    The guy making the omelets was very overwhelmed and overstimulated. He asked for assistance with someone getting onions and they gave him attitude right in front of guest. We waited in line for 45 minutes just for an omelette

    During the Friday night of our stay, the bar area was closed for a private event. They moved the evening reception to the area around the fountain but the kitchen wasn't available to order from. The hotel wasn't what I was expecting from an Embassy Suites based on my numerous previous stays.

    Stayed for 3 nights and the pool was closed for the first 2 nights. No adjustment to our bill was offered or made. Everytime we asked it was the same answer. It would be open tomorrow morning. It appeared to have been closed several days prior to our arrival from what I gathered. Our kids were pretty disappointed seeing as one of the reasons we booked the hotel.was for the pool so thr kids could swim. Had I know the pool was going to be closed, we would've stayed somewhere else.

    The thing that makes this property absolutely fantastic are the wonderful people. Teresa, Aniyah, and Tameka at the front desk are phenomenal representatives of your organization who go out of their way to make people feel comfortable, they are an asset to your organization and should be heralded, not only for their professionalism, but also for their ability to make other women in business feel welcome. I will return with my family and friends to this hotel on a frequent basis base of the service I received from these amazing people.

    We stayed at the Concord, NC Embassy Suites for one night Our friends were there for a week with a Nat'l Cadillac group. The place is clean, welcoming and comfortable! The breakfast was amazing! I will definitely seek out the Embassy Suites for our next trip!

    The air was NOT working. Maintenance tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the placement of the air but it was literally hot all night. I could hear someone snoring in the other room. Front counter staff was not friendly at all. When I came in, a woman was on the phone for at least 5 minutes. No acknowledgement of my existence, no “one moment” or even a finger to show she will be with me. She did apologize so I’ll give her that. Also had to pay a $75 pet fee for having my little dog in the room for one night, I guess that’s not her fault just thought that was a bit much when my dog was not even there with me my entire stay. Literally, just there to sleep and she was out early that morning. As far as the atmosphere, I felt very uncomfortable. Like I said, you smile and wave at the staff and they look at you like you’re crazy. It was very weird. My experience there was not a great one. Maybe my standards are too high but either way. I will never room at this specific location in Concord again. 0/10 experience.

    We stay here every year for the Coca Cola 600 race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Hotel was redone last year and came our very nice. The only complaint that I had this year was the Wi-Fi. Signal was very spotty, otherwise it is a great place. A short walk to the track

    Our family has stayed here every year for the past 7 years for the coco cola 600. This is our first back since the renovation and I’m blown away with the upgrades. The lobby/dining area is so beautiful the rooms looks amazing. Over the years the pool was WAY TOO COLD I was never able to get in. This year the pool is warm. I was able to get fully in but it still could be warmer. Check in was easy. Our room had a lock that didn’t work and the staff wasted no time getting maintenance to help us fix it. It still didn’t work so without hesitation we were moved and upgraded with a balcony. The had house keeping around the clock taking out the trash keeping the hotel very clean and put together. The only thing I’ll complain about is having 2 out of 3 elevators working during a weekend as busy at the cocoa cola 600 and the happy hour bar no longer has more wine options. Breakfast was delicious it’s the one thing that keeps us coming back every year. The chef making the omelettes is killing it.

    It was beautiful and extremely clean . I loved the cocktail hour. The breakfast is not made to order as advertised. Its a buffet with made to order omelettes The spa was beautiful. Its in the perfect location close to everything . The cleaning staff never came to clean the room until the last day which they came like 8 am none of them spoke english which was a problem i felt like j was in a different country the front desk do not answer the phone which was also a problem and extremely inconvenient. overall i would stay again

    The rooms were clean, there was construction going on which we knew about. We just didn’t know that it closed down more than it said on the website. Our room wasn’t very quiet not even due to the construction, but just due the fact that apparently it was right next to like every AC unit that runs the whole building, no reason to have a balcony on a room that you can’t even go out on the balcony because it’s so loud due to the HVAC, buffet was OK

    Call to see if they are still renovating!!!!!! We were there for 9 days !! We moved from the 8th floor because renovation was supposed to have started. We were moved to the fifth floor only to find out that they were not doing renovation on the eighth floor. We had no ice machine working on the fifth floor or the fourth floor so we had to go to the sixth floor. We tried to do laundry only to find out that the laundry room was on the second floor and the entire second floor was under renovation so we ended up having to find a local laundromat. After a few days. The hotel was down to only two elevators working. Mind you there was some type of gymnastics convention going on and there was a long wait for the elevator.. we had a problem with the hot water on the eighth floor and then after two days on the fifth floor the water seem to be not as hot . We thought it was maybe from the hotel being overly crowded from the gymnastic competition, but they left, and the water issue was still the same lukewarm water.

