Hotel was dingy and dirty, gum on walls, rust everywhere and A.C. barely got the room cold! 2/10 experience!

The person in the front desk assigned me to a room that was already in use. I walked in there was dirty towels and luggage and someone was in the bathroom. They assigned me to a new room and the sheets were stained and everything just felt dirty. Even the hallways and lobby just seemed out of date and dirty with stains on the walls etc.

1st room was not clean. Pillow covers dirty, comforter dirty, light above sink not working properly (had to wiggle switch). Found several bugs (not bed bugs) crawling around on bed. At first I thought I didn't kill the first one butthen I saw several more on the bed, which was easy to see since the bed was white and the bugs are dark. Desk was very wobbly, in fact I think the desk chair was holding it up. Went and ask for a different room which they did accommodate and at first the 2nd room looked better but after further looking the bed sheets were very dirty (either not changed or they don't know how to wash them properly. I didn't go any further on the 2nd room and decided to find different accommodations somewhere else. Told desk that I would like a refund, desk clerk stated before he could authorize a refund he would need to inspect the rooms. I told him whatever he needs to do otherwise I will be fighting this charge with my CC company.

The property I will not stay there again. Representative were good but room 309 needs work especially in the bathroom. There is a water leak in the bathroom. The bathroom caulking is not good. The stain in the tub is unsatisfying. The water faucet in the tub cuts off in the middle without a hardstop to keep it from turning back on. The elevator lighting does not show what floor you are on. The AC worked and the bedding was good. The flooring in the living room was okay. The lighting in the vanity has a slow delay when turning the light on. The sofa covering needs to be clean.

The bed was comfortable. The airport ride picks up at 5 hotels so super quick. Floor was sticky everywhere. Urine on the floor by toilet. Toilet leaks or bath tub not sure. Mirrors are cracked in the room. Shower doesn't drain right took all night for it to drain. The tv has 3 remotes not sure why. Breakfast no hot water and no coffee either. Elevator has no inspection report and feel like its on its last leg.

The tvs didn't work you had to call for everything and they didn't wanna answer the phone the bathroom tub had pee in it when I got in my room half of the appliances didn't work

For a relatively new property the lack of attention to general cleansiness and maintenance is surprising.

When I went in I wasn’t liking it . When I checked out the room it wasn’t satisfying one bit. I immediately went to the desk and canceled my reservation. I was only there for 5 minutes if that because the place was disgusting. I ended up calling another Hotel and booked there instead. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it was awful, dirty, disgusting, a complete mess

Second, I don't know if they have rooms for rent long term but both rooms that I accessed were next to someone smoking weed right outside their door. I don't smoke it and the skunk smell was horrible! This must be a norm for them because it seemed like no matter where you went inside the hotel the smell was everywhere! Third, Do Not Stay Here If You Afford it!

The staff we interacted with were friendly and courteous. When we tried to get in the back door, the light lit up, but would not open. Fortunately, there was an employee nearby, who informed us that when it turns green, the door needs a push, and then a pull, because it would stick….?? When we got to our room, there was what looked like a huge water leak in the ceiling, noticeable because it was painted over with a completely different colored paint. Hopefully, there was no mold painted over. The bathroom had peeling paint AND peeling stucco. The bathtub and floors were dirty. There is no way we would shower there. The toilet flushed, but only if the handle was held down. We ended up sleeping in our clothes. I am not angry, but very disappointed and I explained that to the clerk, when we checked out. The staff we interacted with were excellent. I also explained the room situation to him, and he said he wished we would have told him earlier, that he would have given us another room. (I really do not think any better room would have been available, when that one was so awful. With multiple issues, I am sure other rooms were not up to par.) We are in our late seventies, and my husband had just driven eleven and one-half hours, and we just wanted a nice, clean room to rest for a few hours. We did not get that. I got this hotel for my mother because she was traveling through Atlanta. This was absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever gotten for my mother! She found a used condom wrapper along with another condom in the drawer! There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, there was a used washcloth left in the shower, and the towel to dry yourself off with was dirty. The staff was not helpful on anything. When I called Hotels.com to report this the hotel manager told Hotels.com that they switched my mother‘s room! My mother was not offered another room! I would highly recommend you stay somewhere else!!!!!!

