Best Western Corpus Christi Airport Hotel

I took off one star because the bed was as hard as a rock. Upgrade the beds and this place is fantastic!!

I love this hotel

The hotel lobby was inviting and aesthetically pleasing. The front desk associate who assisted with our check-in was not particularly welcoming, and a more friendly and engaging demeanor would have enhanced the experience, the guest room did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom was quite small, and the bedside table lights were not functioning properly, which impacted the overall comfort of the stay.

The rooms layout wasn't great, the bathroom was small and the a/c made a weird noise. The furniture and walls were marked/scuffed, the sink spout moved and the drains were slow.

Air purifier In room was not working, was blinking it was full. Water pressure not good. Maintenance had to come fix. Ran out of clean towels per front desk.

She was even in a bad mood. The other older lady was very sweet picking up trash from customers and always smiling Our room really smelled and humidity was bad if ac was under 64 degrees. No towels were left on second day. Pool was very clean

When we checked the room, the bed sheets had some small stains, a bit of hair, it wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t the worst either. Overall it’s a good place to stay for a quick get away or vacation. Those were just some of my issues

The breakfast wasn’t great this time—they’ve definitely reduced the variety of food. There wasn’t enough for the number of guests, and you had to stand in line just to get hot items. One waffle maker was broken for three days, and the other kept shutting off from overheating. The hotel is still clean and freshly renovated, but it now feels more like a place for a quick one-night stop rather than somewhere you’d want to return to again and again.

My family and I booked 2 rooms for a decent price, but we were very heartbroken when we woke up to find a fishing pole cut off & stolen off the top of our vehicle. We also booked this hotel for the many amenities mostly including the pool. That happened to be closed the day we stayed, which we weren’t notified about until we checked in.

We stayed three nights and didn’t get our sheets changed because they say they don’t do that. When asked for towels the front lady was extremely rude because I sent my daughter to get some, we are on day two and I had to ask for everything because no one came in our room to do anything. The WiFi immediately was slow on night two, didn’t work the morning we got up to leave. The website we had to pay extra for breakfast but apparently it comes with the hotel and is free to everyone! Everything had a lock on it, you have to go to the front desk to get the key to exercise, staff was rude at the front, at night it was extremely loud and hear everything

The floors in my room were so dirty I had to wear socks the entire time because you could feel the dirt on the floor. The lobby smelled like mildew. The pillows in a king room were the size of throw pillows. Not even regular sized pillows.

Breakfast was great although waiting for food was not ideal. One of the guest kept waiting for them to fill the potatoes, eggs, and sausages and then he would go empty it all on his plate and do it again. Parking also wasn't fun

Low light in rooms, most outlets did not work to charge electronic devices. Even though there was a lot of outlets only two worked.

Breakfast was good. But they do not like to refill anything 15mins until the breakfast hour is over. Like you snooze you loose. They also ONLY leave 3 towels in the room. Well we booked 1 room with 2 beds because there is 4 of us. I told my 9 year old to get more towels from the front. The lady told her she had to bring the dirty towels down first. The lady at the front told my daughter there were cameras EVERYWHERE. So my daughter came back to the room and got the dirty towels. She carried them back down and they only gave her 3 more! They don’t need to be worried about towels. They need to be worried about 10 teenagers running from the sitting area and jumping the fence when they saw me and my little girls get out of the car. Not in the nicest area.

World's Smallest Hotel Bathroom. You literally couldn't stand at the sink. You had to straddle the toilet to brush your teeth. Also, the bathroom door couldn't close all the way. And the mattress was HARD. I didn't sleep well.

It was very comfortable but we did have to ask for some times because they would try to come service the room while we were asleep and did let them know that we sleep in late if they could come afterwards. But overall it was great .

Everything was great from checking in, to the day we checked out, clean, spacious, and comfortable we didn't make time to get in the pool this time but it looked very inviting. We been staying here for the past few years. Housekeeping staff are also great!

My family loved the breakfast options! The shower doesn’t like a plastic lining and that’s just a personal preference for me when it comes to taking a shower. Room itself didn’t have a light. We had to use lamps and the window and I wasn’t comfortable leaving the window open. We liked the front desk lady. She was young and was really helpful and welcoming. The beds were clean and nice!

The property was nice however the check in experience was was not welcoming at all. It seems that MEN are favored at this hotel by staff. Especially the check in clerk who helped us that day.

updated hotel located near the airport with easy access of the freeway. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast had fruit, juice, cafe, eggs and cereal and was fulfilling.

Not Good! Room view was deceiving. We asked for soap in our room and never received any. Thankfully we bought our own. We had roaches in our room as we were packing! OMG, we drove from North Texas to only have a horrible trip.

We stayed for one night, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport with plenty of parking available. The room was normal size, clean and comfortable. The hotel is well decorated. However, the air conditioning unit was very noisy, which made it hard to relax. Breakfast was decent, with the usual American selection, including some hot options. Overall, it offers good value for the price.

The breakfast food was really good. Freshly cooked each morning and something different everyday. The staff was always accommodating and super friendly. If we needed anything they were quick to get us what we needed. Several members of our party had to move to a new room because of a faulty TV and a leaking toilet. But I would say overall it was a great place to stay.

