Great price, nice hotel.

This is a 6 story hotel with only one working elevator. We were on the 5th floor and it took forever to catch the elevator. The hallway air conditioning was either not working or non existent which made it very muggy and carried over into the rooms if the air conditioner wasn’t continuously running. I broke out in a sweat just waiting for the elevator. Our room was next to the ice machine but there was no ice bucket in the room. The shampoo, conditioner and body was bottles were barely full and the body wash ran out after 2 showers. I also had to share one night with a roach. Very disappointed with this hotel

Our server Santos was very nice. The bar had my scotch!!! Very pleased!!!

The hotel only has two elevators, and during my stay one of them was out of service. This left the entire property relying on a single elevator that was already struggling to keep up with demand. Staying on the sixth floor, I often waited up to 20 minutes just to get an elevator, and it was constantly crowded with guests and housekeeping staff. To make matters worse, my room was never cleaned during my stay (probably the struggle to get upstairs was a factor). Between the elevator issues and the lack of basic housekeeping service, the overall experience was very disappointing. On the other hand, the staff were nice and the building was otherwise clean.

The room was deceit and clean. The staff was not very helpful there was no luggage carts available, and the elevators weren’t working properly.

Their system was down from a storm when I arrived to check in, so they recorded my check in on paper. My key didn’t work so they upgraded to a bigger room. However, the next day I was locked out of my room because the previous shift didn’t notify them that I was checked in, so I had to go back and get a new key, very frustrating as I had a prepaid reservation. They didn’t bother to clean my room that day, just said “we saw your stuff in the room but don’t have you in our records”, I literally booked with Expedia😃 Other than that, the room felt a bit humid, I’m not sure if it was just my room on the first floor. Staff was nice

We saw a bug on the wall and another on the bed of the first room. We were moved to another room. No bugs were seen. Parking lot very dark at night and outdoors not maintained. $14 breakfast was very disappointing. Not a good area of town. Will not return or recommend.

Bathroom and tub were dingy, tub had paint flecking off. Bugs on the blinds, large tree roaches. Electricity went out mid-night, and never came back on in the whole building, had to prepare for the day by flashlight/shower in the dark. Morning staff was helpful, offered free orange and apple juice to the kids for the inconvenience.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Check in was a breeze and the desk staff, (should have asked for her name) superb. I’d booked 2 rooms, but these were on separate floors. She ensured our family stayed together by not only getting us on the same floor, but with adjacent rooms.

The hotel is a little outdated and run down but my room was very clean and comfortable. The battery in air conditioning control on the wall was dead so I could not control the temp but it was cool enough and I was comfortable.

Starting with the good first, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our Rm 132 was updated and clean. Love that Holiday Inn has Dove products in the bathrooms. Very good quality, you won't need to bring your own. They had handsoap, body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in pumps. Wonderful! Room was clean, didn't find much dust like you normally do in some hotels. Yes, the property is older, but the updates they've made paired with their cleanliness made it a great stay. The sofa addition made it a comfortable stay. Nice size room. Didn't feel cramped. The cons would be the location of our room. It was a noisy hallway with being on the first floor near the elevator, exit and lobby. Next time, we will opt for a higher floor. Breakfast needs work. We had breakfast included when we booked, so we didnt have to pay the $16 for buffet. It was definitely not worth the $16pp they charge people. It should be free like most other hotels, and anything cooked to order should cost you. Overall, would book here again when visiting Corpus.

Staff could be a friendlier and more welcoming in the front. Tone used feels like I am checking in, into a emergency room with a stern receptionist who has had a long night. Besides that, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has alot to offer.

Super clean rooms, the hotel itself is nice on the inside but the areas surrounding and parking lot are very sketchy. The staff is friendly but not very informative.

There was no ventilation in the restroom, so when you take a shower, the entire bathroom becomes wet, which can be dangerous specially with little kids. The reservation was for four people (two adults and two children), but only two towels were available in the room. The hotel’s driveway entrance also needs significant repairs, as there are many potholes. The staff was nice and cordial.

