The room was spacious, nothing was stocked in the kitchen but supposedly available from the front desk. The room could have been a bit cleaner especially the floors.

Zero kitchen supplies, floors definitely didn’t look like they had been vacuumed or sweeped in a while, dirt on wall through hallways as well as rooms.

Nothing Blood on bathtub grout, no couch or comfortable chair to sit, no dresser, no utensils in kitchen. I found a stale pack of crackers above microwave and the microwave had condensation in it like it was just used upon checking in.

I drove all the way out there, waste my gas and couldn't even get in because you got the wrong car on file and that was crazy that there for an hour, then had to cancel it and find another room, I drove 10 hours from cancel Florida has to get turned around. That's crazy. Not a d*** thing, sure.

The room was not ready upon check in time. I had to wait an additional time in order to get into the room. Even then the room wasnt super clean. The tv didnt work. I ended up just going to bed.

The staff was horrible. Then, the room was filthy. There was paint splatter everywhere as though a fresh crime scene was being covered up. Including on the tv remote. No utensils in kitchen. NONE. No shampoo. I asked for extra blanket. Waited a hour. None came. Had to go back to desk. After I checked in, on the way to my room, I noticed a large bag of trash two doors down in the hallway. When I checked out 3 days later, it was still there.

Bare bones. No dishes utensils, cookware, or cutlery. If you plan on using the kitchen, you will have to bring all those things. Room is clean, but not quiet.

I need to speak on my experience with Booking.com because this situation was handled very poorly. After arriving at a hotel in Columbia, SC around 1:30 AM for a reservation I had already paid for through Booking.com, the hotel refused to check me in unless I paid again. I immediately contacted Booking.com, and the representative even called the hotel directly while I was present. The issue was confirmed in real time. Despite this, no immediate resolution was provided. I was left without a room in the middle of the night and had to leave and drive home. What’s even more frustrating is that the cancellation and refund process was not initiated until the next day — after I had already called and followed up again myself. In situations like this, where a customer is actively being denied service for a prepaid reservation, action should be taken immediately — not delayed until the following day. No one should have to chase down a resolution after already dealing with a stressful situation late at night. I do appreciate that the booking was eventually canceled, but the lack of urgency and support in the moment is disappointing. Customers rely on Booking.com to advocate for them when issues arise, especially during late-night travel situations. This experience did not reflect that level of support. I hope improvements are made so future customers aren’t left in the same position

The exterior was loaded of trash everywhere. The room looked good except the frig, ctops and floors were dirty and had to clean ourselves. No coffee maker in the room and the towels were dirty. For the trip we had was ok for the price but will not stay here ever again. The front office were nice and that was the only thing that was good about this hotel.

The room was as picutured; we were a little put off by the check-in process, but the room was lovely and it was nice to have a larger fridge in the room! Tub drain didn't work. There was no breakfast; we left @ 8:30 am and were disappointed, this was a deciding factor. The rooms around ours were very loud, all night long and not conducive to a good night's rest

The pillows were to soft, could hear everything, temperature would not get right, towels not big enough, it was paint on the floors just overall wasn't a good experience

There was no soap in the room, no coffee maker in the room, no refrigerator in the room. Simply put, they were not ready to receive Guest.

I like that there was a grill outside The property was in complete construction no breakfast available which was one of the reason i picked this location. A few people who seems to be a part of management dealing with the construction crew passed by us as we were grilling making us feel unwelcome giving us looks

Rooms were in abhorrent condition in every category. Filthy. Water didn’t work. Doors and windows broken.

Absolutely nothing. I dont even know where to begin from the construction going on, the herds of people not staying at the hotel just standing around, the dirty room, or the rude manager that called me a liar and absolutely refused to help with a resolution for the situation.

There was no breakfast the tv had no signal all night there were what looked to be blood spatter and stains all over the head bord wall ac ceiling and a big stain on the lamp the water cut off in the morning. It just was not worth $150 dollars.

Only that the hotel was located near Saluda River Park. No ice machine, exterior doors lock broken, horrible smell, and dirty kitchen.

