The location was tucked away from freeway.Hotel was close to restaurants and retail shops and mall.My check in and check out process was very smooth. The hotel was a bit dated.

Property was filthy. Carpets are disgusting, outside smells. It was a horrible experience. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Never even stayed one night. Horrible hotel. Still charged my 400.00 and a hidden parking lot fee. I checked in, took one look at the room and the look at the surroundings and checked back out. Never should have been charged at all.

Hotel has issues with cleanliness and general upkeep. We moved rooms twice during our stay. First rooms bathroom door handle broke off and locked my daughter inside the bathroom. Second room had cockroaches. Both rooms had hair covering the bathroom floors. Ice machine broken on first floor. Carpet in hallways were not vacuumed. Air conditioning unit was rusting away. It was pretty disappointing for a Hilton.

I liked the friendly and speedy customer service. I also liked that there wasn't too many people in the swimming pool. Overall the location was great! I found live roaches in the restroom. The bed was a little hard so sleep in. The room smelled like cigarettes.

Pool was filled with no guest, outdated TV that didn't work. Parking lot had huge potholes, front desk gave out my room information and the hotel and my room had a musty mold like smell

We checked in Friday afternoon and immediately informed the front desk that we did not have HOT water in the sink they said they would have it fixed they did not Saturday morning we asked again to fix the hot water and the desk people said they would they did not Saturday afternoon housekeeping had not come to our room so I went to the desk and checked on that and I was told they would not clean the room until after 3 days unless we requested house cleaning daily I requested house cleaning daily and never got it. we had to go to the front desk for clean towels Sat,Sun and Mon. the trash bags in the room were full and never emptied the bathroom floor was filthy from daily use and shower usage and we had to get toilet paper from the front desk this hotel stay was not worth the money we paid plus we had to pay extra for using their parking lot. we have had better service from cheaper hotel than what we received from this Hilton Hotel.

First time ever staying here and the place was really nice. That air conditioner was really good really cold. The staff helped me out a lot and answered all my questions on all I it’s a pretty good place. Definitely coming back again and also keep up the good work guys.

The staff were so WONDERFUL! I had last minute changes and the staff were so sweet and helpful to get my updates made and accommodate my extra travelers. Janie kept in touch and made sure everything was taken care of. Monica made sure our stay was everything we needed and was always available! Breakfast was amazing, and the host was so good my group! JC was so welcoming when we arrived SUPER late that Friday evening, but made sure we were met with kindness and friendly service. BEST STAY EVER! Made new friends at the lobby bar even! Had a marvelous time getting to tour TAMUCC with my daughter and we can't wait to come back. Will be using this hotel for every Corpus Christi stay! Thank you!!!

Bad area . Dark parking slots. Make it if you arrive late not safe hotel . There is a right outside door with out lock and any security camera in this side of the building. Say it will be locked but the lock isn’t installed. We saw many of homeless around the hotel .

Although my ground-floor request (made 4 months earlier) was honored, several serious issues occurred: • ADA shower caused water to run across the entire bathroom floor, creating a slip hazard. We used multiple towels to prevent falling. • Toilet paper and towel holders repeatedly fell off the wall. • No hand soap was provided. • Beds and pillows in both rooms were extremely uncomfortable, causing neck pain. • My bed sheets had visible dirt/makeup marks; I cleaned them myself before sleeping. • Despite both bookings being made through Hotels.com, my daughter’s room rate was over $100 more than mine. The only positive experience was the bartender, Correy M., who provided exceptional service.

The winner was the staff. Corey was a dream and a great psychiatrist. Frances was fun and made my time at the bar fun. Front desk staff were accommodating and made me feel truly welcome. Free snacks and water didn't hurt :)

Breakfast was not included, but I knew that coming in, the downside was the paid breakfast buffet was not any better that what you get at other hotel's complimantary breakfast. Bottom line, the value of this hotel was subpar for what you pay. I would defininitily look elsewhere when staying in the area.

I had high hopes, since the reviews were good. The check in was great, Juan was super friendly! Then I got to my room, the bathroom had a burned out bulb and it smelled like wet dog and feet. I guess the carpet is old. To be fair, I could have said something but didn't. The following morning, I fixed myself a cup of coffee before visiting family in the area and there was a giant dead roach not too far from the coffee station. I was so put off that I didn't say anything and just left for a while. When I got back, I went ahead and checked out A WHOLE DAY EARLY! I did tell the front desk staff about my concerns and despite the breakfast being over, the huge roach remained...visible from the from the front desk. THAT'S HOW BIG IT WAS.

