I went to check in and they told me my room was cancelled. It's FIFA so I tried to call another hotel but super busy everywhere and then as I'm on the phone the front desk called and said they had a no show so now had a room 😳 I use Expedia all the time so I'll let Expedia know to be careful letting peoples like book this property.

Bar and breakfast need improvement

Didn't arrive until 11:45 PM and had to catch shuttle back to airport at 5:00 AM, so didn't get to check out much of property. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, TV worked, and had nice shower.

Clean and close to the airport. Breakfast is not included and amenities are minimal. However if you need a place to crash for the night before your early flight it’s great. You won’t have to deal with any traffic. They also offer a shuttle service to the airport.

Clean The bathroom mirror was pretty much no brighter then candle light so I had to do my makeup with the flashlight on my cell phone & the mirror had a big peice of tape on it cause it was broken, the airplanes was very loud so I kept waking up to them all night, the elevator was broke when I checked out Sunday, and Saturday morning some body who works there knock on everyone door asking if they were okay but it was so loud you would of thought it was a fire.And its no free breakfast or parking

This hotel was wonderful, especially for the price point! The bed was comfy, the hotel restaurant was delicious (and reasonably priced), staff was friendly! The water could’ve been warmer in the shower.

This was a nice place to stay close to Airport and Clean only problem you can hear planes come by but it's not all day other then that the rooms where nice with alot of space as well.

The Shuttle service was great. Easy to maneuver and on time.

That said, there were a couple issues during my visit. I noticed the comforter/bed covering was dirty, so I brought a comforter downstairs to the front desk. The staff handled it promptly, and they brought a replacement comforter up to my room. I also had noise problems. We requested a top-floor room, for both rooms. but one room ended up on the 2nd floor (we were told they didn’t have another room available though it was before 3pm.) The guests over our room were walking & running and stomping around late into the night, with activity continuing until around 4:00 a.m. Next door, a baby cried for much of the night. There didn’t seem to be any accommodations made to address the situations.

The pics weren't as accurate. Furniture in my room were old and spaced out. I think the space could be utilized more. But the amenities such as airport shuttle is a plus.

In the bathroom, there’s no shelf or space to place soap or toiletries, which made showering a bit inconvenient since everything had to be set on the floor. The bathroom light is also tied to a loud vent, so you can’t turn the light on without the noise kicking in. Overall, I chose this hotel expecting a better experience given the higher price point, but I’ve honestly had more comfortable stays at hotels that cost $35–$50 less per night and don’t charge for parking. Safe to say I will not stay again.

I was in a situation where I really needed a room for one night due to a flight delay and took a chance on this particular hotel. The curb appeal was lacking, but the overall esthetics inside the facility was good. Great service at the front desk; the bar/restaurant was nice and the passage ways were clean and well lit. However, everything went south when I opened the door to the most important amenity, my room. The room was a standard king with a separate sitting area; kind of like a suite type vibe. The couch was worn, suck-in, and my bed had no frame; it was a just a box-spring and terrible mattress. The room lighting was terrible. One of the bathroom towel rack fixtures was unstable and the other looked as though there was an unfinished repair made. If I weren't so tired I would have asked for another room. Bottom-line I would never book this hotel again, especially for an extended stay.

Well, key fact is you gotta pay for parking? You spent all this money already and then I hit you with that what they gonna do to your car I wasn’t gonna risk it though. Should’ve been in a better area, but it is nice. The AC though was not working right it was hot in my room.

It was a good stay, except tub stopper did not work. It is a standard hotel, so if you want room service, or a bell hop book somewhere else. However, I did order a burger and fries from the restaurant to pick up and it was good.

It was alright room was clean but bought a water and redbull and it was 22 dollars for just those two items.

The hotel was clean and really modern. The only downfall I could see is that it’s right by the busiest airport in America so there are planes taking off and landing about every 2 minutes. That may impact someone’s sleep but I’m a hard sleeper, so it didn’t disturb me. Other than that, it’s clean, the staff are helpful and I felt safe safe.

