    We stay here because the hotel which is actually in an old office building has a wonderful staff. Breakfast is outstanding but skip the buffet and order of the menu. Great restaurants are within a few blocks away like Buchon, Buccan etc.

    The rooms were great and spacious, staff was nice; however, the hot tub is not working and the pool is warmer than the tub. Additionally, I was told I’d get a $25 credit each day, but when I was checking out the staff member said they changed it to $15 the day I checked in, but it wasn’t communicated to me— so just be careful, I wonder if they use that strategy to get you to spend money at the bar. Also, VERY expensive drinks over $40 for only two drinks.

    We had a great getaway stay at The Colonnade. The room was beautifully decorated. I appreciated the non-carpet room with wood floors. I stayed many years ago and they have definitely made several changes to modernize it. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

    i say this is trivial because there were a lot of wall plugs by the chair and on the desk had a multi charging station with both plugs and usb ports. its just that i prefer the ability to have my phone by the bedside. everything else was grear. the room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff then told me to insert my credit card for “incidentals only”. I later saw on my statement that they double charged my card for the entire room cost again. When I went back to the front desk to inform them that I had already paid the entire balance to Booking.com, they blamed Booking.com for the mistake. They told me they would fix the double charge, but 2 days later I still see it pending on my credit card statement. Not the stress free experience I would have expected.

    Location was great since you are a walk away from great restaurants, bars and luxury shopping. Breakfast food served at the hotel was nice but please double check if breakfast is included in your reservation. Staff was super helpful and nice too, they helped me answer any doubt and also on some other things. They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Very little to be honest. I think my greatest dislike is the fact that there is no hotel parking and you have to park on a 3rd party parking lot. Valet parking is available but it costs double than just parking it yourself and it gets pretty full when night time comes around.

    We had a great stay at the Hotel Colonnade! The room was great, exactly as pictured with the loft and spiral staircase so my kids were thrilled. The service was outstanding, check in was a breeze and we received a complimentary bottle of champagne. The food for breakfast was excellent as was the service. We can't wait to come back!

    We reserved our room through Booking.com, but unfortunately, our experience with this hotel fell far below expectations from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were visibly disengaged and unwelcoming. They seemed more focused on their phones than assisting guests, and the check-in process was abrupt, uninformative and completed in under a minute without any details about the property or amenities. We were assigned a room that lacked the features we had specifically booked and paid for, including a sofa bed. When I called the front desk to address the issue, the staff dismissed my concerns and insisted the room they had given us had a balcony even when it clearly did not. Rather than resolving the issue, they told us they couldn't accommodate our original booking. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager at the hotel on-site that day, which seemed highly unlikely for a hotel of this size. The following day, I contacted a manager who was courteous and did provide a modest credit and complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated. I was ready to just move on; however, at checkout we discovered that the daily $25 food and beverage credit that had been included in our rate was never applied, requiring yet another correction before we could leave. To top things off, after checkout I received an email from the General Manager encouraging me to complete a survey but with a request to send any negative feedback directly to her. This felt more like an attempt to suppress criticism than a genuine interest in guest experience. Our experience at this property was disappointing, characterized by horrible customer service, a lack of professionalism, and several avoidable issues that made our stay unnecessarily stressful. There are numerous other hotels in the area that offer superior accommodations, reliable customer service, and honor your reservation accurately. I do not plan to return and cannot recommend this property to others.

    This is a very old property and its age shows. It’s a solid 3 star hotel not 4. However even at 3 star hotels I haven’t had the same general comfort issues this hotel has. To start the humidity in our room approached 90%. That is well above the 50% average level. 60% is max. Fortunately the hotel has a small arsenal of dehumidifiers knowing this is an issue. I’m over 50 and I don’t think I’ve ever had to dehumidify a hotel room. I have emptied gallons upon gallons of water during my stay. The caulking in the bathroom is worn and in some cases mold is forming in the corners. The fixtures in many places are rusting -prob bc of the humidity. The couch in our suite reminds me of my college dorm room and the top cushions are contorted downward after years of heavy use. There is a nice terrace in our suite; however there is a 1/2 inch gap due to deteriorated weather stripping that allows outside air to easily enter the room. During heavy wind and thunderstorms the wind gusted through this gap. The gym is awesome with top of the line equipment. The concierge is very helpful.

    I had high hopes for this property, Hotel Colloande. It looked great on the Expedia website. And parts of it were great, mostly the decor. But so many small and medium things led to a big disappointment. The front desk took 20 minutes to pull my reservation off of Expedia, after saying the dreaded, “I don’t see your reservation and we are completely full.” In fairness, they upgraded my room to make up for that, so let’s call that a wash. The fitness center is ridiculously small and poorly equipped. The pool is a joke in terms of size and cleanliness. The pool deck was so filthy it left the bottoms of my feet black. The shower water pressure was lame. Our first meal at the lobby bar was poor, including most notably, extremely underdone chicken. We are talking half the chicken was raw. All these issues reflect poor management and a lack of sense of ownership on the part of the staff. Speaking of staff, the housekeeping team seemed to be oblivious to how disturbing it was at 7:00 AM to yell to each other up and down the hall. I speak Spanish so I know they were discussing housekeeping issues. Walkie talkies maybe? C’mon Hotel Collonade, get it together. Your location and building offer so much potential. But you are overpriced for the quality and I will not be coming back.

    Its a beautiful property. All of the staff were very friendly. A few of the staff members mentioned that they were understaffed when they could not fill our requests. On a call to the front desk, I was promised a box of tissues which never arrived. The next morning, I ended up getting the tissues myself from a housekeeping care in the hall. Their game room was closed for 3 days with a sign saying "private party", but that room remained empty the entire time we were there! We suspect that they lacked the staff to service the area. They need more Staff! Considering the amount they charged for their room they could have done significantly better!

