    It was very comfortable I liked the shuttle service and the breakfast I liked how affordable it was. I had a remote that didn't work and when I called the front desk, there was no answer. I had to come downstairs to get another one that worked but somehow it couldn't change channels. My daughter was in the next room and her TV didn't work at all. Also, there was dirty towels in the bathroom. My daughter had to clean the tub in both rooms.

    So glad I booked here! Got stranded in Atlanta due to weather and got a really good rate on one of their rooms. Ms. Paige at the front desk was super nice and accommodating, despite it being 11pm when I checked in. She even waived the deposit for me and called the shuttle guy to make sure he’d be available to pick me up by the time I wanted to leave in the morning for the airport. 10/10 service for sure! And thank you ms. Paige!! :)

    Close to the ATL airport, but the airport shuttle stops at 11PM. This should be stated on the booking sites because my flight got in after the shuttle stopped and I had to pay a taxi to the property.

    However, we had no hot water in the shower. We did not report this until check out, so I don't know if we would have been moved to another room if we'd have reported earlier. Additionally, there was some sticky goo all over the TV remote as well as something that looked like melted ice cream all over the inside of the freezer section of the mini fridge. My son also killed a small roach in our room. We only saw the one, but I'm ridiculously afraid of roaches so it was a big deal for me. We got a really good deal on the room rate, but I guess you get what you pay for.

    The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was to be open from 6-9am and was mediocre at best. The first morning we arrived to eat at 830 and the only thing available was bread for toast and cornflakes. All the other pastries were gone and weren't restocked. No pancake mix cartridges left. Only 1 type of juice and the coffee was lukewarm. The second morning I went down at 6am. The staff was still setting up and didn't open the door until 630pm. A few bagels and croissants, some pastries and bread available and a handful of oranges. Also again, only cornflakes for cereal. The coffee was semi-hot and had grounds in it.

    Everything was very clean and very fresh, and the staff was very friendly. I would like to stay again when I am in the area. The room was a little smaller than expected, but it was still comfortable. I did like it though. I don't think there was anything that I did not like. It was a good experience.

    When weather shut down ATL and there were no other options, it was there. Pretty dire overall. Roaches on the walls, mold on the shower, the usual fleabag motel stuff. You will be wakened at 3 AM by something through the paper-thin walls; whether that is pounding bedsprings or a person's screams is a roll of the dice.

    Everything was great. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was the same every 2 days. The breakfast I would say they need more variety. But overall it was good. There was nothing that I story do better other than the breakfast as far as variety. Also the exterior needs to be better. When I pulled in I was kind of skeptical but the inside is great.

    The hotel has bedbugs infestation. I woke up to bites all over the back of my legs. I told the doctor rude manager who said she would do her own “investigation” and get back with me the same day. 3 days went by and I had to call back myself , and she told me she didn’t find any bedbugs , basically calling me a liar . She didn’t offer any type of compensation and told me to report it to the board of health if I wanted to do something about it. Save your money and stay ANYWHERE but this crap hole!

    Not great, not horrible. Room was fairly clean but smelled like cigarette smoke, door bolt lock was broken, bathroom door was broken, and van to the airport was not reliable. Staff was helpful enough, it’s just a low budget hotel in need of a major update and makeover.

How I know is because I checked out from the reservation the airport made had to get another day due to flight being canceled. And got the same room and it was the same comforter.     They do not have an airport shuttle on call 24/7 so I had to pay Uber. There were men loitering in the lobby and out front at 1 am. The “nonsmoking” room had a cigarette butt in the window and cigarette burns on the bedspread. The desk agent that checked me in cautioned me that I must not say my room number out loud as he looked sideways towards the loiterers. This was the creepiest place I have ever been. Warning especially to single women do NOT stop here.

She busted in my room at around 8:30am without my permission saying the water was running too long. I was taking a bath when she busted in. The manager made this stay terrible.     The front desk workers are rude. The housecleaning staff are very friendly. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. The elevator did not work, and I only found out when I walked to it. When I went back and asked the front desk rep about the elevator she did the walking gesture with her hands, and didn’t speak.

    The front desk workers are rude. The housecleaning staff are very friendly. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. The elevator did not work, and I only found out when I walked to it. When I went back and asked the front desk rep about the elevator she did the walking gesture with her hands, and didn’t speak.

    My only complaint is that I stayed over a week at a time and almost every day I had to get my key reprogrammed. Also, more than one set of washer and dryer would be good. Also, the elevator that never works since I’ve been there. Other than that, friendly staff and not a bad area.

The smell was in the lobby and stairwell we had to use. Later that night, the smell brought into our room through the air conditioner intake from outside. I’ve become very disappointed with the Quality Inn chain.

    I expected at least a clean room. Floor was dirty. Tub was stained, a/c looks lije its never been cleaned. It had stains and it felt sticky. Icing on the cake was the blood stain on the sheets. Glad we had our own blanket.

    This space was okay for a quick overnight stay for flight layover. The building is older and needs renovations. I chose it because of the airport shuttle but had to pay for a taxi because the shuttle was shared with 5 other hotels and there was no space for my family. I did like that it had a limited hot breakfast which was nice but I feel as though they needed to restock.

    It was newly renovated. Good beds. Enough towels. It had a very strong bleach smell. Since I have asthma steam cleaning is much preferred and better for the environment. Tiles in the bathroom were loose and water squished out from under them.

    I appreciated the quick check in and the affordability and the free shuttle with $10 daily parking. I only had a 5 hour stay but while I was there it was incredibly loud with people coming and going. It got me the bare minimum for what I needed, its what I expected. A hired security would make the outside patio better, specifically for females traveling late.
