Was a safe place .. had a pool .. WiFi .. friendly staff and close to everything Bathrooms were not up to my standard but they were ok - our toilet wasn’t cleaned when we got there but we cleaned it ourselves along with the front bay window “has little Kid finger prints all over”

It’s clean but not super clean not bad it is not bad. The location wasn’t good the furniture broken people worked at the reception they are junkies. They say there is a good breakfast there is no breakfast and the coffee didn’t test anything. Just hot water.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the property is in terrible shape. The non-smoking room smelled musty and had cockroaches. The phone rang 11 times throughout the night. The neighborhood was somewhat sketchy also.

The rooms were nice and clean. Cleaning staff was friendly and on top of it. The hotel itself is a bit more rundown than the pictures online lead you to believe. I’m not really picky but it was a bit misleading. The breakfast is also very small, more of a grab and go selection. A few muffins, cereal and mini pancakes. Coffee was good.

The room was not cleaned prior to arrival. Any metal fixture in the room was rusted over and the furniture was broken or falling apart. The toilet was not scrubbed and I found trash in the bed underneath the pillow. I was transferred to the second room with similar issues and chose to leave the premise rather than stay. Reviews were inaccurate and this neighborhood in Columbus is not a safe area to stay.

"Breakfast" was a choice of stale cereal, toast, or some pathetic cinnamon rolls. I didn't expect much, but it still failed to meet my expectations.

The room was clean. The staff was polite. The bed was very comfortable.

The out door pool was open and nice but out side people came in a lot There was people knocking on our door at night and it was loud

Comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff! Also used laundry facilities with no issues. Room was not totally clean upon arrival (trash in one trash can). Room needs some structural improvements, breakfast was not full continental as stated online.

The only thing that I liked was the short distance between Days Inn and Fort Benning, which was the main reason for our stay. The cleanliness of some of the room towels was very poor, the front desk employees were not very attentive, and were quite dismissive. The breakfast room was nearly barren, and at least a couple of the particularly limited food options were stale and/or old. When I asked if I could use the business center to file a job application, the employee at the front desk nonchalantly said that "It's closed," as in "permanently." The link that I used to make my reservation still had the business center as one of the amenities, so I felt robbed. All in all, I was glad when we finally had to leave the Inn and swore never to make reservations with them. Days Inn was a highly bad choice.

Staff was good. Parking lot is small fot trucks. Loved the pool. Room was clean.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Waffle iron was not on. Coffee was lightly colored water, but when I mentioned it to staff worker she offered coffee from the kitchen while waiting for the coffee machine to be repaired. Al in all our stay was very comfortable and very affordable.

It had air and heat. It had a nice comfortable bed. People outside of my room talking on the phone. That’s the only thing really.

The night staff didn't tell us the hours for breakfast so we missed breakfast by 5 minutes and then the morning staff took the stuff away while we were trying to figure out what they had.

Too outdated, no amenities, couldn’t use the drawers because they were nailed shut, no iron, bed was comfortable for some reason but it looked like it was 100 years old, breakfast was worst than prison food.

The room was clean, but some of the furnitures needs to be replaced . They are old unbroken, some of the occupant there it's very noisy as early as the morning. There is alot of noise and back and forth as late as at night its the same i had to literally open my door and ask some occupants to walk away from my door because they were making too much noise and having their kids Bang on my door . the staffs was very friendly and polite , parking space was available.All the shops was easily accessible

N/A I didn’t like the rude receptionist that works the over night shift (male) . His attitude and behavior is just very disgusting!! He doesn’t wanna do his job , so why is he there? I got a refund because I don’t even want to do busy with this company due to that employee.

The room & property were okay. The walls in the bathroom are stained with steamed cigarette smoke & our room smelled like marijuana at times. It’s not quiet sometimes at night. If you won’t be in your room much and need a place to crash, it’s perfect. Room was clean & the hotel is right off the highway with lots of food & coffee options nearby.

