Everything was clean but had a moldy smell

Parking was good. The hallways were hot. But the room was clean. Neighbors on both sides were very noisy.

This is a good hotel to stay at. Clean facility. Pool was available. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was standard fair but well put together. Overall a very consistent Hampton Inn

Enjoyed my stay nice and quiet and relaxing my toddler was a little rowdy and still had a great time thank you will likely return.

We've stayed at the Hampton Inn Corpus Christi–Northwest I-37 many times when visiting family, and it's always been a solid, dependable choice. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and it's consistently quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is good; nothing fancy, but reliable and well-stocked. For the price, it's an excellent value, which is why we keep coming back. When we're in Corpus Christi, this is where we stay.

Needs serious remodeling rooms are old and runs down. AC give room terrible musty smell and was super noisy. Bathroom showed signs of rust and leak stains in several spots. Beds are old and not comfortable. Will not be returning. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous!

We arrived early in the morning. The young man who helped us was extremely helpful. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Our room was musty and smelled stale. When we arrived to our room there were small roaches crawling on the pillows and the bed sheets had stains. We were moved into another room off of the elavator, which was not better but didn't have roaches.

Terrible experience. I woke up with multiple bed bug bites all over my legs. When I went to the front desk, they were dismissive and said it was probably mosquito bites. They didn’t have another room available, so I had to leave and find a different hotel. I asked for a refund for the night I couldn’t stay, but the manager wasn’t available and never called me back. Very disappointing customer service and zero empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It is advertised as having a sauna. I picked hotel for this reason. SAUNA was turned into a broom and mop closet. The hot tub didn't work either. My room smelled of mildew. The breakfast was okay and the staff there was helpful. I was very disappointed in this room however. It needs to be updated.

The room was good . The hotel was nice. first service rep was a little testy DT I didn't put a pet on the reservation(there wasn't a spot for that), but second rep was very polite.

Woman behind desk was obnoxious and made us wait until 3pm on the dot to check in....gave us 3rd floor room which would have been ok except for the old moldy elevator that took 10 minutes each time you needed to use it ..the room was clean and comfortable though the pool was ice cold and dirty and the hot tub was just too hot and dirty...the outside is old and outdated and needs paint bad...the breakfast was sickening with cold powdered eggs and some kink of whitish grey chicken sausage patties...even the OJ was nasty ..won't be returning..oh I forgot the TV...great if you like soccer because that's the only channel that worked...also no water pressure and no hot water...maids are rude and I think that's about it.

Good stay, close to our family. If I had any critique, it would be that the breakfast was not very inviting. But typically at Hampton Inn the breakfast store just very bland.

The Night Shift kicked us out for leaving a dog there for 20 min and told us we tried to “sneak them in”, though we were aware of cameras all over and staff in lobby or dining area, napping. We explained, tried to pay, got fined 350 and kicked out

We were Told that there were no rooms available on the first floor due to remodeling but there was no construction going during our stay. The halls were not airconditioned, however, our room was cool but the air conditioner was loud. There was hair (not ours) on the shower mat and bathroom floor. When making our reservations, we were told that there were only two rooms left, however, there were only five cars in the parking lot at our first night's stay. The free breakfast was pitiful. It certainly did not meet the criteria for the cost.

I like the indoor swimming pool. It would be nice if the water was warmer. Our First room was humid and air conditioner wasn't working right. Moved us to another room. This room was clean and comfortable. We had to reqy them to fill the dispensers in the bathroom. The shampoo and bath soap dispenser were filled, but the conditioner dispenser was left empty. Breakfast was so, so. Not bad not as good as similar competitors. I would stay their again if I can get a room for $99.00. I would not pay more than $104.OO. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

The hotel overall seemed nice from the outside, once in our room it smelled like wet dogs. We also had roaches in our room and found some fleas on the coffee cups. My husband also stepped on an open safety pin in the carpet. We would’ve have packed our things if left if we could’ve. But we stuck it out for our one night stay.

I arrived around 9 p.m.and the checking in the hotel was an hour wait! Then in the morning, I could not eat breakfast as there was construction occurring from the remodel, so there were not a lot of tables to sit to enjoy my food! So could not get anything to eat!

