The atmosphere was welcoming, receptionists Andrew and Priscilla were very helpful and polite. Room was comfortable and smell fresh! Will visit again ❤️

Bed was comfortable. Towels were nice and thick. It was dog friendly. It was old and not updated. Difficultly with key not wanting to work easily coming in door from parking lot. The tv had no guide. Breakfast was fair.

Lamp outlets were so loose I couldn't charge my phone. I had to hold the charger in the outlet to keep a connection. But, most importantly, I booked this room at 1030pm on 5/27. I incorrectly put 5/27 instead of 5/28 for check in. While Expedia did what they could, the hotel would not refund the room even though I booked it again for the correct night. This definitely confirms I will never stay at a Choice Hotel again.

This place needs a very serious renovation. I don’t think it’s been updated since the 80’s, maybe the 70’s. Also,the whole room felt sticky. Ew.

Very run down and old looking. Definitely needs updated a ton! The bathroom door was a slide door that didn’t stay shut unless locked. The shower door didn’t seal well, the floor flooded when we showered. The room had a bad odor. You could see where holes were patched on the walls. The staff were very friendly and welcoming which was positive. There were full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion available which was very nice and convenient. And the breakfast was good. If you are looking for luxury, this isn’t the place. If you are looking just for a place to lay your sleepy head for a night after long travel, this place is suitable.

Arrived very early, staff very pleasant and I was allowed to check in early! Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, heat/ ac comfortable and quiet. Near airport and expressway, but room was very quiet! Hot breakfast with gravy, eggs, sausage and biscuits. Neighborhood was slightly run down, lobby restrooms were locked, but never felt unsafe inside or out. Nearby Waffle House Staff were also very friendly!

Something you would see in a child’s bedroom. Majority of the channels were sports channels so that was not good for me because I do not watch sports. I was shocked that I had to pay $150 deposit on an already paid reservation. I was not told to be prepared for that but luckily I had the money to pay it.

The woman at the front desk was helpful. The appearance of the hotel. Try opening the drapes, so your customers come into a bright space. The carpet in the hallways and rooms were old.(not appealing )There was trash in the bin near the ice box. My room was dusty, especially the space near the refrigerator.

The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The hotel is right by the interstate which is super convenient. It had a terrible smell like musky with a hint of pee. It was probably used to house a pet for a while. It was pretty run down/outdated for the price. The showerhead was dangling out upon arrival and the shower handle came apart.

This room is too small for 2 queen beds. One side of each of the beds is way too close to the wall and difficult to get up off in the middle of the night. In addition, although after I read the exact fee for pets after the fact a $50.00 fee for a parrot in a cage is outrageous. Never again

This hotel had boogers on the walls along with other stains. The a/c unit never actually cooled down the room and the room was humid and felt like a dungeon. We demanded a different room which was a little better but I would never stay here again especially for the price!

Staff was cordial, but I found it odd that the couple ahead of me was told by staff that she didn't want to check them into a room on the Fifth Floor because of work being done and they paid $225 for two nights. I paid $133 for one night and was given a room on the fifth floor???

I was uncomfortable when I saw the “No public restroom” sign and the desk clerk had to unlock the lobby restroom, but overall the area was safe. I had some street noise, but I always carry ear plugs.

What is there to say. Its just a poor establishment, half my light sockets and lights did not work in my room. You have a tv, but all you get is basic cable with one of those crappy motel remotes. Also dont expect to be able to stream anything, the hotels wifi locks everyone put of everything except for basic wifi, which osnt that great. Every 2 hours i had to keep signing into the portal. The whole place has a 1970's vibe to it. Everything is outdated or needs fixed and dont expect from the staff other than the bare minimum of customer service. Also my room key locked me out of my room everyday, so like clock work had to go back down to the 1st floor to get it resolved. I could prob look past everything, except for the fact the whole place stinks. Its an old stale, moldy smell. Not sure, but it stunk in the hallways, elevator, my room, nothing was off limits for the smell. Honestly dont stay here, for whst you pay a night here, you could spend a bit more and stay at the Marriott or equal. Dont waste your money unless you dont care, desperate, or your job is making you stay here cuz their cheap. 2 thumbs down all the way!!

We were charged an incidental fee of $162 and only refunded $150. Upon call to front desk were informed there is a $6 per night fee charged to customer for booking with Expedia. Supposedly in the very fine print on the Expedia site. So basically another way for the customer to be nickeled and dimed by both Sleep Inn and Expedia. Absolutely despise the fees and taxes charged on rooms. A rip off!!

