    We had a very long layover at Atlanta Airport and Quality Inn & Suites Atlanta helped us perfectly.....close to the airport, shuttle services and graciously agreed to late check-out, at a reasonable charge.

    This hotel was covienient as it is close to the airport. It could use some TLC and updating. It was not the cleanest. I didn't feel confident getting in the tub...and thus brought cleanser and scrubbed it myself. The breakfast was appreciated but, very limited. When it ran out it was not replenished. The waffel maker was the highlight. The staff was helpful enough and pleasant for the most part. This hotel is proof that you get what you pay for. I give it 2 and a half stars. It was not the worst hotel I've stayed in ....but, it was a little rough. The convenience of being near the airport was its saving grace.

    Our flights were canceled in Dallas making us unable to arrive on our designated date. I called and went through Expedia to notify the hotel. When we arrived the next day, we were told we had been a no show and our reservation was canceled. No room was offered for the other two nights we had booked. They are not refunding any of our pre-payment.

    It was a hotel Most things about it. The bed had a faint smell of piss, the staff were very dismissive and unhelpful, and a completely random person was able to accidentally open our door with their key card. Thankfully we were in the room at the time. Since the door latch was closed they were unable to get into the room, but the fact that it was possible was so concerning we had to flee from here to another hotel mid-vacation.

    This place I would NOT recommend the room smell so moldy and wet. I had to buy a candle so I can sleep in the room and room spray. I asked the front desk for a set of towels and was told I had to wait until 9am the next day when housekeeping is on the premises. Totally unacceptable will not be staying there again and would not recommend.

    ​The Bathroom: There was visible mold in the bathtub, which is completely unacceptable. ​The "Breakfast": On weekends, breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:00 AM. We went down around 9:00 AM and the station was already virtually empty. To make matters worse, their idea of a "continental breakfast" was just cold, hard-boiled eggs and coffee. Calling that a continental breakfast is incredibly deceiving.

    When you check into a cheaper hotel it doesn’t mean anything goes. I understand linen get stained but when you take the time to wash a spot and it comes out it make you wonder if the sheets were cleaned then there’s the smoke detector that’s missing and why’s there a dirty tub ring and when you make sure it’s not wear and tear and you start to clean it yourself but needs some cleaner instead of soap and water because the towel is getting dirty from the scrubbing. I call down and even though someone came to clean it I cleaned it myself then he wiped the tub. The rooms were booked for two days after we went to the celebration we came for and came back to the hotel neither room keys worked, back to check-in and of course there’s a line. To finally get in the room and find there was no house keeping due the hotel being full, ok I need clean towels because I was doing some cleaning with what I had. So upon my daughter going back down stairs to get towels and being told she was to bring the used towels down to get clean ones, oh so bring down the dirty towels, you want me to bring down that dirty tub that wasn’t cleaned. Though the hotel was cheaper that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have to be CLEAN, you’ll could do better.

    Location was great and shuttle driver was very friendly Was clean and comfortable When we arrived Friday at 6:30pm the receptionist gives me the room and I remember telling him I had booked a room with with two beds (for my mother and I) He hands me the room key head up and it’s one bed. Head back down and say to him again I paid for two queen size beds. He said they were overbooked and the system made that mistake. No more rooms available. I reminded him that the hotel has already taken my money and I expect to get what I paid for, I’m not asking for anything extra He went upstairs and magically a room with two queen size beds was available. Such a liar hoping I wouldn’t complain Apart from that, no interaction with staff

    Saw some bed bugs went to front desk. They refused to give us a refund or change rooms. They said they would send maintenance up to check & they never did. Not sure what maintenance would do about bed bugs anyways. I showed proof & still refuse refund. Avoid this hotel.

    There was a strong smell in the room as we walked in. Luckily, there was a window that we were able to open and that helped a lot. Toilet seat was dirty, there were some spots all over it and I had to clean it. Bathroom floor also dirty, like it wasn’t even swept. Breakfast was poor, although it was stated it was a continental one so it was to be expected. We heard gun shots outside twice at 3 am. When it came time to go to bed I noticed a strong smell of pee by the bed. Discovered it was actually the mattress. Uncovered the sheets and the mattress was stained yellow and with a horrible smell of pee. By this time it was late into the night and I was tired so I just slept on the other bed and did not ask to be switched to another room. I would not recommend this place and certainly would not be staying there again.

    The person allowed me to seat in the lobby meanwhile I booked a reservation at another place. I never stayed there and they took my money.     The hotel had a persistent unpleasant odor, and the room itself also smelled bad. Additionally, the lamp in the room was broken. Each day, the room key had to be reprogrammed as it would stop working. The staff was not particularly friendly, and the complimentary breakfast options were very limited. Overall, I would not recommend this property.

