But our room just smelled like a humid old room and the restroom was dirty. We also found a black trash bag in our room with a used condom and other plastic wrapping, we were just fed up with this trip at this point and just needed to sleep before heading back to California. The front desk representative was great, everything else not good!

Breakfast ok, needed to be cleaned around area (kept) up after people eat.

The wall in the room and bathroom are cracked. Pot holes are very bad just driving into the destination.

Location was convenient for the graduation we were attending. Breakfast was over however, the staff allowed me to grab a yogurt and banana. The top covers/ quilt was stained with something reddish could have been blood not sure what, underneath. One of the pillowcases was stained as well.

Like I said I had ants in the room didn't know it till about 2:00 was moved to another room, strongly believe I should have been compensated but it wasn't mentioned.

The main road had many potential holes. The room was dirty, and the walls had stains. The bathroom toilet was loose and the bathroom looked unclean. The desk was full of dust.

When initially driving into the hotel, there is a lot of potholes prior to getting to their paved parking. And I can never get the TV to work.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This Hotel was absolutely horrible! Never have I ever felt more misled by pictures(Talk about a Catfish!), they may have renovated “A” room for pictures and advertising purposes but left the rest of the rooms partially a hot mess. After traveling for 12 hours, I was excited to lay it down. Ha! Little did I know! Tuh! The bed was dirty, we had to wait 30 mins for someone to come change the sheets. The pillows however were custom cases filled with pure air so when you lay on them if gives the illusion that you’re laying outside on the hard ground looking up at the sun! The bathroom was dirty- fun fact, someone put the door on backwards and it didn’t close all the way so I if needed privacy you can scratch that off your list! Who needs a flushing toilet?!? apparently NOT ME! And last but certainly not least, the door had 3 bolts on them as if we were expecting intruders! Other than those few inconveniences I absolutely abhorred it.

The exterior of the building looks nice and freshly painted. The lobby furniture was so dirty and gross , elevator was dirty. All carpets and ceiling were stained . Bed sheets were clean, the sofa and the room stunk, stains and dirt all over the walls and floor. I don’t remember I have ever stayed at a worse hotel/ motel than this place .

The hotel staff were amazing to work with and the closeness to the base are the only benefits to staying here. I had a few issues. There were some bug bugs in my room like on the window unit to heat and cool the room. I was on the first floor and so I could hear people very loudly in the front lobby clear up until 3 AM in the morning. It was hard to get sleep with how loud they were in the front lobby and I didn’t feel comfortable enough to go and make a formal complaint just because I was a woman traveling alone and it was full of men just sitting in the front lobby being loud every night.. also being loud in the hallways. The biggest perk to this hotel is how close it is to the base. It was 10 minutes from the gate super fast and easy to navigate. The road in front of the hotel is absolutely atrocious. Do not drive a car without a good suspension system because you will bust a tire. 3/5 for location and amazing staff.. 0/5 for other issues during my stay.

Parking was fine , security was good . The road leading up to the motel had huge pot holes and I was concerned I was going to break an axle on my car . They was a lot of noise outside our room during the night . We were concerned. I don’t think we will be back at this location.

Bedding had stains ,walls had dirt marks and holes,hallway smelled like cigarettes even tho there are signs that list charges as well as towels and rags being dirty. One room was close to the doors to stairs and every single time someone came in it slammed and my room door shifted so hard we thought someone was trying to kick it down! Definitely not safe also there is a train track that always have trains riding thru that shakes the building ! Breakfast was trash and the chips and snacks they sell ARE OUTDATED. Also the hallway rugs everywhere were dirty asf! If you gone list charges for ppl if stuff is damaged or taken them at least make sure that hote is up to DATE AND CLEAN! Definitely will not return .

Location was good. Road getting to the hotel was AWFUL on my car! Potholes everywhere. Needs to be regraveled asap! No choices at breakfast. Front desk clerk, even after being told I did the online check and and pre paid and provided an additional card for incidentals...still asked me for all that info then didnt see I prepaid and charged my card on file for my stay. He had to refund that which was fine, but he didnt listen when I told him prior to the transaction that I had done all that already. What was the point of pre check in. Took almost 15 mins when it should have taken 2.

I didn’t like anything, I did appreciate the lady at the front counter letting me see the room before I checked in, so I decided to book something else nearby. I disliked everything, the hotel was bottom of the barrel. Only Hispanics appear to stay here and no one around the facility as far as staff spoke good English. The parking lot has huge potholes. Lots of people just standing around in the parking lot made it feel unsafe. The bed literally was on the floor. The bathroom light didn’t even brighten the bathroom making me leery of bed bugs and the room was not as clean as it could have been.

