    So we got there, and was told the hotel IS UNDER MAINTENANCE, lmao. You would think that we would be greeted and welcomed more or let alone notify us before hand like a month prior before our departure that the property is under construction so we wouldn’t not have drove all the way from Atlanta just to be told it’s not stable. I keep trying to get my refund back but I still have not receive it because the hotel.com staff says they want “confirmation” that we did not stay there lol. Like this is not right, so if anyone ever travels with hotels.com or with any third party I do not recommend this hotel. Comfort Suites University is a no go!

    The hide-a-bed and couch need to be replaced...very old and dingy and the mattress was stained alot and didn't have sheets or a blanket for it so we pulled off one of ours to put over the couch and a blanket from other bed

    The pipes busted 2 days into our stay. All of our personal belongings were soaked. We were forced to evacuate and find a another hotel. We were told we would have a full refund but it hasn't come yet. It was a nightmare.

    Staff was great and nice. 1st room had a broken couch, so they kindly moved us, not big deal. 2nd room had broken bathroom fan and broken shower curtain. I didn't want to move again, so didn't even call the desk. I think the rooms should be inspected for this basic handyman stuff. But again, the staff themselves were great.

    When I checked in the girl was nice but you could definitely tell she didn’t want to be there. The whole hotel smelt like bud, and during the night multiple people were knocking on other people’s doors, and the person across the hall from us left their room at least 6 times between 1am-6am and would slam their door every time. The elevator feels like it’s going to break any minute and the place overall just felt sketchy. If my partner and I hadn’t made plans the following day in town we discussed leaving at 4am because we just felt unsafe. We ended up putting the desk chair in front of our door. If you carry definitely bring it. We didn’t because we went to a sporting event but we wish we would’ve brought ours. The comforter was stained, pull out couch was broken and the pillows on the bed were decorative pillows you’d put on a couch. The bathroom floor was slimy. We will definitely not stay here again.

    The location is sketchy and noisy. It smelled like weed when I checked in, this was after she got off her phone. The key card stopped working and we had to wait to get a new one. The breakfast was ok, but limited. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 1050 and asked if we were checking out and I told he yes we were packing up. Ten minutes later someone else knocked on the door asking the same thing. I was angry at this point, this one was at least friendly. When we went to check out no one was at the desk, we left.

    Free breakfast. Vent in the bathroom sounded like an elephant when the switch was hit. The ac unit has lots of mold in it. One of the comforters on one of the beds had mold in the corner.

The carpect was old and nasty looking. The breakfast area was awful! The floor was sticky, the waffle iron didnt work. You had to hold the front of the juice fountain closed in order to get juice. Place was terrible! I made 2 trips there, first and last!

We informed the front desk and asked if they would spray/remove them. They offered to move us but we were on our way out so we asked if they could just kill them and remove them. When we returned many hours later the bugs were still in place. They never moved so I presume they were dead; but still made me question the cleanliness of things. Bathroom door never closed and there was a broken hanger in the closet. Overall not the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, but pretty close.

    Definitely agree with everyone else. Rooms have a cigarette moldy smell to it. Roaches were everywhere all vents and ac were filthy. Staff was friendly but this is definitely a last resort type of situation would not recommend.

    Our bathroom door would not close. The door has sagged so much, you have to lift it and shove it to close it. Also, the sofa bed was broken, so we had to take the mattress out and put it on the floor. Then, we couldn't get it back in because the metal was all bent.

    Property was cheap but you get what you pay for. Bed only had 2 sheets on it, no blanket. Couch bed was horrible. Waffles at breakfast was good. But there were no knives to cut the waffle or spread butter. Bagels were stale. There was no milk for the cereal.

    I’d look elsewhere. I was here for two nights. First thing I noticed was front desk staff who didn’t seem to want to be there working (they didn’t appear happy at all), no smiles, not the most welcoming, looked like they rather sit in a chair on their phones. The next thing was often a weed smell in the elevator and hotel room but also outside the hotel room. The pool outside was not clean at all. The gazebo area outside had a cigarette butt tube tipped over, not great look for an area trying to entertain some kids. Inside the hotel room, the coffee pot was broken (they had a regular pot going on day two for a back up but looked like light brown water, juice machine was broken both days, cereal dispenser didn’t work (had to get it from the top), toilet seat was broken, no paper towels start of a new morning (would make more sense for it to be empty at end of a busy day), and noticed some marching critters on the wall (was not ants) not sure what they were. Have pictures but not sure if Expedia allows pictures. I’ve worked at a gas station at 24 years old and would not have operated that place the same way. Really have to question management and how often they observe their hotel. To me, it didn’t take long to notice many things that were unacceptable in how it was being ran.

