don't even want to think about what it was. The room served its purpose, but I would not go back there.

First let me say the staff was very nice very helpful. Lobby was clean and my room was clean. Unfortunately there were a few problems with the appliances. The air conditioner didn’t work very well and the bathroom sink Literally had very little water coming out. I did not call the front desk as it was later in the evening. But the next morning they did say that I could’ve called and they would’ve come down and checked on things. The room was pretty quiet. I did not have the breakfast so I don’t know how that was but all in all it was a decent place to stay.

Long story short. It’s outdated, filthy, and worn out. We had a room on the first floor. It was a non smoking room but had very apparent smell of weed as soon as we walked in. The whole room smelled like a public restroom. I immediately had to go to the store and buy air fresheners so that I could stand to be in the room. Ontop of that the walls had disgusting brown streaks on them near the trash can and next to the toilet. The bathroom fan smelled so bad anytime you turned it on it made the room smell 10 times worse. The carpet was nasty and I didn’t even want to take my shoes off the whole time. The arm chair in the room was so filthy it was sticky to the touch. Just absolutely a disgusting room and would never come here again. Even considered taking a loss on the payment towards the room and just going somewhere else. The “clean beds” had stains on them and my bed sheets and comforter had holes from cigarette burns. Totally unhappy staying here and would never return.

Plastic electrical pipe exposed from wall to wall in bathroom hanging freely with no support. It powers the smoke detector… Exposed light fixture above the shower. Had 3 spiders I had to kill in my room. Dust, chipped paint, bathroom door leaned so bad it stayed open. Frame was painted over so many times it wouldn’t shut. You can hear everyone around you. Would never stay here again. You couldn’t pay me.

Plastic electrical pipe exposed from wall to wall in bathroom hanging freely with no support. It powers the smoke detector… Exposed light fixture above the shower. Had 3 spiders I had to kill in my room. Dust, chipped paint, bathroom door leaned so bad it stayed open. Frame was painted over so many times it wouldn’t shut. You can hear everyone around you. Would never stay here again. You couldn’t pay me.

The room and bathroom were spotless and more than adequately appointed. The problem was the heater in my room: very noisy when it cycled on…woke me up every time, unfortunately. The breakfast was fine, though I was sad to see there were no plastic lids to take coffee to go.

Bonus: dirty duvet and spider in bathroom. Honestly, if you need a place that let's you smoke in the room and a place to park your bucket truck, this is probably the place for you!

Very clean, convenient location & the friendliest staff I’ve dealt with in 6 months of travel. Being so cost effective was icing on the cake. Will definitely stay here should work take me to the Creedmoor area again.

Checked out on 1/21 asked attendant for compensation for my troubles she exhibit very little interest or knowledge of procedures. She called manager Solanki and the manager told her she would look into the matter tomorrow and contact me Also was charged more than my original room. Quoted and paid $172.00 including taxes charged $222.00 Unacceptable

We didn’t get our room cleaned even after we requested it.The breakfast was cold I didn’t understand why they had a sign saying fresh and hot if the eggs sausage and biscuits were frozen, they didn’t have any butter for the toast or the waffles.tables were dirty and bathroom was never cleaned the front guy was always on his phone with ear phones on just bad service

This hotel was decent as you pay for what you get so wasn’t expecting anything grand. There was not any electrical outlets in the bathroom to dry my hair, only one outlet by the bed besides one for tv. It smelled like weed but that’s not on the hotel.

The bathroom door trim had splashes of old spilled drink and foods. If you walked on carpet in socks, your socks turned black! They make you pay a 50 dollar security deposit that you are suppose to get back after housekeeping inspects rooms, but I havent received mine back yet. The breakfast was nasty! They had a small, cheese omelet made with some type of fake cheese that tasted nasty. The sausage link things tasted funky too. I just ate cereal. They put people beside us who were slamming their door all night and outside our window talking loudly. They were apparently moving things around in their room and hitting walls until about 9pm. Then finally, we could go to sleep and get up at 4am. Would not recommend unless you are desperate and need to sleep immediately. Not promising you'll get sleep neither!

I like how easy is to park in front of my room I believe people don’t sleep because it was noisy, cleaning was good check in was fast even though I stay for one night it was okay

The heater was very noisy and kept cycling on and off. Okay for a short visit, but if I had to stay longer, would have to request another room.

Fire alarm went off two mornings in a row.My handle on toilet didn't work good, so toilet woudn't flush good (it did get fixed).They could not find reservations when I got there.Which had been made since August.Had to call Expedia and get it fixed after traveling 12 hours.The bed and bathroom where clean.That was a plus.

I will never stay at this Quality Inn again. There were spiders in the room. No one answered the phone when I called the front desk. I had to drive around to the front desk to get the Wi-Fi password.

2. I ordered a 2 double beds suite, there is no extra towels, pillow and comfort for the sofa bed. 2. The breakfast only has a bottle of coffee, a bottle of milk, a few cup cakes, a little bit bread, the yogurt looks bad, nothing else.

I did not like anything about the property or staff. They complained that I was not in a pet friendly room but yet the entire building is condemned!!

Had no hot water...housekeeping came in took dirty linens didnt remake the bed..left insufficient amount of towels staff uncaring

It was good for one night. Overall it was ok. Pillows were tiny little squares..fridge never really gets cold snd hair dryer did not work. Breakfast is offered but very limited

Property was comfortable but worn. Breakfast was adequate.

The problems begin with the limited parking. I had to park my car on the other side of the property. The property is non-smoking, but the rooms smelled like cigarettes. The other guests smoked right outside their rooms, even with the big sign "no smoking." I observed the cleaning staff not saying anything. The room was spacious. The problem was the cleanliness. The sheets did not seem clean: there were hairs and questionable spots (it applies to the curtains). As soon it was turned, the air conditioning unit threw a weird smell similar to humidity. The bed had four small square pillows. I had to go to the local Target to buy two full-size standard pillows. The restroom was okay. The shower tub had hairs and mold around the corners. The room had a smoke detector that was removed from the ceiling. I assumed it was moved to the wall. The cables from the ceiling were visible. Maybe a safety concern. The breakfast was lacking. Maybe they could add milk, juice, or yogurt. Some fresh fruit would be nice.

Motel was very clean and well kept. Only issue I found was no hot continental breakfast as stated. Only actually hot items had to be heated in microwave. The only actual hot items were coffee and waffles, everything else was packaged and had to be heated.