The location met my needs. The stove was unuseable due to the condition of the knobs for the burners and the oven was unclean. The area of the room I was assigned to wasn't handicap friendly. I was given a room on the second floor, although I asked for a room on the first floor.

This was a case of what i paid for vs what i got. They put beautiful pics on they internet, but we get there and it look like a trap house. We on the 3rd floor, no elevator in this b*!@h so we had to carry all our bags up the stairs. Get in the room and it smelled bad, floors dirty, the kitchenette floor was so sticky my boy friend shoes literally stuck to the floor and he fell out the shoes. Bath tub was so dirty, look like they been stewing oxtails in it. I felt like I was going to catch something. The only reason we stayed was because we had an event to go to and didn't hv time find any where else. I strongly advise you not to go here unless u hv no other choice.

The bed was flimsy and kept rocking with the slightest movement. I’ve been to several extended stays and NONE of them have been remotely close to being this bad. I couldn’t get ahold of a manager on property so I’m disputing the charge with my bank. I ended up sleeping in my car

The only perks of this place was that it allowed 18 to check-in, the front desk staff were super nice and understanding, and if you have a pet they allow one per room for a fee. I would not stay here again.

Got in my room and there was a black Nike sock beside the bed, the toilet barely flushed, and my shoes stuck to the floor in the kitchen so it clearly wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, loud people were in the hallway and woke me up out of my sleep @2:16 in the morning and it was hard for me to get back to sleep.I’ll never stay here again. I also requested a late check out because I couldn’t sleep. She said well check out time is at 11, but I’ll let you stay til 11:30 which didn’t make much of a different. Never again will I go back and I definitely do NOT RECOMMEND!!

As soon as I walked in the place I smelled marijuana from the time I checked in and until I left. The occupants next door was smoking in the hallway. The facility was supposed to be smoke free. The room AC did not work and the room got very hot and add in the smell of marijuana smoke lead to the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

As we were trying to leave, the front desk lady rudely accused me of not paying for my room and trying to “steal” it due to a payment declining on a card that wasn’t mine for an amount that didn’t match what I had paid in the first place. They never even took my card at check-in because it was prepaid, but she insisted that this card was mine and that I must not be able to afford the room so I was trying to leave without paying. As my boyfriend and I tried to discuss this with her, she said that we couldn’t leave or she would call the cops. She ended up calling them anyway with a false claim that there was a “crazy ass couple acting aggressive” and specifically referred to my boyfriend as a “man who is black or something being aggressive”. The police ended up allowing us to leave because she was obviously out of line but never in my life would I recommend this place.

I was also uncomfortable with the number of guests loitering around. I stayed for one week, but as soon as possible, left the location and went to another hotel nearby.

If you are looking for a five star resort, this isn't it. We had a reservation at a hotel nearby that the hotel wouldn't honor which left us stranded in the area. We quickly booked a room here just to stay overnight. If you are looking for a place to sleep and is cheap, this is your place. The toilet was running during my entire stay. The room smelled faintly of cigarettes, and the refrigerator was leaking. The stove looked very old and rusty, too hazardous to attempt to cook a meal with. The bedside lamp also didn't work. Overall, I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The parking lot, lobby, halls, and room was filthy and unfit for anyone! Hair on sheets, blood droplets on carpet/wall, dead roaches everywhere. SEE PICS.

The building is very outdated and needs repairs. The arm rails on the stairs were actually coming out of the walls and falling off. Not hanicap friendly since there are only stairs in the building and don’t have proper arm rails. The comforter had stains on it. The shower tub was discolored. There was something clearly visible clogging the shower drain. There was a large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor big enough to where I could fit all my fingers underneath the door into the hallway so I had to stuff the opening with a towel for privacy. The only positive was the front desk staff were very pleasant and nice. Not worth $300 for 2 nights.

There where black hairs all in the covers and sheets and the room smelling like smoke! We left immediately and stayed in another hotel.

This place is scary! It is so dirty and gross. It smells like a mix of cigarette smoke and McDonald’s ketchup. We heard a woman screaming and saw signs of prostitution on the grounds. We ended up staying at a friends instead because we felt unsafe.