Rooms are not as pictures shows. It is a old hotel and the vents over the showers are completely full of dirt. Corners of the room you can see have not been cleaned, nor has the floors been mopped thoroughly. Very old outdated carpet on the main floo I wish I could have stayed elsewhere.

Front desk very helpful. Was able to check in early. I asked for a 5am wake up call and it came at 4:28am, and service in the restaurant very slow and they were not busy at all. Other than that, I would stay again.

It was ok for a night close to the airport but not great. My room was clean but there were a bunch of food crumbs in the hallway right in front of my door. The overhead lightbulb was out in the bathroom. And there was no shelf for toiletries in the shower, so you had to just put the shampoo and soap on the floor and bend down to grab anything. Good thing my knees still sort of work! Nothing terrible but everything a little off.

When I booked the hotel room, it did not tell me that there was going to be $100 deposit and an $18 parking fee so that needs to be included somewhere in yawls description when somebody books a room. And the $18 nobody parked their car it was not like valet parking or anything. I’m not sure why I had to pay $18 parking other than they just wanna get money probably will not stay there again.

Booked the hotel last minute for location due to a missed flight. The hotel is super dated, the shower had mildew and soap scum. Staff was friendly for the few hours we were there and left prior to breakfast. Would not book again

This was a last minute booking because weather grounded my connecting flight. This hotel was very clean, everything looked new, staff were extremely friendly, and it had everything I needed. Bed was super comfortable. Food in the lobby restaurant was only mediocre but it was fine for an airport hotel. Highly recommend, no real complaints whatsoever. Oh and affordable, too!

Location was great The staff were not helpful at all, almost to the point of being belligerent. My wife and I tried for almost two hours to pay for our son’s room after his ticket got cancelled because of airline system glitch, they refused to help us out. The refused to help find a solution to let us pay for his room so he had somewhere to sleep. Never staying at this Radisson again.

The hotel was clean and friendly staff. It just wasn’t what I expected from a Radisson Hotel. I would typically consider them to be a little more high end but this was just a basic Holiday inn style hotel. Nothing bad just not anything special. It was extremely loud from the plane’s flying over all night as well.

It was a really clean and well maintained property. They forgot to put towels in our room. But i called when we noticed it , and they sent someone up immediately with them . All of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

After checking in at 4:00 PM, I was eager to get some rest after a long flight, but the constant noise of planes taking off and landing kept me awake until past 10:00 PM. This hotel is not suitable for those seeking a good night’s sleep. Also, the carpeted hallways are not ideal for dragging heavy suitcases. The staff, however, were very helpful.

The hotel was clean but very run down and in need of upgrade. Several holes were patched in room and bathtub. And stuff in need of upgrade. It was just a 1 night stay with shuttle to airport in the morning so it worked for that!

The lady that helped me at the front desk was very rude and not friendly at all. Very short and not helpful in anyway. She needs to take a class in customer service.

We had to change rooms because the bathroom had a hole in the shower head, and my kids didn’t feel comfortable stepping in. The tub looked like somebody had messed up and was trying to cover it up with paint and the paint didn’t stick. Also, appliances like coffee/hot water kettle were broken. Staff was okay, she wanted to make us wait a day before changing rooms but moved us right away. Also, prepare to pay for hidden parking fees with deposit. The hotel charges $18 a night. Additionally, the airplane noise was insane at night. We heard planes taking off every 30 minutes throughout the night

This appears to be a new hotel about half a mile from the car rental area of the Atlanta airport. Everything is sleek and clean and beautiful. The thing that particularly struck me about the stay was the size of the rooms: they seem to be HUGE (compared with other hotels I have been in). Even though the room was not a suite, it easily could have been. The distance from the edge of the bed on one side was a standard 6 feet; but on the other side the distance seemed to be more like 15 feet! The one quibble I had with the room was the lighting. While I enjoy mood lighting, there was only one or two small ceiling lights, a desk lamp, a chair-side lamp and the usual beside lights. Probably owing to the large size of the room, at night with all the lights on, it still seemed a bit subdued. But, nevertheless, I would stay here without a doubt. Great property, friendly staff.