    Overall, the room was decent for the price I paid for the night in Atlanta on a busy weekend. The sheets were clean, the room smelled fine, the air conditioner worked well. The chair and foot rest in the room was actually really comfortable which was surprising. The room was a little outdated - It still had the door to the adjacent room inclusion with a door chain to prevent it from being opened. There was a boot print in the bathroom and handprints on the door that looked like someone was peering out the peephole with makeup on their hands and it transferred over. The breakfast was fine, typical hotel breakfast. Employees and front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind.

    Had two rooms booked. Showed up at about 11 PM after a long day and was told no room were available. Pretty nonchalant about it- when we tried to book another place it was after midnight, we had to call around and couldn't find a place. Was left high and dry. Finally found a place 20 miles away at 3 am but couldn't use the gift cards we had from Hotels.com- and still haven't received a refund 3 days later. Would NOT recommend. Really angry at this situation.

    Nice location. Incidental fee of $50. Good customer service when checking in. If you are a minute too early for check-in, they will require an early check in fee of $15. The area is sketchy due to night walkers. Plenty of parking, airport shutttle is consistent. Nice comfortable bed.

    The room is clean with all the typical furniture you would expect, despite being in an old building. There is a free shuttle going between the airport and the motel, although I couldn't reach them by phone when I first arrive. Not all staff is friendly. Some might be impatient and not professional (even a bit rude). The breakfast ends at 9AM and will disappear instantly. There are people complaining loudly in the hallway. The phone number for the place listed on app seems to be incorrect?

    Our room key kept getting deactivated during our stay and had to keep going to the front desk to have it reactivate. Not a very big selection on breakfast and the vending machines either would not return your money or allowed you to put money into it. Staff was pleasant but not so much the other guest that stayed near our room thag would cause the hallway to smell of cigarettes or weed. College Park Police would patrol the parking lot and assume you where a criminal.

    Immediately when we came in, the hotel staff was not very friendly and did not seem real interested in our conversation. Once getting our room number and headed to our room, the hallway reeked of smoke and marijuana. Upon entering our room, which we specifically requested non smoking when booking, also smelled horrid and of smoke and marijuana. It was so bad. We requested a different room, and were given one a few doors down. It smelled a lot better. Honestly, the only reason we were able to finish our stay at the hotel. The rooms were not clean, smelled, and were overall not pleasant. I would NEVER stay here again.

    Room was in good condition, with minor things left behind by the previous guess. The workers/staff/management appeared to not be interested in being there. No interest in giving service, or making our stay enjoyable. They seemed to be there because they had to be there.

    The only negative was I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport. I arrived at the shuttle stand at 10:00 pm and the shuttle did not arrive until 10:45. That was truly a bummer, but the hotel stay was very nice and the return shuttle to the airport in the morning was very nice.

Attempted to call them to find out, no one answered the phone at hotel. Definitely would not recommend hotel or will ever return to this one.

    What I didn't like about this hotel was I was never told that I had a tail housekeeping or the front office that I wanted my room clean I would have expected them to come in and clean my room so that when I came into back from work I will walk into a clean room clean towels but that's not what happened another thing was breakfast they had the ugliest eggs ever they were boiled just didn't have no flavor tasted more like water than anything apple juice and orange juice were watered down it just was not what I expected from a hotel at all

    Gentleman at the counter was really nice .. and the lady serving breakfast was nice aswell and let me eat even tho I was late ,, however the cleanliness was just not it,, nothing was deep cleaned , just maybe wiped down and sheets and pillow cases r definitely reused and not washed( mine were dirty and where replaced with dirty ones when I asked for new ones.This hotel would be great if they deep cleaned .. the shuttle driver while going to the hotel was amazing , but the shuttle driver(different driver) while going back to the airport was horrid and said he wouldn’t take me unless I pay him extra . I got a Lyft instead . Mind u I was going to the airport headquarters wich is on route(I would’ve def tipped him either way but going about it as he pretends not to know the address I showed him then switched it up when I said I’ll order a Lyft saying he does Lyft service too if I got bread ) .. just don’t like the hustle .

    I was there for 3 nights. Every morning when I left, I asked them to clean my room. When i got back in the evening, my room was never cleaned. I told the front desk and all they did was say sorry. Also there was a funny smell in the room the whole time and they said they could not switch rooms because they was booked up.