    I really struggle with this review. This hotel was excellent and yet, we stayed at a time of remodel which was hard in itself. Our room was mostly cleaned and nice except for a funky smell which we found when we opened the fridge to find a ton of left overs still in there. There was other trash that indicated the cleaning crew didn’t do their job…not to mention the remote that was made inside one of the beds…and also the deadbolt to our door didn’t work-it just spun in a circle without locking. The staff was nice and sent people to help, but the lock was just add into the electric door mechanism and no as a separate lock which was better but still left us apprehensive. The cleaning gal that came to the door just stood there staring at me and when I started to talk to her she stopped me to get out her Google Translate because she didn’t speak a lick of English! It was so frustrating. The staff tried to fix everything and were kind, but honestly this may have stopped all our future stays…I’m sure if we had come after remodel stuff was done things would have been different. They claimed they were not able to change us to a different room or give us our money back because we got our room off a third party site and that was frustrating. They make everything seem so hard for them.

    Choose this hotel due to it's close proximity to a special Easter service I was attending with my Son and Grandson. Woke Sunday morning to prepare ourselves for service and our water was freezing, no hot water. Can you imagine how dishearten we were, attending without a shower. Luckily we found a hotel that would allow us to shower without charging am arm and leg. When I addressed the situation, while quickly checking out, I was offered a simple "sorry." Never ever will we be back. @moneywasted

    The mental door in our room fell and I requested a staff member come to fix it. When he arrived I spoke to him regarding the issue. He literally walked around me and to the item without speaking a word to me. He just came in and pushed it until he fixed it and left. No words. The first floor is under construction so there was noise from it. The major amenities were closed due to construction as well. We came back to the hotel later that night and people were on the property smoking marijuana. Overall an ok experience. However the front desk staff member who checked us in was amazing!!

    The first floor is under construction and around 9am there was a non stop drilling sound that dominated the entire lobby. Three TVs is our room were on but the remotes didn’t work even after multiple reboots. Deadlock was broken for our door. Place has great potential but needs some help.

    Upon arrival it was clear that the hotel is under renovation due to closed off areas and construction sounds. The front desk allowed us to check into a room on the floor being renovated. We got off the elevator onto the second floor and were met with caution tape and chairs blocking the way to our room. A young woman who did not speak English stopped us and I showed her our room number. She moved some chairs and caution tape and motioned for us to go that way to our room but then put the chairs and caution tape back up behind us ! I decided to go back to the front desk as this was clearly not a floor that people should be staying on. No one even apologized for allowing us to go to this floor and acted like we should stay in that assigned room. I refused and insisted on changing our room. Once changed, the new room was fine even with the construction noise but I felt very distressed over the initial ordeal. We went out and came back later in the evening to find a note under our door that water would be turned off at 10am the next morning. Overall this was a very inconvenient stay. I did not feel well informed in advance about the construction or cared about even a little bit once we were there. It was really unfortunate because this was a stay we were excited about and although it was not totally ruined it did diminish our experience.

    I was assigned a room on the fifth floor directly above what appeared to be active work or maintenance on the fourth floor, resulting in ongoing noise throughout the day. This made it difficult to rest or relax. In addition, after social hours, there were large gatherings with loud cheering and noise that could be clearly heard from my room. This disrupted my ability to rest after a long day. It seemed that an event or convention may have been taking place, but this was not communicated beforehand. Given these issues and the lack of transparency, this stay did not meet the standard I expect. I would appreciate your review of this experience and consideration of appropriate compensation.

    We said we would wait for original room. Wait was only about 20 mins but when we went into room it was only a queen so back to front desk to get the king room we had reserved. 20 mins later we had our reserved room. Next issue was pool was closed due to renovations. I picked this hotel specifically for the pool to swim after an 8 hr trip. Our room was nice but bedside lamps were held together with electrical tape. Finally the "made to order breakfast" was a buffet with an omlet station. All in all it wasnt the Embassy suite experience I ve had in the past

    Renovations were going on during our stay, that were not made aware to us until an email a few days before the visit. The room was very spacious and clean. My biggest issue is that pets are allowed. I am highly allergic to dogs and much to my surprise one got on the elevator with it's owner. The elevator was fairly crowded and I did not have time to get off. After that brief ride, my allergy symptoms spiked and pretty much ruined our getaway. There was also another dog that kept barking downstairs in the main area and the barks just echoed throughout.

