Great location and price. Clean room, I appreciated how clean it smelled when we walked in. (We went to the wrong hotel down the street first by accident and it smelled like pot in the lobby) close to shopping and so many food options.

Room was very clean and the night staff young ladies were very helpful and a delight. The breakfast was exceptional and the lady keeping the food stock for breakfast was very efficient she did not miss a beat. Would definitely stay there again. Plus is around any and everything

The staff was nice and did their best to accommodate us by changing our room two times because the refrigerator didn’t work properly and get cold and there were three roaches in the last room we were switched to.

One of the best, friendliest hotels in the Concord Mills area. The young lady who works the front desk in the late afternoons/early evenings was excellent in checking me in & explaining all the hotel info I needed. Great breakfast selection and very close to shops and restaurants. Parking is a little tight around dinner since Texas Roadhouse employees & customers park in the hotel lot and walk through the bushes to the restaurant…saw that first hand every night. There was a red stain on the carpet next to the desk…probably kool aid, but it’s noticeable. The woman who checked me out Monday seemed a little bothered when I asked her to confirm what my bill was after the incidentals hold dropped off. Guess her list of everyone checking out was more important.

The facility and most of the staff are very good. However, shower valve malfunctioned and scalding water in middle of shower, not nice. This was fixed timely and offer to relocate to another room was made. Problem for me when I felt staff member did not appear or demonstrate concern. Very inattentive. I did share concern with management.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby. It was a short drive to the Truliant Amphitheater. However, the lady at the front desk could improve her customer service skills.

There was a Youth Soccer League staying at the property, during my stay... And they were on the same floor I was staying on. They were noisy throughout the night, while I was trying to sleep.

Property was clean but has some maintenance issues.

The property was ok staff was nice but the cleanliness of the beds was disgusting. As much as these hotels charge for rooms they need to make sure house keeping is doing the job they’re paid to do. This is not the first hotel that this has happened at. With the reviews I was very disappointed to say the least!!

Breakfast was tyical

We stayed for two nights. When I made the reservation, no one mentioned or written anywhere you had to have your card scanned for $100 in case of any incidents. You are supposed to get it back when you check out, have not seen it credited yet. The first night, my son found a lot of long, black hairs on his pillows. The next day, went down for breakfast, most of the food was gone. The small bottles of milk were spoiled. The chocolate milk was so spoiled, it was a solid. When we came back that night, used the bathroom and the toilet was clogged and flooded the bathroom. When my son went to go to bed, he found a huge clump of blond hair in the bed. There was so much, like someone cleaned a hair brush on the bed. Also, the remote to the TV died, the battery cover was screwed shut. When we brought it to their attention, we were told they could not change out the batteries because maintenance had everything locked up and they did not have a key. We complained when we checked out, they supposedly refunding one of the nights.

Yes the room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy and I felt safe in the area. As far as the staff goes I would like to give a special thank you to a certain person. I believe her name is kelsey. Not sure of correct spelling. She was very courteous and welcoming to me and my wife. Every time we returned to the motel she said welcome back.

The evening lady working at the check in counter was so nice and we loved she was able to joke around and be herself. Our stay was pleasant and great. My kids really enjoyed our stay.

Close to restaurants, the highway, and the airport Bathroom smelled when we arrived. The mattress was terrible. The ladies at reception were not overly helpful nor friendly. The gentleman at the front desk in the morning was very nice and friendly.

It was very clean. Smelled clean! Complementary coffee station that was very nice. Everything you could possibly need was in close walking/driving distance. We were near the mall. There were a ton of places to shop and eat. Everyone that we came in contact with that worked at the hotel was very friendly. There was only 1 waffle maker. There was a line every morning just to use the one waffle maker. There was also an ad that there was an indoor pool, but that area has been converted into a meeting space. There was also a very limited number of carts available to move luggage.

It was a good location Very expensive The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Very old it seemed. And the pool had entirely too much chlorine in it. Hurt my sons eyes

Not much. The area was extremely busy with cars. Location was not ideal.