So we booked this property to stay for the night after the Carolina game. They let me book and also charged my credit card. When we showed up around midnight to check In, lady rudely told me they don’t have rooms left. I told her that they already charged my card and her response was “Get a refund”. I was glad for a stove but it was dirty, so was the surrounding wall. The microwave smelled like urine and had a hole burned through the side. The bed was so uncomfortable and lumpy. The room obviously was not swept out because there was a wig and trash between the bed and nightstand.

Never stay here. Nastiest place I have ever stayed. Someone had peed in the shower and not cleaned. Someone had thrown up in the toilet and not cleaned. It had not been vacuumed. Dust bunnies and trash on floor. Stain on sheets that looked like mildew. Fridge was clean and tv worked.

The room was ok after a long 13 hour trip. It is more like a halfway house than an $80.00 a night hotel. If you just need a place to grab a couple hours of sleep it will do but I would not book it for my honeymoon. There was not a trash can in the place but the last guy did leave so roman noodles season packs.

This hotel needs to be taken off of Expedia. The pictures online are NOTHING like the real thing. Everything was dirty. The kitchen faucet was taken apart in my room and there were stains on the carpet in my son's room that looked like blood. There was a man in the hall on the first floor dressed in scrubs with a stethoscope around his neck vacuuming😕🤔. I question what really goes on at this hotel.

I pay anyway get a room to see about 5 roaches just chilling watching TV. Hallways filthy I wouldn’t sleep there with clothes on. Let alone recommend this place. I should’ve called Terminix! THUMBS DOWN!! I explained to the staff that this place e was horrible and I wanted a refund. Then as I walked out the motel the young lady says to me, “watch out it’s a roach on your leg.” Funny I’m not perfect and yes I’ve had to live with pest but you grow up, u want better and you get better. And this was unexceptible hands down!

The doors leading from the parking lots into the room hallways were almost always unlocked or propped open; therefore answered why there was so much trash in the hallways. Nothing was working, the heating unit wouldn't come on, roaches were crawling around. There was NO ELEVATOR to the third floor. No dining options available of near by businesses. Gave a project apartment feel not a hotel feel.

Room condition was horrible. Smelled very bad, toilet had leak, floors were sticky, had to kill a coach roach,my daughter slept in the couch not pulling out the mattress. Overall one of the worste hotels I have ever stayed at.

It was odd that there is no elevator. They need to replace torn bed skirts and clean the room lampshade deep clean.

There were no coffee pots, toasters, glasses, cups, etc. When you rent a room with a full kitchen you expect to be able to cook. The person that cleaned the equipment was not do in until 11pm, I would have thought it would have been better to have them come in at 11am with checkout.

I loved it, felt very safe. The motel is very close to Walmart. It it isn’t open after 10pm..

Checked in at 1715 on Sunday 16th of February 2020. Room had been slept in and personal items were in room including a wig. Bathroom was dirty with mold in shower area. Desk person was sitting in car when we arrived. Wearing hoody was not best first impression. Pictures on HOTEL.com was not what we saw. We were paid for 'THAT' room and no other. We left and went to HYATT Hotel.

I stayed here 10 weeks ago & had a pleasant stay. This time there were no towels in the room, the phone had food on it, the sink was dirty & under the bed was filthy. Woke up to a swollen & very red face including very red eyes.Something in the room definitely made me allergic. Children were running & screaming in the halls between 10 pm -11:30 pm. Someone knocked on my door at 10:45 pm. People in the next room were quite loud until 1 am. I came for a conference & was exhausted l. I really needed to rest & get sleep for the following day.

I guess it's not bad for $60 and we were not in the room very long. Staff was friendly and offered a restaurant suggestion. Went to get coffee the next morning in the lobby and an employee had put everything up but she went and brought the coffee machine back out for me. That is called going out of your way. Also the coffee was very good. Overall not bad.

Hotel room was well equiped with new furnishings, they could clean room more often. Had to ask for clean supplies when they should have been dropped off regularly. Stay 15 days for work and hotel was convenient . Would stay here again due to being economical.

Hotel not being maintained cleanliness is terrible,breakfast bar bland and boring you pay so much for very little.
