Room was overall okay, but we didn't not have hair conditioner and struggled with the key to enter room. The hot tub by the pool does not work and looks old but they do keep the pool open until late which my boys enjoyed.

Needed a room for 6. Only had 4 towels and no bedding or pillows for the pull out bed. Dirty, dingy and a lot of damage. Probably water damage. The bathroom shower curtain rod was ripped out off of the tiles and hung back up in a U shape so the curtain only hung in the middle. The entire place just had a bunch of bandaid fixes to it to try to look nice but it's worth a 60$ night not 140$. Gross!

I liked the convenient location of Comfort Suites. Most of my destinations were within a 10-minute drive, making travel quick and easy throughout my stay. What I did not like about my stay was the poor Wi-Fi reception, which made it difficult to stay connected. I also found the bed to be less comfortable than expected, which affected the quality of my sleep. Additionally, the breakfast area had limited seating and space, making it somewhat crowded during the morning hours.

The service was great. Breakfast was pretty decent. The smell, smelled like dog piss in the entry.

Rug was discusting, beds had hair in them, sofa was like it was found in the dumpster. Asked for another room. They did accommodate but still not good. Overall we made the best of it since it’s was paid and not refundable. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Great hotel to stay at! Staff was amazing and welcomed us when we checked in, breakfast as delicious. The only problem was our split AC was making too much noise at night and our pull out sofa the mattress was dirty but other than that it was a great stay.

They didn't have my room ready to check in at 3 I actually checked in after 3:30 for one of my rooms and the 2 and room I checked in till after 5 pm . Crazy for reals and they were short staffed poor lady in the front had to deal with all the people I have stayed at other comfort suite hotels and this one has been the worse all the others were always good with service and cleaniness plus my hot water was not hot

The smell was horrible. Needs to be remodeled and get some fresh paint. Also the cleaning sucks. There was old soap in our tub, and hair on the walls of the tub, and old orange pills in the closet. Everything just smelled old. I asked for 5 sets of towels because that’s how many people stayed in my room but was told I could only get 4, so I had to borrow a set from my mom’s room.

We planned to stay at this hotel three nights in May 2026 but we cut our stay short and left early after two nights. When we checked in there was water pouring down from the front entrance doors (it was not raining) into the lobby entrance. The whole hotel has a strong mildew / damp smell. The first room we were given (209) was very dirty so we requested a different room. The next room (206) had what appeared to be black mold and water stains on the ceiling in addition to termites on the ceiling right over one of our beds. Our kids also got bug bites in the room. On the plus side the hotel has a convenient location, staff were helpful and the breakfast was decent but we would not stay here again and I would recommend others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

It was a pretty good stay, there were a few things like flickering restroom light and missing blankets that we probably could have complained about but it really wasn't a big deal for 2night stay. So YES I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN 👍

The first floor restroom was clean and well kept. Parking lot was well lit and we were able to have a close parking space. I'll start with the room. It was big and appeared to be clean but it was so hot and uncomfortable. My husband complained to management and was told we could not be relocated and no refund because we booked through this stupid website. The staff was all very kind, not helpful but kind. No one from this site or the hotel itself cares, everyone made their money and not accountability. I've used this website and Booking.com for several years but this will be the last time.

The staff, buffet breakfast, and room were very nice. I left a 2 star due to the air quality, clear signs of water damage and possible mold/mildew. Every person is different, however some people are sensitive/allergic to mold/mildew. I know the 2nd floor, from the elevator and hallway it was musty and warm, no air flow at all. The smell and air quality continued into our room, thanks to the AC running ice cold it was able to help with breathing. One corner of our room had water damaged on the ceiling and the corner floor carpet was completely soaked. The closet had one of those moisture trapping bags, it was completely full of water. The staff was very helpful, sincere and easy to work with. They did their best with the limitations they have to accommodate us. However, I firmly believe that mine and my family's health rise above all. We ended up checking out a day early unable to get a refund for the 2nd night, which is understandable but wish they would be more lenient and provide some type of relief for the health hazard not only I, but I'm sure a bunch of other families, have put themselves through.