The building and rooms are old and run down. The location is in a bad area and right by the highway so it’s very loud from the traffic. The beds and pillows were decent but I will not stay here again. The place grossed me out.

The breakfast sucked. The oatmeal didnt take good. They cleaned the rooms late in the day. One of the days they didnt make but one bed. Another day they came at like 4 to clean the room. But we were there. Fridge wasnt cold enough.

My door didn’t lock when you closed it. It opened without the key. I didn’t realize it until last night. I was gone and thought the door was locked but it wasn’t. Thank God nothing got stolen but it wasn’t safe to leave the room because it didn’t lock

Not at all what the 3+ star review made it out to be. I’ve never been at a noisier motel. Floors were gross and there was so much moisture in the room, there was rust on everything metal.

The pool was out of order but they did offer a pool across the highway which was very inconvenient to get to. There were no coffee or tea amenities in the room. They need a new TV stand as the one there was rotted. Otherwise it was good. Beds were very clean.

The noise level at night made it hard to sleep. While the hotel itself was not a security concern; the immediate area around the hotel was somewhat bothersome. The only other concern, as a diabetic, the continental breakfast could use more protiens as it was largely carbohydrates unsuitable for people who need to watch blood sugars.

We had a Terrible experience. What we have gone through is unbelievable. The hotel room had several roaches crawling on the floor, walls, lamp stand and in the bed. When we reached out to the front desk to see what options we had we treated rudely and immediately told to leave and that we needed to reach out to hotels.com for our refund. We reached out to Hotels.com, explained what happened and when the rep called the hotel they were told “they are busy, they would have to call back later” the hotel.com rep said that they would call back and have our refund with 72 hours. Which was extremely inconvenient but we waited. Today I get an email that we can not be refunded because no one at the hotel has any information on what happened and that I needed to reach back out to the hotel to get a name. I call the hotel explain the story and ask for the individuals names that were there that day. The phone rep hung up on me. Do not book this hotel. I literally apologized to the hotel staff about being a bother to even mention the roaches because I didn’t want to make it a big deal only to be treated like I should have never even brought it to their attention. It seems as though this happens quite a bit and is swept under the rug. But I will be escalating further and I just want to warn anyone else.

Lower your expectations to stay here. In need of a serious makeover! Old looking, bathroom floor had crumbling tiles, toilet that rocked when sat on.Bed pretty uncomfortable and worst pillows ever. Pool alot smaller than pictured. If on a tight budget guess its alright, but not higher than a 2.5 star rating!

Never again. Paid almost 80$ to be put in a room with dirty bedding, and a/c that didnt work correctly, a shower curtain that wouldnt close and made the floor wet. Checked in at almost 9, pool closes at 9 then doesnt reopen until after check out so we couldn't even swim. Then when asked for a room wirh working a/c we were told they had no rooms and couldnt issue a redund. The whole experience with this place was horrible

I only stayed in my room for 40mins. Left to grab some food, when me & my daughter came back, roaches were everywhere. I contacted the front desk & let them know, i was given another room, only to experience the exact same thing in that room. We immediately grabbed our things & hightailed.it out of there. I requested a refund, but can't get 1 done til morning.

The location and price was good, the tv had a bad color and the shower started out with muddy water.

Pool not open until late (12 noon) and closes early (9pm). Lots of noise in parking lot and paper thin walls. Breakfast was very limited and many items missing. Water fountain does not work. Building is very old and beat up, parking lot had lots of tripping hazards (patchwork asphalt) Elevator was not working.

This hotel is not the Ritz, but it is neat, clean and the employees are always nice and helpful. My only complaint is there is no longer coffee pots in the rooms and the continental breakfast has been downgraded. Beyond that I would absolutely recommend the place, I’ll be back again.

