I really hate giving a bad review but the room was dirty. There was cigarette burns on the ac, what looked like paint chips on the floor, the door had a big gap between it and the frame, and not sure what happened to the hair dryer but no one would use that.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Bed was firm w/no odor Room door was not secure. bathtub/shower worn w/exposed loose pipes easy to have mildew in walls. Room felt cruddy.

The location was very convenient to I-20 and was easy to find. The room had the basic amenities needed to be considered a hotel. As some previous comments that were given concerning this hotel (which I wish I would have read), I probably wouldn't have stayed there. The facility is old, very dated, dingy and my room smelled like smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" room. The sheets were dirty and looked ancient. The area it was in was not "friendly" and I was somewhat concerned for my safety. However, I got a quiet nights sleep and nothing happened (thank God)! I can say that I won't stay there again...

Hotel room was worn. One drawer was missing. No thermostat control. Pillows were too puffy. Sheets looked clean. No bugs. Tv was okay, but small. Room smelled.

Nothing The staff. The housekeeping didn't even bother to remove trash or make the beds, just threw the blanket on the bed. The lack of cleanliness in the room. The location. It did not feel safe.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a very quiet area, and we were able to get a great nights sleep. The air conditioning kept the room at our perfect sleeping temp. The breakfast wasn't great, but it was edible.

I didn’t go to the room I picked the wrong place and paid three you all. Drug infested and they have to many murders there. Didn’t check in to far. They took my money.

One of the worst hotel I’ve ever seen! Bugs in the mini fridge, people loud outside my door that barely closed. Just an unsafe environment. Room smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. I couldn’t sit in there more than 1 hour before I turned in my key and went to another hotel.

The place had roaches and for the five days absolutely no cleaning or changing of the bed linens or towels, only empty the garbage. Even the non smoking rooms had smoking odour and an unpleasant smell.

We booked 3 rooms for our large family that had a dog. One room was decent that was closer to main lobby but the other 2 were at the very end corner as the pet friendly room was the very last room. These 2 were dirty and musty smelling. The “pet” (without carpet) had dirt, leaf chunks and other small debris bits in the foot area between the top/bottom sheets. We were a late check-in just crawling in to bed to sleep and didn’t notice this until the morning. We took pictures but front desk wouldn’t offer any compensation since we didn’t tell him upon arrival and then he would have offered in clean sheets for us to change to bedding ourselves!

I had a hard time staying there. The room was not cleaned properly, including an opened can of stew on the floor. I can see light through the bottom of the outside door. I checked the bed for bedbugs and slept with the lights on. Also, they overcharged me for my dog. It was supposed to be $15 and I had a $60 charge in my credit card. Never again!!!

Upon check in the front desk guy was very polite. A lady came in and asked for rates and he let her know that there were no rooms available. Entering our room there was a horrific marijuana smell. We were all so tired we just went to bed. In the morning we noticed the room was filthy - stained carpets - stained bed clothes- the walls were dirty the doors were dirty. we left for the day (Military family day) came back and the ONLY thing the maid had done was leave 2 fresh towels and washcloths. - I had to clean the sink, shower and toilet- and we still stood on a towel in the shower! day 2 upon getting ready to leave for Military graduation - seen to cockroaches crawling up the wall - smashed them and left them on the wall - left for the day - came back in the afternoon and noticed the maid cleaning 3 rooms from ours - left again so that our room could get cleaned. Came back at 7pm and the ONLY thing again that was done by the maid was 2 fresh towels and washcloths. the ROACHES were still on the walls that we smashed. . We did pack up and leave and I did request a refund since we had to stay somewhere else that night. I did get my refund however when I called back to talk to the manager he was kind of rude but did say he refunded my money. He also stated that he was going to have a staff meeting with the maids so hopefully they will have better service in the future and I KNOW You get what you pay for but that was ridiculous