The front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping staff were attentive, helpful, and informative. We appreciated receiving housekeeping services every day of our stay and valued the variety and quality of the breakfasts. We would stay at this hotel if we are ever back in the area.

Only the older lady in the front that works 7/3 was a sweetheart. I completely forgot her name the owner and then the lady that works 3 to 11. We’re rude. I asked for housecleaning they gave me an issue with complaining that they were shortstaffed every time I ask for anything I was always getting an attitude.

We like that the fact that they had a good reasonable breakfast Well let's start out with the beds or not queen size they're full size and they're hard very hard then let's go to the refrigerators has no freezer it's just the refrigerator then let's go to the pool is cold I'm talking about like cold freezing and filthy dirty hot tub doesn't work and everyday we have to go ask for clean towels it's going downhill since a year ago it's turning into like the druggie Hotel everybody there was smoking drugs that were visitors oh and it's not ran by the actual Comfort people it's owned by Indians I think they are and I think their families live in the hotel

I asked for a romantic surprise for my fiancee, they not only helped give me ideas but did an amazing job at executing the plan. Shout out to Linda at the front desk who was especially sweet and checked in on us during the stay. Plenty of parking each day The complimentary breakfast also had great options. The location was perfect for getting to any city attractions since its in between everything and right next to the freeway. The air conditioner was surprisingly accurate. While I didn't use it, the pool had a party nearly every day of my stay so it must have been great. Other than occasional door noises I did not hear any sounds from other rooms which is a big bonus for me. The room was a little smaller than I hoped and the tv was super old which led to some old school channel surfing. The gym was lackluster as well. The lighting in the bedroom can be a bit dark if you close the curtains even with the lights on.

Breaksfast was good. I found cockroaches on my food when I stepped away for 10 minutes while showering.

There was a damp, musky smell in the room. If we lowered the ac, odor was more tolerable. Maybe the carpet needed cleaning or ac filter needed replacing.

I didn’t get to stay because i changed my dates and notified the property and booking.com and somewhere someone dropped the ball. So i drove 6hrs round trip for nothing They don’t help customer. Even though i had confirmation receipt on my phone, and proof that i had paid, i was told hotel had no more room. So me and my wife and my two small children had to drive back home 3hrs after being up since 7am that day and running around.

Location was good Because we had roaches climbing on our clothes. Bath tubs were dirty. Floors were dirts hallways smelled of something burnt. Elevator has not had a inspection(serviced) in a few years. Toilet paper was not new. Beer can in the hall as well as hair balls. Ice machine are was not clean.

During breakfast one of the ladies turned off the lights and shut everything down early while my family was in the middle of fixing their breakfast. She started arguing with my family member and then threw away her food that was in the toaster. Mind you other guests were destroying the dining hall but that wasn’t us. We waited our turn to fix our plates got down there with 20 mins to spare and we were still disrespected. We asked to speak to a manager 3 separate times and no one ever reached out as we were told. Very disappointed in this staff members behavior and that management never responded.

This hotel is very old and the smell that lingers is there to prove it. The staff were nice and the bfast seemed to be a hit but I wouldn't stay here, again. Nothing the hotel can do about it when the building itself is old and it doesn't have any upgrades.

Breakfast wasn't great. The options were very few and not enough. They ran out of food everyday and lodgers had to wait. We couldn't get breakfast on the last day cos they ran out before the time was over The first room we were given was very musty! We couldn't breathe and was moved to another room, which was better. The floors were wet a lot of the times, and the hotel just didn't have a nice smell.

Great location felt safe. Breakfast was great just wish it was a larger room but they open the conference room with more seating so that was nice. Staff were friendly. Any shopping and activities were near by maybe 5-15mins away depending on where you wanted to go. Would stay again.