The hotel is clean and atmosphere is quiet. My only complaint is that the room felt muggy and humid and the air conditioning doesn’t work no matter what temperature you set it no air blows out other than that the hotel is alright

the room was prefect for me and two kids. it's just the refrigerator didn't work it didn't keep none of our leftover cold had to store it inside the staff breakroom refrigerator.

We have stayed at this hotel on a couple occasions and it's very good value-for-money if you want a centrally located option that is not huge on frills. It's clean, the staff is great, and is largely remodeled. I'll definitely stay here again.

Front office are professional and friendly. Room is clean. Swimming pool is indoor, cool water, the chlorine burns eyes, very small for the amount of people that is allowed. Not supervised by staff so kids/teenagers all ages were diving in a 3-5ft pool(unsafe for little ones). I would still give it 5star for everything else. There is a Bar until 10pm. And you can order breakfast to dinner. I would book here again.

No sheets no towels dirty boxers left in room from previous person who stayed. We left and came back five hour’s later and still no towels and sheets. On top of that this wasnt even our room we we got a double queen but they said they had only a single with a couch after the original room wasnt ready 2 hiyra after check in!!! How does a hotel have no towels. First night we had 3 second night we had none. Housekeeping came in didn't clean anything and left note that they would bring towels later went to the front desk around 8 PM to get towels and they said there was none. Someone would bring us some and never received any so now showers for us. Also Sunday morning my husband was sitting on sofa and was bite by a small bug that he squished we will be treating all of our items for bed bugs!! Since Saturday morning there were some ladies at the front desk and complaining that they had bedbugs in their room!! And parking is so dark at night time definitely needs some security lighting. Pictures of the property are very deceiving.Sad this Holiday Inn let us down!!

We stayed two nights no one came too clean the room. You had too ask for fresh towels. Children running up and down the hallway at 1:30 in the morning disturbing people with the loud noise. It was my first time at this hotel and I didn't like it.

Everything was close by no less than 15 minutes from many areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful with check in and check out. The trash did fill up and we did need to call but they acted immediately and the food there was very yummy. Would stay here again :)

I was at the very end of a very long hall room 101 The big outside doors outside of my room either didn 't open with my key or were swinging open for anyone to come in. Security being an issue for a single female. There were roaches in my room BIG ones, I saw at least 10 and I have pictures! Lastly, the people I was working with told me that hotel is full of prostitution.

The one thing i say they can work on is there dinner lunch food/menu its just basically frozen food and it shows. I don't mind paying for pricey food if it's worth it. Other than that definitely will use this place again.

I will attempt to reconcile this issue with American Express. I have been a Club member of Holiday Inn for 10 plus years.

Breakfast choices like a restaurant style included. Comfortable room and bed. Bar/ lounge with food/ drinks available for purchase. We could watch football in our own room so could relax more. Outside the pool area was not maintained well. Some old garbage and overgrown grass etc. I wanted to lounge in the sun and was disappointed.

VERY GOOD CLEANING, BREAKFAST, COMFORT... BUT WHEN I ENTERED THE HOTEL, IT LOOKED LIKE A VERY LARGE WAREHOUSE, WITHOUT DECORATIONS, PLANTS, PAINTINGS... NOR IN THE HALLS AND OUTSIDE THE ELEVATORS... THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I WOULD NOT RETURN, THE HOTEL LOOKS SAD.

Hector, with Maintenance, also friendly and professional, was very helpful in checking AC not working in first room given to us and assisting us with moving to another room. Santos, waiter, where we had breakfast, also friendly and professional, in servicing my daughter and I in an efficient way, being the only one working the whole area. Would stay again. NA

The rooms are huge no view of anything other than a depressed part of the town. Roads entering are poorly maintained. Hallways are dark and one can smell mold and moisture in the air. Did not feel safe parking the car there. The hotel recently remodeled the rooms. That's where it stops however. However, water system has an odor that you can smell all day on your skin and the AC system will leave your sinsuses needing allergy meds. It is in a questionable part of Corpus. I would not stay there again.

