Location is fantastic, a quick tram ride from the airport and a 30 second walk and you're in. The rooms are huge, the beds are decent, the bath and toilet work but need a refresh. Staff is efficient.

I liked everything, but I was ending a business trip and there was no Internet my one night that I was there. That proved very inconvenient.

Didn't like the breakfast, but everything else was wonderful. I was on vacation in Jamaica and hated it. This hotel was the best part of the trip!!!

Check-in was quick and friendly despite the long lineup. The room was clean and well appointed. We did not get to use the breakfast as we left before it opened, but we appreciated the coffee and granola bars to go.

We chose this hotel for its easy access to the airport terminal. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clear that the sky train only accesses the domestic terminal. We spent $35 in a taxi from the international terminal as the wait for the shuttle was well over an hour and 100 people deep. We were told there was no hotel shuttle from that terminal either. So if you’re flying from international, don’t bother staying here! But for domestic, it’s very convenient.

Despite being extremely busy, Ramona did an exceptional job booking many people in maintaining a great manner and providing exceptional customer service. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast offered plenty of choice. We got in late and were provided a late checkout which was very much appreciated. Nothing

Breakfast had a solid variety, and the hot items—eggs and sausage—were actually done right (not dried out). Morning front desk staff were just as friendly and even accommodated a small late checkout. Super convenient location, and unlike many airport hotels, this one feels fresh and well run. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The rooms were quiet and clean. I was under the impression that there was a separate room with a bed- that would be suitable for 3 people- but the sofa was basically a day bed- big enough for a child, but not an adult. Staff was helpful at front desk.

Cons: There is no parking solution here that is not really expensive (even for very short term, <1 hr). The staff was kind enough to let us unload for a while (long enough to get out bags up into our room), but it would be nice to have a 30-45 minute validated parking for hotel guests: mainly for the rental car return use case. An earlier breakfast would also be nicer: we had an 8am flight, so 6am breakfast was too late for us to get to the security line the recommended 2 hours before our flight.

Overall it was okay. There was a stain on the bed sheets and on a wash cloth. The lighting is very dim in the room and they have these vents above the door in your room that’s really loud. Also the chair in my room was broken. The pillows are flat and the bed sheets are thin. If you plan to have a vehicle be prepared to pay $47 to park in their parking lot. I wasn’t made aware of this until after I checked out.

First of all, this hotel is very accessible ton Atlanta Hartsfield airport via the elevated train. Right across from the train stop. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly.

We spent only a few hours at the hotel. First of all for an airport hotel breakfast starts at 6:30am which is a bit late for early flights. Our room was so hot and the “air conditioning” only blew somewhat cool air. The front desk attempted to help but the “air conditioner” was super old and actually gross. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property. We paid 230 USD for a few hours of hot sleep.

We loved the convenience from the airport and the convention center. The staff were amazing! Every single front desk person greeted with a smile and were very personable. The drinks and snacks were always stocked. Breakfast is included but we couldn't really enjoy as we were out the door before it opened.

It is located next to the Sky train stop from the airport. The shower is roomy, the king bed is comfortable. A great night stay before a connection. The area is not lively at night. The AC is hard to control, it would not maintain room temperature. One light switch is hidden and hard to reach.

Nice area close by a coliseum and the airport but the area was very quiet, did not hear the planes or the event from the coliseum. Beautiful room and loved the separation of the bathroom. We had an issue with something in the room. Staff quickly fixed it. Everyone that I encountered was very polite.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good (it was difficult for them to keep the hot items replenished), the room was not suitable for two people who get up at different times. We were in a king room. All of the doors are frosted white glass without a wall separating the "living area" from the bedroom. Therefore, you cannot keep the bedroom dark when you need any lights on. However, the staff was amazing (explaining the need for a door key in the wall so that your power does not go out, giving us an extra key for this purpose, and being very generous with their time for any other questions we had.) Our bed was very firm and I thought it was just this hotel, but my daughter stayed on the same floor and her bed was too soft. (She could not believe how hard our bed was when she checked it out compared to hers.) Things to make your stay the best: Ask for an extra room key (for the one that has to stay in the pocket on the wall your entire stay, bring a sleeping mask if your partner needs to get up before you, and go to breakfast when they start serving, not an hour after, and come with an open mind about the firmness or softness of your mattress.

The pillows need to be updated! Not comfortable at all. The breakfast was good but my wife has a gluten allergy and the only option for her for breakfast was a prepackaged muffin and a kind bar. There should be some better options for people with food allergies.

I was only there for a layover of a few hours. The room was exceptionally clean and well prepared. The bed was almost too comfortable-I overslept and almost missed my flight! I was only there a short time-but location is excellent to Hartsfield airport and the airport skytrain stops right at the hotel. The parking fees were a bit much. But, location location location...........

I took my dad to Atlanta for a surprise birthday to attend a UGA football game and we stayed here. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless. We had a rental car but it we didn’t, the hotel is convenient to the airport and free shuttle service is provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Atlanta area.

Very clean and the staff were all so nice. The room was large and comfortable. I loved the proximity to the skytrain. Made it easy for us to catch our early flight. Our ONLY problem was the sliding door to the bathroom was off the track making it nearly impossible to close. We mentioned it to the staff, but told them not to worry about it for our stay since we were only there for one night. I’m sure they will have it fixed for the next guest.

And we had just come from overseas travel 14+ hours and had a child who needed to sleep!). She also charged us for parking even though we said we were self parking elsewhere . The positives : room was spacious. It was nice having separate shower and toilet area. Bed was average. Breakfast was above average : frittatas and boiled eggs, oatmeal, assorted breads , yogurt, egg and cheese croissants. Negative: no locks on bathroom doors. Blanket had a stain. Pull out mattress was dirty (it had crumbs) and stinky

Room and property were nice. Extremely loud people next to and above us until 3am.. made for a long night when we had to get up for a long drive the next day.

Convenient for overnight flight delay. Right off skytrain! Friendly staff

We checked in at 1am because of flight delays but even at that time, the front desk assistant was friendly and helpful (providing info on how to get to the skytrain and schedules). The room was literally HUGE and the beds very comfortable. There was a sofa in there that was as big as a bed so I had one of my daughter sleep in it. We missed breakfast because of our early flight, but our overall experience was great.

Pretty good stay

I had a horrible experience at a different hotel where my car was broken into and the rental company gave me a run for my money. When I checked in the receptionist, Kayla was AMAZING. She was very accommodating and even gave us recommendations of places in walking distance so we could get some food after dealing with the mess we had to deal with. When I got to the room a person came up with a birthday bag with goodies in it from Kayla and another receptionist named Heaven. It cheered me up and showed me that they really cared! Even upon checking out the staff down stairs was amazing. If I ever decide to return to Atlanta, which I may not, I would definitely stay here and you should too!

I loved everything about this property because for one the parking lots were a lot much more safe for my vehicles to be parked at. 2 i loved how the suite is surrounded by different oasis that i am not use to seeing on a daily life basis, such as a metro train station, being able to stay in a airport ground, seeing the airplanes come in and out orover the suite. And 3 i loved how the rooms are set up, having free breakfast. The only thing that i didn’t like is receiving my 5th room, everything else during my stay was great, loved every single thing

We were there to attend graduation at the GICC; loved that the hotel was close to the airport and the graduation venue.