Elevator floor cracked tiles and very dirty. Hallway carpet, very dirty with lots of stains. Carpet within my room, lots of stains. Ceiling had stains and it looked like water damage and bubbling paint. Shower had almost zero water pressure and was not clean. Adjourning room was up to 2am talking on the phone, and I could hear every word. I would never stay here again and would suggest the same to anyone I know. I travel for work and have stayed in lots all around the US and abroad. While this isn't the worst, it certain did not impress. Not a well-kept property.

However receptionist was very helpful and helped us get a refund through Expedia which we appreciated.

When you walk in there was moldy smell and they didn’t activate the room key. The elevator stopped working and the shower head part connecting to the wall was hanging off and toilet wasn’t working. The conditioner in the shower was empty.

Room was clean for the most part (hair was on wall in shower and stuck to one of the sheets on a bed) staff was helpful during breakfast and when we had a wifi question/ checking in and out. Pool was nice. Hot tub wasn't hot at all which was a little disappointing after coming back from a softball tournament. Did not venture out since we were there for a softball tournament and didn't have a lot of free time. Had Domino's delivered one night and that was easy. Elevator was iffy on working at times. Great stay for what we were there for. Shower was hot.

I requested to have our room serviced and it was never done. When I asked for clean towels, 1 was repeatedly told they were being washed, but none were ever provided, so I ended up having to go out and buy my own towels. The hotel itself is very old and has a strong mildew smell. There were kids running up and down the hallways late at night, which made it hard to rest. The elevators were also broken, so we had to use the stairs. On top of that, there was only one washer available and it barely worked or released water. Overall, the stay was very inconvenient and disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Entered my room with smell of dog and cigar that made my head hurt and my nose running ,as i have allergies. I informed front desk employee Linda and she told me to inform Expedia to receive my refund and now im out of $91 because the manager from that location does not refund 3rd party booking agency.

The customer service was great and the cleaning of the room was just as it should be. Well managed property and great location near fast food and the highway. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days which was worth the price. I will eventually come back when visiting family. Thank you

Pretty nice room except the sheets had a weird streak on it. Other than that it was clean and the breakfast was delicious. We are going back next month and will stay at this hotel.

Pretty nice room except the sheets had a weird streak on it. Other than that it was clean and the breakfast was delicious. We are going back next month and will stay at this hotel.

I made reservations with a different hotel. I called comfort suites after I finally received a" check in" email the day I was supposed to check in. It was for 2 nights ($200*). I begged them to cancel the second night but they refused. I called Expedia but they also refused to cancel the second night. We went by the hotel. It was filthy, we saw roaches, trash was everywhere, chips were in the parking lot full of bugs. I am relieved we decided to stay at the other hotel. This has been a horrible experience.

The staff were very nice and helpful but the room was not clean. There was dog poop in the room and animal hair all over the couch. It had not been vacuumed in quite awhile. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony wonderful.

I was so upset regarding the sewage odor in our room, the heavy Marijuana smell all around our room, roaches in the bathroom and dirty towels. When i went down to front desk, the clerk laughed at me and said there were no available rooms to move us to. I feel that the price was ridiculous for what we experienced. I willnever recommend or stay there again

Bed was alittle to stiff and the ac was maxed out still dint cool the room due to leaking balcony door . The only full day we stayed and the cable dint work and with toddler I had keep her out of the room . The 3rd Floor smells. But breakfast was great staff was nice

Stay was great and friendly staff. Breakfast was great but ran out of food early. My ONLY complaint is that we were next to the stairwell and the door had no spring so it SLAMMED at all hours of the night.

Way better than la Quinta for sure but could also use some tlc. Love the happy hour on Tuesday.

