    We had a reservation already paid. We arrived about 3AM just to get a nap and catch a plane in 8hours. Night staff advised my reservation was cancelled due to my late arrival. Nowhere did I see where I had a cut off to arrive at a specific time. He did not offer any help at all untill I asked specifically did he have a room. He did rent me two more rooms for almost $40 more per room than my reservation had been for and insisted on collecting a $100 deposit on each room. He was very slow in his work also. While checking in I observed a large roach running across the floor of the lobby. Room one had one working light bulb in room, bath door knob was broke and hair dryer tried to catch fire when used.Room two had ice container with melted ice, no sheets or pillow cases on bed and no liner in trash can. No towels or rags in bath and door knob broke also.All this led me to conclude this room had never even been cleaned. I observed broken tiles in lobby. Day manager did reverse room charges and just charge reservation charge and was very apologetic for nite employees behavior. I did appreciate this from day staff but property is still in very poor condition. Our airport shuttle driver was awesome but I was disappointed to find out that when I fly back from my destination the shuttle will not pick me up and bring my back to my car at the hotel since I had paid to park my car at the hotel while I was gone and it, at the time, showed they offered shuttle services both ways.

    I was sleep when my fiancee went outside to smoke our car alarm went off and they called security. Not only did he tell them what room we was in but they let themselves inside. I woke up naked and scared with security looking at my naked body talking about was we checking out 7 in the morning i asked him why he qas in the room he tell the guy tge room clear it was the worst and i really want my money vack period. I will not stay there ever again

    Hotel was terrible. Had to change my room 2 times! First room smelt like cigarettes and homeless people. The second room had bugs in the bed. Lastly, the room we stick with had a lot of non working amenities inside. Room was very dusty and not properly cleaned. Are also had already use product in our room. Not a good experience at all.

    Worst hotel ever! It was nasty in there. There was a banana peel under the mattress! The shower head was just dangling. It had a terrible smell in the room. Everything was old and dirty.

    It’s old and smells like an old folk home. The box mattresses were stained. The elevator doors barely open. They take a copy of your ID, credit card, and offer cash deposits which is weird. I would never stay here again.

    My stay at Ramada by Wyndham was both traumatizing and deeply disappointing. I checked in on February 13th at approximately 11:50 PM and was initially assigned Room 607. Upon entering the room, I attempted to use the restroom and immediately discovered that the toilet was not functioning. I returned to the front desk to report the issue and was reassigned to Room 626. Unfortunately, this room presented even more serious problems. The lights did not work properly, the smoke detector beeped continuously throughout the night, the toilet did not flush and ran nonstop, and the shower water pressure was barely a trickle. Due to exhaustion from my flight, I attempted to rest and planned to address these concerns the following morning. On February 14th, I was moved again—this time to Room 430. Upon inspection, I discovered that the room was infested with bedbugs. I immediately documented the condition with both photos and videos to corroborate my findings. Given the repeated room failures, unsanitary conditions, and the distress caused by this experience, I requested a full refund and agreed to leave the property peacefully. I was explicitly promised a full refund by hotel staff. I’m still waiting on my refund 🤬 This experience was unacceptable and far below the standards expected of a Wyndham-branded property.

    This hotel would not send me a shuttle after booking and between hours on website. I had to pay a taxi $20.65 to hotel. Room had toilet running when I went in. Entire hotel is very worn and in a state of disrepair and repair. A place to sleep in a bind but nothing more.

    The airport shuttle is no longer being offered (although advertised on Expedia and the reason we chose this location). The downstairs is a ghost town with the front desk being the only operational part of what used to be a fully functioning hotel with a dining area and bar. Only one of two elevators is working. The structure of the hotel is obviously a former Ramada, but nothing is to the standard of a hotel by that name. The wallpaper is peeling, the tiles are cracked, and the television offers only grainy local reception. The pool is closed, the hot tub is overgrown with weeds and trash. The gates to the parking lot are leaning and or broken. It looks like the shell of the building and I would be surprised if our floor is the only one operational. Thankfully, the linens seem clean and because we only have to stay here for a few hours before our 6 AM flight, we are going to make it work. But buyer beware especially if you have children or are traveling alone and Expedia should do some follow through before giving this place a three star rating.

    There are also clear signs of water damage i.e. bulging ceiling tiles, and on the first room I entered, the side of the wall protruded and the wallpaper had separated. I was kindly given a second room, unfortunately if the issue is mold or moisture in the walls, I didn't expected the room hanger to fix the problem. But the second room also had stained sheets, so I had to sleep on top of the covers on the bottom edge of the bed. Kind and polite staff, but the hotel just needs a LOT of work. The price for the nights stay was terribly inflated for the quality.