It was under reconstruction . There were toilets in hall visible by the elevators. The pool was closed . And we were charged a tourism fee on top of everything . Should not be charged when nothing worked. Bed needs to be replaced . For a Hilton not good.

It’s about 15-20 minutes from Corpus Christi, but I honestly thought it’d be closer. It’s worth staying at though.

I wasn't even allowed to check in because Expedia screwed up my reservation. They kept my money and I paid for a night I didn't even stay for.

Spa was broken. Jacuzzi was way to small. hotel was under construction. this was all on the hotels website but not on hotel.com website. If it was I would have stayed somewhere else

Guests in the room above mine started stomping on the floor above me around 2 AM waking us and interrupting our sleep. Same thing around 615 AM.

The facilities were clean. What really sucked, was that There was no TV. No cable. we were told that the cable company was going to come out around 4 o’clock and fix it. It is now almost 10 PM and still nothing. We didn’t even see any cable trucks outside fixing anything at all! And the lady behind the counter didn’t seem to care that people were complaining about it. She just brushed us off. I will not stay here ever again.

I liked it all great breakfast great facility great people but I also liked having a sign to put on the door that says beware of my fur baby so it made me feel like they care about my baby too like I do The ice maker on my floor broke and they wasn't able to get it fixed but I was only there a couple of days so I'm sure they got it fixed after what so really I guess nothing

I could not stay due to leaving my card at home I called booking.com they called hotel they would not take cash. I was told I could not check in. I was told I will not be charged I was charged for a room I didn’t stay at. I have been calling booking.com and hotel manager and emailing both no luck. Dry disappointed.

The hotel in general could definitely use an update, the tub in our room need to be replaced, it was dirty under toilet and the toilet kept leaking water. The pool was nice and the front desk ladies were friendly.

DO NOT be so confident that you have a room reserved just because you get a confirmation that you have a room and even if your bank statement shows that it's paid for! I show up and I'm being denied a room and the person at the front desk isn't much of a help until I won't leave and start showing proof that the rooms paid for. It was a mistake on their end and I'm literally miles away from home. It was embarrassing and so frustrating, but I did not act out on it. I remained calm and respectful. Not everyone would be that way, so please, next time get your reservations together and make sure there are no mistakes before someone makes a trip to stay there at the Hampton.

It was a wonderful stay and the staff was very helpful. The only thing we found was that when we asked for extra towels we were told there were not any available because they were being washed. Other than that I would say that the stay was pleasant, the facilities clean and the staff friendly.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Had to wait for a room our second night due to on line room selection which someone else booked so for our second night we were forced to relocate to another room but was called when room was ready for check in. I will stay here again my next trip.

Clean & safe but the building and furniture are showing their age. Hot tub out of service and pool too dirty to use.

Mostly excellent - the only problem was the late check-in time. We had to wait an hour and a half to check in.

We were very warmly welcomed and helped with what we needed. We were given warm, freshly baked cookies and helpful advice for shopping needs. We will return.

Reserved 2 rooms. The first floor room had a TV that didn't work. No one addressed this issue after it was brought to the front desk's attention. Only reason for booking at this location was the listing of an indoor sauna. The sauna was out of order. Mural on the wall by the pool was peeling. Hot tub was out of order supposedly due to someone defecating in it. Room on the 3rd floor was near the elevator where construction was taking place.

I’ve stayed at this property before when I come to visit my hometown. The area is safe. The Hotel it self is very clean - as well as the rooms! Check in is also fast & staff is always very helpful & friendly. They also provide a continental breakfast that has a variety of tasty food! If ur looking for an inexpensive, clean hotel look no further! I would highly recommend staying at this property!

It has been a consistently nice hotel till now. The room we were in had the odor of perspiration and then we noticed the hall smelled the same. What probably happened was they used dirty water for the whole hall. I hope they fix it due to its being one of our best hotels.

The shower didn’t work, but they sent maintenance over and it was fixed quickly. The room smelled musty.

It was a very quiet and comfortable stay. Not many guest on the evening we stayed there.

