It was a construction site. Run down, old and shoddy.

It was an ok stay but the breakfast was not impressive. Staff wasn't that helpful and didn't mention the water wasn't working. We had to call down and ask why we had zero water in our rooms.

The rooms were very clean and large. We loved having a bedroom separate from the living area. The beds were small. They weren't true queen beds.

It’s close to the race track. The receptionist was friendly and tried her best to make the mistake, right again. There was no parking, even for the handicapped. They gave our room to someone else. Breakfast wasn’t good at all.

Room was clean but a bit outdated. No swimming pool as advertised. My bedding was torn at the bottom corner as if a dog chewed it. Breakfast was very limited and plain. At $280 per night? Never again.

Great location to the Charlotte motor speedway, under construction at the moment and maybe that’s why a lot of things just were not up to par. Maybe after the upgrades would consider staying again.

Paul did suggest moving us to another room. We had too much luggage and it was too late in the evening to pack up and relocate.

It was understand construction. Would have been nice to know before booking. Check in was easy and the staff was nice. Not many parking spaces due to construction. I was given a newly remodeled room. Room was clean. Bathtub faucet leaked the whole time. Bathroom lights are not bright enough. Ironing board was broken and kept falling down. Parts of the carpet were falling apart on the ends, paint on carpet in spots. Comforter on bed was ripped. Towels had stains on them. Tv only had sports channels. Probably will not stay here again in the future.

3/23/26: Beware: This hotel is not open. It has been abandoned for the last 9 months. My family went to check in and it was not open. Thankfully we were able to find a nearby hotel.

Had car trouble and got stuck in the area over night and found this hotel online, it was $156 for a double queen suite and with 3 kids we said we would just take whatever’s open BUT……. I will say if I ever need a place to stay again in that area or near by I will most definitely be staying there, rooms were so clean and for only &156 I had 2 queen beds, pull out bed, full fridge, stove top, dishwasher and PLENTY of space. And let me not forget the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY I wish I hadn’t forgot her name but she was work night shift and still there around breakfast time.

AC was very cool. The room is very nice and clean. Beds and linens provided were clean, fresh and comfortable. I did not use any laundry service.

Location, breakfast, and staff were all very good. food was good and location is excellent Price and amenities. No more pool. We were given a handicap room which we didn't request and it was a pain to get a shower. We paid about $60.00 more per night than usual. We weren't told that the pool was closed.

There was no pool which I wasn’t aware of until arrival , the second morning the breakfast eggs were burned, the offered lemon water which was not changed my entire stay and the only ice machine was in the first floor

Wish I was advised of the construction beforehand! You would think it should be mandatory to let customers know this before paying full price for half service!

They are doing construction at this location. Some things in the room need an update, such a the love seat and curtains. I'm sure it will be nice after the construction is complete.

Do to renovations it was quiet, clean, and peaceful when I finally got my room due to them being overbooked. It was a late check-in but other than that it’s a nice hotel. Staff is friendly and it’s clean.

The room was clean but the walls were thin(if you know what I mean). We could hear the noisy revelers playing their music in the parking lot at night as clear as if the window was open. Thankfully the staff addressed our concerns. The breakfast bar was reasonable. I really liked the waffles.

It’s very clean and my rooms was huge and clean. This is very picky but working property management I look at certain things. The ceiling in the bathroom could use some painting and the tub needs to be glazed and caulked.

no pool and construction had I known I would have not had stayed.I had my morning open and wanted the indoor pool to use. Price was high for all that was going on. Didn't like being woken up by the noise thought I was going to have peaceful morning but didn't happen. Didn't care much for the small pillows

Great staff. Vehicle broke down, had to get a room so the dealership could fix . We were allowed to check in early.. staff was awesome, room was clean, spacious. Great experience

The rooms and hotel were in poor condition. The cleaning staff seemed to do a good job but the shower had mildew all over it and grout cracked, etc.