We didn’t even pay attention to anything as we all just went to sleep as Saturday was a big day for us. We woke up and the first thing my daughter noticed

Location is a little away from all the beach centric activities but the hotel and staff is fantastic. Breakfast is superb specially on weekends. On week days the breakfast lady did not cooperate much.

It felt very safe and the check-in desk staff were awesome! I requested a late checkout and it was no problem at all as it was a weekday. Housekeeping did visit our room while we were out but only changed out the towels. The bed was not made and the soap dispenser was left empty.

There was a cockroach crawling in our bed. Michelle the manager only offered breakfast coupons. The day of check in Michael was amazing. He should be the manager. He introduced himself and Michelle and she never turned around to acknowledge me. Earlier in the day before meeting Michael, I arrived a few hours before check in and requested an early check in with the Latina young woman and she kindly told me no without exceptions. This place appears to have been renovated but it’s poorly done with stains in the ceiling Lobby and outside property dirty and dingy as well as the bathroom facility off from the lobby. Michael deserves to work at an upgraded hotel chain because his service is top notch quality.

Only issue was I was provided a key card for the room that did NOT work. Too far to walk since I am an amputee. I had to call front desk for aid.

We stayed here, but we will never considered this hotel for our future staying again. We all got sick from a chemical smell that was just unbearable until we had to leave in the middle of the night. My daughter had a cough and an uncomfortable sneezing.

I wish there had been a hot tub. The indoor pool was freezing, so I ended up going to the bar, but they said they couldn’t make any specialty drinks, so I just got a basic one. On the bright side, I really loved the hotel room and the impressive size of the building.

It was a nice stay everyone was very sweet. The rooms were clean and comfy! I only had two compliants. The pool is indoor and ice cool and I mean just that. Although, the pool room is ridiculously hot like a desert. So, imagine merging two polar opposites in one space! 🤔 Very uncomfortable... Then there was the gym... It was scorching hot🔥 there is two small air-conditions that were not able to cut the heat. I had to open the door for the air to come in from the lobby into the gym just to workout. Well, I know what you want to know... Would I stay there again? Yes! I would the price was phenomenal!! Although, I would probably not use the pool or the gym. Heads up!! If you like to swim or workout in the morning you have been warned!⚠️ ENJOY!!!

The house cleaning needs retraining. After cleaning our room they left the dirty towels outside our room. Thought it was an over site. After coming back the second day the housekeeping left all the used towels and the rooms garbage outside the door. Left no new liner in the garbage pail. Didn’t even put toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to go to the front desk to get things rectified. Upon checking out not any acknowledgment that things were bad here not even a thank you for staying here. Never again would I stay here.

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. Front desk staff, Michael, Hailey, and Corey were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a Wonderful Social Worker's conference there as well. This is my 2nd time staying here. Definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous great price and right by the water

Overall it was decent. The location is like getto but the hotel itself was pretty good. We went to the indoor pool but it was not heated so it was super cold. Nothing really stand out for bad or good.

Everything was nice

I stayed at Holiday Inn Corpus Christi Airport & Conference Center (Room 212) and was extremely disappointed. The room was very dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell from the moment I walked in. For a reputed IHG property, this was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness should be the minimum standard, but this experience was far from it. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pool needs a lot of work..

This was a last minute booking and was the first we picked out of many not knowing what we were getting into. We made a great choice, it was a great place clean, and excellent service on housekeeping. What could be better was if breakfast was free for the rooms instead of having to pay $11 per person for food other than that we thank the hotel staff for making out stay a comfortable one.

One suggestion I would recommend...please provide a small writing pad in the room. I needed to write down some information and there wasn't even a pad/pen to use, which caused an inconvenience to me. I ended up using a kleenex sheet to write down the information.

The property was okay. The room smelled moldy but it was cold which since it was 100 degrees. The staff was so nice and attentive. The elevator felt unsafe at times.

The restaurant inside the hotel, is not free but the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and cordial. It was the perfect location to hop on and off the highway. Would stay here again.

Thos location does have a dnack bar and restaurant but no complimentary like most other holiday inns, trash all over the parking lot huge pot holes, and half the parking lot is unlit. I paid twice as much here, as I did for an extended stay and my family preffered that location because it was cleaner, quieter, and no vagrants roaming the parking lot.

