I like how close it is to the USS Lexington. Toilet wouldn't work.

This place was not what it advertised as ...no free breakfast..the rooms were dirty..staff was rude..no hot water...under construction...place is a mess .. my family and I will not be returning. The new management sucks. I would of rather stayed at a Motel 6 and I hate Motel 6. Cleaning staff never cleaned the room and we were there for 3 days..never got clean towels. Overall experienced was a great disappointment

The location. Was very unhappy. The facility needs some extreme TLC! There was mold and the doors and furniture were very worn.

I loved the convenience of how close it was to thw beach access. The room smelled like mildew, the shower was dirty with someone's hair still in it, there was mold in the shower and black mold on the celling in the restroom. There was holes in the walls and on the door restroom as if they renovated the room. We went out to buy clorox bleach to clean the restroom and air fresheners to make it smell better. There was knats flying in the room the whole time there.

Breakfast was disappointing only 1 waffle maker and 20 people trying to make waffles they served hawain punch for juice instead of apple or orange juice there was no fruit and the coffee was literally brown water super watered down nothing like it use to The breakfast and the floors

Been there a couple times before this was the worst experience yet the breakfast was terrible. They didn’t even really have breakfast items and included free breakfast. That was a joke. The rooms were not all that no toilet paper no soap no towels they act like if you ask for a towel, you were gonna steal the towel like if we wanted towels that was a joke. It was just a very bad experience so many people complained. My sister had no refrigerator in her unit. They had the things sticking out of the bed on the one of My cousin cut his leg on it just bad, bad bad nothing like the app says the website says. Trashy the workers look like they came off the streets like they just hired anybody. It was just terrible. The TV didn’t even work right

Location of the property The too was dirty, no towels,no refrigerator, no toilet paper, the shower was backed up with water, the beds had objects sticking out so we cut our legs and feet. Breakfast was horrible the first day there was really no breakfast and we paid for it.

The location is amazing and with the right ownership and care could be amazing. The staff told us upon arrival that they did not have any available rooms, even though we had reservations for a week. After speaking with the owner they all of the sudden had rooms available. The rooms were not kept up at all. The restroom door was on backwards (lock on the outside) and didn't close. One of the windows was halfway boarded up. After the first night we went to breakfast (at about 8am) and there was no coffee creamer (staff said they didn't have any) and so I used m ilk from the cereal. As soon as I poured it, it curdled in the coffee meaning it was bad. When I told staff they said that was wrong and they just opened the milk. (It's was not in a jug but in a different carafe so it doesn't show an expiration date.) There was barely any cereal and what was there was stale and obviously no milk. There was no juice in the machine so basically just waffles that everyone was trying to get so there was a line. We decided to take out child somewhere else to make sure that he ate. The staff took ZERO accountability for anything. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels etc. The wifi would not connect.

The beachfront view that’s literally it Everything else! It was so dirty and uncomfortable. Mold in different places of the room. Restroom was not sanitized when we arrived. Never saw any staff cleaning anything. No soap in the lobby restroom only a bar soap which is very unsanitary. The free breakfast was terrible we had to share a milk pitcher which was watered down so was the juice. You can just tell that hotel was trying very hard to save every penny they could. Our room was very rundown it was quite frankly just gross. The head of the bed had mildew. The curtains had mold. Ac leaked water on the floor. Toilet was dirty had leftover pee stains on toilet rim. No towels! I am not sorry to say the whole room was disgusting.

Next to beach Reserved 2 rooms. I requested that they be next to each other. When checking in I was given 2 rooms on opposite side of property from each other. Front desk staff didn't seem to understand or care and I was blown off. Both rooms had ½ a roll of toilet paper and 1 had no complementary toiletries. 1 room had wifi and no working tv(wire for cable was pulled through wall) the other room had a working tv with cable but wifi would not reach or work. I've stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times over the last 4-5 years and every year it seems my experience just keeps getting worse. The only saving grace of this property is they are right next to the beach with a somewhat decent pool.

Nothing. It was horrible. It was dirty, run down, workers were rude. They had no towels for the guest. Dead flies infested. Doors were broken you couldn’t even get in your room. Sketchy people in the front reception. Smelled. No internet. My bed sheets had cigarette burns.

There was no hot water, and I could not get ahold of management. Still can't get ahold of someone phone is disconnected. I will never visit this hotel again. After leaving after one day stay, still can't get a refund.

Well when we got into the room the TV in the living room did not work we had to replace the restroom light because the workers were gone we also had to ask for towels twice during our stay and the coffee maker needed to be cleaned so we cleaned it with vinegar we also did not use the microwave because it was pretty damaged and the living room AC did not work too well the bedroom was great we had to ask for a remote for that TV but that was the only place we can watch the television I was not satisfied to what I paid they were willing to change room but the other room was just as worse it was hot and did not have all the spacious room like the other room so we stayed in our room but we have to fix the light and ask for towels the breakfast choices they had was not really good and the coffee did not taste good so I had to buy my own.

The best part was that it’s beachfront close to the aquarium The property was so disgusting and dirty. Definitely not worth the 170$ we paid. There was hair in the shower, crumbs, Doritos, dirt, balls of hair behind the doors, next to the beds, mostly every corner. The coffee machine was dirty all the coffee was spilled and dried there and no one cleaned it. I asked for 4 towels and all the front desk had was 2! There was zero towels in the room! The sheets were stained!! The curtains were broken all the sunlight came in! The shower barely threw out water very little pressure and the water would pool, wouldnt go down the drain properly. We wanted to cancel once we saw the room but we were gonna be charged either way. DO NOT STAY HERE!