    Located 8 min away from the airport . Cheap parking for overnight i would recommend 10/10. The shuttle was late picking us up at the airport. And we waited for an hour. The hotel room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. The toilet didn't flush. The shower wasn't cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable due to the horrific smell. The appliances needs to be updated. We bought cleaning products to spray down to actually feel comfortable to sleep.

    We booked two adjoining rooms; one seemed like a storage room with a bed, while the other one had baby roaches (5th floor) and no TV remote. The staff is not friendly and do not understand simple requests and/or questions. There seem to be people living full time in rooms and the “vibe” is very shady. The building needs renovations badly and we learned it is trying to be sold; therefore, no money being spent to make any improvements. There’s a very noisy, large box fan by the lone elevator that works and the lobby area seems like a storage area as well. I booked thinking it would be a good value; I was totally wrong!

    It was quite. Every time I went outside I had a body guard watching me while I was in my car smoking and was asking me questions like I'm not supposed to be there and stuff. Plus the lady in the front desk was making me feel like I didn't belong there like I didn't have money. Like I was a spam person. They suck badly.

    I was staying here at this hotel last month. I checked into my room and I have been staying there for two nights at this point. I could not find my remote so I was searching under the bed and what I found under the bed is probably the most disgusting and unbelievable thing I have ever found. I pulled out a grocery bag that have been wrapped around a dildo!!!! DISGUSTING. SO it became clear to me. They do NOT CLEAN THEIR ROOMS. I HAVE PICTURES. AND AN EMAIL SENT TO THEM… with the plastic wrapped dildo. I complained to management and yes they apologized, and moved me to another room which took way longer than it should have given the circumstances. They also had me go back up to the room with two cleaning ladies and show them the toy, and they literally just put a broom down with a dustpan and swept it up in there. The room they moved me to was no better as it held a disgusting and distinct odor of MOLD also an infestation of little gnats. Also the floor was wet by the AC unit. Which is probably where the smell came from! I absolutely requested a refund and have yet to receive one. Which is insane! There was a S3X toy under my BED!!! There’s no reason why I shouldn’t be refunded.

    The hotel and room smelled of mold. It was very strong in the room. Hardly any plugs to charge our phones and electronics. The TV had channels that were fuzzy, blurry and just stuck. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom for 4 people. There was no air conditioning in the lobby.

    As complained about by other guests, there was construction in the back with a huge ventilator fan blowing a slight cementitious smell into the lobby. In my case, this didn't affect my stay since I was not there during working hours. The room and facilities were clean except for one sticky circle from a sugary drink on the night table. However, there was zero security with no one manning the desk or the door to the lobby, which was open to the public, during nighttime hours. Most troubling, when I showed up for my 7:30 am shuttle, there was no shuttle. The unapologetic desk agent shrugged and said the driver didn't show for work and I would have to take an Uber or Lyft at my own expense. Because it was so early. surprisingly one did show up, but after a delay, for this unprofitable $9 short ride. I might have been out of luck during busy hours. Or if I had cut the timing too close. The one upside was the extremely low price, understandable given the level of service and value received.

    I paid for a room for 3 days for my Birthday and Memorial day weekend. The service was horrible. The cable only worked half of the time. I had to go to the lobby 2xs a day until someone finally came to check, and said "oh, they didnt pay the bill". They wouldnt even waive the 35.00 fee for the third night. 100.00 deposit for the first 2 nights and an extra 135 for the 3rd night. The manager/owner could never be seen or spoken to. They never came to change the sheets or take out trash for 3 days!!! The payment for the 3rd night was over charged and was blamed on my bank. I had to wait for 3days after checkout for it to be reversed/disputed. I had to go to the lobby to get my own towels. At least i kep my room clean and took out my own trash. The elevator doors open slow and are a deathtrap. Even the security guard felt bad for me. At checkout of the 3rd day, i asked to speak to the manager/owner again, but of course he wasnt there. I asked for his name and number all they could give me was his first name "Armand". I asked for his last name and they told me "B". I asked for coporates number and she wrote it down with disgust in her face. So i spent almost 435 plus the 200 deposits, just to be looked at like i was in the wrong, while other ethnicities were being greeted with respect. This was the worst that i have treated ever. Dont worry, i kept it respectful around your valued customers. I even cleaned the room and left a 5.oo tip on the pillow for housekeeping. Thanks Ramada!

    The Ramada didn’t have any amenities which is false advertisement. The Lobby was dirty with overflowing garbage and no working a/c. The room was not updated, maintenance had to come and replace lightbulbs in the room and the bed had bedbugs.

The online ad said there a free daily breakfast, which didn't exist. There was no room service or a functioning restaurant. Rooms were only cleaned once a week.

