The shower leaked so bad I could not stand in the bathroom or use the toilet without getting whatever I was wearing wet. The lady at the desk said yes we know, a lot of the rooms do that because of a bad design. So why don’t they fix it? The toilet rattled so bad. I’m surprised it didn’t leak. Worst of all I got bit at night on my stomach as I slept. Don’t get the breakfast. I had a time. It’s not a buffet. Every item is priced. They just deduct it from what you paid upfront. So you have to spend the exact amount or spend more. The breakfast sandwiches are all prepackaged and they cost seven and eight dollars. McDonald’s is way better for 1/3 the price.

Room was hot and A/C was not working right. They said they would reset the setting but it still worked the same. I had to ask for a table fan.

Only things I noticed-tile in room 212 bathroom was loose or damaged. Parking was somewhat questionable for security. Very open to the street.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it's so nice every time. It's always super nice and clean, the rooms are super spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, the pool was nice and cold. Would definitely recommend!

The pool area was nice and well-maintained, and towels were provided, which was convenient. However, one downside was that there was no complimentary breakfast offered. The location is about 20–25 minutes from the island, so not too far. Overall, it was a decent stay. For future trips, we would probably look for a place that offers more complimentary amenities and is closer to the island.

I like the location as it was like in the middle of both areas I needed to go. Our room was facing the front and saw the roof top of car port and the club or bar across the street had such loud music all night we could barely sleep. The breakfast paid for was horrible. The pool was so high of chlorine I couldn’t stay in it with my 2 year old. There was a graduation in lobby area so not all hotel area was accessible to us.

It appeared there was a leak under the refrigerator, as we found a puddle of water in the bathroom. We were moved to another room, but there was also a puddle of water there. Additionally, the air conditioner in that room was making a disturbing noise, so we had to change rooms yet again.

It was a nice hotel but the room could use some maintenance. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way and there was knicks and scratches on the walls. We didn’t pay for breakfast.

Our room was modern, spotless and conveniently located minutes from the freeway. Parking was a breeze, and we were greeted by a friendly staff. The free Aquafina water was a gracious touch. The Aloft is our family go-to when visiting from out of town.

I was able to check in earlier than 3pm. The staff members were really nice. The room and the gym were clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Beautiful, clean Hotel with friendly professional staff and great value for the cost. The breakfast system was different and confusing but quick to understand once explained. Location is ok, but near a major highway with traffic that could be heard all night. Not terrible, but it's not great for someone who likes quiet environments to sleep in.

Our stay was great ! The staff were extremely kind and helpful when we needed additional items for our room. It was super clean and comfortable. The lounge was super cute and was packed with people enjoying themselves. My family and I will be returning for our next trip.

Staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Lobby is very trendy. Coffee is available and water bottles too. Rooms are small, but clean. AC was nice and cold. We got a king bed, very comfortable and linen was nice. Dog friendly too! Poo was also relaxing. Shout out to Anita and staff.

Perfect location. Love the pool, bar, pool table, huge lounge area, and fireplace. Did not have remote to Tv. I called the desk and he said it should be there. I told him it wasn’t. He didn’t help me. So no tv. And the shower door didn’t close completely so water got on the floor.

We have stayed there before and loved it. But know the hotel is starting to look run down. The room we were in first the grout was missing and the tile was lose. So we changed rooms. And in that shower water was going all over the floor.

It was very uncomfortable but it was after midnight and we didn’t want to have to move again.

I received nothing advertised on the site. I feel like I was click baited from the pictures. Room, filthy. Service, unprofessional. I arrived in town after midnight the overnight desk clerk seemed to know nothing and acted as though it was a bother for extra linen. We were in town for a funeral, and the location was central to every venue we needed to attend. Before booking, I called the hotel directly to verify that they'd be able to accommodate 3 adults in 1 room. I was told that I could request a roll-away bed in addition to the 2 queen beds. When I asked, while checking in, the staff member told me, "No, we don't do that. You booked through a third-party so the person you talked to has probably never set foot in here." My family and I worked out sleeping arrangements, but the room was dirty. There were crumbs and dirt on the floor like it hadn't been swept. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and a hair stuck to the wall. Nothing looked wiped down. I couldn't tell if the sick feeling I had was from the grief of my grandmothers passing, or knowing that I paid just to not want to take a shower or lay comfortably in the beds without feeling gross. The "breakfast bar" is a breakfast nook that has a table with 6 seats. When we returned around midnight, the bar was closed, and the chairs were stacked like they had been closed for awhile. Nothing about this stay makes me want to revisit or recommend to friends or family. Truly awful.

