We really enjoyed our stay and will keep it on our “stay again” list. Room with two queens and pull out couch was comfortable for our family of five. One elevator of the two was broken, but it did not impact us (everything else seemed well maintained.) Staff was very helpful, free breakfast was good, everything looked clean.

Everything was great. Visiting our son for graduation at fort jackson. Easy 30 minute drive to base

25 min drive to Fort jackson. We booked 2 rooms. The floors were dirty in the rooms. The building needs a deep clean and many repairs. Our rooms both smelled. Evaluator broken.

The staff went above and beyond for us. Absolutely beautiful establishment with the grill and firepit. I'm not sure those were written in the description I wasn't looking for things like that but when we got there we were blown away. It was fantastic.

The only downfall was the staff was extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly by staff at a hotel till this visit. At check in, there were two females at the desk in a conversation. One of the girls paused the conversation and began to help me check in but had a slight attitude while the other girl rolled her eyes at me. Both girls seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help guest. It was very uncomfortable. The following day I went to the front desk to ask for towels. The man there

When we checked it, the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out. It felt the housekeeping must be in a rush. But overall a very nice hotel. Will stay again!

I liked the location of this property. Close to a lot of things. East to get to. This property was mediocre. Nothing fancy. Was good enough to stay at for 1 night. Free breakfast was okay. I didn’t care for the bacon, it was like shoe leather. Nothing special about this hotel. If you just need a nice clean place to lay your head for a night or two, this place works.

Pool was cold and crowded. Breakfast was very disappointing. Little selection, out of most foods, no coffee- containers were empty.

The staff here is absolutely incredible! Everyone was so kind, but one staff member went above and beyond by running out to our car to return my brother’s phone after he left it in the lobby bathroom. On top of the amazing service, the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a pit stop. The only minor downsides were the breakfast drinks and the turkey bacon. The juice tasted a bit watered down, and the turkey bacon wasn't the best quality.

The pull out sofa was too small and uncomfortable, with my mom being in a wheelchair it worried me beinging on the 4th floor, I felt that we should have been on the 1st. The shower was too small, I was wrapped up in the curtain by the end of my shower.

The room was bigger than I expected and made the stay comfortable. There was a good selection of restaurants near by also. The only thing that would have made it better was to be offered the option to choose my preferred floor. I personally like the lower levels when available.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our issue was the cleanliness. The bathroom had a ring of grime around it, the shower door gasket was hanging off and dirty, the pool flooring was dirty and had floating particles and mold in places. By the time we left our socks were dark brown from walking around our room. I couldn’t relax

Cons: The service left lots to be desired! The person who checked us in, was in the middle of something & wasn’t happy that he had to check us in. Later on we came in & ask if they had a water bottle refill station, and the staff rolled her eyes because we disturbed the phone call she was having on her cellphone. Staff was courteous and very communicative about my room. Checked to make sure everything was in place. The only thing I would comment on is that the water pressure was very high in the shower and very low in the kitchenette sink. The shower was like a tsunami lol that’s fixable though so other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

We have stayed at this Home2 many times now to visit family. This time was our best experience thus far. The people were great, help with everything we needed. The breakfast was above average to a hotel stay. We will surely use it in the future

We needed a place to stay during the aftermath of huricane Helene as we had no power or water. We were blessed to get a room! I love this hotel chain. The rooms are large! Love having a full fridge. The best part was the staff! Very kind and friendly to my family.

The rooms can use some updating due to the shades having paint on them, the table having cracks in them, the toilet seat discolored and the carpet stained as well as dust everywhere. The cleaning staff did not clean the room everyday. It would have been a great stay if those things were better. My stay was ok.

This hotel was great. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice sized rooms, and in a great location. They also had a laundry room that you can use for free just bring your own detergent. 10/10 in my book.

Hotel is in great shape. The welcome staff Marquis was very friendly and made conversation at checkin. Hotel had tons of amenities even a play room which helped unwind energy out kids had after a long drive. Location is close to Pizza Place nearby for late night snack.

I love the area where the hotel is located. It is close to several stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly. We weren't able to get in the pool because they were doing maintenance on it. The breakfast selection was limited and our room breaker kept tripping so the ac kept going out, the tv, and the side of the room we had our charger plugged up on. We had to call the front off 3 times.

Excellent stay in Irmo! The hotel staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. We arrived with my grandkids and some new gifts from family members. We realized after opening the toys that we needed a screwdriver to put in the batteries. The hotel manager and front desk staff were able to find one and save the day for the toddlers! I will always stay here when in town visiting family. Highly recommend!

We made a reservation on Expedia months ahead of our trip. When we arrived we had to wait an hour and a half to find out that they did not have a room for us. I've spoken with Hilton, had to make another reservation at a location in Greenville, SC (1 1/2 hours away) at a premium rate so we had a place to stay that night, As of today, no credit has been issued for the rooms in Columbia. I need a credit issued as soon as possible

The worst part was that several of the towels were dirty, I had one towel that I wiped my face with, and I'm pretty sure someone had used that towel to clean their butt. It smelled like a gym and the pillow cases smelled like they weren’t washed. It was awful. I’ll never stay at a home 2 suites again. There are too many other hotels to stay in. Not again

It smelled like a gym and the pillow cases smelled like they weren’t washed. It was awful. I’ll never stay at a home 2 suites again. There are too many other hotels to stay in. Not again

I had a slow drain toilet then it completely clogged and they told me to plunge the toilet there maintenance man is off for the weekend. !!!! I would have called a plumber if I was at my house. The fl room extremely musty and damp and smelled horrible! Like wet dog on the carpet. I drove 9 hours and so exhausted. I thought this was a Hilton and this is the worst one in the us

Pleasant stay!

Nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms, salt water pool, nice workout room, and wide variety of items for breakfast.

This was my first time staying at Home 2 Suites and I really enjoyed my stay. The only concern I had was it took the water a long time to turn hot.

Room was very clean and nice. Everyone who works there is so friendly!

Great hotel- huge rooms. Very clean. Bathtub was dated and needed some renovation soon but the rest of the bathroom and entire room was clean and new and well kept.

The beds were fairly comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. The negative is the included breakfast. It was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast sandwiches were all hard. The waffle maker wouldn’t cook the batter all the way (probably because it wasn’t the normal batter, some weird wheat and buckwheat batter). The grits had a strange taste to them and the cereal dispenser just crushed up the cereal. The only thing that was edible was the bagels or muffins. The staff was super apologetic about it but claimed there wasn’t much they could do since it’s from the company’s supplier. Great room, skip the breakfast.

Front desk staff was incredible! Mary was extremely sweet and I didn’t catch the gentleman who checked us ins name but he was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great place

Our room was not clean. It smelled like animals had stayed in the room. We had to ask for air freshener. Also the sofa bed had blood on the mattress cover. we had to ask for clean mattress cover and clean bedding. When we checked out, they charged us another $115 after we had paid $130 on the day we booked the room. We aren't sure if we will be refunfed the $115. So in all we paid $245 for a dirty room. We will not stay at this hotel anymore.

The hotel seems to be new the outside was nice and up to date. Check in took 2 mins if that. The room was clean and spacious. It was raining when I left and one of the staff members asked if I needed an umbrella so I didn’t mess up my edges lol 10/10