    Front desk agent was unsympathetic. I ended up being sick before getting on our plane, and when my daughter asked about the ice machine so I could get something cold to drink, front desk agent said no. Early check prices are too high! $50 before 11am and $35 after which I was told that they wouldn’t have any rooms ready until 230, so $35 for only a half hour early is ridiculous!

    I want to start by saying, NOONE should EVER stay here. The AC was out so the building was HOT. It smelled of mold, the banquet halls and breakfast area were blocked off with couches and there was a huge floor fan blowing in the lobby. The first room I was in was extremely dirty, stains on the bed and floor and debris on the bathroom countertop. The TV didnt work and neither did the Wi-Fi. I asked for clean linen, because not only where there stains, there were large and long pieces of hair on the pillow and sheets. I was told the room with the linen is locked and I'll have to wait until morning to get new sheets. Also that housekeeping doesnt come until 3 days into my stay, so i'll have to wait 3 days before my room can be cleaned. Due to the refund policy on Expedia, the website said I would be charged in full if i canceled so I was basically forced to stay in this hotel or leave and pay for an additional room for 5 days. I wasnt willing to do that. I expressed I was unhappy with the room, so the man moved me. The new room was worst than the first. The floor, bed, couch and ottoman had large visible stains. There was no refrigerator at all, the desk was broken, the phone did not work, the TV said no signal so i couldn't use it, the Wi-Fi was nonexistent, the bathroom had tissue stuffed into the vent, and the ENTIRE tissue holder came out the wall when I went to pull some tissue off the holder. Thats just night 1. Horrible, HORRIBLE experience. I had to sleep on my towel.

They were a no show and we had to pay another shuttle to take us there. They refused to rebate the 15$ we paid while their shuttle burs were parked outside and they admitted they couldn’t pick up people because of another one of their mismanagement problems after advertising they would.     By far the worst hotel property I have stayed at. The shuttle van was filthy. There was an open juice container in the door holder, crumbs all over the seat. We walked in and it was humid, hot and smelly in the foyer. Went to the elevators and wasn’t sure we would make it to the second floor. The hall smelled so strongly of weed I couldn’t breathe. Room had stains on everything. The curtains, chair, lamps. Bathroom curtain was full of mold, toilet tank lid not fully on. Didn’t want to touch anything! Should have left but was so exhausted after traveling 24 straight hours.

    I flew into Tampa airport right after a bad storm that cancelled many flights. This was the only hotel I could get a room at. This place was bad. I have pretty low standards but this place was bad. Very musty, moldy and overall gross. No tv in room, toilet didn’t flush, furniture was literally broken. This place was bad! My daughter’s flight was early and I just left with her at 4:30am as I would rather be in the airport than sit in the mold and mildew. This place was bad. Our Uber driver almost wouldn’t come as there were prostitutes standing outside the property on the curb. I probably should have just slept in a bus stop somewhere.

This was due to Ramada Plaza being in deplorable conditions....the smell of meldew as you enter the building. The rooms were unclean, unsanitary, unkept, dinghy.     Very rundown. Room was just "ok". No air conditioning working in the lobby, so you walked into a sweatbox with big industrial fans blowing. Very strange. On my floor the "Vending/ice" area was bolted closed. I found 1 vending machine off the lobby. I paid $5 EACH for a bottle of juice and a water. The worst thing was when I left, the shuttle I was planning on taking was "not running" that day. A piece of paper was taped to the check-in counter to inform us of this. According to the woman behind the desk, there was no driver. I'm damn lucky i left myself PLENTY of extra time. I had to order an Uber and pay for it myself. The shuttle was supposed to be an included amenity at no charge. I had arrived on Sunday 6/22/25. I was about a hour early for the 3pm check-in time. They charged me $35 to check in "early" even though they had a room ready. I think i should get a refund of that $35 to compensate for having to pay for an Uber when it was supposed to be a provided amenity and it could've made me miss my flight!

    It's a hotel worth the price. Perfect for staying in Atlanta if you're looking to save money without being picky. If you're expecting a newer, nicer hotel, be prepared to pay $120-140 or more per night. If you're someone who criticizes anything minor, this hotel isn't for you.     I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos online—modern rooms, clean spaces, and updated amenities. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The room I stayed in was outdated, musty, and nowhere near as clean or well-kept as the photos suggested. The carpet was stained, the furniture was worn, and the air conditioning barely worked. Even the common areas looked tired and in need of attention. It’s clear that the pictures online are either very old or heavily edited. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and several of the amenities listed online were unavailable or not functioning. It felt like I had been sold one experience and given something completely different. Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel unless major updates are made—starting with more honest advertising.

