Location was great for what we needed! Parking was awesome, easy and accessible. Comfortable bed! Water pressure from shower was perfect too (sounds silly but it was great!) Very humid in the room. A little out dated but overall okay for the price. Staff was great! Easy check in, answered my questions when I had them.

It was close to our event location. They might want to think about updating their furniture.

The room was disgusting. Windows were unlocked and I found 1 of them open. I was on the 1st floor and thought that was very unsafe. The room was very dated with furniture stained and just gross. I seen dirt and hair in the floor and in the sink/tub. Definitely would not recommend this place. I felt so unsafe I put a chair in front of the door.

AC was effective and parking was safe. Room had a freeze but not microwave nor coffee maker. Staying was fine.

No way this is a 3-star hotel. Fifty, dirty, dated and disgusting. So disappointed! Beware of location. Glass barrier (probably bullet-proof) between you and staff. Not pedestrian friendly. Located beneath Metrorail, which you hear all night.

Staff was not available between 11pm and 8am! We made the best of it but, I would not recommend this place! When the staff was there we found them to be nice and amenable.

Parking sucked. Also, it was $10 a night. Bathtub was gross, room was dated. Beds sucked. One too hard, the other had a sinkhole in it. Room smelled musty. The El train was directly across the street. Felt like I was in Frank Gallaghers house. Internet was horrible.

I give it 5 stars because it was what I wanted for the price I wanted. Over 6 days I saved about $600 over the next cheapest place I could find on Expedia. It has no amenities except a pot of drip coffee in the morning. No pool, no snacks, the TV did not seem to have anything worth watching, so minimal requirements but comfortable and it all worked. They did come on a daily basis to clean my room, which is rare for my last few stays at other places. But I do not want a lot, just a place to sleep that is comfortable at night and the rest of the time I am out. The money I saved was spent on other things like great Cuban food.

So, the place is clean. It’s fine for a quick one night CHEAPER motel. Has everything u need. It’s old, no internet/wifi that works though. Beds feel like pull out couch feel- so not good for bad backs.

Hotel located right on very busy Rte. 1, so its vary noisy. Plus the train line makes it even more noisy. There was a wall a/c unit in the room that also made lots of noise. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless people only concern about daily rates.

The property is old and run down. There was bullet-proof glass in front of the reception desk. In the room, cable wires were hanging down the wall from the TV. The furniture was mismatched--looked like it came from a garage sale. On the positive side, it cost less than nearby hotels. If all you're going to do is sleep there and leave early in the morning, you should be fine.

The staff were very helpful and nice -Floors were still dirty -Lights were flickering on and off -blankets had a slight smell -it took about an hour for the ac to start back up and working. Staff was nice but the experience was not pleasant

The room was clean though in need of some updating. Mattress was ok. Paying 10 to park on the property seemed inappropriate. No coffee until 8:00 AM as it appears that there is no one on the property in the night hours. Of course, the price was below just about anything I could find. It was the only place near the medical center I had an early appointment at. Just a couple miles to Coco Palms area with nice restaurants and seaside park etc.

Room given to as a solo traveler at my arrival was bare with no decorative pieces. Fortunately, I was able to switch rooms after the front desk clerk agreed to move me to a more appealing one.

The check in was great. But when im in the room the lamp switch didn't work so i had to disconnect it from the wall.When i was leaving in the morning i hear this loud commotion from a room next to my cheverolet suberban and as i open the trunk a man pops out and asked me if I spoke Spanish. I said yes and he says u parking to close to the wall and housekeeping can scratch your truck with the cart. I said im leaving already no worries. He then passes by me as im walking back to the room and he says hopefully they scratch it. Mind you this is a painter. Not security or hotel staff. A painter working on the hotel. Then front desk tells the painter do whatever the hell you want i don't care. Then comes housekeeper bolting out of front desk screeming. If u ask me i have never experienced such an aggressive stay ever. I can imagine if i didn't speak Spanish. I wouldn't of known everything they were saying about me snd my truck. Clean room, 2 beds, 2 towels extra paint everywhere so lots of spots. Gap under door so have a towel handy for that. Elevated train every 20 minutes so set uour watch, free vibrations from that.

The staff was very nice. There is no elevator, and we had heavy luggages. I thought the hotel was a boutique hotel while I was booking and the location was very good, but it was a motel type of facility, if I had seen the room picture, I would not have booked. Many hotels in Miami are old and needs renovation

They should state somewhere on there website that there is a ten dollar parking fee. There is no where to park on the street or another parking lot. So we didn't have a choice but to pay the $10 and there was no way of getting my money back for the room. I will Not be coming back here again.

This place was gross, the pictures are completely catfishing you, the front desk guy was rude and because I had my teenage daughter he asked I pay $20 extra, that I can look pass but the way he went about it was weird, almost creepy tbh. Worst was waking up in the morning and the whole floor “tile” was wet, not sure if it was the fridge or the AC but all are stuff was soaking wet if it was on the floor, and first thing my daughter does is stand up on it and bust her @ss, slammed her knee really bad, when I told the front desk guy both him and I’m assuming his wife look puzzled and did nothing. Night before he stung a totally different tune about his extra $20 bucks tho. All and all spend the extra money go somewhere else , this is awful.

Looked straight out of a horror movie. Floor was sticky, bathtub was disgusting, the remote control was dirty I had to use a napkin to switch channels. The train was heard every hour and a half very loud and trembling. Please spend the extra money on a better hotel.

Close to good food and the start of the weekly Don Pan rides, which factored into my decision to try this property. I would say here again for short business (this was a business trip that I included some bike riding) trips or solo. If I had my spouse, I might have went with something nicer/pricier.

