I love this property, huge suite with balcony. Awesome stay and room.

Location No included breakfast.

Location is good and the lady at the front desk was really nice. The carpet in the room is nasty. The bathroom was dirty and had someone else’s hair all over it. There were people sleeping in cars out in the parking lot. They said they needed a credit or debit card for incidentals and said I would get that back. Well, I haven’t gotten it back. They just kept that $20. We checked in at around midnight and we left at 9am the next morning. There were no incidentals. There’s no reason for them to keep my $20.

The courtyard area could use some work. There is a lot of wasted space that could be a major selling point if done right. The hotel is lucky enough to be where it is and I think that’s why so many rooms sale, but it’s not memorable.

First room was dirty. We got moved to another room and the cleanliness of the rooms are not the best. The close chargers were not as clear as they said they were. Both expedia or the hotel were not helpful.

The beds in our room were amazing! Plus the bathroom had a shower stall rather than a tub, which was very convenient for us 70 plus year olds! Very good food, as well, but we thought it was kind of pricey. Maybe we’re just out of touch. Anyway, all things considered, we were very pleased with our stay!

We didn’t use the bar or the breakfast. We drove 15 hours and had to find a hotel. We booked a room at the courtyard but there was a glitch in the computer system and they were overbooked. Because we were driving for so long and so exhausted, they made sure they found us a room. They were amazing. I cannot thank them enough. The room was clean and that’s all we needed.

Terrible experience. When we first arrived to the room, you could smell marijuana inside the room. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool area. As soon as you opened the balcony door you were hit with an overwhelming smell of marijuana. I had children with me that couldn’t use the pool due to the overwhelming smell of marijuana. The beds were also horrible. They were like sleeping on a piece of plywood. We checked out a day early due to this. I asked for a refund on the night we didn’t use, only to be told this had to be done through hotels.com. Hotels.com tried to reach to the hotel property several times only to be told they had to contact the manager during certain times. To my knowledge they could never reach the manager. When I first contacted hotels.com about the refund of the night we didn’t use, they advised me the hotel property said I wasn’t checked out. I checked out with the front desk clerk before I left. I called the hotel property asking if they had me checked out. They said no. I told them I checked out at the front desk and needed to be checked out. The girl on the phone was rude and said yeah we’ll do that. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was excellent.

The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. I have asthma and upon entering our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. I explained the issue to the manager, as I would become very sick and likely have an asthma attack. She was able to switch us to a new room quickly and on the same floor as my mom, and checked it later to make sure everything was all right with the new room. I generally don't like complaining at hotel or restaurants and was grateful for the understanding of the hotel manager as to why I needed to switch rooms. The rooms are a nice size for a family of 4, and the location is on the outskirts of the city, so it was nice and quiet after a long day's drive. We did not partake in the breakfast offered by the restaurant onsite, but it's menu showed a good offering of items from cold and hot breakfast options. We would happily stay here again on our roadtrips to and from the beach.

Front staff not very helpful and not very friendly. Attitude issues except from the red headed girl. She was pleasant and helpful. Maid on 3rd floor was super kind and helpful as well.

The only reason this hotel was chosen was because it was off the highway. Check in clerk had to see my husband in person even though I, his wife was checking in. He was unloading the car…I pointed to him outside! “Their policy” it’s his name on the reservation blah blah blah. Really going to stick it to them by the wife checking in?? No such thing as continental breakfast anymore that’s $20 too!!

The staff. The staff was incredibly kind. They knew i was staying with my mom who was having her hip done at the hospital next door and asked how she was. The first night my mom and I stayed the beds were firm. The 2nd night I stayed the bed was very soft. Almost too soft

Hello The first room I had smelled like smoke. My second room was funny smelling and I had to ask about our paid in advance breakfast. After driving 580 miles from Florida, the last thing I wanted to do was leave for a snack. I needed some milk and the front desk politely instructed me to ask the lady at the bar. She went in the back and came back with exactly what I requested. I then retired to our room where everything was so clean and comfy we turned in early. The towels, sheets and pillows were simply the best. A perfect stay. I don't like ordering breakfast.

It was clean and the drain in the bathtub worked well. It was the most intense kick out team ever. Between 11.00 and 11.40...2 calls from the front desk within about 20 mins of each other.... between the 2 knocks on the door from the housekeeping. ...like there are no other rooms to clean right after 11am. And landscapers making noise before 11am. The front desk appeared to be not happy to check in people at 1.30am.