The process was easy to get an available room for a reasonable price, when at the last minute our flight was cancelled. It was late at night when we checked in, and the staff was quick and efficient getting us set up. The room was clean and somewhat updated, except for the tub. I would caution you that we did order drinks from the bar, it was expensive for what we got, more than the going price for 2 drinks I thought. The shuttle back and forth from the airport was in part why we chose this hotel, they were quick and helpful and on time. I'd highly recommend.

Quick overnight before an early AM flight. Nice and roomy, confortable bed, and pretty quiet even being close to ATL. Location was good but a little confusing to get to if you're not from around there. Restaurant/bar was very good!

If you’re trying to do business here forget about it. The worst internet connectivity I have experienced in 5 years (unable to hold for more than 2 minutes) Brought to the attention of the front desk several times without any resolution. Not worth the price.

Most hotels in this price range offer s coffee bar...here...No. If you want coffee a small cup at the non attended bar is $4.00 And the place reeked of people smoking weed.

Bad check in. Got up to my room super tired, looked at the bed and it appeared that the linens had not been changed. Bathroom was dirty. This was a Radisson in name only. Yuk.

The restaurant staff and bar staff is always extremely friendly. They make you feel good always. Compliments to these workers. This is the third time I stayed here, and each time they are veyr friendly. There was not something I disliked. The only thing I disliked was the fact that after breakfast, the restaurant closes, and then there is a big time gap of when the restuarant opens again.

The staff was pleasant and the onsite restaurant, while bare bones, was good food. The carpets and trims were in disrepair, missing pieces, bathroom was old, rickety old cheap dresser as furniture. The pullout bed had no bedding and the mattress was cheap and totally stained. There was no additional bedding provided and it was late so we tore apart the bed for extra sheets and pillows. Shuttle was convenient but too small to fit all the guests, I had to share the front seat just to get to the airport on time. No opening windows and the fan a/c was very loud.

I waited over an hour and he never came I called the hotel and they had no answer Luckily a neighbor property recognized us out there for over an hour and gave us a ride. I could not sleep all night i was so angry We were only there for 4-5 hours and they charged us a whole night after they stranded us at the airport while there driver hooked up with a hooker or was smoking weed on the job!!!

I stayed at this hotel this week will be 30 days and I haven't received my deposit I've called five times they keep giving me the runaround telling me that it's going to be put back on now now the manager said they will call me back nobody never returned my call I just want my $100 deposit I don't have money to throw away I stayed at the emberson suite never had a problem with my money being returned I just need my $100 I'm not putting my name up here but you all know who I am but I've called you so many times

I didn’t like the fact that you could not check in early when coming out of town during the government shutdown unless you paid an extra fee. Also the front desk staff were rude and would not allow you to speak with the manger/owner who was on the premises. At the bar /restaurant they made our food wrong and it did not taste good. We did not ask for a refund but to be able to exchange for something else and they told us that was not allowed. So once again we were out of our money and food. This was a bad experience, bad customer service and I would not advise anyone to stay here.

Front desk was friendly but didn’t get off the phone to check us in and as a former customer service person you always deal with the person in front of you first. So that wasn’t great. We were not there long enough to have more to say, we arrived at 3 am and left at 7:00am.

It was quiet, clean, and close to the airport. We did not see any breakfast options available in the duration of our 3 day stay. We scanned the QR code for a menu in our room and the link did not present a menu- only towel service directions. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Overall a decent, affordable, and clean stay that’s great for a short trip. I wouldn’t say anything over the top or exceptional if that’s what you’re looking for. The Breakfast Boys was our favorite nearby breakfast/brunch option!

This is a tired hotel where the rooms are dark, the bathrooms beat up and not much thought given to the design of the rooms for comfort. IE, in the shower there are no shelves so your shampoo etc sits on the floor. Then the shower drains at a really slow pace!! Limited offerings for food but well cooked salmon for sure. Thank you bar/restaurant team. Very hospitable and pleasant with great smiles. Plastic plates and cutlery!! Are we in a plane?? That’s just doesn’t work for a well priced entree.