I like the fact that every time I stay everyone is polite and courteous.

This place is okay.

The driveway had horrific pot holes, not sire they have control but they are bad. Parking lot was fine. The train is very close and woke me every night. There is black mold on the window seals. The carpet in the hallways were wet and sticky. I had to remove my shoes on entering my room. I just felt like everything needed a deep clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

The bed was comfortable. The room was big. It was not well maintained. It was very loud at night. People with loud music and making a lot of noise until very late. Breakfast was not good.

First I went to shut the blinds and the entire front cover of the air conditioner just fell off. I had to put it back on but it’s broken. I suppose it was a clean room but it’s hard to trust when the counter top for the bathroom is falling off, there was no sink stopper and all of the electrical devices like switches were missing screws, inset and crooked. Just weird. From the outside and on the app it looks nice, but on the inside it feels like somebody attempted to do a remodel or ever repair and maintenance, who has no idea what they are even doing.

The air conditioning was effectively. The room was clean, however the floors especially in the bathroom was a bit dirty. Parking was pretty good, however before entering the parking lot there are a bunch of potholes. The hotel is next to train tracks, so if you are a light sleeper then I would recommend ear plugs.

Plusses to the stay the front desk person on check in was pleasant and helpful. When we told him the room did not have cups he got us some without attitude as many hotels have done.The most superb congratulations go to the housekeeper who made the bed in a five star fashion. Those two people are the only saving graces about this hotel stay.

Driving up, beware of the huge potholes. Checking in was easy, but I was disturbed to see the check-in protected by bullet proof glass, big red flag. The whole place had an 80's motel feel. It had nice furniture. Whoever renovated it was an amateur, bad paint job, poorly patched holes in the walls, tiles with grout either missing or filthy. The TV is at least 8 years old, could only play live TV, no netflix or youtube capability. Bed was comfortable. AC had trouble keeping up eventhough it was mild weather. Thin walls, could hear my room neighbor, bring a white-noise machine. Will definitely not stay here again.

One of the guest had to move to a completely different room because when she pulled the covers back, the sheets had sand all over them. It was horrible On the 2nd day i asked to have my bed linen charged we had to sit on the lobby while they put the dirty linen in the washer and dryer. I always assumed hotels should always have extra ed linen Not 1 set per room We were very disappointed in this hotel. I will never ever book there again

I could not stay here at all it was way to dirty and smelled bad I asked for handicap room they told me they had one then when I got there i was told they could not accommodate my husband is a double amputee a he needed a handicap shower not to mention they was going to put us on the third floor. Once we got in the room I went back down and told her we could not stay.

I had a great stay. The receptionist were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean with plenty of towels. I loved this stay.

Theres a train track directly behind and you heard the train all hours of the day and night. People walking the tracks . Witnessed a few checking the doors on vehicles in the parking lot. The room was dirty there was debri on the floors the body waah was empty they never replinished it ,water damage to the wall the tv was on , hardly any channel would come in on the tv . We had 4 guests they gave us 3 towels and 2 wash rags. Everytime you would ask for another towel they would say ask in the morning or they were drying. Put a do not disturb sign up they came into the room anyway and took only 2 of the 3 used towels and emptied 2 of the 3 trash cans and didn't put a bag back in one of them. We stayed 4days 3nights our check in was 4pm and check out at 11am but online it said check out was 1130. It also said 100 deposit and they only charged 50. The discription didnt mention a pool however the photos showed one, when we got settled in we found the pool was filled and covered by a smokers canopy.

The desk clerk need to disclose that their is a deposit of $50 to pay at check-in it is not listed through the app and I have explained that to him. Overall the stay was horrible and I would not recommend to anyone booking this hotel.

The sheets were very damp. The pillows are travel size. The breakfast was very very limited to waffles and cereal. No fruit. The air would not cool the room. We will travel another place next time.

Decent road side hotel overall road leading to the hotel has huge pot holes be careful

Very terrible condition and customer service, and didn't return my refund, not to mention kept hanging up when I tried calling to get my refund.

Very good... only need more food for breakfast and TV

The hotel was painted with that brown paint they used on the floor years ago. Water stains in the bathroom ceiling. The ice machine on the second floor had cobwebs in it. The TV did had good channels. The good thing was they allowed us to check in early.

The hotel is under renovations. The rooms wasn’t bad, but they wasn’t clean either. It was hair all over the bathroom floor from the previous guest. It was paint splatters on the floor. The air condition was poor. It was hot in the room. I wouldn’t stay again. It was OK for a last-minute booking, but I personally wouldn’t stay again.

