The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was satisfiying and just what you need for an early morning start. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

All very good except breakfast nook was high traffic, hard to navigate. The stuff in boxes was fine but the eggs and potatoes were not very good.

I stay at this Hampton Inn often for business travel and it’s always a great experience. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is amazing — everyone is friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time I stay. The breakfast is fresh and well stocked. It’s become one of my favorite places to stay when traveling for work and I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in the Lake Norman area. There was a lot of road construction in the area that caused congestion and couldn't access sidewalks so you really can't leave the hotel on foot, but that's not the hotel's fault. Fresh coffee in the lobby at all times and very clean. I'll stay here again.

I’m shocked at the difference in what Hampton Inn rooms used to look like versus what they look like today for $160. I found it to be a complete disappointment- it’s more like a dormitory room instead of a luxury hotel room. The walls are thin you can hear everything. The bed was so small. It didn’t even feel like a king and the pillows were not comfortable….overall management and service was great!

The staff was nice but there was no notice that there was major road construction going on all night. Staff helped getting a new hotel but had to work through hotels,com to get a refund for the balance of the stay. It was not difficult but time consuming . We should have been offered a full refund since couldn’t sleep with the construction. Should have been told about it at check in.

Property & staff were great. Fitness center had 2 treadmills not working. Construction across the street sent lots of dust over the cars.

I specifically asked for a quiet room close to an elevator due to my sister unable to walk far the front desk lady put us on the 1st floor all the way at the end of the hallway and the room was very loud as it was right next to the interstate. Our requests were not met in any way. When you tell somebody that a person has a disability and cannot walk far why would you put that person in a room at the very end of a hallway.

Hotel was fine. My truck got broken in during the night so now I don’t have a window and 8 more hours to drive with no window.

Various alarms were going off for hours and the manager would not tell us what was happening, how long the alarms would be going off, or if the room would be refunded. We had small children who needed sleep!

It was convenient to have breakfast included and on site. The location was very convenient because we were visiting Davidson College, which was less than a 10 minute drive away. I liked that there was hot tea available in the lobby when we arrived because we got to the hotel very late (after 10:00 PM). The breakfast options were adequate but not particularly appealing.

It was fine. My only comment is that I asked for a copy of the bill at check out and was told because I booked through 3rd party, it would come by email. Never got a copy of the bill and I had paid at the desk when I registered. Don't understand the logic.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. In my 35+ years of traveling regularly I have never ever stayed in a cleaner place. Every single employee went above and beyond and were NC friendly ? Hope I get to stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything was pretty near perfect so no complaints

We always stop here on the way to Florida. Easy to find and access and always clean. Staff is friendly and never hesitates to say Hello and ask how things are. Despite being near the highway, this is a quiet spot.

I checked in at approximately 2:30 AM, and she was extremely nice and helpful. When I was having hot flashes at breakfast, several asked if I was OK and offered to get me ice. I decided to stay another day, and the nice girl at the desk helped me get my room for another night. I have nothing bad to say about this location or these people! It was amazing.

The room did not have regular closets. They just had two places to hang your clothes behind the window curtains. All night, the outside flood light was shining directly into the room. The bathroom faced the beds instead of being in the doorway entrance to the room. The elevators were very slow. Weird layout and experience. I expected more for my 200.00 for a one-night stay.

Great staff! Everything in the room was clean. Breakfast was good. There is highway noise from the room. Parking is convenient but there is no charging station for EV cars.

Total rip off booked wrong day. Tried to correct within 1 hr. They refused any help. Had to pay for another night. Horrible experience they take your money and deliver a bad experience and environment don’t spend your money there.

The assistant/acting manager Desiree Perry was not only very customer service oriented, but went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I felt welcomed and had our needs met and exceeded. Because of her, we will definitely consider coming back to this establishment and her service left such a great impression that we’re trying to see how to make our way back to Cornelius and the surrounding areas near Charlotte.