I had someone bang on my room door at 0435 am. It startled me out of my sleep. Only to not be able to go back to sleep.

The property is more in the industrial part of Corpus, miles from anything. Trash is overflowing in the outside trash cans. Breakfast was $16.00. Could not cancel the second night. Expedia said the property could, but the property said Expedia had to cancel the second night. We decided to just leave the hotel.

Very Clean, friendly Staff, spacious.

Well when I arrived at hotel room it seemed okay but when I went to take a shower the shower had 3 hairs in it and some dark smudges shower curtain looked dirty and I wasn’t confident that sheets were changed. I called but was told they would just tell housekeeping to do better. Obviously that wasn’t enough, I went down and spoke to Melissa and she had housekeeping immediately go and clean and gave us a discount for that day. The room was modern looking and the lobby was giant. With games. They also had a lounge for drinks. I also have to say that at night there were people drinking with music in cars like some kind of tailgating at a hotel which I had never seen. The hotel is in a sketchy side of town. They do not offer breakfast. So I have mixed feelings for this stay.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Corpus Christi Airport & Conference Center. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the location made it easy to access the highway and get around the city. One thing that could be improved is the parking lot lighting—it felt was a bit dark, especially given the area. However, overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

This place hasn’t been vacuumed in months, the food area and reception was clean but the elevators and rooms were filthy. I was not pleased with the cleanliness at all. I get it its not a resort but, clients are paying to stay in a decent hotel that can at least vacuum their rooms and elevator. Staff was friendly and brought my request up within minutes.

Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the pool was too cold for my kids, they still had plenty of fun at the beach though!

The location is close to the airport. Fix the Wifi, I'm here on business. Please move me to another property or issue me a partial refund.

I rented for 3night but stayed at 2 night. I asked them a towels and they said they don’t have clean towels.

Staff wa so friendly, both rooms super clean.

The pool was fantastic and open until 11 PM, which was perfect for the kids to enjoy and play together. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a shower chair for those who might need it. The staff was so gracious in trying to help with our needs, and I believe a medical shower chair could be a great addition for easy access in the bathrooms. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Nice hotel that is close to the airport. Free shuttle was a blessing because there are no Ubers/Lyfts. Shuttle staff is awesome! Front desk staff, with the exception of a woman, is kind and helpful.

It was overall a good experience. Ac worked well, good beds. Clean restrooms. Free ice , good pool . The only thing I say would’ve caught me off guard would be that the breakfast isn’t free.

Service is excellent, but the stay was horrible. Stayed on the 6th floor with broken window, but they did come up to tape the window so the hot air would not come in. At 4:00am, fire alarm goes off in room, at 6:10am fire alarm goes off again, did not get any sleep. Then shower handle did not work to turn on water, it took 10 minutes for each of us to start a shower. We will not go back!!!

Our stay was great.

Stayed there with my husband and daughter for a baseball tournament. The first room that we got when we went in was hot and muggy so I called the front desk and they immediately gave us another room. I definitely consider this hotel a no-frills, no thrills type of place. There was plenty of parking. We chose not to buy the breakfast. Maybe it was like $11 a plate. I’m not sure they do offer complementary coffee in the lobby. I forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste and the front desk graciously gave that to me. Also, the bed was very comfortable and felt very clean. It is a old hotel though.

The Hotel was dirty and not maintained. The room had a stale odor with cracks in the ceilings walls and disgusting carpets. The hotel gym was filthy. The pool was a cloudy green color and the elevators were also filthy.

We reserved 2 rooms for the family. 1 of the Hotel room was warm. A/c didn’t cool, carpet was dingy and room felt humid in both rooms…Toilet didn’t work in the one of the rooms. I’ve machine didn’t work either. I complained to the front desk and I was informed that I needed to complain to hotels.com because I made the reservation here.

Pillows and mattresses were not comfortable and indoor pool is ice cold as they don’t heat it. The parking lot is atrocious and needs to be repaved. The side door didn’t need our keycard to get in, so that was concerning.