The reception was very bad-tempered when we arrived and when we left the 2 day. What I didn't like was the service the receptionist provided. She was on duty from 3 p.m. onward the day we arrived, and when we checked out she was also in a bad mood, and she couldn't even stand her face. She also spoke to the people who worked in the breakfast area.

Bathroom did not have working ventilation so it became steamed up immediately. Also meant general bathroom odor remained in the room. The air conditioning unit did not seem to fully affect the room Even at max.

The shower had the best water pressure and flow of any place we have stayed in at least 10 years! The breakfast had fresh eggs not frozen omelets like many places. Everything about our stay has ensured we will look for Springhill Suites our next trip but this location has set the bar very high.

The elevator floors and walls were dirty and we watched an employee using a Mr. Clean white eraser with no water attempting to clean the walls and elevator door, basically smearing the dirt. The elevator floors were never mopped in the three days we were there. We won’t be staying again and may not try another Staybridge again.

The room was very cozy and quiet. The room was very clean and the staff, I know one of them was Mariah, they were all so professional and kind. Very nice place to stay! I would recommend Springhill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Concord Mills Speedway to everyone for a wonderful place to stay.

The breakfast at this location was very weak with very limited options. Even worse, the employees started closing everything down before breakfast hours were over, which was disappointing and not what I would expect from a Marriott property. This definitely needs improvement.

The room was solid. The staff were grumpy and unhelpful. The breakfast attendant had a big fit about how people keep breaking the spout on the device to poor waffle batter. If people keep breaking it maybe order a better container for pouring waffle batter not have a fit at your guests. The they cleaned up the entire breakfast 30 minutes early so when my husband came down for breakfast at 9am it was already picked up and he was unable to get breakfast.

This place is a dump especially when you are paying $250+ per night. I'm tired of my hard earned money being taken for granted for sumpar quality and service. The first room was dirty. The second room was a little better but the hotel is dated and not properly cleaned. I expected so much more from the Marriott brand. It seems like they woyld care more about their customers.

Shower was broken. No way to keep the entire bathroom floor from getting wet. Handicapped shower had no seat which is normally installed. My wife who is handicapped opted to not take a shower as the situation was highly dangerous.

The room I had didn’t have a good air conditioning unit it so it was a little warm in my room. The lack of air also made the room have a damp smell which was not pleasant.

The hotel seemed to be up to par but the one thing I did not like was the sheets. They had an odd smell even after changing the fitted sheet.

Overall it was a decent stay. It was quiet although there were children there for a tournament. The room air quality was very stuffy and doesn’t do well with someone with allergies or asthma.

We called down to the front desk who did come in our room and look around only to tell us that they could definitely see why we were concerned but simply left and never returned. A short while later, the sound stopped but we lost a good half an hour sleep that night and still have no explanation as to what the jackhammering sound was.

Your young staff at the desk has not good business Etiquette. One of our friends was given a key card to a room that was Is occupied someone could of gotten hurt with that mistake. I will not be going back to that hotel

Customer service at the front desk, was great! They were super sweet and very kind! My only complaints were that the room was not as clean as it could be and the hallway on the second floor was extremely humid and the ice maker was very loud. AC also needed work done as it did not stay on the whole time even when the fan was turned on. Overall I would stay here again if needed.

We had a room with a regular tub, but we came with my eldery mother. We had to move to another room with a walking shower. That was handled wonderfully by the front desk lady. However, the room had a smell of urine and was stale. The AC didn't work very well. It was not strong enough to ask for another room, but did affect the quality of our trip.

The hotel needs major updating . Water brown stains. Bubbles in the ceiling. Dirty walls.

Caution on the free breakfast... my husband opened a carton of milk (with a good date) but it was chunky! Upon investigation the mini fridge in the lobby was set to 56 degrees (housing milk & yogurt)! I alerted the front desk & they said they would take care of it. Otherwise - great stay!

Initially put in a room with a broken AC unit, it took a while to realize because we were in and out a lot. When reported to the front desk we were moved to a different room. This was great, except the AC made a constant tapping sound. Time to invest in some new AC units!

