    Front desk staff was very nice The hallways were dirty and carpet buckling. Looked like it had no attention in years. The room carpet was the same, buckling and seemed dirty. Furniture and wall all scuffed. Just was not well kept and made me very uncomfortable. I will not stay here again.

    Strong pet smell in pet rooms. If you get one be prepared for a strong musty smell every time you go in the room. Beds were fine, ac worked, water was warm…. Low price on a busy weekend, so can’t complain

    Breakfast was good, lot of people like the waffles, just a suggestion, maybe add another waffle maker, then people won't have to wait so long to make a waffle. Just a suggestion, but all was good!! Lady in charge was very nice, enjoyed talking with her.

    I didn’t like the fact that my room wasn’t clean when I went out and was gone all day and for the cleaning person to lie and say I put the disturbing sign on the door was horrible and a lie the bathroom ceiling was cracked and the curtains had holes in them walls had been scratched up it was a mess and my daughter who is disabled didn’t even have a clean towel to use or enough towel for the both of use one towel one rag it was the worst ever and I would like a full refund

    I spoke with a person name Joseph on from desk and when I asked he's name again he gave me a total different name just for asking a question and he was real rude on customer service. Guys like him need to be out the people service because he don't know how to talked to people.

    Not a lot of choice for breakfast and coffee was lousy. Hotel was in very shabby shape, definitely needs renovation! Loved housekeeping, they came in every day, emptied trash, left clean towels, and made the bed. Tonya at the front desk was extremely pleasant, even if she couldn’t recommend restaurants to us! LOL

    Hotel was very convenient to I 85 and nearby restaurants. Hotel is older and could use a refresher. The pool was not working and they did not have a hot tub. We stayed at this hotel because it was affordable as we were attending a NHRA race in Charlotte.

    The woman who checked us in, and out about 30 minutes later, was professional, polite, and competent. She addressed our problems and was able to help with a satisfactory solution. The property was rundown, the room had a persistent smell of mold, the parking lot was so poorly lit as to feel unsafe, and the whole place had "Hotel California" vibes.

    All the staff was friendly and welcoming. I had a dog with me so I stayed in a room that was used for people who travel with there pets. The 1st room smelled and had a yellow stain on the carpet behind the door. I wiped it with a tissue and it was still wet. Wasn't sure what it was so asked for a new room. The women at the desk was great and got me into another room. It was clean but looked like it could use a update. The water smelled like dirt and tasted like dirt. My dog wouldn't drink it so I had to use bottled water. The air conditioner worked great but there were holes in the curtains. Once again I'm not sure if this was a common room for people who travel with pets so I don't know what other rooms are like. My dog is older and has a dog bark collar as well as a tent with blanket and pee pads. I have alot of allergies to foods so I only had yogurt and tea for breakfast every day. Checking in was great and checking out was great. The people who work there wonderful.

    This hotel didn’t look like the picture needs to do an update photos. I had to clean the rooms out before I can get comfortable. I forgot two pairs of show in the lobby somebody steal them. The morning manager was no help. I will not recommend anyone to stay but I know I will not come back again poorly.

    The place smelled horrible when we arrived. Like fish and body odor. The shower was broken and the hallway smelled like weed the entire time I was there. The elevator felt like it was going to crash.

    The stay was okay, but ended up leaving due to my things being removed from room when staff was informed I was extending my stay. This happened twice and some of my things were missing when I returned. They also will charge a deposit so it comes out of your account instead of placing a hold and it could take over a week for you to be refunded when no damages ever occurred. Also had a staff member come to my room wake me up questioning me about smoking when absolutely no smoking occurred. I asked the employee why did she assume that and she wouldn’t tell me so it made me feel I was only approached with such accusations because I’m black, because it was no smoking in the facility on my behalf, and this took place very early morning. Disturbing my rest for the day. I’ve stayed at the place a lot in the past but will not be staying again due to the staffs lack of assistance with my stay and racially profiling me!

    It was not a bad place. The staff was nice. I like the fact that it has an indoor pool. And their breakfast was pretty good. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like. I just wish the rules a little bit more bigger and I wish the bathroom was a little bit bigger, but it was OK. Well that was another thing. I did not like when I started packing. I always pack my stuff and look everywhere to make sure I don’t leave anything behind and I ended up finding a old stale dried wash rag under the bed by the middle table, but other than that, it was OK

    The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The rooms could use some updates. Our door was very hard to open, the hair dryer did not work, the safety lock was falling off the door and the carpet had stains. Breakfast was good and the linens were clean. We needed a room at last minute and it got the job done. It's a good location and could be a really nice hotel with some maintenance updates.