We went early for our first breakfast. The breakfast attendant threw away our pancake's the 1st morning while prepping the rest of our breakfast; when we advised her they were ours she was not very polite to us & rudely placed a new batch. She was not polite to any other guests for that matter. She walked in between everyone and never apologized or smiled or greeted anyone. She is effective but not at all customer or guest oriented. No service qualities to being an attendant that basically everyone sees or comes accross. The 2nd morning even though there was 15min till breakfast being over she had almost finished collecting everything; while the area was occupied by guests & some where still arriving the food wasnt gone & instead of allowing for the guests to serve themselves with the remaining hot breakfast items which were probably gonna get tossed out she removed them. It made an already uncomfortable experience more uncomfortable. The breakfast area is a bit crowded and VERY HOT Uncomfortably hot. The service from the attendants at the front desk was great both females and a male were nice to us. We accidentaly left a cowboy hat and were saddened to know it could not be mailed back to us. Even if we paid for the return shipping and arranged shipping service. We Will not visit this hotel again. We will stay elsewhere.

Room floor was so slippery and no one can walk without a foot ware. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan and it was stinking. When enquired there was no other room having an exhaust fan in bathroom so we have to leave the hotel in between.

Hotel was nice and clean. We had four guests but 3 towels and 3 wash clothes. Front desk gave me a hassle for the extra set of towels I asked for. We were out all day and we came back to our room the bed was wet. Right on top was a vent and it had been raining. They gave me a hassle for some dry bedding. 2 different employees at to come look at the big wet spot and I had to put it on.

Hotel receptionist was very rude! The tall Hispanic heavyset one was so rude from the time I walked in . She was huffing and puffing rolling her eyes when handling a guest’s question. The same receptionist told me “what do you want me to do about it, there’s a number on the machine” when asking for help regarding our items and money being taken by the vending machine. The pool was cloudy and dirty, the 2nd floor had the same puddle of water day after day from a nearby machine, the breakfast was not great, undercooked food and lack of variety, pancake machine was not working , Starbucks vending machine charged me $10, with no coffee given and no way for a refund . Room smelled like must and mildew upon entry and the floors were dirty. Horrible service, unclean hotel, not great quality breakfast or hospitality. The outside of the hotel and photos online make it look nice but it is definitely a run down hotel with a fresh paint job , as run down and their service !

The elevators did not work. I was not told this upon check in and I was put on the 4th floor and had to carry my luggage all the way this was horrible. I travel for work and this has always been my go to place. I will never come back! Nor will I any of my colleagues. Then to top things off I walked all the way to the 4th and my key did not work on the second day there. I had to walk all the way and back up again. You will never have to worry about me ever again coming back. What really had me upset is there was no one trying to fix the elevator. The same way yall text me about my about my up coming stay yall could have informed me that the elevator was down. I left this place Wednesday morning I could not stay another night

Pool was murky, you could not see your feet in it. And the AC in the room would click throughout the whole night. It was a bit concerning that there was a humidifier in the room. You could see on the ceiling where patch work had been done. I've stayed at other Best Westerns before and this was pretty subpar compared to where I've stayed. Front desk personnel however was super friendly and nice.

The room lock was broken. Upon inquiring was told that that I can choose to leave as they can't do anything about it. Inadequate room service. No shampoo, etc in the room. Breakfast was poorly managed. No one was there to even refill the items.

Don't let the outside fool you. I was kind of worry because the surrounding properties looked unkept and not in such a good area but this Best Western was AWESOME. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Friendly staff, beauty room. We stayed the night before flying back home after being in Port Aransas for a few days.

Beautiful lobby. Very quiet. Great breakfast but ran out of food both days. That is to be expected on holiday weekend. Pool was murky, full of kids and out of towels. Only a few minor imperfections in room. Parking was full. Property felt safe with overnight security. Water pressure and water temperature in shower not great. Elevator was sketchy. We still very much enjoyed this beautiful hotel.

We were anxious to check in after a hot day at the beach. Our room wasn’t ready yet even though we didn’t arrive until 4:30pm. No biggie. After we got to our room, showered and got ready, we discovered our feet were now black (yes, black) from walking barefoot in our room. Pretty disgusting in my opinion.

This hotel was nice the beds were comfortable. the t.v was having issues turning on and off. You could hear the ice maker being used every hr during the night which would make it hard to stay asleep. We also had no soap to wash our hands and never received it after asking for some to be sent up.

Not happy with the room. It is the smallest room with a king size bed that I’ve ever stayed at. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom, separate from the toilet and the tub. The toilet and the tub were in a 5‘ foot by 5 foot room. It was difficult getting dressed in there or getting out of the shower. There was no room. Well, the breakfast was pretty bad. I had read such good things about this hotel and was looking forward to staying there. But I was highly disappointed. As I’m eating breakfast, on the windowsill beside me , is a dying cockroach. I had to bring it to the attendee at the desk attention. She just got a little piece of toilet paper, smaller than the roach itself, and went to take care of it. Never seen a room like this. And I don’t think I’ll ever book a room here again. Breakfast is served at seven and I was there at 7:15. The eggs were actually cold to the touch. The sausage link was cold. And the potatoes taste like little rubber squares. Never again!

The property is very well kept. The rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend this location.

The property was convenient for my business nees, plus really close to the airport. There were a few things I didn't care for: I checked in late around 8 and immediately went out for dinner, when I arrived back and was ready to settle in, I noticed that the shades on the window were broken... So asi lay in bed the extremely bright security lights from the Valero parking lot were shining right into my eyes and lighting up the bed... Because it was late and I already unpacked I decided to deal with it. The next morning decided to shower and after closing the door I noticed a used shower towel hanging on the back of the door...because it was 6 a.m. and I was running out I again dealt with it.

Stayed only one night but the room was clean and staff was excellent. Loved the breakfast, impressed by the Texas shaped waffle with BW logo! Would stay there again.

The floor were covered in sand.

Everything is was good. We really liked the hotel but the only complain I do have was the bestroom was small for the room with one bed.

Our stay was good but there was an odor in the whole building that was not too pleasant.