The bed was uncomfortable didn’t sleep well but overall it was a nice pleasant stay they even let us stay after hours in the hot tub.

Easy access from the freeway to the property.

I chose the hotel due to the convenient location. I was disappointed that my room was dirty. The bedsheets smelled like they hadn’t been changed. I killed 2 large roaches. Housekeeping came in and left the dead roach in the same place I left it. I addressed the different problems I encountered but nothing was done. Since it is a pet friendly hotel the carpets are very dirty and the hotel doesn’t smell clean.

Although the staff was very good, the room left much to be desired. It was quite damp and mildew smelling. Even when attempting to work out of the room, my pages would become damp.

Everyone was very friendly.

I purposely booked this hotel because it had an indoor jacuzzi and come to find out it had so many red ants floating in the water and began biting us. We could no longer use it. I am disappointed because I paid extra and chose this hotel for the indoor amenities and turns out I couldn't use what I paid for.

Never disappoints! Love staying at this hotel, the only thing is that I wish it could go back to it's regular pricings.

The front desk person refused to let me check in and didn’t care about why I was staying there.

Friendly staff

This property is much different feel from its partner across the parking lot. The Hotels App makes things a bit easier now days for check in and door keys. Breakfast and refreshments always enjoyed here. Easy parking. Indoor pool and sauna was nice, however the hot tub being broken was a bummer. Will stay again.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Old hotel but we'll maintained. Only complaint was that the hottub at the pool area was broken and the pool water was way too cold.

The room was clean and very nice! We stayed 2 nights and they did not come in to make up beds and pick up towels I was not sure if that was COVID related

When I arrived to the property the front desk advised me that I had canceled my reservation. Which I didn’t !!!!! Had to wait for a while and he said I had to call Expedia to figure it out ! The room wasn’t very clean towels look very old !

Dirty bathtub. Slow service. Not enough parking spaces we had to make our own and hope we didn’t get towed. Trash in the elevator. Trash can in the room was being used to hold the closet door closed. For the price and the name brand it was ridiculous.

The bedside lamp had md on it. The mini fridges door was all rusted on the outside.

The bedroom was also very clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was unforgiving to someone with lower back issues. And the bedding topper was the kind where you're either have to be buried under all of it where it's a thick layer and you get really hot, or you throw it all off except for the top sheet and get very cold. the room felt very humid, too - everything had sort of an odd sticky damp feel. We didn't use the pool or take advantage of the breakfast so I can't speak to that but the parking is very good - very well lit and easy access to the front of the building so it felt very safe (and it was!).

I waited about 15 minutes at the front desk yelling hello, hi no one came I went around and knocked on the management door she told me pissed off to hold on. Waiting....then she didn’t greet me or apologize for the long wait, then she said the system was down so no keys to the room she had to go open it every time. The sheets smelled of urine asked her to have them changed for the eye roll and then there was never anyone at front desk. Breakfast was terrible waited in line of about 20 plp with 1 worker running around serving the egg and doing waffles that was it for food. Refills you needed to get in line again. Hot Tub not working. Last but not least I was biten by bedbugs! All over my body so never will I ever stay at that hotel again not 1 friendly employee.

2. The pool's water needed cleaning. 3. Staff took the dirty towels but didn't replace when it came time to clean, although they were asked to. Had to get them from front desk. 4. AC didnt cool well till the second day of stay. No fans available.

Absolutely awesome!! Stayed here a couple of weeks ago & decided to come back again. Everything in the room was great, only wished the a/c was on the bed side instead of the sofa bed side.

Room wasn’t clean!! Front desk man the first night and woman the second night came up to room and saw how dirty it was. Never had housekeeping come re clean.. very very unhappy

Overall Property was Nice

While being in town for our family member’s birthday party we were highly upset with having to switch rooms due to the first room being labeled as dirty (the Lysol sticker was unstuck). Arriving in the second room, the entire carpet was wet as it was almost “dewy” from the ac. It was just uncomfortable. The hot tub wasn’t working & the sauna looked unkept. I wouldn’t stay in this place again. Good thing there are other places near it.
