    Kia at the front desk was absolutely amazing. For everything that was missing at the hotel, this girl pushed herself and made it happen. Not just for me but for every guest. She made my stay special and deserves recognition. There could be a hot water station in some capacity for non coffee drinkers.

    Kia was very sweet we checked in late and when we got there she gave my son two pictures to color and a pack of crayons! My bathroom was filthy. Bathtub was dirty with stains and pieces of hair. Stains on the walls. There was a part of my bathroom wall that was cut out and placed back so the wallpaper was cut up

    Odor in the room, smelled as if the floor was mopped with a dirty mop. I purchased some Pinesol cleaner and mopped the floor with the towels in the bathroom. The floor was very dirty, towel was black when I finished, but the room smelled so much better.

    Nice place to stay comfortable bedding. Only issue is they should have a microwave in each room instead of one in the lobby for the for the entire hotel. Breakfast is basically non-existent. They have muffins set out with fruit and coffee sometimes. Everything at the this hotel you have to pay for except what comes in the room

    Everything was clean the beds was comfortable I didn't like waking up at 9:40 because housekeeper knock on my door twice for check out when checkout was it until 11:00 I had to rush getting out the door didn't even got myself together all the way as far as hygiene because I was thinking that check out was at 10:00 I arrived so late Didn't even ask that question but the housekeeper should have known better... I had a long day that day and just needed rest and I couldn't even get it piss me off

The floor in our bathroom was literally buckled up about an inch off the floor, our tv kept rebooting, there was some substance smeared at the bottom of the door frame. It was just not what I expected. On top of internal issues, it was very noisy externally. I know the hotel cant control where its at or its neighbors but its literally sandwiched between the interstate and a very busy/rowdy QT.

    Staff were so friendly! Front desk and Housekeeping both went out of their way to help me when they saw me struggling to carry my luggage and my daughter at the same time. I’m thankful to all of them for the extra help. The room was clean and comfy! Will stay again in the future!

After 2 visits to the front desk and 2 call between 4:30pm and 10pm, and being assured that someone would come change the bedding, no one ever came. We ended up having to re-make the bed at 11pm when it was obvious that no one was coming. Not a good way to start the stay

Next morning, rt out in hallway at my door, which I believe was housekeeping staff was very noisy at 9 am. The conversation went on for 25 mins. We asked for a room that was away from noise and other guests due to our service dog had surgery day before and needed quietness and rest. The talking made her start barking, which is not what we wanted to happen..Rooms don't have microwaves in rooms, just so you know. Contacted guest services through email with pics and since I booked through Expedia and Delta stated waiting for Expedia to reach back to Delta. Expedia states they can't reach property manager. I definitely won't be staying here again..

    My family arrived on September 29, 2024 two days after hurricane Helena hit. The lobby was a complete madhouse, and we had just driven 90 miles to seek refuge. The manager of the hotel was small and petite woman. A lot of the people were being rude to her, wanting to know why I was check-in taking so long, but she was all by herself. She still remain professional and took her time with each and every one of us. When we were finally assigned our room and we made it here there were a few issues. I waited a few hours for the lobby to die down, and I went and spoke with the manager. She assured me the issue would be resolved after a few hours no one ever came. I went back down to the desk and explain to the new person. I had reported some issues to the manager, and they were supposed to talk to me or send somebody up here to resolve the issues. Finally, the next morning I went and I spoke with that same manager she was back. She apologized profusely for the issue, not being resolved and promptly sent someone. When I was checking out the front desk manager asked,”How was my stay?” I explained the issues that I had on the night of my first day, and he took care of everything. And true fashion of Marriott my expectations were not met.…they were exceeded!

    The staff was very friendly in the front desk. The room wasn’t clean properly. Leftover drink found in the fridge also no trash bags in the trash can. I think the housekeeper and the inspector didn’t check the room. Over all it was good.

    First off, the rooms that I selected was incorrect. Then I was charged 350.00 and 104.00 when I arrived, my rooms were paid for weeks in advance, so why the extra charge? I was told the front desk didn’t sign me in correctly. Lastly, in my kids room they needed more towels and they were told we don’t have anymore towels that’s clean, so I go to the the front desk and was to get more towels, but the front desk ask why would house keeping say that? No communication at all. I will never stay here again, please refund my money!

    One of the beds rocked because it was not level. The fridge needed defrosting- not cooling. Large hole in ceiling above bed. Water damage and holes in bathroom ceiling. Very dim lighting in bathroom. Front desk sent maintenace but the bed was not fixed. Switched fridge but was too late to cool and be usable.

I did not expect to place an addition $75 deposit when I prepaid for the room. Hilton doesn't charge me that. It was, just needed for one night Army Graduation.

    We were visiting the area for the first time, attended basic training graduation, location was perfect 7 minute drive to fort Jackson's gate 4. Pluses: comfortable beds, fully stocked linens, shampoo conditioner body wash provided and free continental breakfast (soft muffins, danishes and coffee). Minuses: never figured out how to lower the room temperature. Stayed at 74°&75°! We brought a fan from home and also kept the blinds closed to keep the Sun out. I would stay here again. And if you're spending a day at the beach it's a 2-hour drive...Isle of Palms Beach

    It’s a good 3-star hotel, front desk staff friendly and efficient. Miss Kimmy and Miss Kayla are particularly excellent at their roles. Rooms - both standard and suites - are spacious and very modern. Very high standard of cleanliness is evident in both of the rooms and all of the public areas. I have never tried the restaurant. Here are some suggestions: 1. The floors are hard surface in every room; they should be mopped every day, not merely swept. 2. It is a long way from the front desk to the elevator bank up to the rooms; minimum, there should be more than one or two baggage carts available at the front door. These are suggestions; overall very high marks for this property,