This is the best of the three hotels on Nates Road. Only real issue I had was with the TV - reception was really poor, going in and out, and none of the channels matched up to what they were supposed to be.

Decent sized room with beds and eating area.

Upon entering our room, we instantly encountered a horrible smell, like a mixture of dirty feet and stale smoke. When you aren’t a smoker it sure stands out. The bed was very comfy and the pillows as well. I would also put body wash on the wall like your shampoo and conditioner is. Instead it was bar soap, which isn’t a problem when you have something to rest it on in the shower, so it kept falling off the top of the shampoo container and making the condition extra slippery. It worked out fine for us, but anyone elderly probably wouldn’t benefit from this. We have stayed at other Wingate by Wyndham’s and by far the worse one. I won’t mention the breakfast area.

The room was not clean starting with the bathroom to the sheets on the bed. It was grit on the floor.

The room was absolutely horrible and not in good conditions for anyone to stay in the sheets had stains on them as if they just made the bed up from the last guest the floor head trash on it. The shower was dirty. There were light fixtures that were taken apart, so the wires were exposed

The only thing I didn't like is no pool that would be really great to have in the summer time

Poor quality but does the job. The sheets were stained but the room was clean.

A bit of a sketchy neighborhood, tucked away, potholes. Staff were polite. Very basic.

The room assigned to me at the moment of checking in wasn’t clean. The beds were like someone just woke up. Then they changed my room, it was a little better but the floor was dirty, full of dust and even cereal on the floor. It was not a bad place..just need to focus on cleaning the rooms better.

Customer service was amazing but the room was dirty there were roaches the toilet was leaking and the appearance was just not the best.

The property is old and they've tried to update it with fresh paint and furnishings. It appears they didn't use drop sheets to paint the walls since there is paint splatter on the floors throughout. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were crisp and clean. The dated feeling of the building is very evident, door handles are broken or missing in the units, light switches don't work, etc. But it's a cost effective overnight stay and we felt that the beds were a positive and what we needed for our quick stay.

The suite room should have a TV set in the living room area. Also, there were no toiletries or coffee supplies, which was very disappointing. The road leading to the hotel was also very rocky. The road needs to be fixed.

Our stay was wonderful. The reservation was easy the check in was fast and the check out was fast as well. They accommodate out breakfast earlier because we were there for military graduation so left really early. And breakfast was sweet out it was awesome.

There was a bad smell to weed every where. Other costumers smoking weed inside. Room was dirty since day one, hairs in the shower, no new clean towels for the bathroom. The beds didn't get done, the front desk service was not as good. Too noisy all night! Didn't feel safe at all. It was a terrible experience and I was there for BCT graduation! But don't recommend no one to stay here, specially is not child appropriate!

Upon arrival, I instantly got an uneasy feeling about the individuals walking the parking lot & lurking around the front of the property. Me and my 3 teenage children walked in, no one was at the desk so we wandered around in hopes of finding someone. A young lady finally came and got us checked in. Once we got to the room, we unloaded and I went to take a shower. Once I set foot into the shower, there was instantly hair from the floor that my feet had picked up, as well as dirt from the floor. The flooring itself was dusty & dirty. Found faded stains on the sheets and once my son woke up, I found a toe nail clipping next to the pillow. Not to mention other things that were wrong/sketchy.

Expedia should tell customers that this hotel is currently hosting homeless people. Feel really unsafe during our stay because they were in and out and smoking something that I’m not sure what it was. Very bad experience and is not hotel fault but Expedia for not telling customers this.

The entire hallway smelled like Marijuana every time myself and my family left our room. When checking in it was assumed that I was staying one night when I had reservations. (Was not asked if I had reservation). In the parking lot there were constantly people hanging out drinking and smoking Marijuana. There was black mold on the ceiling in the room.

Horrible…had stains on the sheets and the door had paper towels n the peephole.

The hotel smelled like marijuana. the door frame was broke all the way up, like it was kicked in. There was a dirty wash cloth with what looked like dried blood all over it in the bathroom.

The room was clean the staff was nice but very outdated, we where only there to sleep so it really did not bother us alot..other than only having 1 trash can and us having tons of trash as it was 6 of us…fresh towels everyday which was a plus

We were able to do pre-check in. So the check in process was a breeze. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Clean bedsheets. We were surprised and delighted to see that complimentary breakfast. Keep making necessary improvements. It needs to be more handicap parking. Some of the vehicles didn't have have handicap placard.

We had asked for extra blankets and pillows, when we arrived at midnight there was none in our room as we had a blowup mattress for an extra adult with us. So at midnight after driving 9 hours I had to go ask for bedding and all she could give me was a singular pillow and a comforter, no sheets.