Other than that the room was fairly clean, everything worked properly and beds/pillows are super soft. For the price and convenience to the concert it was worth the price. Will continue to stay in Sleep Inns when necessary.

    The property had a lot of maintenance that needed to be done. I came with my family to spend a week and our door knobs were coming off either from the inside or outside had to get changed from rooms bc of it. We also had a really bad cigarette smell in our bedrooms eventhough I had voiced out before I had a newborn. The bathroom door was horrible and made a loud bang everytime we closed it. And the door was completely damaged. However the staff was very respectful, kind and helpful.

    All was great except for the $150.00 deposit. I've stayed in many hotels and never had to pay that much for a deposit. It still has not been refunded either. It took 5 minutes for it to be deducted from my account. It should take 5 minutes to put it back. Also the card keys had to be replaced twice. When I went to the front desk I had to go through the process again of showing my ID. Like I was checking in all over again.

    It doesn’t take much to please me. Especially when the stay is only a few hours. However, I’ll never book again. The smell was awful. It was a mixture of smoke and staleness throughout the whole building including our personal room. The property really needs to be updated and repaired. There were missing pictures from the walls, chipped paint, and botched patch jobs on the walls. Also, the shower floor felt weak underneath my feet. You truly get what you pay for but I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels in better condition.

    I only changed the hotel I was staying at due to having an indoor pool. Wish I would have stayed where I was going to initially because the pool wasn’t even working and I wasn’t really happy about the hotel either. There was also stains all over our bedding.

    I came to this area for a dog trial and had 1 dog. Apparently this hotel has pet dedicated rooms and they smelled horrible of urine. I had to request a different room after walking into the original room I was given it smelled so bad of pee. The second room they gave me was better but still smelled. I ended up buying urine odor spray at Walmart and sprayed the floor. I had to stay 3 nights. The door to the room was hard to open and close and was very loud when I opened it. The staff was very nice but clearly they need to go thru and shampoo all the carpets and spray down things with urine odor remover on all the pet rooms. I will most definitely not be staying there again.

    Room so musty smelling had to get a plug in air freshener to battle it. Room had obvious water damage on walls and ceiling. Furniture was chipped and the desk was warped with an obvious dip in the middle. Desk chair had spots where faux leather was missing. Service people were very nice, sheets were clean, but it was obvious that the rooms have not been updated in years.

    The facilities are dated, and very humid throughout. I was surprised to not smell mold. The concierges were rude both nights we stayed. The first night they acted borderline hostile to the simplest of questions. The second night I had to ask for extra towels and received a lecture. To be in the south I expected a little more hospitality. Maybe treating others with a smile and kindness is too exhausting for those working there?

    THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME WE STAYED WITH YOU GUYS AND LAST TIME WAS FINE. THIS TIME WE HAD TO FIX OUR OWN TOILET SEAT BECAUSE IT WAS LOOSE AND WAS BARELY ATTACHED. WE HAD TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR MAINTENANCE TO COME AN UNCLOG OUR TOILET BECAUSE OUR PHONE DID NOT WORK AND WAS NOT HOOKED UP TO ANYTHING FOR US TO CALS SO ANY ISSUE WE HAD TO GO DOWN STAIRS AND DEAL WITH IT. BUT WE ENDED UP DOING IT OURSELVES. ALSO THE PARKING THE GENTLEMAN THAT WAS WORKING AT NIGHT TOLD ME IT WAS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE FOR PARKING BUT THERE WAS A TRAILER PARKED IN EXACTLY 8 SPOTS AND PEOPLE PARKING ON THE CORNERS AND IN THE DROP OFF AND CHECK IN. 3 NIGHTS IN A ROW WE HAD TO PARK OVER AT THE GAS STATION. THE GENTLEMAN WORKING AT NIGHT SAID NOTHING HE COULD DO AGAIN IT WAS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THAT BEFORE. ALSO THE POOL WAS NOT ABLE TO BE USED AND I CHECKED UP TILL THE DAY WE LEFT TO COME THERE AND THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE THAT IT WAS BEING REPAIRED. WE ESPECIALLY WANTED A POOL THAT IS WHY I BOOKED YOUR HOTEL. ALSO THE BED COVERING LOOKED LIKE BLOOD ON THE COMFORTERS AND CURTAINS SO WE WENT TO THE STORE AN BOUGHT OUR OWN BLANKETS. IM AND VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL PROBABLY NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I DID TAKE A VIDEO OF THE PARKING LOT JUST TO PLEAD MY CASE.     Checked in at approximately 4pm on Saturday, 6/01/24. I had paid for a King size bedroom and added my 2 dogs in the filter and in the special instructions. When checking in I was given a key for a 2 full bedroom. I went back and asked and was advised the manager reviews the online registrations and reassigns anyone traveling with pets to full bedrooms because pets aren't allowed into King size rooms. They didn't apologize, this is their policy and apparently, don't notify guests when they do this. I wasn't notified. The room was a bit musty, I'm guessing due to having carpets in pet friendly rooms. The hotel and the room cleanliness was ok, not super clean, but not filthy. The room had working TV, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer shelf, and lighting. They have recently painted an avocado green accent wall in the room and bathroom, but the other walls could use paint. The bed and pillows are very comfy and the sheets and linens were plentiful and clean except the bedspread was permanently stained in spots. The shower and bathroom were clean. After turning the AC to high the mustiness was not as noticeable. All in all it was a good stay. If they had given me advance notice of the room change from king to full, I would've rated it higher. However, they did only charge me for one pet.

