It was decent for what we needed it for.. close to shopping facility's of you need last minute items

Everything here was fine except the pool area is very small and really outdated. If you’re not going there to swim or soak in the spa, then this place is fine.

The room was super clean here. The walls were soundproof you couldn’t hear anything. Also, the continental breakfast was amazing. Although they only have waffles on the weekends that made me a little bit sad. The nighttime front desk lady was awesome. She was my favorite. She was super sweet and very attentive. I will be returning here.

The bed was comfortable, but overall cleanliness was a miss. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed in my room (there was a dried ramen noodle on the floor when I walked in), and the pool had a bunch of debris in it and broken chair in an almost unusable seating area (lack of chairs). The staff were super nice and friendly, but the breakfast was very mediocre. I wouldn’t stay here again. The property is in desperate need of some tlc.

The first room they put me in there was a wet spot on the carpet so I immediately let them know and they were kind enough to move me rooms with no problem. The rest of my night was great and I was able to get free breakfast before heading out.

Our stay was just ok. The hotel is pretty worn down and right next to the freeway so there was quite a bit of noise. The breakfast was among the worst hotel breakfast offerings I've had. It was a decent stay but I wouldn't recommend it nor would I stay again.

I stay here often and I never had a problem until this visit. I declined house keeping service with the front desk and even had the do not disturb sign on the door and the housekeeper still came into the room while we were asleep and felt very uncomfortable. Also the comforters had some old stains on them.

I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone that needs a little getaway, but with their partner there is a resort near here and that’s a different expense. It’s called Green Ivy or Glen Ivy and it was amazing. Definitely check it out and reserve a hotel room.

Staff went out of there way to be kind and courteous at the front desk by running off to grab me a luggage cart from upstairs and loaned me scissors gave a parking permit upon register. My initial key card wouldn’t work for my room and then my roommate had a card that worked for our room but didn’t work to come back in from the pool or the gym, there were easy fixes just lost the five star. Breakfast was nice although take note that on the weekend it’s starts a little later I’m an early bird so I would like them to start early every day. Your in a warehouse area of the freeway kind of makes a feeling of being unsafe don’t leave anything in your car, however nothing happened to us you can see there are many signs for a reason also stores restaurants and Sam club Rubios subway are very close by 3-5 min drive, 10-15 min walk if you are brave enough to walk in the heat and out of the warehouse block. Have a great vacation we went to nearby Glen Ivy it was very close and would stay there again.

The trash container in the room is very small. Location is close to the freeway but hard to navigate to the eatery. $100 pet cleaning policy is overpriced. There is no pet basket or pet bowl to compensate for the price. Parking fee $10 in Corona area is over the top. Its not beverly hills. A lot of guest smoking weed in the back parking lot and made the area unsafe.

Not right to mandate extra funds to use their parking lot. My reservation for the room means they are obligated to let me use the parking lot of the hotel I just paid for. This is gouging. There is no other immediate parking. Not even on this street. So you are cornered in to paying extra money

Overall, the room served its purpose. However the whole floor and my room had a strong odor of marajuana. The room itself was clean. But the strong pot smell gave the impression of dirty.

They charged my card for an assumption that we were smoking in the room and went in the room with us gone and we had the do not disturb sign up and they didn't even give us fresh towels.

My go to hotel for when I come back to SoCal to visit family. Close to shipping m, restaurants and fwy access, perfect distance between Riverside/OC and the rooms/staff are always fabulous. Nice clean area and zero worries about safety.

The SpringHill Suites were just what we were looking for! Morning complementary breakfast was great. The overnight and morning staff were very kind. If you are looking for a stay that also helps get your morning started with your vacation or even a quick nights stop, i highly recommend this place.

The property is placed in a nice area that is safe and quiet. The room did have a few issues with power outlets not working and missing light bulbs.

Everything was great, but I had issues with the shower. There was no hot water, and the knob to switch from bath to shower was very hard to turn. This needs to be addressed in that room before someone injures themselves.

The property is normally nice and clean. I happened to go. Where there was a Soccer event going on? So there are lots of children there through the hallways, three making noise dropping food other than that lovely stay as usual

The room and the hotel were very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The morning breakfast was very good, too. What I did not like was having to pay extra to park on the property! This was unexpected and should have been covered in the cost of the room. If not for this, I would have given the stay five stars.

Review Title: Sleepless Night Due to Abandoned Dog – Had to Leave Early I had pre-purchased a four-night stay at the Marriott in Corona through Expedia. Unfortunately, night one was a complete disaster. There was a large German Shepherd left alone in the room next to ours, barking non-stop throughout the entire night. We barely got any rest. Despite reporting the issue multiple times to the front desk, the situation was not resolved during the night. The next morning, the hotel staff apologized and said we would be refunded. We chose to check out immediately and never returned for the remaining nights. It took several days just to get our bags back, and I'm still in the process of trying to secure a refund through Expedia. While I am an animal lover and truly feel bad for the dog, this was not the environment I expected from a Marriott property. I would strongly recommend avoiding any hotels that allow pets unless they have strict policies in place to prevent this kind of situation. Very disappointed with the experience. One star.

Surprisingly spacious room with a separated, sitting area. An overhead light would have been appreciated in there. The bed was comfortable. I did notice that there were some noises, like heavy wire being manipulated, inside the walls and/or ceiling around midnight which persisted for about a half an hour or so. The noise gradually subsided. I happened to run into the occupant the next morning and asked him about the noise and he said he had gone to sleep at 11:00 pm. I left it at that.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room didn’t feel clean—there was dust, the pillowcases were wrinkled (which made me question if they were fresh), and the bathroom sink had a few hairs. The bed was uncomfortable and not attached to the wall, so it kept banging against it whenever we moved. Noise was also a big issue—there was loud music and talking in the hallway all night, and a dog in the room across from us kept barking. We had planned to stay two nights but ended up checking out early. This was a very low-quality hotel. The only positive was the front desk staff—he was kind and helpful.

The staff was very nice. Parking for the vehicle that I was driving was adequate. Great stay however, I did not like being charged twenty-one dollars for incidentals. I'm okay with holding the card for incidentals but not to add it to my cost for the room and then told the fee will be returned after I check out -- but it could take three or five day depending your bank. How about only charging if a incident occurs.

It is right off the freeway and very close to the Glen Ivy Hot Springs, where we spent the entire day on Sunday! The staff was friendly, and there was always coffee and cold water in the lobby. The rooms were affordable and good-sized.
