I have stayed here twice because my aunt recently passed away and I’ve had to be in town to deal with her estate and this is the closest hotel that isn’t a total dump. The first time I stayed on the 4th FL and the water never really got hot in the shower. This 2nd stay I booked last minute after cleaning out her condo and had to book the 2 room king suite on the 2nd FL. I was told it’s their largest and nicest room. When I arrive there is zero parking. 2 of 3 handicap spots are taken by vehicles without handicap hangers or plates. Despite my handicap hanger, I have to park in the furthest, darkest corner of the lot. I get to the room and the AC is running full blast in the bedroom, and won’t shut off. The AC in the second room won’t even turn on. It’s after midnight at this point and I have to drive 6hrs the next morning. I take a shower, which is thankfully hot. The last time I stayed the bed was comfortable and I was looking forward to sleep before my drive. I get into the king bed in this “suite” and it’s as hard as a rock. It’s horrible, I might as well have slept on the floor. I spent an entire week packing and moving my aunt’s condo and was in immense pain. I woke up in even more pain after sleeping in that bed. Every pillow went flat as soon as pressure was applied to boot, so not even a single decent pillow on the bed. Next morning, not a single luggage trolley to be found and the staff all just shrugged their shoulders at me. Don’t waste your money here.

Well, I never had problem at the place, it is a nice hotel, staff was ok. Rooms. Were so nice, I never had chance to be at the pool though, it’s my first time there. A lonely area with not even a shopping mall nearby, I didn’t even got no breakfast during the check out after I spend there just for a day.

It was cold and comfortable just the way I like it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the air cold, the room dark exactly how I like it. The shower was pretty hot. The ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor. The were a few areas of concern with my room.

Upon arrival I discovered the room w/balcony that I reserved was NOT available even though I has reserved it a month before. Pool and hot tub VERY dirty. Food area almost always closed.

The breakfast was great. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel my partner and I will definitely be coming back for breakfast. She had scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage. I had the breakfast burrito with egg cheese, sausage, bacon, onions, green peppers, and a whole bunch of the good stuff we also had a café latte. The coffee was fresh. Everything was great. The chef was very pleasant. The overall experience with breakfast was amazing. I couldn’t thank you all enough. This is the service I expect when I spend money on a hotel stay I had no issues. We only stayed one night we had absolutely no issues!

It was clean and quiet and in a good location. The aircondition was a bit noisy and didn’t cool as much as we wanted it to. Plus, there was not enough space to put toiletries out by the bathroom/ shower and no towel hook.

WE were very tired from traveling all day, and were surprised by the bar and food offerings. The food was delicious and well worth the price. It was nice to not have to leave the hotel to get dinner. The hot tub did not work. We alerted the front desk, and if was fixed but we had changed out of our suits and it was getting dark. Major disappointment.

The staff was friendly We thought breakfast was complimentary. Not even coffee and tea was complementary. The so called Bistro was severely understaff. One nice man named Rowan had to take the orders, make the coffee, serve the food ,and clear the tables. Service was slow. I stood a half hour to wait for a cup of coffee. Our family reserved 4 rooms and were unhappy We ended up going to McDonalds for coffee one morning Poor poor management. We didn’t have hot water for two days. It was under renovation and it was very noisy starting at 7 pm. On Christmas the Bistro was closed. Really with all other restaurants closed where did you expect us to get breakfast? What type of hospitality is that? NO HOT WATER FOR TWO DAYS AND NO COMPENSATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE Our rooms were never cleaned I found a maid to ask for fresh towels It was a horrible experience I will never stay in a Marriott again Oh and the toilet was so low to the ground a person with any type of back issues had a problem. Dim LIGHTS AROUND THE SINK. NO LIGHT SWITCH AS YOU ENTERED THE ROOM. Cheap shampoo and shower gel which didn’t lather up. We couldn’t use the pool because they were constructing a firepit next to it. We called Marriott headquarters and they couldn’t help us because the hotel was privately owned

Property was fine. Felt safe. A few weird smells. No central ac in the rooms, had window based units still, those are not great. AC, Smells, no free breakfast, expensive for what you got, only on person checking in on a holiday evening - had to wait.