    I booked because of proximity to airport and especially because on Expedia it said free airport shuttle. No where does it stipulate that shuttle service is only from 530am-1130pm. Needless to say I wasted 30 minutes at the airport waiting for a shuttle that was never coming (I landed at 11:18pm for reference). Check in was quick and easy! The property is pretty quiet. My room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast- there has to be a revision to the options offered.

    The room was clean the furniture was scratched up but the biggest problem was the customer service . I had to beg for clean towels and someone to take my trash, the shuttle was not helpful. My flight was at 6am they said Oh well it leaves at 5am you will make. I would have missed my flight if I listened to them. They were just rude!!!

    The hotel is in a great location. It's quiet, cozy. But the rooms need a deep cleaning. The carpet needs shampooing. The walls, ceilings, floors needs to be sanitized, bleached,etc. They only do surface clean. The staff is cool, though. And the price is excellent. Breakfast is pretty good, but could use some protein options. I just bring my own cleaning products, because all and all I definitely enjoy my stay. Will be back for sure.

    There are several spaces for the airport shuttle to be outside the Atlanta airport. We found it very confusing at the end of a very long day and late at night. Since Quality Inn has several hotels in the area, accordingly there were several shuttles running. It was hard to find the shuttle we wanted. They should be clearly identified where they are going, with the address of the hotel clearly visible. I ended up going to the wrong location and ended up taking Uber to the right hotel. I suggest Quality Inn and all the other hotels work with the Airport Authority to streamline the shuttle pickup area. I would currently rate that area a 2 on a scale of 10.

    I didn't use shuttle but it was coming often. Several airline personnel was coming and going. That contributed to noise all night. The room/bedding was clean. Sign posted breakfast only in dining room. The mini fridge leaked water on carpet, but only stayed one night so just advised front desk. Unknown if guest of other hotels or city pedestrian foot traffic around outside of gate that was uncomfortable. I did see staff walking around parking lot inside gate.

    Staff was very nice, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast consist of Coffee, juice and water, apples, yogurt & fruit cups, cereal with milk, 2 types of pastries, bagels with butter and cream cheese, and make your own waffles. There are plenty of fast food and restaurants nearby as well as Walmart and Kroger's to shop at. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would return.

    Expedia and this property need to get on the same page when I check out on Expedia it says total cost amount nothing in fine print about additional fees may be charged at location When I stayed 2 times initially there were no deposit then this time a deposit was required??     Why would I fly all the way to stay in a DUMP! I got another room on the 2nd floor that was way better and I asked why would I have been assigned to that first ‘hell-hole’? The staff was helpful BUT THE staff on the night shift was very rude in her shirt and curt responses, very unwelcoming and very unhelpful. I was glad I wasn’t spending an extra night. There was no complimentary water and the fridge was empty By far the worst experience I’ve ever had and be rest assured I will never stay NOR recommend Quality Inn to anyone. There was no QUALITY HERE AT ALL!!

    The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The AC unit in the room was in bad condition. It was off when we entered but took very long to cool down and often shut off even when on “fan” mode. I spent two nights there. But the ladies at the front desk were amazing!

    The property itself is dangerous — hallways feel unsafe, facilities are in terrible shape, and there were prostitutes and shady people hanging around the parking lot. I did not feel safe bringing my child here at all. The area around the hotel is dirty, dark, and unsafe, and this is the last place you would want to be stranded late at night. This is not just bad service — this is inhumane treatment. No family should ever have to experience what we went through. If you care about your safety or your children’s safety, stay far, far away from this place.

    I by mistake left some clothing in my room. I was notified by my phone answering service by the front desk that housekeeping found some clothing in the room that I had left. I didn't get this message until I had gotten home. I checked and I had in deeded left some property. I immediately tried to call the hotel back, no answer. I also tried the next day several times during the morning, no answer., I finally reach someone two days later in the afternoon and she did tell me housekeeping did find my property, but she didn't know where it was. I then tols her someone who lives in that area would come pick it up the next day or I would drive back and get it. Well, several days later I was notified that the person I chose to pick up the property the desk stated that she didn't have it and did know where housekeeping put and she did have access to their area, and they would have to comeback when housekeeping is there. Well, she didn't tell me this. Well after several attempts to contact the hotel during the times housekeeping would be there, no one would answer the phone. Finally, during the afternoon someone did answer the phone and apparently it was the same front desk person who initially call me about my property being left. Now in talking to her she stated the housekeeping had the wrong room and not the one I was staying in and she don't know what happen to the property, I don't believe that, then why would the call me the day I left my clothing. Never staying there again.