    I ended up staying here unexpectedly due to a flight delay out of Atlanta and unfortunately had limited options. While I didn’t expect luxury, the photos online were very misleading. The hotel is in serious need of a revamp—everything felt worn down and neglected. The most concerning part was the overwhelming, unpleasant smell throughout the property, which made the stay really uncomfortable.     I tried to extend my stay by 1 night and was told i would have to check out and do a new reservation plus give another 100.00 deposit per room plus an additional 35.00 service fee per room. The shower had mold. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner had been used previously. Eeewww. The beds were cheaply made/or old. You can feel every spring. The pillows are half the length of a normal pillow and very hard. I won't stay here again.

    We had a snowstorm in Atlanta which prevented me from picking up my friend’s mom and having her stay with me overnight. I book her a room at this hotel because it was one of the few that had a room. She arrived and was given a room already occupied. Moved to a new room. No towels. No blankets. Slept in her clothes because it was so cold. Terrible experience. Never again.

    This hotel is pretty squalid. I stayed here one night due to a canceled flight. There were stains on the carpets and the rooms were dark and musty. The desk staff were not very friendly. Air conditioning was out in the lobby. There was no food in walking distance. The shuttle does not run early enough in the morning if you are catching a very early flight. Would not stay here again.

    False advertising. No airport shuttle available before 6am for early morning flights. Was planning to swim based on the beautiful pool pictures but pool and hot tub area was trashed with no effort to clean up or maintain the area. Vending and ice machines were boarded up except for one out of six floors. Honestly, I’m surprised this hotel has not been shutdown by Wyndham or the health department. Lingering marijuana smell in elevator and our floor. Skanky hotel.

    The hotel was very nasty room was dirty they didn’t have anything they said in package I will never use y’all ever in life the staff was terrible they didn’t have a swimming pool they didn’t have no breakfast or any machines to buy anything out of this was my very first trip on the plane and and the hotel was terrible everything I would like to have some conversation for my trip because it was horrible

    My room smelled like smoke. The walls and carpet had visible stains. I called ahead to schedule a shuttle pickup from the airport but never got through on the phone. I just paid for my own Uber to and from. The reason I chose this location is because it included a shuttle. The staff was great but I wouldn’t book this place again. Didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned.

    When arriving at the hotel, the foyer was musty, smelly and had no air-conditioning. There were fans running very where. It was very unwelcoming. the staff told me the AC works in the rooms. I almost walked out because of the appearance of the entrance : loud fans, smell, moldy walls. This was not a new problem looking at the interior damage of humidity. The rooms AC was working but in the hallways we saw lots of mold on the AC vents. The musty smell was bad. The room was cold and had appropriate temperature. The beds were comfortable. The decor is very very outdated and stained. The wallpaper was peeling loose in some areas. The carpet had stains on it and in some places missing pieces. Bathroom was clean but toilet had a constant drip. If it wasn't for the fact I booked this room for a few hours to catch an very early flight, I would have rebooked somewhere else. The website does not reflect the hotel and the pictures are very deceiving. Very disappointed. No breakfast options or vending available.

    The ac in the lobby was broken. The big ass fan was throwing lots of dust in the air which made breathing difficult. The smell of mold in the air was prevalent.

    I booked this via Expedia, and the pictures shown in Expedia were completely different than the actual hotel. It is a very run down place, with a very shady look right from the reception- which did not have AC or even decently bright lighting. The whole hotel had a very very old look, and all the equipments were also old. On Expedia they showed free wifi & free breakfast - but there was none. Overall, terrible hotel.

    Shuttle service ends at midnight. Free breakfast was advertised but the kitchen was closed. The halls were not air conditioned but thankfully the rooms were.

    This property is false advertisement. The property looked nothing like the pictures advertised on Expedia. The gym and dining area was out of service and used as a storage bin. They did not have daily turn over and we had to reuse our towels and ran out of toiletries. The AC in the main lobby as well as in our room did not function properly. We only had uncomfortably hot running water when showering and we were never able to wash our hair as the most you could handle was a few minutes. When asked to provide clean towels and linens, staff declined request. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel and will never stay at a Ramada again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would encourage Expedia to remove them from their rosters of hotels.

    This place needs an investor who would put the money into minor updates like new carpet, new paint on the walls instead of the old smelly wall paper, and whatever you can use that can help get rid of the smell of an old dusty basement. That smell had me sneezing and breathing in the most horrid of smells. Cleaners also are lazy on cleaning the bathrooms. Other than that, get some rest if you can.

    Apparently they are renovating, but the grounds are in deplorable condition. No wifi, terrible tv signal, no coffee outside of the room. The coffee in the room tasted like tree bark. I ended up going across the street for some. Basic amenities are non-existent. The Continental breakfast is also non-existent. It cost me $120 to stay in a dump. Never again.

    My first room was very dirty and the bed sheets weren’t changed. My second room had 2 double beds not the king that I booked but wasn’t as clean either. Since I was leaving at 8 am I was ok with not touching anything anyway.
