    We never been to a hotel where they didn't take your towels or trash from outside your door, we had to pay for toilet paper which was another thing. They have a lot of homeless people walking around. We will never book her again and recommend nobody to stay here, if I knew where the location of this hotel was I wouldn't had booked it in the first place. The owner definitely needs to do a clean up around his hotel for the homeless.

    I paid my reservation online Before arriving, once I got there, no one was available to register me and provide the room. I waited for more than 2 hours, and more guests with paid reservations arrived. I called the Woodspring Suites customer service and they stated they couldn't do anything that it had to be done thru booking I had to call the police to file a report I am so tired of this nonsense I believe I would have to stop using this app since it is impossible to get help when needed I was never provided the service. That place is a nuthouse.

    It had an elevator to access the 4th floor. The room had a good ac and a tv, but not many options for channels. It did have a refrigerator that kept our waters and milk vold.     our room had roaches, there was a big hole in the kitchen where a drawer was supposed to be, the water pressure in the shower was horrible, like a tiny water fountain, the light fixture in the bathroom was literally missing lol, cheap, but you get what you pay for, the hotel smelled like weed. wont be returning!!

    Girls at the desk were great and friendly.     Make sure your reservation has been actually booked by hotels.com and ensure the price that’s quoted is the actual price that you’ll pay at the front desk First they said I had no reservation on file even after showing them the confirmation number and itinerary number and also showed them where it was deducted from my card clerk wanted to swipe my card again and it was double charging the reservation then to try to contact hotels.com was an even bigger challenge I got fed up went back to the property talked to the clerk explained to them what issue I was having and after reviewing my charged card for the amount she decided to let me stay in good faith? By this time I was exhausted I just threw my hands in the air and said give me whatever I’ve always used Hotels. Com to book my stays but after this one I’ll just pay at the desk to avoid future surprises and inconveniences

    The first room we got there was no bedsheets on the bed , stains all over the mattress, the tv was on and it looked like someone was already staying in it . The cover for the AC was in the tub and there was mold all over the walls and the sink area in room 212, the second room they moved us to in 313 had blood on the doors and in the restroom, the mold in the counter top was visible the mold under the cabinets were thick , it smelt so bad in there . There was cockroaches and bugs in the window and the floor was filthy.

    I left at midnight. The people in room 1210 were making so much noise that I couldn't sleep. I went downstairs & reception area was closed. No one to complain to. I drove over 1 1/2 hours home in the middle of the night. Very bad experience. So much noise.

    First of all check in was okay, however this location is currently under much needed renovations, secondly it's in the hood, so to house various people in need is a concern to lookout for booking sites are totally unaware of changes but sites need to stay updated also, I was switched 4 times before I felt okay to stay considering it was late and I was tired, staff should review which rooms are absolutely suitable to rent out and the conditions, my room 414 had a clogged sink, no flushing toilet, and no working TV, no working phone, elevation is slow as hell... not happy at all, I did manage to cook my son a birthday meal 12/29 of chili beans, fried cornbread, and fried chicken on that 2 burner stove in the room, that was the highlight... would probably stay again if only room 414 is available, I've stayed at other locations in other cities this location in Corpus was the worst but after renovations I'm sure it will be as well as can be ...

There was a drug deal going down in the parking lot. The room rank of dirty sex and had alcohol in the fridge. There was a lot of questionable company occupying the rooms. Not at all what I was expecting. We actually got our money back and went to a different hotel. The man working the front desk said originally there was no refunds once we booked the room for our 2 week stay. Until he came to our room and looked for himself. He refunded us and we were able to go book a new room at a more family friendly hotel. So I am very thankful for him doing that.

The man working the front desk said originally there was no refunds once we booked the room for our 2 week stay. Until he came to our room and looked for himself. He refunded us and we were able to go book a new room at a more family friendly hotel. So I am very thankful for him doing that.

    The building outside looked nice, but the inside looked trashed. There was a letter in my room that said if I didn't take out the trash myself. I would be charged 50 dollars. I have never stayed at a motel that required you to take out your own trash. The Ac didn't work well. It was hot in the room. When I walked into my room the vent cover in the bathroom was laying on the sink. Which I went to install it back.. It was a bad experience all and all. Will not be staying there again.

    Customer service was outstanding. The place could use some updating though. Sadly, the bed was not in the greatest or cleanest condition (it had a mattress protector, but only noticed the mold before checkout as we stripped the covers off, should’ve done this beforehand) the AC unit needs a much thorough cleaning and the hallway to the rooms could use a deep clean and sanitizing too. Overall, the room was decent with a stove and refrigerator. It worked out for a last minute getaway.

    I didn't realize that this hotel is great for long term stays like workers. I was by myself and there were lots of men workers there. So I felt out of place. However, the accommodations were fine. I think it would be perfect for the workers because of the small kichenette and it has everything you would need for an extended stay.

    First room’s restroom had a clogged shower drain along with poor water pressure. Sheets felt sandy. Room was not properly cleaned. Microwave didn’t function. After service hours, admin were no where to be seen along with the phone/numbers provided to contact people not working as they would naturally hang up. We were given a second room , but regardless of the improvements , the inconvenience of having to move our things after the first incident made it bad. Along with the fact that they didn’t charge the proper amount to my card, leading me to come back to the hotel when I was 30 minutes away, just to go to the lobby and get it solved in less than ten minutes.

    The hotel its self was okay. It was inexpensive so we saved money by staying here. However we noticed that someone stole gas out of our tank over night. So wait to fill uo your tank after you check out

    The hotel room was fine, but the floor was dirty. The hotel had many security cameras. The lobby was clean but tiny. I had to wait to be checked in but the process went fairly quickly. It was an ok stay. No major complaints, but nothing was super special about it either.

    Only one employee works here and just responsible for the whole building so I suppose if you are someone who is going to be putting in requests then you likely will not be happy. Did not give full five stars because the room although was not dirty, did not have any blankets or much towels and only one pillow. They're also wasn't any trouble size shampoos conditioners or toothbrushes with toothpaste. If you're traveling it would be safe to bring all of your own toiletries.

    Service at check-in was terrible! Clerk lacked customer service skill; room smelled like wet dogs. No shampoo, tissues, coffee maker in room. Overall appearance was dirty, ill-maintained and just bad for a hotel!

    I also noticed a big old pothole in main entrance to the parking lot I drive a sedan so it was very inconvenient. I hope this gets taken cared of so our nexr stay can be much better. I lovrle the location it is very accessible. Thanks.

    Having problems with the shower flooding. Water wouldn't go down after taking a shower. Told front desk and they said they didn't have anyone to fix issue. And no other rooms were available

    Room wasn't all that as mentioned. Stove was broken, fridge wasn't working. Trash can already had trash when we checked in meaning it wasn't fully cleaned. There were roaches on counter. Check out time is 11am and housekeeper was knocking loudly on door at 10am. Mind you we were still asleep . Super bad service 😠 😡 😤

    DO NOT Stay here! The bathroom had no shower curtain or towels when I arrived. Was given 2 towels for 4 people. The lady in the front said there’s a towel shortage! The microwave and refrigerator are sticky. The bed sheets look like they weren’t changed.

    Motel looked clean at first but when walking across the imitation wood floors barefoot the bottoms of feet turned black went and purchased a swifter wet pad mop I went thru a full 24 pack of cleaning pads before floor was clean, and possibly they had bedbugs or fleas as I have several small bites around my waist and neck