I also did not feel safe, a woman by herself, with all of the workers coming in and out. I can say the staff was nice though. I'm sure the hotel will be nice once the renovations are complete but save your my money for now and go somewhere else.

They were renovating so it had look run down the carpet could of been cleaner the ice medicine on the 3rd floor was completely torn apart the key didn't work half the time and we got locked out also the key was turned off before check out the shower drain didn't work so the tub was filling up with water when we took a shower.

The location was near lots of food. The hotel was under construction, so it was kind of noisy. The windows are very thin. You can hear things that are going on outside as you’re trying to sleep overall, the upgrades to the rooms were very nice. We enjoyed our stay while we were there.

We stayed overnight on the way home to Augusta. Fit our needs perfectly. 2 queens and a pull out couch. Breakfast was also really convenient before hitting the road. Easy late check in. They’re undergoing renovations which I’m sure will improve quality and overall cleanliness, but we had zero issues.

BEWARE. Please stop listing this hotel. The first room had mold and actual window unit in wall was covered in mold and wall was crumbling around it. Second room, the beds were stained and no coverings on mattresses. They understood why I didn't want to stay there. Thankfully hotels.com refunded the stay.

It was not as advertised when booked, no longer has a pool. The breakfast was completely burnt, the juice machine didn’t work! The lady running the breakfast looked like she completely hated her life and her job bc she was EXTREMELY rude and short!!! Had to switch rooms bc the first room AC didn’t work and the 2nd shift guy got an attitude with me when I requested a room switch. Room was okay bc all we did was sleep there but I will never book this hotel again due to the staff’s attitudes!!

I loved the comforter & pillows as they were very plush! The breakfast buffet also had a good selection to choose from. There was construction going on.

We needed to switch rooms 2 times! First room 302 tub would not drain water. Second room 206 had mold inside the tub. 202 was barely acceptable but we needed to rest so we dealt with it. Should note that the attendant informed us that she would not move us again if we encountered another issue. Not sure what you call that but it’s not professionalism! This place sucks badly! It’s a dump and they should refund me my hard earned money !

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Comfort Suites. The staff were friendly and attentive. It is conveniently located near many restaurants that are within walkable distance when it comes to choosing a place to eat. I would stay again and recommend it to when anyone is visiting the Concord area.

Room was spacious and hotel conveniently located. Needs to be updated, carpet stained, holes in curtains, and king bed felt different on both sides. For the price the experience was off and expectations weren’t met. Once renovated will definitely try again.

The property (lobby and rooms) are definitely dated and aren't terribly clean. Walls, doors, and mattresses all had stains and weren't in great shape. Also the outlets in the room were very weak and didn't hold the power adapters in consistently. WiFi worked well, breakfast buffet, and the staff was kind and accomodating. Probably wouldn't stay at this location again due to the condition of the room, but if the price is right for you, it's not the worst place to spend the night.

Probably wouldn't stay at this location again due to the condition of the room, but if the price is right for you, it's not the worst place to spend the night.

My stay was accommodating with my late check-in. The property was clean and mostly updated. The only issue was housekeeping knocking on my door at 9a and check-out wasn't until 11a.

The property was adequate for our needs, however there was not enough seating in the breakfast area for the amount of guests. We knew that this property was in a busy area but it was very noisy. The staff were helpful and polite.

Starred off with we checked in. I got my family and we headed to our room. Unlocked our door and walked in on a guy sleeping. Went back down, they changwd our room. Went down and asked for more pillows, they gave us a comforter and said wad this up its all we have. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash available at all. We exited our room to go eat breakfast and i had forgotten something they had to reflash my key it wouldn't work, went back up and our room had housèkeepin̈g in it already and we hadnt even checked out. The lady just looked at me like i was in the wrong room. She didnt respond to me when i asked why she was in my room already. Desk staff was very apologetic. But it wasnt a very good experience at all.

Overall nice stay and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Found a bug upon checkout. Other than that great stay.