When arriving at property there was very little parking. Checked in at the front desk anyway just figured we would find somewhere in the back to park. Received the key and drove around the back of the property to park and there were people standing outside, hanging over the balcony, half dressed, loud, and multiple cars parked in the middle of the parking lot behind cars parked in parking spaces. We could barely drive through to get back to the front of the hotel. When we did make it back to the front office i went in and explained the situation and requested a refund. The manager looked at the cameras on the tv screen right at the checkin counter and said there was nothing he could do for me that he didn't see a problem. I kindly requested a refumd again amd he said i would have to get it the way i paid it, through a 3rd party. So if you have children and you want a safe and quiet place to stay DO NOT stay here.

Rooms are good, but smells a bit, was there for 5 days, they never changed bed sheets or set it up. Someone comes and asks for if they need to change towels, other than that no other services. Breakfast is ok, we can get pancakes from a machine and others are very basic. There will be lot of people smoking many things just out side of the room. I would not come again if I am traveling with my wife and kids. Overall it is worth for the price we paid.

You didn’t have to look hard to find any roach. The very first day I found 3 one in the bathroom one by the door and another behind the nightstand. Room lamp and outlet doesn’t work. Only good thing was the check-in and checkout staff.

I hated every second being there. The pool and the parking lot are in the same location.The room was damp and had mold and mildew on the ceiling and our room smelled bad. The only thing I loved about this hotel was checking out.

The building is infested with cockroaches. The room smell really bad. And all the furniture is beat up. People were outside drinking, and the staff didn’t care.

Bathroom smells like urine, carpet is dirty, the room has a smell, the sink leaks water to the carpet I think that's what makes the room smell, the roof has pain peeling off.

I’m currently waiting on my refund. I would not recommend no one to stay here. Even though i didn’t stay but my first impression of the front desk clerk was terrible. The lady up from was vaping and it smelled horrible in there. I overheard the other lady saying how she had pull a person overdosing out of a bed tub. I’m glad i didn’t stay because that is just crazy

The hotel had a sticky door and roaches. When inquired at the front desk for any roach spray was told that they did not have any. Checked in on Wednesday night, a few roaches at the door. Thursday after being out during the day when the light was cut on in the bathroom about 8-10 roaches of various sizes scrambled out. So creeped out about that did not stay the entire 4 nights. Did not sleep there Friday night and checked out early. Called Expedia customer service to report the incident and ask for a refund. Was told the hotel would only refund 1 night. Was not pleased with the outcome and escalated this issue to upper management. We will see if there is a better resolution.

The hotel is very close to I185, and the room is clean. Breakfast is continental style.

The room was ok as far as cleanliness but old, worn property. Breakfast was supposed to be included and there was none. Pics on website are not this property.

Spider webs in curtains. No coffee pot in room. Shower was great! Pool isn't open until June!!!

Property looked nothing like the pictures. I literally was concerned for my safety in the area. The hotel looks like a place to pick up hookers or make a drug deal.

Everything was fine but I woke up and realize there was a bug crawling in my bed that definitely bit me. Guess we were sleeping together all night

The perfect place to get a room with 6 of your buddies after you graduate basic. That’s who gets rooms here.

Mattress are lumpy, and found roaches in bathroom and unknown black bugs on bed.

This place was absolutely nasty. Left over food in the fridge. Huge squashed spider on the wall. Permanently dirty toilet. Toilet tank was off. Smelled awful. Holes in the blinds (that didn't close all the way). Key card stopped working. Asked for a new one. They didn't check my id. This was just a disgusting place. Employees constantly smoking while working.

I was a little taken back when I woke up and seen a roach in the bathroom. Overall it was okay. The roach threw me off.

PTAC, mini fridge, and shower all work fine. Room was clean.

We have stayed one night for our trip. We feel it is great for us in this price. Room is clean and quite. Free breakfast is a great help. We will go back next time stop by.

Fire alarm went off overnight no explanation. Getting into the parking lot is hard. It’s right by and off ramp and you have to cross multiple lanes of traffic to get in. Also if you miss it you have to drive quite a bit to turn around. Also outside smelled like weed.

Amazing, staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and we were provided with a lot of conveniences. Strip mall and restaurants by walking distance.