We stayed while attending a concert and it was an easy 10 minute uber or drive to the PNC Amphitheater, many restaurants literally next door, room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed, staff was helpful and friendly, parking lot safe from riff-raff, perfect for a weekend stay while seeing a show. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from Charlotte motor speedway which was convenient for us. There’s a lot of restaurants around. The hotel is very nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t like is that the suites are on the small side and only one chest of drawers with two drawers to put stuff away. It was 3 of us and the room felt crowded. The sofa bed was comfortable for our son to sleep in since it becomes like a small twin bed. The breakfast was the same every day but good. We were at the top level and the shower had good pressure. The bed was very comfy. The girl on the front desk was super helpful and kind. I wish I would’ve asked her name. Overall experience was good.

The room was clean, breakfast okay. I didn't like that there was no safe in room for valuables. Front desk staff had great mannerisms, and pleasant.

Desk lady was great. Clean place and quiet. Literally the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel! Will most definitely recommend and visit again myself over the summer.

I like that the property was literally a walk away from Texas Roadhouse and the rooms were clean; however, the indoor pool need some renovation. It wasn’t ventilated properly.

Breakfast was not good. There was no fresh fruit, yogurt and the juice machine was broken with no alternative drink options provided other than milk, tea or coffee. I asked about other options and was directed to the drinks available for purchase. We expected more from this hotel as it was a more expensive option and a part of the Marriott chain.

Convenience

An overnight stay that was ok. Woke up to no power due to an outage in the area.

Cons: Staff is okay but could be better. After our 2nd night, we noticed the roof was leaking water in the bathroom and bedroom through the fire alarm (not safe). We told the office and guess what, the toilet in the room above us was plugged and was leaking through the roof of our bathroom & bedroom (poppy water). Unbelievable! Then we lost power and they don't have any generator for back up. Even after we switched rooms later, the next room was as bad, water just kept leaking out of the shower doors. No thank you.

It was accesible and a lot things around it. We dint like that they don’t have a backup generator there was a power outage. No hot breakfast no light to get ready. Besides that everything else was smooth.

The hotel is located amongst plenty other hotels right near Concord Mills. Plenty of shopping and food in walking distance. Right near iFly as well. There was a power outage the second day of my reservation and my toilet overflowed. I had to take a freezing shower and wait to use the restroom. The phone didn’t work. No compensation.

Was a nice place to stay near Charlotte. Only took about 20 minutes to get downtown. Staff was excellent and lots of restaurants near by.

Got up at 3pm do go sit in the common space at the entrance because I couldn’t sleep. There were 2 bodies covered with large jackets sitting upright in seats. Ash feet poking out and all. Didn’t feel safe so I went to the gym, where of course where wasn’t a soul. I forgot my laptop at home and needed romances the computer, but your back was turned to the main area and just felt like in that area someone would walk up behind you and slit your throat.

We chose this property for the indoor pool but it wasn’t made clear that the pool wasn’t heated! My kiddos could barely stand the temperature of the pool.

Indoor pool was freezing cold. Nobody could swim. The reason I got the room was for the indoor pool for my grandson. He was so upset and disappointed. Don’t advertise an indoor pool without saying it’s not heated. Very disappointed.

The staff were excellent. The location is premium if you want to go shopping or attending an event at the pavilion or Charlotte Motor Speedway. Lots of food options to walk to. Even though the hotel is amongst many others in that area, it still seemed secluded and off to itself. Will definitely be staying again if attending future events.

The property had a few issues that we found unacceptable for the price. The location is great and the staff were very courteous and accommodating. The facility needs updating. We had cold water and little black ant-like insects in our first room. The staff member moved us to another room. We had water issues the next morning. The cooling system was antiquated and difficult to regulate. The breakfast was unsatisfactory.

Hotel is near a huge mall but tucked in a quiet pocket. Eggs at breakfast were fluffy and delicious.

This hotel is an average stay, definitely dated.

We decided to stay here again because we’d stayed years ago for shopping, etc. We were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. Our first room was dirty. The wallpaper was flapping in the wind from the air unit. The corners of the ceilings and around the floor appeared to have water damage. The toilet actually stopped working, so we had to switch rooms for the 2nd night. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We won’t be staying here again unless they do a serious remodel.