Had a birthday party for my 13yr old daughter. I can’t remember the guys name at the front desk…Mark maybe, but he was awesome! Very helpful and accommodating!

I booked Comfort Suites for a trip to Charlotte and the room has stains all over the place. The toilet got clogged so they need to fix their plumbing. The staff were RUDE and were getting mad when I accidentally spilled some cereal at breakfast. If your looking for a hotel around Charlotte or Concord DO NOT BOOK COMFORT SUITES I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!!

The property was very clean. In my room furniture was old and needed repairs. But everything was clean and staff very polite.

Desperately needs to be renovated, everything seems worn except the mattresses, which were fine. The walls are paper thin and you can hear doors slamming all night, people talking in the hallways, lots of traffic noise and there was an alarm that went off from 5:15am-6:15am every 10 minutes. Even with a sound machine it is hard to sleep without being woken up. Stains on the curtains, ceiling, carpet, lots of scratches on the walls, doors, furniture. Sofa was worn out and curtains don't close completely, so light constantly comes through. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is definitely located in the heart of everything. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was average and a little dated. The sofa/ pull out bed was very uncomfortable to sit on. The TV in the bedroom only turned one direction. You had to push the knob to the right instead of the left for hot water at the sink outside of the bathroom. It was weird that the fan in the bathroom was controlled by the shower and not the light switch. Upon arrival, the trash can under the "kitchen" had not been emptied. There was trash everywhere in the cabinet. The frying desk did apologize and rectified the issue.

The overall experience I had here was alright, the pool was closed which was bad to hear. The rooms were decent but I located a bug near the window which we had to take out. Breakfast was good on both mornings of our stay. I would give this hotel experience a 7.5/10 and could recommend this hotel to someone.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen with my own eyes. It was totally misrepresented on line. We check in with multiple rooms and immediately checked back out. All of the rooms were filthy. I'm an ourdoorsman and dirt doesn't scare me. I'm the guy who find a hair in his burger, pulls it out, and continues eating it without a second thought. Yes I'm that guy. But this place will gag a maggot!

We like the area for all it has to offer but this hotel is one of many in the area so if I were you I would pick a different one. Check in was easy but the room was old and not very clean. There were stains on the floor and the curtains. The toilet didn’t flush when my daughter used it and the manager made my husband plunge it himself!!! Unfortunately not choosing choice hotels in the future

Basic amenities. Somewhat dated but clean and efficient. Great for single night stays for business or overnight travel. Convenient to shopping, food and track.

Only compliant water was not hot enough during shower and pool was closed during our stay!

Comfortable, clean, large rooms. Very convenient location. Easy access to freeway, and options for food.

Housekeeping does not know how to read the do not disturb signs. Dirty iron messed up my clothes.

Receptionist was nice and greeted us.

Tv in bedroom did not work. Shower had medium hot water for shower. Pillows were not comfy. All in all these were just my preferences. Room was clean. Staff was very nice.

Make sure your door is locked and keep anything valuable with you

This was fine for a quick overnight stay. Plenty of space. The pool was freezing, we selected this hotel for the indoor pool use.

We went just so my granddaughter could swim for her birthday. The pool had not been heated and it was freezing and she was unable to swim. The shower in our room did not work and the front desk lady acted like it was no big deal and was rude. The refridgerator never got cold. We won’t stay there again.

I stayed here in 2018 and again recently. Staff and property are amazing.

I arrived with my 3 kids before my husband. Got to the room and the elevator, entire floor and room smelt so badly of pot. Everything in the room was sticky. The pool was murky and gross looking. We went watched tv and looked for a nearby hotel, did not unmake the beds at all. Asked to check out and refund our money. The front desk guy was horrible, said we used the room and bed even though it was untouched. I asked for a phone number or manager to call he would not give me the number and told me I would never get a refund. Absolutely horrible experience.

Not the cleanest. Old light made it not so bright in the hallways. And the pull out couch was hilarious, it was stained, old and slanted so you slept on an incline. We only stayed here because price was low.