I liked everything. The service was amazing all the staff were welcoming and calm and the hotel is super clean. I would recommend this hotel. There so welcoming and so sweet!

My room location, I was on the second floor and someone above me ... bumped and jumped on the floor for 2 days like they WERE bouncing a ball in a courtyard... LITERALLY. Not sure if it was kids or what but they was so loud and annoying. But other than that it wasn't bad.IF I EVER STAY AGAIN..TOP FLOOR NOBODY ABOVE MY HEAD!!

I was a little worried at check in due to the service I received from the front desk inquiring about a room. She wasn't very helpful and didn't care if Booked the room or not. I finally booked the room from a third party and was able to get a room.

Location. My room was very damp. All my clothes were damp. The room was very uncomfortable. I was happy to only be staying 1 night. The tub had rings around it and the floor of the tub looked as though it had not been scrubbed in months.

The Courtyard by Marriott property was wonderful; nice rooms, great staff, and a very clean-looking place to be. It was quiet and good for sleeping. The drawback was that it was somewhat isolated, with no nearby restaurants or shopping areas that I could see. The Courtyard has a small restaurant with a limited menu, but no free breakfast like they used to have. It is in close proximity to the hospital if anyone visiting a patient needs to stay nearby,

No information packet was given or in the room. The walls are so thin we heard every drawer that was slid above us and every footstep. It was a repeated thing all night. The shower was small and water pressure was very low. We had a suite and stayed for 4 nights. I picked this hotel specifically for a balcony and the pool. The pool was nasty and we were not able to enjoy it. It stayed closed. When we asked when it would be opened we were told that they didn't know and nothing else. I requested a balcony and got a patio with no privacy. I was told nothing else was avaliable and if I chose not to stay i would loose the money I paid. So we stayed. The fridge was dirty upon arrival and the cabinet under the sink and microwave was dirty and mildewed. They clean every other day. On the day it was to be cleaned we left at 11. Only to return to a dirty room with trash still over flowing and no clean towels or washcloths.The 3rd night the fire alarm started to beep shortly after 2. We couldn't reach it. We called the front desk only to be informed that we needed to take the batteries out. We told her we couldn't reach it. After another 20 minutes we walked to the front desk and she told us she called maintenance they couldnt come. We took it down after moving a night stand and my husband standing on it. We were there for my son's graduation at Fort Jackson and it was an easy 12-15 minute max trip to get there. The food on the property was pretty good especially the hot honey wings! I will definitely visit this property again!

From the moment of walking into the lobby the staff members were always very nice. The check in process was quick and easy. We enjoyed having the cafe and bar in the hotel especially since there was not anyplace within walking distance. Our room was spacious and very clean. We did not hear any noise while in our room. The check out was also very quick and easy. I would stay here again.

The starbucks if that is what they call it, was horrible and expensive. No flavor coffee creamer was a killer for. The hotel lobby and first floor smelled like grease once the resturant closed

After book an initial hotel that had terrible customer service and smell terrible they made everything better. The staff from the time I came in greeted me with a smile! Bad service from the front desk staff. I booked a room with two beds and they told me they had no more rooms available, that if I wanted to cancel it and go to another hotel, then they got me a room with a sofa bed without sheets. I don’t recommend

We have stayed at other Marriott hotels, but this was our first time staying at this property. It was very convenient off of the highway, and in a very nice location. There were several food options close to the hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was just a bad night. There were dozens or more young teen girls staying Friday night. Running the halls, hollering, stomping, etc. Not the hotels fault. Perhaps on large groups like that you have signs to display saying "large groups need to respect the peace of other guests" and have security on site to keep things under control.

Overall, this was a good stay. Room was clean & well appointed. I did have to report two electrical outlets were not working. The 1st day, I thought the coffee maker was broken (it was the outlet). When I reported it, the front desk person only offered to let someone know. He did not offer to get me coffee. That was disappointing as well.

Check in was easy & quick. My room was very clean & comfortable. You can hear the vehicles on the Highway some but it didn’t bother me. I didn’t realize until the 2nd night that the refrigerator was in a cabinet. Very nice place. I wish I could have stayed longer.