And somebody keyed my rental vehicle, had two addicts arguing in front of my room very loud, managers said nothing. Kids playing in the parking lot, it looks like the projects. I will NEVER stay here again. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Basic cheap motel. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable and the room was pretty clean except two dead roaches in the room. This hotel really needed attention. Carpet was disgusting, the chair was just as dirty, the TV would not stay on more than 10 minutes, and we found a dead baby roach on the cup beside the sink. If I wasn't to unfamiliar with the surroundings, I would have asked for my money back and went somewhere else. That was not an option for us this time. At check in, the gentleman was very nice. However, when we went to check out, the lady at the desk acted like it was a burden for her to get out of her chair and give me a receipt.

This hotel was a contradiction to itself. The room with the two beds was first class and excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire room was well appointed. However, the bathroom ceiling was falling apart and it appeared that much of the walls were hastily patched and not properly repaired. The bathroom was clean but in fairly poor repair. The internet connection for the room and site was horrendous, the worst I've ever experienced.

The property was nothing like the pictures! The hotel was basically what you get for the price! The most disappointing factor and the poor review is simply the other guest was loud arguing all night every. Like they lived in the hotel or something. The cops was there off and on every night. You will hear fight and cars being broke into. Theres noone at the front desk either to help and cops dont care. They did return 50% of my stay after complaint but geeze whish i would of known. Not worth the bs not even at 50%off at hotels .com rate.

Tons of roaches ran across the room when we turn to the lights on after opening the door for the first time. Air conditioner was covered in burn marks. We felt as if we were going to be infested by bed bugs if we stayed so we turned around and left. This property does not offer refunds so I highly suggest you just don't look there in the first place. I'm not picky and I've stayed at some dingy places but this was absolutely disgusting.

It looked decent enough from the outside but the rooms were awful. Very bad odor, the air conditioner smelled like mold, dirty and stained carpets, patched holes in the walls, paint splatter, nasty grimy corners, and lots of roaches!

Don’t tag at this motel, it is a ROACH MOTEL!! If I could post the video I would. I was unable to stay there once I saw the condition of the two rooms I was offered. The parking lot looks suspect, like prostitution is going on. If you choose to stay there, it’s at your own risk! Risk of taking roaches and who knows what else home! The furniture is outdated, the spreads have cigarette holes and I’m surprised there wasn’t an outline of a dead body on the floor! WHAT A DISGUSTING HOTEL!!

A refund was granted so I quicklyleft, but the rooms are in desperate need of work. There were roaches and holes in the walls. I won't be making a reservation there again.

Let’s just say there were people hanging around the balconies I was solicited by men and women for sex, there was people yelling all night long above me keeping me awake, there was stains on the comforter, every counter was sticky to the touch, there was nasty qtips in the floor, the tv wouldn’t work even after the front desk tried to fix it, not only did I see a cockroach crawl up the wall at the head of the bed before I had to lay down but when I washed my hands there was another crawling across the counter and oh let’s not forget the cockroach crawling across the table top where you’re suppose to eat. Oh and let’s not forget the smell of molded death. I have never ever in my life written a bad review on anything and I have never ever in my life stayed in such a horrid place before!!

Check in was nice until .. got to the 1st room smellwas horrible. 2nd room woke up to roach crawling on me turned lights roaches on bed table tops all over the a/c unit . Move again woke up 3am to a man banging on my door . Called to complain again was toldi already changed rooms enough. I wont never come back

This hotel is horrible. The room was dirty and run down. I reserved a nonsmoking room with one queen. However, the room had a strong smoke smell. The bed was actually a full size. The smoke detector had been dismantled. The mirror was not attracted to the wall; it was just on the counter leaning against the wall. The coffee machine looked filthy. There were holes in the comforter and sheets. The floor needed to be vacuumed. The light fixture, the tub faucet, and the shower head were partially pulled from the wall. Someone had kicked a hole in the bathroom door. There were holes and stains on the walls. Needless to say I did not sleep well here and got up early to get away from this place.