Our room was disgusting. I took pictures but there was literally a chunk of gross hair chunks that was like two inches long in the shower. There was stuff on the walls. The ice bucket was so dirty we couldn’t use it- greasy and gross with chunks and finger prints. They did not have extra. The only thing that made this visit positive is the guy working the front desk in the evening was so nice when we were checking in.

Breakfast was basic "continental" with a couple of small hot items which we did not try. You can hear traffic and airplanes. You can hear folks in nearby rooms. We called the front desk at 12:30 a.m. in an attempt to quieten the room(s) around us. The occupants briefly complied. Then the partiers LOUDLY said their goodbyes with door slams, etc., around 3:00-3:10 a.m. Sheesh!!! So much for a good night's rest.

The sleep inn met our need for an overnight stay, but there was no tub like it showed in the pictures so I could not give my infant a bath. The room was hot and humid despite the air conditioner; it could not cool down the room well.

This is my go to place. The staff here is absolutely amazing. From front desk to the cleaning staff. Rooms are extremely clean.Furnished like an upper class hotel. I love the rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend this location. Breakfast is good as well. I love coming here.

The biggest problem we had was that our bathroom door would not close completely, and the air conditioner was a bit lackluster. That said, the staff was fabulous in helping us get a new room with no fuss and helping us out with little needs here and there. In fact, I would give the staff a 6 out of five if I could. Otherwise, the place is in an extremely convenient location, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast area was both clean and well stocked with delicious offerings. If I had to fly back into Columbia I would gladly stay here again.

Bathroom: The soap was very nice. There was shampoo but no conditioner. The bathroom was clean but had a musty smell. It needs more renovation. The hair dryer needs to be replaced. It's one of the original hotel hair dryers. It worked for a minute and quickly overheated and stopped. The towels were thin bit not worn out. One of 3 light bulbs was burned out. Bedroom: The bedroom was clean with a plush, comfortable bed and pillows. The main thing I noticed in the bedroom is that the phone is old and didn't look it had ever been cleaned. One lamp shade had some dents in it like it had been through a wild party at some point. I didn't use the TV or pay attention to the clock. I did not eat the breakfast since I was meeting my daughter. Overall, a decent place for a one night stay. I'd stay there again.

Arrived 9/9/24 @ 9pm, got room 403. Great conversation with Andrew while checking in. Up to 403 and as soon as we opened the door the smell just punched us in the face. Conteplated just leaving altogether. Decided to go chat with Andrew and I approaced him very humbly and stated the issue, he apologized and checked for other rooms. Room 102 he said, he took me to 102 and we looked at it together. Room 102 was night and day different. We made the switch to 102 and slept great! We really appreciated the great service. The hotel is older, needs some freshening up and maybe some mold remediation. If not satisfied with the room go talk to Andrew and see if he can help you out. Being pleasant goes along ways both ways.

Found a bug on the bed as soon as we sat our bag down. Told the manager about it and the only offer he had was he'll move us to another room. He had the audacity to try to convinced us it's not a bed bug. Whether it is or not it was a bed bug was none of my concern at that point. Did not stay. Walked out and dealt with it with my credit card. Good luck for anybody that actually stay here.

The property was just like any other quickly, cheaply built building. When we got to our room it had a musty smell and the carpet was damp. I'm thinking that the window seal leaks. The tail end of Tropical Storm Debby had been passing through, so I figured rain had been coming in from the window getting the carpet wet. Over all it was like any other Sleep lnn.

It was way too expensive $260 for a very average room with mold in the bathroom and even inside the Ice Bucket

Could be cleaner? Needs severe updating. Beds not comfortable, pillows also not comfortable.

It has a roof and a bed. There are better options.

This property is close to airport, so it toke us minutes to get to airport, drop our rental care off and get to our departure gate.

The bathroom sink did not drain hardly at all. Front desk was notified when we left.

Offered both comfort and rest close to airport for early flight

AC did not work . Bed table light plugs did not work and sparked when trying to use them . When we arrived there was a group of people in the back part of the parking lot. Grilling and drinking. The bathroom sliding door hard to use . The handles were silver shop handles not a hotel room style also the door marked up. I did inform the front staff on leaving no compensation offered

There is a sign that says no visitors between 9pm and 7am, they will call the police and you will be charged accordingly. I couldn’t even stay I was uncomfortable.

The beds are so comfortable!

Plus the pool was closed and we booked there to sit at the pool while we waited for our concert. The room was OK, but there was a weird humming sound kind of sounded like a coffee maker. It kept me up all night long. And then the shower had black around the bottom. I would never stay there again or recommend it.