    I do not like that the staff does not know how to treat a people as they see us as an international people and no smile on the face. We are spending so at-least some complimentary things needed no water nothing. Visit in India or other country they will show you what’s the service is called. Guest is the priority but here money looks priority.

The hotel sells out each year but they jack the price up triple and take advantage. Do better Embassy!

    The check in was quick and the front desk staff was kind. Half of the hotel was renovated and half was not. We were assigned to a room on floor 4 which was not renovated yet. The room was clean but outdated. Our heat also was not working very well. It was a chilly night, so this was disappointing. We received two free drinks per adult at the bar, which was nice. We used the pool for a few and that was also clean. We wish there would have been a jacuzzi, but it looks like they removed it. Overall we were pleased.

    I was originally booked for the 11th floor which appeared to be the only floor renovated. They changed it at check in. The carpet is nasty and stained. The sofa bed is worn down and hazardous. The king size beds are well worn and have imprints. The gentlemen bartender with glasses has a bad attitude. I imagine he hates the free drinks during happy hour for guests. It is set up to be a relatively quiet hotel even with renovations. Probably will be great when the entire place is renovated but for right now, it was not worth it.

A migraine was in the making. I asked for a refund and was advised that had to be issued through Expedia. It has now been 5 hours and I was advised it could take up to 72 hours to resolve the issue.     The place is being renovated. They misplaced my ice pack as the room refrigerator does not have a freezer area. I waited 10 minutes for them to locate it and somone placed it the refrigerator which wasn't helpful as we live 9.5 hours away and wanted cold beverages during our travel. I don't understand the $8 a day parking cost as it is a standard parking lot. We decided to sleep in one day and left the room around 1130AM. No room service received. No window sheers in the bedroom and dark- out curtains were in need of repair as they did not close completely.

    Good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. To the young lady that helped me extend my stay one more day and so much! Hotel undergoing major renovations and they're doing their best to keep it open during this time. Most of the inconvenience was noise during the day This did not really affect my stay as I was not there during the day.

    This property is undergoing refurbishing to the original courtyard. I am amazed at how efficient the management is able to keep the noise and interruption to a minimum if inconvenience. All work stopped at 6 pm.

    Always a nice place to stay. They are doing renovations which will look nice soon. Only complaint is the breakfast food was not the best. Unseasoned grits and eggs. The omelet was way too greasy. I took 3 napkins trying to get the grease off my plate and make it edible. Other than that nice staff and clean, comfortable rooms.

    Room was not ready. Did not receive right room at first. Toilet barely worked. Was not made aware of free drinks time you had to use it. Leak in lobby. Waited 3 hours for room and now communication about room. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Stayed at an embassy before this was nothing like that time.

    Was tired and ready to lay down and this is how the room looked when I got there didn’t even get the pictures of the bathroom not being clean. The trash cans was in the middle of the floor then when they finally come got the room they made up the bed did not leave no tissue or anything like that in the room so I had to call back down again Worst trip ever after working two months straight 12 hour shifts I was ready for a break and this is what I walked into

    WiFi was difficult to figure out. They said use the lobby WiFi-from the 9th floor? Concierge told us that our son would have to pay for parking even though he was just dropping us off. Had to ask several times to get clarification on parking for visitors that were not staying overnight. Bed mattress was older-sloping in. Carpet looked tired. Breakfast was good. No issues there.

    Great stay overall. Happy hour and breakfast were great! The room was clean and everything was very smooth for check-in and anything that was needed. My only complaint is about the elevators. They should really think about how to make that more efficient. You’ll wait for a long time for the elevator.

    The air did not work well, the place was a wreck, filthy and smelled so bad. Has NOT been updated since the 70s. No one answers the phone if u call front desk goes right to a busy signal. One of the worst places I have EVER STAYED. Blinds in living room area broken too.

    I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.

