The room was spacious and very clean with super comfy beds. This hotel is super convenient to the Truliant Ampitheater for concerts, which was why we were there. Lots of restaurant and shopping choices very close by. Also very close to the Charlotte Racetrack. Lots of traffic in this area but served us well.

Room was clean , the bed was extremely old & hard. I had the worst nights sleep. No amenities. U have to pay for over priced selective processed pre made breakfast from the bar. Only 5-6 selections of Starbucks , no regular coffee. Rooms are outdated & overpriced w/o amenities.

This property requires regular maintenance in the rooms. We booked a few rooms in a single-room bathroom, and unfortunately, the light stopped working while we were using the bathroom in the same room. Additionally, the AC wasn’t functioning properly. In the second room, which was handicap accessible, the doorbell wasn’t working either.

Was very clean, and close to where we needed to be. Shopping, for those interested, is very close.

Overall a great hotel! Was in town for business and our team needed to leave another hotel because of serious issues. Was welcomed to Courtyard Marriott with open arms by their friendly and accommodating staff. Updated hotel and rooms. Nice size, comfortable rooms. Great fitness room. Nice bar/restaurant area. Only downside is no free coffee/breakfast in the morning.

Mattresses need to be replaced, room 215. Tub needs to be replaced, water stays in near the drain. The rest of the stay was very good.

Room was nice with balcony access and some kind if view, parking is slim, property on a slight hill but now bad, neighbors other properties.

We were attending events at the convention centre, location was great. Lots nearby from food to shopping.

Otherwise the hotel has a great lobby, staff was generally nice and helpful. However the lack of staff kept the bistro closed for dinner. Unfortunately Room was spacious

The staff was extremely helpful in answering my questions. Also, the location was great! I had no idea that our king room came with a sleeper bed, so that was nice, even though we didn't use it. The hill going back and forth to the Embassy Suites where the convention was. Not like you guys could do anything about that, so take it with a grain of salt. ;)

I was first created by your wonderful host Nicole. She really made me feel at home as well as welcomed. The price on booking was almost 30 dollars less than what I was charged. Didn't expect that much of a difference.

Prices on the food in lobby were too high.

Clean, spacious room, kettle/coffee machine available in the room. Small indoor pool available. The AC/heater is extremely loud. I turned it on during the night, but I could not sleep, so I had to turn it off and was almost freezing in the room. If you need AC during night, you better go somewhere else. Breakfast not like in regular restaurants, but more like fast-food style. Some restaurants are in walking distance, but the main road can be crossed only if you have some luck (during the night impossible, i.e. you need Uber for 500 m, which is ridiculous).

If you want a comfortable night sleep. I wouldn’t stay here. Very poor mattress quality. My spouse and I booked a few days stay there and woke up with back pain after sleeping on these mattresses every morning. Each morning was worse. I do not have a back issue. It was so bad I checked out early despite being offered a room change with the same mattress quality.

Being woke up the first morning by mail employee stating he needed to check the refrigerator at 9 AM. I told him it was fine and I wasn’t dressed. Then he comes back within five minutes to say he needs to check the balcony once again I told him no I wasn’t dressed made me feel very uncomfortable. There was mold in the bathroom, and our mini refrigerator ended up breaking while there so we had to throw out food we had planned on eating. It was not nearly as clean as other Marriott’s we have stayed at previously stayed at. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana and there was always water in the floor near the elevator. The ice machine in the hallway was also broken.

My room had a very strong odor and that odor was urine. Did not want to make a big fuss because I had to be there all weekend. But from my experience I would not stay there again just because of that. Staff was awesome and friendly. Bummer there was not a comp breakfast or anything especially for the room rates. Def disappointed. I should have requested another room but it was a long travel day and did not want to make a huge fuss

The only real downside was breakfast. While the staff was also friendly, the setup felt a bit disorganized, and the price seemed high for the quality and variety offered. That said, I’d absolutely return – the friendly service, comfort, and cleanliness made it a great stay, and I would just pass on the breakfast.

I stayed here twice. I was given room 305 but couldn’t step in the room because the smell of urine was so strong. I was then moved to room 705 where the air conditioner barely kept the room 74 degrees. The second time I was given room 315 which after airing it out all day the smell of yarn was so strong. I couldn’t stay there after two days. I again was moved up to 715 where the air conditioner was better, but still could not cool entire room. A real big disappointment for a Marriott property. The staff was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was more than pleasant and they tried really hard to make it better.

Great hotel on a larger roadtrip. We stayed here to break up a longer drive. It was perfect for our family of three. It is also a great area to stop overnight. There are a lot of restaurants and a large mall. Highly recommend!

The AC unit in room 405 sounds like a thrashing machine when running. I realize its 90 + degrees outside but had to turn the unit to 68 deg. to be cool enough to sleep. This created a damp feeling to the room by AM

There was no major issues, during my stay. We had 2 rooms and one has an extremely loud air conditioner. Also, we ordered breakfast at the bistro and waited at least 20 minutes before cancelling our order. We had to get to a graduation and it was clear we would not be getting our food anytime soon. 3 people before us had ordered & were also still waiting. There was one person working up front and only one cooking in the back. This was extremely frustrating. We thought it would save time by ordering at the hotel when in fact we waited so long for food we didn’t get and we ended up not having time to stop anywhere else.

I traveled from Philly and needed some rest. The courtyard was the perfect spot. I love the cleanliness of the building and my room. Staff was very quick and had great customer service. My floor was quiet. I will stay here again whenever I come back in town. Thank y’all for the wonderful experience.

Front desk staff were friendly and quite tolerant of our large group. Loved the water available in the lobby. However the bed was very uncomfortable and the room looked a bit dinged up. Should consider adding a mirror somewhere else in the room outside of the bathroom in order to make it easier for multiple people getting ready for the day at once.

They say they have a Restaurant and bar it’s just cafeteria with pour service. $14 breakfast no better than the free breakfast at hotels for half the price.

The staff was horrible , my room was switched 3 times, fridge didn’t work , st tub was rusted , manager told me she would call the police and have me put out with my kids at night because I complained that my fridge didnt work , I asked her the reason she said just because she could she didn’t need a reason her name is Chanel T. He manager name is Jarrell or Jared but I wasn’t able to speak to him , my kids were afraid all night thinking the police was gonna put us out absolutely horrible service we are traumatized

This is a nice property. Convenient to restaurants, the mall, and the interstate.

Mattress was old and seemed outdated. Parking lot is small and a bit hard to negotiate.