    The bright lights came in early as the blackout curtains didn't work and we had flowers going there for delivery to my room that never came up since the front desk "never saw my name" on package which was right there when I showed them; ruined surprise for valentines -also, we had another package that they (a different person) couldn't not find as they said no package was there with our names on it, despite us calling and another person the day before said it was there, so we went out for dinner then on return, another front desk person as there who found it -I don't know what is the problem with all staff reading our names that were both times there in black and white that they still insisted were not there until I showed them

    This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Coconut Grove. Everything was super clean and the service was beyond compare!!!     The hotel is located in beautiful Coral Gables in a historic building. Rooms are very spacious and are well equipped with everything including the coffee machine. You can get your complementary bottle of water at Reception or use the water in the room which they charge 8 dollars for. We had two rooms on the second floor of the hotel, but because the hotel is located on top of an office building or something it felt like we were on the sixth floor or higher thus we had a great view of Miami skyline from our balcony Upon our arrival, we were offered vouchers for complimentary breakfast and each guest was offered a 25 dollar worth voucher to use either for room service or to get extras at breakfast. They also offer a complementary cocktail which is their signature citrus Sangria cocktail. Speaking about the facilities - the hotel has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace with great views of the Miracle Mile. Both Jacuzzi and the pool are heated and open till 21:00 so we had an opportunity to relax after long days of sightseeing. Everything was great, but when I asked for an extra bathroom because there was only one bathroom in our room, unfortunately, they promised to provide it, but never did

    Firstly greeted by the very friendly valet staff who took care of the car for us. The hotel lobby is beautifully done, the building entrance is shared so the concierge was happy to point us to the second floor to the hotel reception. The food voucher and free drinks voucher is a nice touch when checking in. We used both during our staff. The area is great. So many restaurants and bars around. The pool area is great with an amazing sun set view.

    We were delighted with Hotel Collonade, an Autograph Collection hotel. It was huge. Our double room was spacious and cozy. It felt like a city apartment. The gym and rooftop pool area also met expectations. There are many dining options inside and nearby. As a Bonvoy member we received credits for dining and drinks. Breakfast was included in the small quiet hotel restaurant. Pets friendly.

    Love the Colonnade! I’ve stayed here in the past and it has always been amazing, and this visit was no different. The staff here always go above and beyond, especially dear Umberto. Sadly I had to check in quite late and Orlando at the check in was so sweet and pleasant. The other two gentleman at the check in desk were also very accommodating but sadly I did not get their names.     We had a quick weekend trip as a family. The check-in process was smooth and easy. We booked the duplex family suite. Everything was wonderful except for the following: 1. There was a mild moldy smell that I noticed. 2. the bunkbed was very wobbly and I was actually afraid to have my 11 year old son sleep on the top bunk - the pull out bed was very uncomfortable for my 14 year old daughter. 3. there was only decaf coffee by the coffee maker. The breakfast was wonderful, the pool was clean and warm I could not find clean lounge chair towels only beach towels when I tried to replace the dirty towels that were on the chairs.

    Hotel was great. Located right in the heart of shopping and dining. Very walkable. King Suite was large and spacious. Clean hotel. Staff very friendly. I would stay again. Didn't use the pool and the gym was closed.

    in general it was a good experience. the cafeteria is very expensive but food and service was really good. The AC at room only goes to 70. Michelle at check out could be more expressive, say thank you at least.

    I was disappointed that after spending the night in ATL due to the Crowdstrike fiasco, I finally arrived at the hotel tired, only for the front desk clerk to tell me that, although I had prepaid my two nights stay I couldn’t check in because It was canceled and her manager who needed to approve the Correction was on their lunch break and they could not interrupt them…. So I waited for half an hour for the manager to finish their lunch break, The manager was very accommodating and resolved my issue immediately but why did I have to wait half an hour for that to happen?

    Excellent location beautiful hotel and service! There was a problem with the water having to be shut for a few hours overnight in order to fix something but they told us ahead of time and provided us with extra waters and anything else that we needed. Would definitely stay again when we visit!

    We loved everything about this property! The staff was so pleasant and kind! The food, breakfast and lunch, at the cafe was excellent! The valet parking attendants were efficient! And the cleanliness and location were outstanding.

    Love this property! Perfect location in Coral Gables. It’s close to great restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel was very clean! Restaurant for breakfast was very tasty, especially the cappuccino! Staff throughout the hotel is friendly, pleasant and accommodating!!! Best place for retirees to stay in Miami!

    I tried to contact multiple times the Manager and she avoided me. She sent me a generic emai. Very rude. The property only offers valet parking and in the website they advertise as Parking Available and only tells you about the valet parking fee. Parking in this area is Extremely inconvenient and Expensive. Be careful.

    Location! Location! Location! Walk to restaurant row, known as Miracle Mile for a bite, enjoy a few complimentary drinks in the lobby each evening provided by the hotel, wake up in a glorious room--finely appointed, and enjoy the crisp, clean, fantastic Collonade Hotel. We spent 3-days/2-nights and loved it. Our family enjoyed the swimming pool, billiards table, and free bikes. No one could complain. 5-star experience.

    our room and bed were comfortable, staff was always on our floor cleaning and tidying up the area. we were upgraded upon check in and loved our room, however there is a canopy bed in this room where the bed post blocks the TV for the left side bed sleeper . decor was modern and clean and i would definitely stay here again .