We stayed in room 408, which was extremely unclean. The shower contained a fake fingernail from the previous occupants, the floors were filthy, and the bathroom mirror was stained or very old , making it difficult to see. Our bed was very hard. The bed for the pull-out sofa was dirty and had food in it. Furthermore, the toilet required manual flushing by removing the top and pressing the refill button, and the water pressure was extremely low in tbe dirty shower. We had a room with a balcony, which allowed sunlight to enter directly through the door window at the top. It is advisable not to opt for a balcony room if you prefer to sleep in or require a dark room.

Big room, nice decor. The room I stayed at had water damage on the ceiling but no visible mold. The shower and refrigerator had wear and tear that can be mistaken as unclean.

The room was smelly and the pull out was full of goldfish crackers, the wires wete broke and there was hardly any padding.

Sink was slow in emptying water and little roaches running around in restroom. My kids and I woke up sick by end of weekend trip. Told front desk and they just gave towels to put on soaked floor. Very poor maintenance.

I liked the value. The hotel accommodations were excellent compared to the price I paid for our stay. The location was convenient to most places in the Corpus Christi area.

The room was perfect. Bed comfortable. AC worked amazing. Fold out couch was a little dirty. Bathroom was OK. And skip the breakfast.

The hotel reeked of mildew and mold as soon as you walked in the front door. The room was even worse. It was also in need of upgrades. The AC made horrible noises that would keep us up. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and the breakfast was not good and did not give many options.

The breakfast food was decent for it being included with the stay. Nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the bed was somewhat comfortable if your sitting up. Laying down to go to bed was a different story. My wife and I both have back problems and we both woke up with our backs hurting due to the mattress being way too firm.

The property is a bit dated, but it is very affordable. The breakfast buffet was a total let down. We got there at 7 am when it started and the eggs and sausage were totally cold. The rest of the food was okay. The room was clean. Bed was a bit firm but way better than previous hotels I’ve stayed at. The pool area was okay. Not much shade. Hot tub was gross with floating dead crickets. If you’re on a budget, it’s definitely worth a stay. The property just needs major upgrades. Staff was nice. It’s close to everything you need. A bit far from the beach we went to but close to good fishing spots.

The room was nice, but there was a little too much furniture that was oversized. The furniture in the room made it feel a little cramped. Most of the front desk people were very helpful especially Linda. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in room was excellent.

The breakfast was ok, but no one cleaning up the mess in the dining area. I could go on but why, will not be staying here again.

I visit Corpus Christi about 3 tumes a year, my go to is Comfort Suites. Clean, great staff, and great breakfast. Rooms are clean, abd comfortable. Always a very nice stay.

Shopping and eating places were within easy driving. The stay was very pleasant.

As soon as we walked into the establishment you can smell mold/ mildew and I thought I can forget about it so I walked up and then the whole carpet walking up smells very mildewey and wet almost . The room was very nice and spacious but again I can smell the mold and also I could see the mildew in the shower not good for guests please do better .

We always enjoy staying at this Comfort Suites. We have been coming here for the last few years.

The common areas weren’t any better — there was standing water in both the elevator and the lobby, creating serious slip and trip hazards. On top of everything, the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms and hallways. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was unsanitary, unsafe, and clearly neglected.

Hotel does need a little tlc, for instance the water pressure is not the best when showering, only 1 elevator and it kept stopping on every floor even though there wasnt anyone there and we would push buttons, some areas smelled like wet but only in the hall. Our room was fine, staff was friendly, and had no issues with parking.

The ppl at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was very attentive. The breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay . One of my rooms did have a strong mildew smell and carpets were damp . That could definitely improve

This was the most disqusting hotel I’ve been too. The pictures are not from this hotel. There was cereal all over the floor, crumbs in the bed, restroom wasn’t clean, white crap all over the floor, mirror dirty, smelled like trash, and bedbugs, and roaches. I saw them crawling on the carpet up the wall! They offered to put me in a different room. Don’t want to refund my money, They told me to have a seat Ummmm.. hard pass. No I’d rather sleep in my car. I gave 1star because it didn’t let me put 0. Horrible experience.

