Everything was good and the breakfast was the best

I enjoyed my stay! Staff greeted me coming or going, willing to help if I had a question or needing anything. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

The room and hotel lobby were pretty clean. The kitchen in the room had almost everything you need to make meals. They have a complimentary breakfast every morning that was actually pretty good. They have some kind of eggs, sometimes bacon and sometimes sausage, 3 different types of cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins and some fruit, juices and milk. The only thing I would say they need to work on, is to explain to customers the charges that will hit their card and how much. They have a “incidental” hold they put on your card ($20 per night) and also if you have a pet, that’s $60 for up to 2 dogs per week. Other than that, the staff was great from the front desk, to the maintenance to housekeeping. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I’d definitely stay there again.

I don’t expect anything great with the free breakfast but this one is the saddest I have seen. The eggs were not good and there was not a lot else to choose from. I do not think they had it all out even though it was an hours after the scheduled start.

The staff at this location are absolutely phenomenal! They are very polite, welcoming, friendly, and shows great care towards the welfare and experience of their guests. This is my second time being at this location and the service and overall customer experience only got better! The is the place to be if you are ever in that area!

TV in 1st room did not work, however the staff accommodated me and my wife by putting us in a nearby room.

We went down at 6:15 and the breakfast attendant told us that it did not start til 6:30. We waited. Coffee was awful - must have sat in pot all night. Grits were cold. Containers that contained nuts, choc. chips, etc. were almost empty and looked very dirty. Bacon was not cooked enough. Attendant was nice but did not seemed to have been trained. Front desk attendant in the AM was not friendly at all. She seemed annoyed that I wanted help. I gave her the key - she tossed it in the box. I told her there were a couple of problems that I wanted to report. One was the shelf in the shower that was falling and the front of cabinet holding the bathroom sink looks terrible. She did not take note of any of this. Entrance needs better signage. We didn't realize it was the entrance. We drove all the way around the property and decided that that was the only possible entry. There was no "Do not disturb" sign to put on the door.

We had 2 rooms at this hotel for the night and both bathrooms didn't have hot water in the sink. The kitchen was dirty in one of the rooms, there was grease all over the stove and counter.

We were unable to get the TV to work and could not find any instructions on how to resolve. There wasn’t an ice bucket in the room. The room temperature was set on 61 blowing at the highest setting which was too cold considering it was only in the upper 50’s outside. The breakfast was also subpar.

Room had a peculiar smell to it, the iron had thick buildup soleplate stain, and the iron board cover were very filthy. This is my 4th time staying here seems like it's gotten worse from previous stays. But I will come back due to the convenience of the area location.. Hopeful it get better again from this review..

They had a kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, two eyed stove top, microwave etc all the fixings for a studio apartment either a comfy sofa and spacious desk with plenty of storage! The kick back thing on the door for safety.

Overall the stay was comfortable. The breakfast and the location was a plus. The problem was not getting room service for our complete stay. We had to ask for more towels but had to take the dirty ones to the front desk We had to pile the trash we used grocery bags in our room, I didn't like leaving it that way. No staff knew how to fix the TV, we figured it out on the 2nd night

When i came to check in that there system was down and i couldn't check in so i had to pay out of pocket again for the nights that ive already had paid for. What they need to do is go ahead and make portfolio for all the guess that are checking in so something like this would never happen again. Just because i booked with a 3rd party i still should have been able to check in, this is unsatisfied the hotel was already paid and i need my refund back.

The room is extremely pleasant, well maintained, and very clean. The bed is comfortable, and the atmosphere creates a real sense of rest. The breakfast is very good, with nice options to start the day. Excellent for a peaceful stay.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. I was double charged after checkout. I contacted the front desk and was told the manager would process a refund within 24 hours after I sent my credit card information. After a full week, I still had not received the refund. I eventually had to contact Booking.com to resolve the issue. This experience was frustrating, and the front desk handling of the situation felt unprofessional.

This was a clean, comfortable hotel stay. Friendly staff. But, it was so close to the interstate, that the noise from the traffic kept us up, off and on, throughout the night. This hotel needs better windows to block the noise.

We were hitting up Lake Murray on our way to Folly Beach and stayed here and we uad a very nice experience. Both check-in and check-out were very easy and everyone was nice & polite. Our room was clean and bigger than most hotel rooms and price was decent. There were multiple good food and brewery choices right by us and it was only about a 12 min drive the lake. If we were in the area, we would stay here again for sure!

We checked in late at night and went into the room and it had a strong mold odor. We immediately checked out and the person at the front desk told us we would be reimbursed, but had to contact Hotels.com to get the reimbursement, but they would approve it. When we called the hotel would not approve it and denied the situation. They know the unit is moldy, but it was their last unit and so they rented it to us. We did try to get moved to another room, but they didn’t have any more rooms available so we had to leave and find another room at 12:30 AM. We had to pay for another room somewhere else. They denied the refund because they said they could’ve rented it out to someone else. Pretty shady.

Staff is extremely helpful, and very kind. I slipped on the rug fracturing my foot, toe, and ankle. Staff helped me out to my van so I could get to the hospital. When I got back Kimberly, and Deshawn put my scooter together for me. I really appreciated their help. Would definitely stay there again.

Our trip for my daughter’s 12th birthday was great. All of the staff were excellent and polite. Kimberly Simmons was nice enough to purchase my daughter some flowers and a card signed by all the staff! It was so beautiful! We come every year for her birthday and the hotel is always clean and has great amenities. I am so thankful for the staff and their great customer service and would recommend anyone who hasn’t to give this hotel a try!

I kept finding ants around my room throughout my entire stay. I informed them, they said management would reach out, that never happened.. I also requested to have my room cleaned… that never happened either. Won’t be staying there again.

The problem with this location is near Interstate and you can hear cars going up and down road. There is a noice reducer but I did not realize to this morning. Checkout was easy and the person at the desk was cordial.

Don’t like dog friendly place and needs lil touch ups but otherwise ok

Easily checked in, nice room and breakfast included. Can’t complain. Location right next to a Japanese restaurant

Check in and out was perfect. I forgot to give the clerk my Marriot club number so I won't get points for this stay. The room was so very nice. Only two things, the light for the range hood did not work so it was very dark over the stove. the rolling table was unusable as it was missing a wheel. The clerk who checked us in was so kind and helpful. We will be staying here again in the future.

Only good thing was young lady at the front desk from 7-3pm was wonderful. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

My husband and I stay at hotels 20 weekends of the year. The staff was by far the friendliest and most accommodating all year! Every single member of the staff. Haven’t found that anywhere else all year. The room was great too!!

You can always count on town suites to have a clean and up to date

Peaceful and relaxing. Everything is nearby and doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to go where needed. Hotel is quiet, cozy, and clean.

We selected this property strictly based on previous reviews. This hotel did not disappoint. It was extremely clean, staff friendly and welcoming, and we felt very safe and comfortable. Although we just stayed while traveling through, it looked like the location would have been perfect if you were staying in the area for a while. Highly recommend!

We had a good stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only disappointment was the furniture in the 1 bedroom suite. The sofa-bed which was needed was not in good condition. Otherwise, things were fine.

It was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property needs upgrades. Elevator didn’t work. Poor breakfast. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

We had a quick stay just to have a place to sleep on a long drive. We were greeted warmly at 1am and were happy to have a good complimentary breakfast waiting for us at 7am. Room was clean and quiet.