Your staff was very rude. No smiles. No thank yous. We asked about getting coffee in the lobby and we were told that there were coffee pots up in our room. Although most hotels offer coffee and water as a free service to their guests. The cookies at the front desk were burned, and there was a lot of noise coming from children in the hallways that were running back-and-forth for a very long time, although it was reported to the front desk, we were told that quiet time was not until 10 PM. The Accessible room I had was perfect. I just had difficulty walking to the room all the way to the back. Also, the doors are very heavy and I didn't find a way to prop it open. I had 3 bags and had to carry them in one at a time. I refer staying where breakfast is included. But the room was great.

Pool Too many freaking hidden fees charged a extra $150 in fees not worth it

There was no free breakfast and they don't have poop bags in the dog poop trash can. When I booked I choose thia hotel because it was pet friendly, but the website doesn't say you pay extra for that and extra for cleaning 🙃

The cleanliness. The mattresses were disgusting, the pillows were all flat, we all woke with neck pain, the mirrors were chipped on the frames, the showers had tile that was broken/grout that was dirty. Toilets not clean behind the seats. Killed 2 bugs.

Hotel compensated me for two days of my stay which I appreciated that but know o feel like you’re not safe leaving your property in your room. They do not clean your room , no new towels unless you let them know in the morning. We were not told that . After a long day to come back to a dirty room with no towels, coffee , full trash cans. The breakfast is the same price rather you want a full breakfast or just a boiled egg or oatmeal.

One of the elevators were not working and got a snack and the donuts were spoiled woth a horrible smell. Need to keep updated snacks. But other than that we had a good stay.

The bed was extreemly hard and unconftrable. The water pressure for the shower was exteemly weak. The breakfast was awful. When checking out th ey could not close iut the bill. The pool was closed which was not mentioned when booking. Will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

The lobby, staff, and overall amenities of the hotel were great.

The pool was out of service and on the website it didn’t mention that at all.

However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the condition of our room. The room was still not sufficiently clean, and the restroom, or as I prefer to call it, the bathroom, exhibited noticeable water damage on the ceiling. The bathtub also appeared to be sinking as I stood in the shower to take a shower. This sensation was almost as if there was no support beneath me.

The shower was clogged. When i told the front desk twice, they said they would send someone up but never did. We couldn’t take a shower after the first day there.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. I did notice some issues with daily cleanup after people use outdoor areas. Such as vomite and trash. Odor inside from natural gas smells even into the lobby. That was a concern. The hotel is layed out well and easy to acess from different areas of entry. Good selection of bed pillows and just the right amount of bedding, towels. Needs better water pressure but could be a city issue or being slowed for conservation. Over by one of the best choices in Corpus Christi.

We had multiple plumbing issues stemming from a smelly sink to a leaking tank of the toilet. We had asked the staff multiple times if we could have this repaired they said they did but never was it taken care of. The exterior of the building was very unkept The landscaping was pretty much non-existent. It felt as though the property was not very well maintained

Arrived at hotel around 6:00 pm and checked in quickly. First room smelled moldy so wife rejected. Manager quickly offered another room. New room smelled fine so we prepared to stay. Then my wife noticed dark stains in the bathtub with hair and the final nail in the coffin came when she pealed back the sheets and saw what she deemed to be semen stains on the top and bottom sheets diametrically opposed. At this point she refused to stay at the hotel. The manager offered us another room but quickly upon seeing my wife’s state of mind told me he would refund the full price and we could look for another hotel. I immediately logged onto hotels.com and located a nearby hotel with excellent reviews on cleanliness. I booked a room immediately and within 30 minutes we were in a clean comfortable room 5 miles away. This was not the experience I expected from a Hilton Garden Inns. I suspect they have an issue with their cleaning crew.

The bathroom is not set up to reach the shampoo and conditioner..

The side door to the building did not have a door lock. Anyone could open the door. Not safe for a female traveling alone.

Room really clean AC worked good, property well kept, breakfast was okay.

This was a nice property. My son is in college in the area; we'd stay there again. We did have a rattle in the A/C unit that was annoying, but overall nice place.

Staff was very friendly. We only stay one night but plan on making the Hilton our first choice when we return

The hotel was kind if dirty - we stayed for four days three nights and no one ever came to clean, replace towels, I had to get candle to cover smell of the room when I walked in, the pool was closed majority of the time we stayed and were asked to go to hotel across the parking lot which is their sister hotel they said. The outside door to come into hotel would not lock so anyone off street could walk in straight to stair well, I had room right by stair well so it was a bit uncomfortable bc there was some homeless walking around. I pretty sure I saw mold in the shower tile. The employees were kind very nice, the guy at breakfast bar was kind and helpful. I would prefer not to stay her again, but would if I had to.

Great stay for the price but the landscaping was over grown, especially by the pool. Our room on the 3rd floor had a lot of water damage and stains on the ceiling but over all it was a decent stay. Just needs a refresher/remodel! The pool was pretty dirty so we had to skim the pool ourselves before getting in. Bartender was amazing, I’d come back and stay just bc of her!!!!!!