It was a short trip for our little family, we had stayed there a few years back and really loved it, this time the place seems a bit more warn.

I liked that the hotel was convenient to the places we were going to visit. I did not like that the breakfast was super low by 8:30. I felt very bad for an elderly man walking in the breakfast area at 9 am to find nothing not even coffee. It says breakfast stops at 9:30 and more than one person walked in at 9:10 to find zero breakfast. The lady attending the breakfast was away and I feel it was on purpose so we wouldn’t tell her there’s no more of eggs, sausage, coffee etc. what a mess up. On the first day of our arrival, the elevator was not working. We had to take the stairs up to the fourth floor with all the luggage. This was not fun at all. Ac works well. The rooms and restrooms need more attention. I found a dead roach sticked to the restroom wall and when we undid the sofa bed, I found trash on the floor. I did read the reviews before booking and saw many gave it a 10 and very few bad reviews but hey I was just there and my experience was not awesome.

THIS WAS NPT MY EXPERIENCE. The hotel was clean; breakfast was great and Victoria the breakfast attendant kept breakfast well stocked all the way to the end of breakfast. The beds and pillows weren't super comfortable but were tolerable.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to the beach, stores. Very spacious, clean room, enough space. Very comfortable.

My friend and I were extremely happy with our stay. The hotel was comfortable, well kept, had a good breakfast, and great pool. We were especially happy that it was very close to many of the Selena sites, especially the museum.

At check in which was at 3:00 I got there and then all of a sudden the power goes out power doesn't come back on until after 8:00 so I'm not even able to even be in my room unload my car or do anything let alone I was down here visiting I know where to go so I'm sitting on the parking lot waiting on power they didn't even offer service when I went in to ask them do they know how long it's going to be oh well we don't know anything just rude and I'm like okay didn't even offer to conversate the room and say hey we'll give you half your money back because you're going through this no nothing elevator didn't work half of the time there was hair in my shower

The hotel looks good from the outside, but the inside had a terrible odor. my room smelled like mildew and th bathroom made a loud noise all night long. I could never stay there again.

Hot tub not working during our 3 day stay and that’s the main reason I booked this hotel. Also, there was a pool light fixture with wire floating in the pool. We asked for cleaning / house keeping yet sheets didn’t get washed or bed done. All we got were folded towels in the bathroom.

The hotel is old and smells musty. I did notice the smell was worse on the 3rd floor than the others. The pull out mattress was stained with rust and was very old and uncomfortable even for kids. The breakfast was okay but they did have plenty of food.

A/c wasent working quite well. The TV channels dont work neither some did not all. Pool was way to cold for my kids and hot tub wasent working neither.

At check out they kept trying to charge my account multiple times! Other then that it was a great place to stay but unfortunately since that happened I will not be staying here again and I’m here once a month.

The room we received, one of the beds smelled like vomit. My wife told the manager at the front desk and he was very generous and gave us another room. Overall it was quite and breakfast was great!

My stay was great. Stayed for 4 days. Housekeeper was present and very helpful. Accessibility was great. I wish the front desk staff was more vibrant as well as a more enthusiastic greeting instead of you acknowledging them first before being greeted as a guest. But overall my stay was pleasant except for the front desk service maki g you feel like your disturbing their peace.

The pullout beds that were suppose to sleep my daughters had no sheets and mattress had huge stains covering the entire mattress. They moved me to another room and same for the bed there was a napkin with dry blood on it. We were disgusted to say the least! Receptionist was rude and she did not give me my ID back! Please do not stay here!

Stayed for work. Nice property. Parking was tight, but it’s not the hotels fault. The construction workers using the lot don’t know how to park. Really good breakfast.

Then to top it all off, there were roaches in the bathtub. The ONLY thing good about this place was the beds were comfortable. For the money I paid, its a waste and I will NOT be staying here again, and I don't advise anyone else to either.