    This property may have been upscale at one time. However it now needs to be refurbished. The carpet was unclean and it appears the room had not been vacuumed as paper and debris were on the floor next to the bed. There was a strange odor in the room and the bath tub was not clean.

    This hotel isn't 8. It should be a 5. The room carpet needs to be removed. The a c unit kept the floor damp. I know that carpet damped the flooring under it. There seemed have been some remodeling that was a crappie job. Not much walking room. Sofa bed was brown and you see it was drity and old. Wall in the shower was patched up and etc. I brought my own cleaning products wipe, spray, and clean the normal needed areas.

    The clerk at check in tried to make us pay again even though our card had already been charged. Then he tried to make us pay the difference in what hotels.com paid them and what the room rate was. He was kind, but he was not trained to be there by himself.

    I hope that if you read this review it saves you from what I had to go through with this booking! This hotel is a scam and the pictures online represent nothing accurate!! We came in for our son’s military graduation and flew all the way from Oregon. It was late when we checked in and the lobby appeared to be ok, but the first indication was the pool was green! Should have asked to see the rooms before handing my credit card over. After leaving the lobby the rest behind the elevator doors felt like we stepped into an hourly rate hotel of horrors. They gave us 201 and 206. 201 smelled like urine, had hair in the sheets. In both rooms the carpets and couches looked filthy, and showers had mold, one of the remotes had a bandaid holding the back of it on. 201 had a bag of trash that looked like beer bottles and a sock. We left the rooms immediately and never put our suitcases on the floor. Asked if we could be refunded and they said yes they would and it would take up to a week to see the money in our acc. After a week still no money and I’m trying to fight the charges. He now says he can’t refund one of the rooms because it was booked through Expedia. He lied to us and now is keeping our money. We ended up finding a better hotel in the middle of the night and the front desk asked us if we were coming from comfort suites! Must be a known thing in this town. I don’t know how he could morally do this to anyone, knowing how his hotel is kept!

    Elevator was not working and still myself and my 4 kids got a 3rd floor room. No offer of assistance or possible room change, just a sorry elevator doesnt work. The hotel was very dirty and a lot of broken things. There was a closet door just leaning on the wall in our room. Bathroom door would close unless you slammed it hard. Ac was behind a bed so even set at 65 the room was incredibly warm except for if you sat on that bed. Part of the roof outside was missing. It was in terrible shape and i was glad we were only staying for the 1 night.

    Staff was very friendly. Had to move rooms 3 times. First room smaller like burnt popcorn, ac did not work, had no phone, tv remote did not work, and the ice bucket had mold on the lid. The second rooms ac did not work. Gave us a fan to use until the next day until the ac could be replaced. Ac did not get replaced due to maintenance person calling in. Over night in this room they rented our room to someone else. We were woken up around 1 am to someone coming in our room. They moved us again to a room that did was not clean. The last night of our stay after we got a very nice room we enjoyed it. Was there to visit my son who graduated Basic Training. Spent to much time dealing with the room issue and not enough with my family. Management should check all rooms after house keeping every day no exceptions. If rooms are not clean or ac does not work the room should be blocked in the system. Was looking forward to staying there again in July but will find another.

I asked the lady working the front desk if it was ok to eat in the ONLY DINING AREA THEY HAVE and she said “No it’s closed”. Did I forget to mention it was only 5:15pm! I said ok then I guess we’ll eat in the lobby and with an attitude she told me guests can not eat in the lobby. My husband then asked if that was the hotel’s policy to not let guests eat at the only tables and dining area they have and her response was “No, I just don’t want to clean up after ya’all”. We told her we’d clean up after ourselves which we did and the dining room looked better after we cleaned it then it did our entire trip. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE!

    I book a queen room (2 queen beds and a sofa bed) for 5 people. Only 3 towels, roaches, tv that you cannot use, just if you want to get up to change channel or volume, the remote is unusable, front desk staff are rude when you go to them to bring the problems that you found on your room. For a hotel the parking is completely limited, is very small.