When we first arrived an went to check in we realized they were doing remodeling which we were not aware of when we booked the hotel. Check in was fine to start but went down from there. The room they gave us had an a/c unit that was not working. It was like a sauna when we walked in the room. I went downstairs to say something and the guy at the front desk was very accepting or helpful. I told him the room a/c was not working and how hot it was and his answer was I'll send maintenance so he can look at it. I've working in hotels and for a/c companies it was not going to be a quick fix. I argued with the guy for a few minutes he didn't seem to care and even said to me once "I'll get back to you" with me standing right there. Finally he asked if I would like a different room and I said yes. After giving me keys for new room he asked if we made a mess or if he was able to give the room to another person. I said no we didn't but I just told you the a/c doesn't work and you are still willing to give the room to someone. The second room the a/c worked. When we got in the room my husband said to me "Are you sure we are staying at a Marriott and not a Days Inn". This hotel use to be a very nice one but now is very grungy. It definitely does not give off the standard of Marriott that I am accustom to. We have to go back down to Coral Springs at Christmas time and won't stay here again. I had a reservation for then but cancelled it after this visit.

The room and the customer service were very good. Just little things, like there were no cups for coffee in the room and the sugar and cream packets were very old. The cream was no longer powder. It was a solid chunk.

I also would have liked daily housekeeping, but only every other day cleaning was offered. As far as the experience with staff, Mohammed was very accommodative with the room selection and made switching the room and checking in sweeter than bitter. During my stay I ate at the restaurant on site. Joel and Rowan were also very accommodative and made my dining experience a perfect one. I had a breakfast sandwich and it was quite tasty, I order a glass of water and the water tasted like quality purified water though I am not sure if it was tap or bottle water. This was my second time sending guests to this hotel and it won’t the last.

The gentleman that checked me in was very very nice and accommodating, efficient and friendly. My only problem was the air conditioning unit was very noisy. I had earplugs with me so I was able to sleep through the night. The room was beautiful, clean and very accommodating they need to get quiet units. This one had a rattle.

The staff was very professional and personable, and took care of the needs of our stay. I did share with the manager, Mohammed, the difficulty that we had with the tub in the bathroom of a slippery. They had put an adhesive mat or something in there that was too slippery even with water and you stepped in there. I almost fell a couple of times and our granddaughter has difficulty because she’s has a handicap so so I knew that the hotel was gonna undergo renovation and everything, and he was made aware of it, and he thanked me for letting him know all in all everybody was great polite it was clean.

The air conditioner was leaking on the floor during the night I got up and my feet got wet, but I didn’t think anything about it till the morning and that my shoes were wet and with that said I lost a brand new pair of Nike shoes I had to throw away because they got soaking wet and I had just purchased them before my business trip

This place needs to hit the restart button. The only good thing about the trip was the front desk. Got to the hotel a little early and they told us our room wasn't ready, which is fine. They offered us a drink or anything from the snack area. They said room will be ready in an hour, so we went to run some errands. Came back and room still wasn't ready. The lead maid was real nasty about the whole thing with the front desk leaders. Offered us complimentary breakfast tickets for next morning and complimentary drinks at happy hour. Great customer service from front desk. Finally got to the room and the place was a bit messy. Goldfish in the sofa and outdoor patio area. Hopped in the shower and realized they didn’t replenish the body wash or shampoo container. So the room that took an extra hour to get ready wasn't finished. Like I said before that lead maid was not pleasant to anyone on the staff. Went to happy hour, bartender was great. Nice guy. Woke up and got ready for our complimentary breakfast downstairs and the lady told us they ran out of everything on the breakfast menu except coffee and a few pastries. Someone needs to get in there and clean that place up. Need a real leader in there. 1st time we eent to this hotel,we had a 7AM jackhammer above our heads. 2nd time going to this place andthis confirms we will not return to this hotel until they figure things out. It's ashame because the front desk staff is great.