    Even though the hotel seemed dated, the room was exceptionally clean and looked just like the picture posted on Expedia. It was the surrounding area that was a little disturbing - seemed to be homeless people and prostitutes close by. I would not walk around outside. Once I got to the hotel, I stayed in my room. I stayed here just for one night because it was cheap and had a free airport shuttle and I was catching a flight at Atlanta Hartsfield the next morning. There were several flight attendants at the hotel - so for me that was a good sign. I did not have breakfast there as I left to catch my flight. Even though you had planes flying right overhead, once in your room with the AC going, could not hear the planes or any noise from the other rooms.

    The rooms were okay, they do include a mini fridge and microwave. Front desk seemed as if you interrupted their candy crush game and were not friendly. Breakfast items are very limited and expired. Cereal no milk, spoiled waffle mix and hard boiled eggs. No extra towels on site. Apparently a service delivers their towels, but only during the day. Regardless, we were never able to get access new clean even during the day. The gym was inoperable, belt on the treadmill was extremely loose and jerky. Pedals falling off the elliptical, weight bench peeling paint and the free weights were extremely rusted. Be prepared to see many scantily, clad dressed prostitutes in and outside of the hotel. Fishnet clothing with just a thong on.

    Hotel was not in great shape physically- room had some cracked, pushed-in spots in walls. When we arrived, the air conditioning had not been pre-turned on, and it was 95° outside, so the room was stifling hot! We turned on the air conditioning unit, but in the middle of the night there was a storm and the power went out. Woke up cycling hot again. Power finally came on a few hours later, and had to go return on everything to cool down. Large roach like water bug came down the wall behind my bed in the morning, and I had a spider incident when I went to the bathroom overnight. Staff barely spoke to us, and it kind of felt like they didn’t care.

    My stay far from being the perfect vacation it just look run down and the people off the street just enter the hotel for escorts service you can clearly see what’s going on and it makes you feel very uncomfortable. And I ask can I be accommodated to the airport because I’m in a wheelchair and they clearly said no so yeah how can you not accommodate the disabled that’s discrimination and you should accommodate all your guest not just single people with disability out. I will not recommend this Hotel to nobody especially nobody with children because it’s to much going on around the promises.

    If you’re looking for a up scale hotel this is not it but if you’re looking for a quick place to go to sleep because you’re too tired to drive this is your spot. The hotel lobby smelled very strong of marijuana. I reserved a double queen room but got a king. I was told they didn’t have any more queen rooms smh. If I was a pilot I would’ve gotten a double queen room. I was told that all the pilots get the queen rooms which is a bunch of bull especially if that’s what you reserved. The breakfast was horrible and the people at the desk on the day shift don’t have a clue what’s going on. The room was ok. It’s an older hotel so a lot of things were dated.

    The first room was overwhelming with cleaning products. We stayed in the second room they gave us but it had chips and crumbs all over the floor. I prefer to use the stairs but there was food, trash, cigarettes and blunts all over and I wasn’t sure what I might find.     It is a horrible experience for me. I arrived at the hotel after my travel delay early in the morning. Only for the hotel to tell me that it has passed their checked in time. I have to start looking for a place to lay my head that early morning. I am novice in the area, I drove to another hotel near-by and mistakenly entered the next parking lot to the hotel. I was thinking that it was linked to the hotel parking per GPS direction. I noticed a bunch of people smoking illicit drugs. They all looked at me as an intruder.     As for the internet, which was crucial to me, every time I signed on, I got a "weak signal" and I would get disconnected after 5-10 minutes at most. Then I had to sign in with the password again. The system wouldn't let you save the password. You just have to sign in as a guest every time. The "Continental Breakfast" available is a choice of cold sugary cereal, small bagels, small bagels, small hard boiled eggs, small muffins, waffles that you have to make yourself, and old, poor quality apples.

    The manager of this ghetto located hotel is the worst. Denied giving me a room. Then I ask for police to be called to rectify it, her exact words are “I’m not scared of the police.”! The night she denied my mom and I service was graduation for my daughter. The same night the travel lodge across the street 13 individuals got in trouble for trafficking. The manager also cleaned the glass in the lobby with her hands. LITERALLY WALKED OFF ON US AND HER DAUGHTER DID TOO! Hotels.com needs to take more care in who you partner with.

    The room was decent and bed was very comfortable. The hotel in general seems a bit run down and my uber driver warned me not to even walk to get food as it is not a safe area. They even had police in the parking lot when we arrived, security walking the hall and armed security/police attending the breakfast.     Ignore the bad reviews out there. This place was nice, service was friendly. It was quiet - we did NOT hear airport noise. Room was clean and everything worked just fine. We had a 2Q room on the second floor. Breakfast was more than continental, but muffins were stale and food was being cleared away by 8:55, which didn't work for my last minute breakfast.