Bath towels are very rough, no complimentary breakfast, the room felt humid and not as cool as we would've liked even though the thermostat was set to 68°. Would've liked for the bathroom light to not be so bright that it lights up the whole room in the middle of the night.

Hotel is now run down. They allow locals (non guest to use the lobby and pool areas to party) Guest couldn't enjoy ANY of the amenities. Hotels STINKS like sewage. Had to change room. New room had a huge crack in bathroom mirror. DIRTY, hair everywhere!

We always stay at this hotel. And by far this was the worst stay. The bed was hard as a rock, we had dirty bath towels, and as soon as the AC would kick off the room would get really hot.

Too small. Awkward layout in bathroom. Fridge, bathroom door broken sliding out of place, lots shower water on bathroom floor after showering, no trashcan in restroom area, noise level from a club across the street was extremely loud, dogs in the other room barking. I didn’t even stay the second night I booked. It wasn’t pleasant to be there.

2nd visit to this hotel. I use this hotel when I visit family in CC. Very convenient, great location. Near restaurants and stores. Very peaceful stay.

I needed to book a mobility accessible room at the last minute, due to the terrible experience I had at another hotel. Staff were immediately helpful and available, and able to provide a room with two beds and a working heater. This was my 5th time staying with them - Will definitely remember to always stay with them in the future!

I’m not sure the front desk lady’s name but she’s the sweeetest ! I’ve stayed a couple times and she recognized me ! Everything is always clean and comfy - and the shampoo/conditioner actually makes my hair feel soft

It was great except I got charged for something a day later and have no idea what for. The only thing I can think of was I had a cup of coffee in the room but I assumed it was free. It did not have any sign.

Hotel itself was ok, there were just some tech issues. The TV was broken, when trying to call the reception I noticed the phone was not working. it continued with Wi-Fi issues with the grand finale being the alarm going off in the middle of the night.

This is the second time I choose to stay here on a business trip. The room I have been given is never the one I book online. House keeping is also questionable.

Ask for an even-numbered room. At 11pm the club next door starts partying and it’s impossible to sleep. I had to change rooms at midnight and I was NOT happy especially because I needed to wake up at 5 to get my mom to the hospital for her surgery.

It has a very mod style and spacious rooms. I did notice a few cracks in the shower wall. It is also next to a club so some rooms may be noisier than others.

When I got to the front desk, at 10:00 pm I was checked in by Elizabeth she was helpful and nice, she assigned us our room. Went upstairs got to the room and it smelled horribly like Mold that I got an headache I had to get out of the room, and the blinds didn’t close. So I called the front desk and let Elizabeth know and she said apologized and said she was going to look for another available room. Went downstairs, 10:30 pm to turn in keys and she assigned another room, went back upstairs to the 4 th floor, room felt muggy and hot, I checked the AC and it marked 60 degrees that was the lowest, was not blowing cool air. I turned off the AC turned it back on to see if it reset still did not work I waited in about 10 minutes. I took a shower I had just got back from the beach was tired and sticky just wanted to rest and sleep, and it still was hot. I called the front desk again. Elizabeth said she apologized and said give her 10 minutes to find another room. I went downstairs back to the front desk, 11:00 She was not there because she was looking for a room to see if the AC worked. She came back downstairs and said that the last room that she looked for us felt cool enough to check in there. Went back upstairs and the room was cool and AC was working. But the down fall too was that all the rooms had a big water leakage from the showers when we would take a shower all the water would come out the bathroom into the hallway to the carpet in the bedroom, had to use all the towels.

The room was clean and spacious. I especially enjoyed the Drybar amenities in the bathroom. We could hear music playing from a nearby establishment after 11pm (our stay was on a Saturday night). Fortunately I was tired enough that it didn’t keep me awake.