What a nice place! For a modest price, the room and facilities provide more than the basics. We enjoyed having the extra space with the sofa, desk, chair, microwave and small fridge. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly. When we’re in the area again we will stay here again.

TV didn’t work. Steve tried to fix, unable too. However in a very short time, Steve, obtained us another room, personally insured TV worked, did it all very fast. Great job Steve appreciated, resolving issue quickly.

Love this hotel staff are very very friendly and helpful the receptionist name Kyle he was exceptionally helpful friendly had excellent customer service and a down to earth manner making us feel at ease as soon as we arrived food was great tasty n fresh would definitely stay there again. We went for a funeral and only 4 nights but a really good experience.

The worse check in experience I’ve ever have by far. We were in line for over 45 minutes and the guy was arguing with everyone @530 there no room available. The gym is nasty I try to work out but it’s seems they never clean the area.

The shower still had someone else's hair in it and had not been cleaned. I cleaned it myself. The sheets on the bed did not fit correctly and the TV stopped working the first of 2 nights I was there. I did not bother telling the front desk, I just dealt with it. My co-worker was on another floor and did not have hot water the first night of his stay. The rooms are a bit dated as well. For what they are charging, I was expecting more.

Check in time is 3pm, rooms still not ready at 5:30. Rude staff, hassled over age on ID, obviously could not compute math. Beware, you will not receive what you pay for at this hotel.

I was given what was supposed to be a fully renovated room. The room was clean, but nothing worked. The tv and phone both needed to be attended to. The toilet also kept running and flushing on its own. The gym in the hotel was full of broken machines and the hot tub didn't seem to be working correctly. The staff was the star of the show, they were kind, accommodating,and as helpful as can be.

This hotel is great. A lot of things to do around this hotel. Rooms were beautiful and modern. They had a smart tv so it was easy to watch Netflix. And staff were nice.

The hotel is newly renovated so it is quite nice. Rooms and showers are big. However, the lighting in the room is a bit dim. The water in the sink faucet was very low. Breakfast was a bit pricey. I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, spaciousness and location.

First, the room I booked (King suite with balcony) was not available and I was not notified prior to checking in even though front desk staff say they sent an email. Never got it. When I did check in I was given two options, a standard room with a lower price or the same type of suite I booked - just with two queens instead of 1 king which is what I choose to go with. The room was not equivalent to what I had booked, it was not a suite and there is no balcony. When I went back downstairs front desk first response was “oh you wanted a balcony still?” Then told me they were all taken by a large party lol. The room it self smells of wet mildew, furniture is dirty and stained. And of course, I was charged the same rate as the king suite I booked. There is no parking due to half the lot being taken over by construction equipment…..there is no room service, I had to go ask for linen since there was no housekeeping during my stay. Charging over $200 a night for these rooms is literally robbery and had they truly informed me my room was not available I most likely would not have come. Will never book with Marriott again I’ll stick with Hilton.

I liked the location, free parking. Check-in was smooth. I liked the balcony except it was dirty. I did not like that breakfast was not included. Also, no one came to clean the room and change dirty towels. The cleaning ladies looked tired and overworked. I had to asked to bring clean towels and put my garbage and dirty towels outside my door to be picked up.

Expected much more from Marriott. Moved to another room because of black mold in the bath. The new room had dry rotted and torn window treatment and the window was so dirty we couldn't see out of it. The only thing we found to save the experience was the staff. They were lovely. The management needs to give them apart place to shine.

The accommodations was average. The place was clean but needed updating. The restaurant was practically none existing. There wasn't much choice for breakfast, the choice didn't have a chef to prepare it properly. They advertise that the stay comes with breakfast, but didn't say you had to buy it.

Great customer service. Employees are too good for this hotel. Woke up nauseas from mildew smell in the middle of the night. Aside from the mold on the pillowcase the pillows were really rough. Reached out to Marriot as a heads up. Got a standard reply. Moved on however just realized there are a lot of reviews regarding mold. It is awful that they let this property endanger their guests heath.

The staff here are so phenomenal starting Roshon, Dianna , Brianna and Alyssa they all were so welcoming we come here every two weeks and they make us feel welcomed and at home away from home