The desk clerk that greeted me was very nice. The lobby was very clean and had lots of seating. I did not like that the room was not very well lit. The bathroom lights were very dim, and although the room had several small lamps, it was not very bright. Also, the shower has very low water pressure. I am not sure what it is in this area, because I have stayed at several different hotels around the airport and they all seem to have the same issue with the water pressure. It was also not very hot. It like lukewarm. I prefer a hotter shower. But it was fine for one night.

Convenient to airport Did not expect an $18 parking fee. I was only there 10 hours. Hotel was not packed - they could have given me a room that was not adjacent to other guests. Instead the folks in the room next to me were very loud around 9-10 PM and then woke me up with their very loud frisky behavior after midnight. I gave up trying to go back to sleep and checked out around 1:30 AM and just went to the airport.

The room was ok, the hotel lobby and hallways were freezing, the main reason for the low rating is how long we had to wait for the hotel shuttle to arrive at the airport. other hotel shuttles picked up multiple times before our shuttle came for the first time. We had called the hotel multiple times and they kept telling us the shuttle was on its way and we waited about two hours. other people actually paid other hotel shuttles to take them to our hotel because ours was not showing up. the hotel staff really did not seem to care that we had to wait so long when we finally did get picked up. I will NEVER stay there again.

I did not receive the room I booked with Expedia. I paid for a room with a seperate bedroom and a sitting area which I did not get. There was no housekeeping service the whole 3days I was there. I booked a room for four persons and there was only two towels in the room, being that there was no housekeeping we had to go to the front desk for towels. The first night the hotel was overbooked and was turning people away to a Days Inn motel next door. There was so many hotels to choose from I chose this hotel for the room size and I definitely didn’t get what was detailed in the room specifications.

The food was okay - likely frozen reheated entrees from Costco or the like (the appetizers and chicken teriyaki & rice) - but for hungry folks it was fine. Tasted much like a lean cuisine dinner. The room was a king - minimalist style- crazy, tiny pillows - we got extras on request- and the bed quite uncomfortable (used to higher end mattress)… served the purpose- won’t likely stay again

I had lost one side of my airpods and knew it was on the bed but was already at the airport. I called to see if they could go get it and make sure it was safe and send it back home since we would be out of the country. She initially refused to take my email, as they said they needed me to just call back around 12-1pm when housekeeping was there. I told her I couldn’t call because I would be on a plane and she said she couldn’t go up to the room to look. She also said if I wouldn’t be able to re-enter the room if I came back and told me I have to email them a packaging slip for them to mail it back. I had to ask many times to just take my email and send me an email so that I knee where to send the packaging slip. She continued to tell me to call back but I told her I will not be in the country. She did end up taking my email but never did send me an email to know where to send. I have never been told I had to pay for losing something and have never experienced such poor customer service. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The room was good. The check in process was not. The check in was very slow at 11:30 at night. They had to have a $100.00 deposit, where they actually charged my credit card and then charged $3.00 for a cheap plastic toothbrush and small tube of toothpaste. Not good.

The security guard was kind to show me personally to the elevator upon my 4am arrival. When I tripped over my own feet on the way, he not only helped me up when I hit the tile, but kindly helped me gather my purse which emptied. I slept well, and they allowed me to stay fully until check out to catch up on some sleep. Greatly appreciated. I did smell pot in the elevator but believe it came from a guest who rode before me. When you check in, write down your car tag info or screen shot it- they give you a parking pass.

The room was not highly rated as every review seemed. The bed had no box springs so was very low to the floor. The mattress had body ruts in it. The bathroom mirror had built-in lights but had been replaced with very dim ones. If I was a woman attempting to apply makeup it would’ve been a disaster not being able to see. The room could’ve been cleaner too.

Staff was super friendly. Check in was quick. Facilities were clean and looked new. Atmosphere was great, rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Very family friendly. Also took advantage of their extended parking. Their rates can’t be beat. Great job! I am always worried when I book hotels out of town.. but this stay was perfect.