    The check in was quick and easy. Young lady was pleasant. Keys didn't work at first. Hotel had a musty odor. Closet door was broken and clothes were cramped in it. No soap in bathroom.

    The staff was super friendly and helpful. After that the room was terrible the elevator was dirty…the wallpaper in the elevator was torn up very tacky. The glass on the hotel entry doors was dirty… The carpets were filthy in the hallways. Only one of the stands with the antibacterial had antibacterial soap in them by the front desk, empty antibacterial in the elevator and by the breakfast area. The shower curtain had bodily fluid on it, had to ask for another shower curtain. The soap on the soap dish was already opened and used. The fold out bed for the children did not look like you should sit on it at all, and when you opened it, it had pee stains on it the mattress, the sheets didn’t fit they were way too big so they didn’t stay on. The blanket for the children looked like something from Goodwill. As we were leaving the room, we were greeted by a roach that was coming in under the door. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The ladies were so nice we didn’t wanna complain. It appears this is acceptable for this hotel chain.

    Everything was horrible. The plate did not fit the microwave. The sofa cushions were were stained. The lamp shade did not fit. The remote batteries were dead. The ac did not work. The staff was rude.

    I would not stay here again. I made a reservation for this hotel because it was the only hotel in the area with an outdoor hot tub. I called a week in advance before I made the reservation to verify that the hot tub was working and in order. The lady at the front desk at the actual hotel said oh yes it’s working fine. When we got there, the pool and hot tub was pad locked off and they told us it would not be open until June. We stayed there two nights, and not once did anyone ever come to clean our room. That was also disappointing.

    The night check in lady was nice. But when i went to check out the lady was very rude and would not give me back my deposit. Website did not say you couldnt have a service dog. I had one that is in training and she barked 1 time. I told her that she might want to check her other rooms as well. We had been cleaning up in the yard after our dog (chihuahua) and other dogs. I will not stay there again.

    One staff working. She was not at front desk but cleaning a room. Had to call number so she would come down to answer phone and I told her it was me calling to get her attention. Toilet it bathroom not seated properly, rocked when you sat. Limited parking, full hotel.

    Location between major highway and main road, lots of road noise all night and day. Needless to say didn't make for restfull sleep. Bed was comfortable but pillows were short and too firm, need thicker comforter too. Toilet base was loose needs to be secured down. Sleeper sofa was dirty and old, needs replacing. Reported to front desk. Front desk lady sat on sofa on her phone when not at desk. Hallway carpets were terribly worn, dirty and need replacing. Elevator interior door photo wall obvious rips. Only positive was close to Fort Benning.

    The area was much darker than the photo lets on. It didn’t feel the safest outside in the parking lot. The heat did not work in the room and the pullout couch bed was very dirty. The bathroom was surprisingly clean compared to the rest of the facilities. The beds were very comfortable. I would probably never stay there again if passing through.

    There was no hot water, the water at best was luke warm. Shower drain did not properly drain. The room smelled like wet dog. There was only 2 towls the first night had to ask for more. The room was not cleaned the second day in preparation for our second night stay once again had to reques more towels. Exhaust fan in bathroom was not working. One curtain was falling off the wall the lamp on the desk had a brooken lamp shade and the t.v remote would not properly work.

    We picked this place because it was close to Ft Benning, While staff was friendly, they were more interested in their private conversations and cell phones than anything else. The sweet lady taking care of the breakfast bar was truly a gem. We had a non working fridge and water all over one side of the room and while the night clerk stated the manager would see to a credit/refund, when asked she said what? I am going to call her right now, she should not have said that to you. there is no credit. So, ok, no credit for that room. Our other room smelled of a wet dog during our 2 night stay. If you don't care, then for convenience, this is a winner. If you are looking for cleanliness and service, probably this is a NO

    The staff was amazing. They were very friendly. The cleanliness was not top notch. The room smelled like old car freshener and socks. The carpet could use a good scrub down. The food was terrible. The beds were soft and comfortable.

    Property needed updating. The hallways felt dirty. No regular coffee in dinning area for three days. It was broken. Coffee maker in room was missing try to put coffee in. Really disappointing.

    Stay was convenient and comfortable although it did not have an atmosphere to speak of (practically on the Interstate hwy. Because of very limited parking I had to park on property next door when retiring for the evening. Breakfast was very accommodating.
