Good breakfast, clean and well-maintained facility.

Everything was great, very hotel standard. You had to pay to use guest laundry services, and the area was I think the most un-walkable place I've ever been. Not the hotel's fault, but you need to rent a car if you're staying here.

The complimentary breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with lots of options, and both the pool and fitness room were well kept and enjoyable to use. Definitely made my time in Texas comfortable and easy. Would stay here again!

Everything was so clean and crisp, and the hot breakfast in the morning was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Grapevine area!

I can tell it's a newer hotel ?. It's very bright and welcoming. It looks clean. I love that the bathroom doesn't have a tub ?. The breakfast was awesome, variety of food you can chose from. I love the location. I didn't have anything that I don't like

At check-in, no one informed me that rooms are only serviced every other day. This was not disclosed during booking. After my first night, I returned in the early evening to find my room had not been cleaned. When I called the front desk, I was told housekeeping had already left and the only solution was extra towels. When I asked to speak to a duty manager, I was told no manager was available until the next morning. The next day, I had to repeat the entire situation to another employee and was again told no manager was available due to an “impending winter storm,” even though it was not arriving until later that evening. I asked to speak with a manager by phone and was told that was not possible and that all decisions were handled solely by the front desk. I requested a refund because a service that was advertised was not provided and was instead offered reward points, which is not an acceptable substitute. The issue was not the policy itself but the complete lack of accountability, empathy, and effort to resolve the problem. The front desk showed no concern about losing my business. I will not return. I would warn future guests: the hotel may be fine if nothing goes wrong, but if there is an issue, do not expect support or resolution.

Location was excellent, with freeways well connected I was charged with $40 for incidentals, they told me I was going to get it back and I haven’t seen nothing back yet

I didn’t like the water pressure at the sink in my room. It was just a thin stream.

Breakfast was typical of what you would find. My kids would not eat it, so I am not sure. Everything met our expectations. It was a nice stay. I think the pool area could be nicer. It is very small and if there are any other families it seems more intimate than what you would hope.

Everything was good and this was our 2nd staying 7 days. Only disappointment was no hot tub and the pool was cold but it didn't keep the grandkids from swimming.

Everything was wonderful. We especially liked the hot oatmeal for breakfast, with all the fixins'. We only regretted not getting a handicapped room. We loved the walk-in shower, but there were no grab bars.

The room was acceptable; however, there was no water in the toilet. The air conditioner was extremely loud while running and especially at startup, waking me up every time. I had to shut it off just to get some rest. In addition, the guests on the floor above were very disrespectful, constantly making noise that sounded like running. Because of these issues, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel offers free transportation to the airport and nearby areas (5 miles), which is very convenient. It’s very clean and renovated. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast included has several different options unlike other hotels. Highly recommended!

beds were comfortable and rooms up to date First room had ants all in window seal upon arrival to room and had to move rooms after unloading cart and then seeing them. Not an easy task with small children.

None of this was brought to my attention upon check in so once I made it to my room and discovered all that was wrong I headed back down to request a refund which I imagined seeing how this was all hotel’s fault I would be accommodated but Not at all just no help whatsoever all I got offered was a “sorry” just plain horrible, All of this is completely unacceptable especially when the rates are so high I would expect to get what I pay for. What a waste of money! I ended up just having to leave and stay in the Aloft hotel next door! So glad I made the change ALOFT gets 5star.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, wifi tv so we had access to all of our streaming apps. Breakfast was really good as well. My wife and i keep a list of stay/no stay hotels and the Fairfield chain will be going in our stay category.

The bed spread was stained in three places but the staff provided a clean one. Everything else has been great.

The staff were amazing. They have courtesy van service that dropped and picked you from the airport whenever you need it. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very nice without unnecessary grandeur

The shared spaces of this property were updated and well kept. The 2nd floor hall was the same, and my room was fantastic! King Standard, so I was surprised to have a nice couch/living area. Cleanest hotel room (seemingly-I’m not one to black light a room) that I can remember. Stylish and well-appointed. Linens felt good, and bath shower products were lovely. Decent coffee in room and at breakfast. I did overhear a conversation at breakfast, of one friend discovering the other had an upgraded bathroom, as did I (modern, walk-in glass shower), so apparently you could end up with a shower curtained situation. Staff was the most pleasant and accommodating that I have dealt with in years. Front desk staff to shuttle driver JJ (24hrs and a 5 mile radius, btw!), to breakfast staff-everyone was professional and kind. Outside of building was well-lit and had cameras. Breakfast was what you’d expect for ‘free’. Marriott could probably change out the signage, because they showcase much nicer offerings than the reality, but it’s a fine start to the day.

Great stay. There were people on our floor were noisy keeping us awake after 1:00 am which was irritating. Otherwise, we had a great visit.

The checkin process was horrific. I waited 45 minutes for someone to help. The entire team was in a “meeting”…which was really a pizza party. When someone arrived , they couldn’t log in and nobody ever apologized for the wait or inconvenience. I ended up getting checked in that evening after a 6 hour delay. Also, my room was never cleaned after my first night stay. This is not what I have come to expect from Marriott.

We booked on Hotels.com last minute because our flight got canceled. The hotel never received our reservation. We waited for several hours only Because if I canceled, I would not get my money back. So I waited for hours and hours untilhotel.com. Try to rectify the situation which never happened. I finally was able to cancel my reservations and make new reservations in person.

Really enjoyed my stay! The hotel was very clear, modernized, nicely decorated and the staff were all friendly and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants nearby along with a shopping mall, and the shuttle offered to take you if you didn't have a vehicle. The breakfast set-up was excellent with many food options. I loved the feta-kale egg bites, so good! My room was clean and comfortable, easy to adjust the temperature. Wish there were plugs near the nightstand but found one not too far off. Would definitely stay here again.