    Very comfy bed. Staff was friendly. Building is old and needs some love. Pool under renovation. Old carpets. Decent breakfast. Great coffee !

    it truly just needs updated, trim in bathroom coming from wall about 3 inches rotting, carpet dirty furniture chipped up and missing corner of dresser,fridge didn’t get real cold and didn’t freeze anything! Pool not open and we were there 5 days and no one was working on it!

    I did not like the property because there is no safe space for smokers. I was kick out because I was smoking in the room. I paid my $100 dollars to smoke in the room. Not to be kick out. I am not happy with this place and I will never come back to this Sleep Inn

    Firstly I only booked because it had indoor pool when we arrived it was closed nowhere on website or calling in was told about that. The people were nice enough the rooms are very small and outdated needs a lot of work. They kept it clean but it needs updating. We had to change rooms because our first one shower handle broke off and the toilet clogged everytime you used it. Second rooms AC didn’t get really cold it worked but not that great. Definitely charged way too much for what we got. The breakfast is only bagels cereal and a waffle maker. No bedbug evidence no bugs so that was good.

    We needed to stay longer than planned and placed a 2nd booking and messed the dates up. The front desk staff had trouble making corrections for me. She called her manager for help and everything was updated. The gave me credit for my overlapping day and was so kind. It really was my mistake but they totally took care of it.

    My hotel room door wasn’t locking during my stay here and I only figured it out when I was checking out on my last day there. The bathroom shower was dirty and the drawers of the end tables were sticky. It was gross and unsafe.

    Will not stay here again! The entire 2nd floor smelled like Marijuana! The rooms had a smell of mold mildew and a general stinch. The bathroom door frame had rusted out at the bottom and flared out. The staff person on duty was kind and considerate. The breakfast area was ok, not the best.

    Everything went well. My room door did not close by itself all the time. The carpet in my room had rips. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good. 24 hour coffee was good. Checkin and out went well.

    The hotel was clean and the afternoon clerk that checked me in was wonderful. I should have done more research. After 8pm the weed smell, noise and alcohol went crazy. Apparently this is the party hotel and you can not walk down the hallway without getting buzzed and dodging the trash people set out for housekeeping. People must live there and that’s fine, but they are loud and you can hear them through the whole hotel. Night clerk very loud, I witnessed the people that live there touching all the food for the breakfast bar with no tongs (was reported to the front desk). Nicely located and clean, but would not recommend unless you wanted to party.

    First of all my fridge doesn't work. And, the room needs to be updated. But the staff members are very nice and concerned about your issues. The only thing I don't like is smelling marijuana in the hallways and when you sit outside.

    They charged us a deposit of two hundred and something dollars on my husbands credit card but during check they had no record of it. The place just seems sketchy when it comes to their deposit policy. At check out we were told the deposit was around one hundred dollars but they charged us double. Probably will never book they again. We will have to wait and see if the deposit is returned to us or not.....

    I liked that it was fairly close to the hospital but the walls were thin. The paint on the walls was bad. Poor lighting in the room. Carpets were stained. Door handles were raggedy.