    Was a very nice hotel. Room was okay. Door was hard to open and close. Key didn’t work everytime. Bed was so so. Felt like it was leaning to one side. Should have told someone but didn’t want to get kicked out or disrespected by staff. Check in was easy. Zoe was a phenomenal person and helped me with check in and was very friendly. All the other staff we encountered were not as nice and would not even speak to us. Breakfast was decent. Not much selection and most of the food was cold and overcooked. Have to think twice before I decide to return for another stay. Especially with the pricie we paid.

    The only issue was parking. A large convention was being held. The majority, I would say at least 90% plus, was blocked off. This was a real headache. I was told to park in the rear parking lot. Portions of the rear parking was also blocked. Guest were moving a barricade to get a parking space.

    Yes all rooms are Suites you get a large comfortable "living room" with tv , couches , dinnig table, coffee table , sink , microwave, small fridge . LARGE bedroom with tv sp if you have kids you don't have to succumb to watching cartoons when winding down for tge day. BUFFET breakfast is included in your stay you get eggs , toast, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, bacon , sausages, waffle maker , fruits chopped and whole , yogurt snd pastries , with an omelette station or you can order your eggs over easy. Besides the coffee and tea there is a soda fountain machine The staff is friendly you have to scan the QR code in the room to request cleaning. Free wifi and the staff is very friendly. . FREE PARKING . indoor swimming pool. GYM rooms are sound proof .i wish ALLL HOTELS WERE LIKE THE EMBASSY SUITES

    Great staff. Nice facility. Good location to PNC arena. Only issues we had were with the room. A/C would not work and room stayed hot all night , shower head detached from wall, room had a lot of wear & tear, uncomfortable mattress, very small pillows, and very basic sheets. Room could have used a clean but nothing egregious. Would stay here again maybe for the convenience/location but was disappointed by the room.

    I was there to join a group, and the exhibition hall, meals, and room were all excellent. I would suggest a sweater or something… all public areas a very deeply air conditioned. The morning breakfasts had something for every appetite, from cold cereal to made-to-order omelets.

    For one there is a daily parking fee they dont tell you about till you check in. Two the pool is small and very dirty, there was so much dirt on the walls people were scratching there name in it and the water was cloudy. Now the lobby was clean as well as the room, and one elevator doesnt run so can take some time to get one available as only leaves 2 running.

    The Staff was very kind for the most part, we had some issues with one of the breakfast staff just being a little rude. I was surprised to get a $8.00 dollar a day parking fee as if I park in a parking lot not on the grounds of the Hotel. We were not given any warning about the charge until I got the final bill.

    Trey at the front desk was courteous, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable at check-in. Breakfast was exceptionally prepared by Mozell! She can make the most scrumptious omelet and it was so fun to watch her flip those omelets effortlessly! The room was clean & quiet! And just one notation for upper management, The Front Desk staff was always standing & pleasant, even though they were visibly fatigued. I was saddened to see when I checked out that they didn’t even have stools to sit on. Those employees are the first point of contact for your guests, please get those hardworking, delightful, gregarious staff members a stool to sit on.

    Horrible check-in experience. Rude staff. Hotel is old and run down. Our room smelled moldy, furniture is really old and outdated. The bed was hard, like sleeping on a stack of cardboard. We will never, ever stay here again. Ever. Room was very expensive for the condition of the hotel. Room was not ready at check-in time. Lastly, the smell of marijuana on our hall was inescapable.

    my husband surprised me with a ‘reset’ getaway for my birthday and this couldnt have been more perfect of a choice. im 32 weeks pregnant and he scheduled a massage for me which absolutely delightful. planned our dinner and our events for the nights we were there. the fireplace is gorgeous!! every staff member was helpful to my husband and his goal to keep everything a secret from me i had no idea what the plans were for the days and got to go with the flow, just allow me to not make any choices or any thinking which was great. everywhere in the hotel was clean and smelled amazing, the rooms were spacious and soundproof. struggle a lot bc im a light/sensitive sleeper and usually hear people moving about in their rooms in other hotels but not here. room service was fast and theyre very considerate, did not have to ask for extra sauce napkins utensils nothing they thought about everything. the included breakfast buffet was perfect, it was such an amazing experience. did not want to leave i will definitely stay here again

    the cleaning staff was not very friendly. And kne of the men kept banging in our door lime he was going to knock it down. Certainly our stay was not the classy experience that Embassy Suites used to be. Also- bed pillows were squares and barely ample enough to keep your head on to sleep.