The hotel staff canceled my reservation after i called them to say i would be checking in later than 3pm due to holiday traffic. The staff told me he would make a note and i would be fine. When I got there the hotel lobby was filled with people trying to get a room with vouchers from Delta and my reservation was magically canceled. I went to their sister property down the road & showed them that my reservation had not been canceled & was still active in the hotels.com app, I was then given a room at a higher price. The room at their sister property (holiday inn express) was FILTHY. The bathroom had not been cleaned and there was a used bath cloth hanging on the shower rod. Needless to say i slept in my car, my husband barely slept in the bug infested room and we shortened our stay and checked out early. Horrible experience where i felt racially profiled and scammed out of a nice room at a decent rate only to be thrown into a filthy dump at a higher rate. DO NOT BOOK HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR!!!

All good. Facilities wise. The problem is the airport shuttle the vehicle is too small. Fits 8 persons only. The vehicle should be bigger to fit 18 to 20 persons per trip. I waited twice from Domestic terminal to the Hotel without luck, end up taking an Uber and from the hotel to the Airport the same. Any given family fills the truck pretty quick.

I chose this hotel because of the rate and the airport shuttle after a connecting flight was cancelled. The front desk person was originally going to charge me $50+ to check in one hour early even though I am a Choice member. We did use the convenience store and I paid $12 for one large sparkling water and a standard size bottle of water. For a stay of necessity it was fine.

6 cars including ours were broke into within 24 hours. The staff seemed unconcerned and like the theft of our property was an inconvenience for them. The "security "they had patrolling literally was just sitting in his car. Front desk didn't offer any help covering the window or getting the broken glass out of the car. Come to find out this is accommodate occurrence at that hotel. It appears that the locals know that the cameras and stuff that they have are in operative.

Great place for an overnight stay at Atlanta Airport, but the rooms are dramatically dark. Seems to be no overhead lights or lamps by design.

The Food at the Restaurant was a 10, Breakfast time was from 6 to 11 am. Dinner was from 5 pm to 11 pm which was good. You had to put a 100.00 dollar deposit but once checked out was told anything about how much was charged. Make sure you ask.

I was initially assigned an accessible room. There were two TVs and one remote. It would turn one on but not off or mute or anything. The room was terribly dark. I was assigned another that was also very dark. Sound proofing is poor with plane noise frequently.

I was pleased with my stay at the Raddison. The staff were friendly, my food at the Restaurant (wings and fries) were good. My room was spacious and I was conveniently located near the airport. I will definitely be back!

The staff was very rude. Even asking where the elevator was when first arriving was treated like a burden to them. Getting any info about the shuttle was difficult. The shuttle driver was helpful but angry. Just an overall unpleasant experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Hotel near the Atlanta Airport. The room was huge, very clean. Everyone who worked there was very accommodating and went out of their way for a great stay. The restaurant was very nice, clean and elegant with a great menu. I would highly recommend this location. It's right near the airport and they have a shuttle that makes it even easier and cost efficient.

Awful stay. We selected this property near airport due to the room having 3 beds, as we were three adults . Sofa bed was very broken and unusable. The nightstand was broken and also unusable. We requested a room change but hotel was booked. Too late to find alternate. Worst night sleep ever. General Manager unresponsive and indifferent. Staff unhelpful and uncaring. Expedia unhelpful. Have tried to followup with hotel and expedia but both indifferent. Extremely disappointing after years a as a loyal customer spending thousands. Run from this hotel.

The beds and rooms were comfortable. However there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. Additionally we were not able to get ahold of the shuttle service on the night of our stay and had to pay for an uber in addition to the hotel even though it was supposed to be a 24 hour shuttle. I called numerous times and was transferred to the shuttle personnel who did not pick up.

We reserved a room with a king bed, but got two full or queen beds. Property needs updating.

I was almost stranded because the chip in card wasn’t working. I was informed they can’t do Apple Pay, type the card in, or swipe it. I had to transfer funds and get another card after staff was rude. Later in the visit i made a purchase and was informed they do in fact take Apple Pay and this shouldn’t have been an issue at all. Property was lovely.