Some rooms face a busy 3 lane street with 45 mph traffic. Some noise during the night. Hurricane proof windows mitigate noise somewhat.

The property is the closest motel to UofMiami campus. Great location, strong AC, easy parking, cable tv all work smoothly and easily. Very basic, but a bit noisy with the highway and train close by. Overall, great value if you are only needing a bed and shower and convenience to the campus.

The Place is Clean and comfortable inside the rooms. Decor is old but functional. It was a clean safe stay. Would definitely say again for single traveler.

I lost my key and they didn’t have anybody working the desk overnight. The staff told me it’s my fault and not their problem. I wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here. Don’t let the price fool you.

The hotel is pretty old. The person in the front desk is very courteus. My surprise ss that they charge $10.00 daily for parking. When I did the reserve that was not mentioned.

The pictures were not anything like the property in person. Their customer service was just fine, but unfortunately the condition of the property is very low. There is dirt everywhere, the linens are dirty, the beds are old and uncomfortable, it smells bad, the bathrooms have old urine around the caulking and grout. We could not sleep here and had to check out. The staff were very professional when we checked out and offered a refund for the remaining time.

Very loud, constant, street noise and loud rumbling of train passing by. Bleak decor, door lock didn't work. We slept there without incident, but checked out early the next day.

It was okay. Fine for one night moving through. I felt safe enough but it’s slightly dirty on the inside and right on the road. I was surprised at how much the noise was suppressed enough to sleep through.

Room was sparsely furnished. No tissues in bathroom No microwave, noisy air conditioner, no coffee in room, very dated furniture, no breakfast served, staff polite but spoke little English Would not recommend this hotel

About what I expected in the area at this price level.

I mean absolutely terrifying and horrific.

Hotel was very old, being fair the room was clean, everything in it needs updating and work. From the crusty doors to the rusted shelf, you get what you pay for and I paid for a night to lay my head somewhere after an extremely long day of work. It did the job

The employees were fine but the place was definitely more of a “no tell” motel than a hotel. I’ll know for next time. It was only for one night, so I stayed but will not ever again.

Perfect location for my travel needs. Serious need for updates. Very poor external lighting. Room was very humid even with a/c running. Putting down multiple layers of paint doesn't help.

Horrible bed

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and absolutely fine for our stay. It is an older hotel and it reflects that yet very safe and AMAZING location.

The checkin personnel were friendly. The property is OLD and needs improvements badly. Rusty fixtures, stained floors, concrete walls with no pictures, one facecloth, no clock or phone. Beds were like concrete and the bed pillows smelled very smokey. Veey outdated and the room smelled very overwhelming of cleaning products. Parking is limited and we parked in a bacl alleyway. Right on busy highway and very loud all night long. We would never consider staying there again.

Sad & depressing, poor lighting & towel racks are missing from their posts. It amazes me how so many budget hotels can mislead consumers with photos & what I now suspect are fake positive reviews.

The office staff was efficient upon checking in. I didnt see rhwm afterwards. The interent service was iffy, at best, with it constantly dropping out. The room was clean, albeit a litrle rundown. Lots of parking. Good location

The was a very bad end to our trip. We wanted to stay close to the airport for an early flight - this was not, although that was primarily my fault. I checked in and was given a room on the second floor. I asked where the elevator was and told there was no elevator, but the stairs were right outside. Now, almost all my life I have preferred stairs over elevators, but not with heavy suitcases and not now when I am awaiting scheduling knee replacement. I said I cannot do stairs and needed a first floor room. But they were full. Not good. Got to the room and it was freezing (set at 60°) and the air conditioner was up high and I could not reach. I did find a remote control after my husband contemplated climbing on a chair. We could have been told about that, and the room should never have been set that cold. We couldn't figure out how to get the football playoffs on the TV and I couldn't find an ice machine, so back down the stairs. Turns out we were missing a controller for the TV. The ice machine was locked and although I didn't take enough I wasn't going to go through that again. Then went into the bathroom and it was scary old. Patches, mold, maybe termites as there were wood filings by some holes.

I didn't have hot water. I sleep through anything, but for people who don't, there is traffic noise from the highway. I don't care about ambience at all, but the room I had was worn. Tile broken. I got a bed that was clean, and a wall heat pump, so one is able to somewhat control the room temperature.

Walls are all patched and everything painted white. Tiles on the floor are cracked and the noise from the road sounded like you were sleeping on a freeway. My wife and I refused to use the shower or sink. Also had cockroach.

Hotel is older but very clean. Great value for the money. Glad that we stayed there. Close to the airport. We arrived after midnight but the hotel and Expedia were on top of how to handle late Check-in after the office was closed.

OK for a night or two, mostly because of the price. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. On site parking available. Some traffic noise due to the train line and a busy street nearby. The facility is in a bad need of renovation, everything is pretty old and worn out.

This hotel was fully occupied but a lot quieter than most hotels I have ever stayed in. I was able to sleep with no problem. The room was not great, but it was clean. The only problem I had was the light in the bathroom not working.

It was within our budget and the office staff was very helpful

We booked it for 3 nights and left after the first night. I could not sleep at all because of the highway noise and terrible vibration from the train running above the highway. The room was dirty and run down. The water practically did not drain from the bathtub. I bet all the good reviews are not real. Stay away!!!

This Hotel Is An Excellent Value.

Room was clean. The bed has some kind of mattress cover that makes “crinkle” noises when you move on it. The road just outside is US1 so loud cars and motorcycles. The AC is an older wall unit which also makes noise.

We arrived before official check in time and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property is cut claasic Florida style. Beautiful grounds.
