Our stay was really great. Somethings were a bit dirty like the top of the fridge and the floor seemed to be lifting a little. Nothing we were really concerned about as we were not in the hotel much anyway. Staff was really nice and helpful.

I arrived after booking. Waited for an hour line to try to get a room. Attendant for hotel on zoom taking 20 mins per person to check in. Once finally got thru line attendant couldn’t find our room. Absolute disaster and the most unprofessional check in I’ve ever had to deal with. Couldn’t even get our room.

Stayed at Studio 6, which gives you a full sized refrigerator. Bed was decent, pillows a little softer than we like. Very near the freeway which is convenient but adds to the noise. Room was clean and staff polite, friendly and helpful.

The room was dusty and I had to wipe down the furniture. The top of the refridgerator had 1/2 inch of dust on it before I had cleaned it.

The key worked. The clerk was kind and helpful. They should separate room locations for travelers and extended stay units. We want sleep, not listening to people argue or their rap music. It's an extended stay motel, so some of the clientele don't understand that it is a hotel, Not a neighborhood. Seeing car window glass laying in the parking lot did not exude confidence in the safety of my car, lending to a restless sleep. I COULDNT SHOWER WITH BARELY WARM WATER!!!!!!

The manager of this property leaves much to be desired. She is relentless about keeping deposits. Just because I extended my stay she charged me for ANOTHER DEPOSIT, when the other employees had not done the same. There was no reason for it and I knew in my guts she was doing it and I would not see that money again. I was right. In front of me as j checked out, she had house keeping go to my room and she in the most insincere tone goes “oh noooo yeah they said that it’s bad and you’re not getting your deposit back. Yeah we have to keep it.” Also, I had a service animal and showed the license for it and she wouldn’t refund the pet fee she charged me. I could sue for that. Lastly, she profusely talked crap about the motel 6 directly across the street. Said it was terrible and ghetto and I’d be much happier there at studio 6. Let me tell you- I’m here now at the motel 6 across the street and the customer service is unparalleled. They don’t charge deposits and they even have a kiosk to remake your room keys cuz they will admit that the keys demagnetize pretty easily. They make your stay so simple and carefree. Do NOT go to studio 6! Don’t be fooled by the microwave and fridge. It’s not worth it. You’ll never see your deposit again, they will buckle and dime you. I want to exclude the other 2 employees at the front desk I dealt with. A young man and a nice young woman. It’s the manager that destroys this experience. DONT STAY HERE!!! It’s a major rip off!

So i went back to ask if i can get a diffrent room. The staff was nice and got me a diffrent room (123). That room smelled like cigarettes as well but we were going to try to deal with it but we had to leave because the cigarettes smell was bothering my daughter's asthma. So we were not able to stay the night in the room that i paid for. Can i get a refund please.

The room was great, it looked like theybwere recently renovated because everything looked new inside the room. They have a pool but we didn't use it. We were on a road trip and stay only for one night. The property is right next.to the freeway so it was great. Plus it was one of the cheapest around the area that night. I would definitely stay here again if we need a room near that area.

My room smelled like smoke/musty covered smoke, the shower only had 1 shower door, so water splashed on the floor, and I was having to clean it up after every shower. Outside the room it smelled like a transient urinated on the sidewalk. Just nasty ugh.

The bed is comfy the room is clean it feels modern and the bathroom is very nice and you also have a full fridge, you can't go wrong honestly, I have stayed here at least 30 times and I have never been disappointed.

They need to have a signed parking for their guests. I had to park across the street and walk over when I got back to my room it almost midnight didn’t feel safe.

The sink was clogged before I ever arrived. The floor looked like it had not been mopped in weeks. Bathroom was clean though, bed felt clean. Although the mattress and pillow were not up to my personal standards. Overall it is average. Or slightly above average. Not the worst place to stay. Good enough to get quality rest.

I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of this hotel and how nice the bathroom was. Wasn’t expecting much and it was just a place to stop from driving but turned out to be quite nice. Small thing, but I forgot my toothpaste and they didn’t have any for me. Definitely better than a motel six which is it sister hotel

THEY should really be ashamed of themselves. In the past ive left an expensive flat iron behind as well as my versace perfume and both times it was returned to me. I will never ever stay here again. The room itself is very nice and its close to the freeway. We were very surprised when we found out that there was no shampoo, conditioner or body waah. Ran to the store to get those essentials. And then after showering, we discovered there was no hair dryer either. There's a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and iron/ironing board.

We checked in Nov 15th. So either, housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room since October and no guest stayed in the room for over a month Or housekeeping cleaned the room 4 days prior to our arrival. The room did not feel aired out in a while so unsure which is better. 2) The shower was gross and had weird rust (?) rings on the floor of it. Also, the shower head kept dripping despite best efforts to turn off the faucet. Hearing the constant dripping while in the bathroom or (at times) through the wall at night time was aggravating. 3) Speaking of hearing things, for some reason in the middle of the night (3am) the refrigerator decided to make an incredibly loud whirling sound that woke up me and my guest.I'm assuming it was trying to make ice, but to be honest I have no idea. I just know it legitimately startled us awake. 4) The walls arent as thick as they should be. We could definitely hear our neighbors the entire time. 5) The tv was broken and would not turn on regardless of what we tried. Thank goodness we had other places to be and only needed this place to just sleep, so we didnt have to spend much time at this establishment.

I absolutely love the property. I’ve stayed there several times. It’s right off the freeway has plenty of parking and all the rooms have been completely remodeled. It has a nice pool and Jacuzzi walking distance to a restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner and a gas station with a little convenient store

I left to go and get something to eat and when i got back this guy asked me if i needed to buy drugs. I was so disappointed so i just took a loss and went to find another room. I put the key in the drop box and left. I will never stay there again, hopefully they will figure out something with that place. They had good reviews is why i picked this hotel, but it was more like a motel. Don’t waste your money on this place in less you have no other choice. I’m sure i is worse places out there, but if you’re paying you expect more.

Don’t recommend too many smokers no consideration even when kid’s are around. It’s like a drug dealer lives in the facility too many tweakers in the area. Wouldn’t stay here again!

The room itself was clean, but the price was high considering the level of unease the area and hotel occupants caused.

There was SO much noise that it ruined my stay. The inside of the rooms is modern and clean. The outside is sketchy.

Great place to stay but there is alot of riff raff around the area. Had some equipment stolen off my truck.