We are a family of four sharing one room. When my wife initially requested extra pillows, the staff gave her two — but that still left us short. When I followed up to request two more, he flatly refused, in a dismissive and ill-tempered manner. There was no apology, no alternative offered, just a rude refusal — leaving our family without adequate bedding after the first night had already caused neck pain from the flat pillows provided. When I pressed the issue, he told me I could "talk to the manager" but then refused to provide the manager's contact information because, in his words, he didn't want to be bothered. That response is unacceptable by any standard of hospitality. We have stayed with La Quinta for years precisely because of its reliable quality and service. This property is a serious outlier — and the kind of experience that erodes trust in a brand people have relied on. I hope management takes this seriously.

The hotel had paid parking for extended periods while we on a trip. The room is in dire need of simple maintenance. The bathroom was dirty. There was water damage that had not been repaired. The quiet hours were not enforced. The management was discussing an issue with another guest right outside our room and was asked multiple times if they could do it elsewhere. After we had already paid for extended parking we were informed by a worker that there had been vehicle break-ins at the facility. Eventhough there was a desk, there was no chair.

NOTHING AT ALL!! Awful stay. We needed to change rooms 3 times, the first one the sheets had weird stains, the second time the sheets had a hair, some like blood on it and were burned by probably a cigarette. The third room the sheets were fine but we only have 2 small pillows that were all stained with makeup. I have never been in a more disgusting room, the hotel is VERY VERY dirty. The only two towels in the room had hair on it! I had many troubles sleeping as we can hear the people in the room on top of us showering and someone was listening to the TV extremely loudly in the hall. We went down for the shuttle before 6:30am, the shuttle was broken and they didn’t gave us any kind of transportation to the airport. The breakfast was not ready by the time we left at 6:40. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I only took one photo as all the facilities were disgusting. The walls are all stained and the bathroom was not even cleaned. The shower wall had hairs on it and stains.

The hotel is close to the airport and not too expensive for its comfort. The breakfast is not good. The staff was not very helpful with the airport shuttle, which didn't pick me up at the airport and then ran late on the way from the hotel. The guests are very loud and the staff didn't handle them properly.

All in all, it was a good stay, although we had a few problems. The floor in our sink room was wet, and the moisture was clearly coming from underneath the floorboards. We told the front desk about it, but they never did anything to fix it. We had hoped to be able to leave our car in the parking lot between this day and when we are coming back in 10 days, but we were told that was not possible. After we had already reserved a parking spot in one of the airport lots, we then heard that it would indeed have been possible to stay there. However, other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated the breakfast and privacy. It is a very convenient location to the airport.

Facility is in need of make over. There was plenty of hot water, good shower head, clean sheets and comfortable bed.

The staff member that checked me in was great. He got me checked in quickly after midnight after a long day of travel and was very helpful. The room though…so gross. The sheets hadn’t been changed and there was blood on them in multiple spots, the pillow cases were covered in either dirt or make up, the walls were falling apart and the toilet looked like it was permanently stained. I get it’s a convenient hotel by the airport but the bed is what got me the most. I usually enjoy La Quintas, so this was surprising.

My room was fair. At least the floors were all linoleum and not carpeted. The bathroom had very old and extremely dirty seals on the edges. It was in need of a good scrubbing. I had one of those large roaches greeting me in the tub in the morning! The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I didn’t sit on the broken desk chair and didn’t dare sit in the couch. I was only there for the short night stay. Only because I waited 2 hours for the shuttle. I tried to call the desk several times, I finally called the corporate number just to find out the web site had the wrong number listed. Breakfast was not until 6:30 or 7 but I needed to be at my customer’s at 6:30 am so that was a bummer. There wasn’t even coffee made in the area but the desk clerk did go in the kitchen and grab me a cup. It looks like they are trying, but for right now I would not stay there until they get the property fixed and cleaned and the phone number corrected in the directory.

This is what you would expect as a no name hotel near the airport. I had to make arrangements quickly, and I generally trust the La Quinta name. However, the room was dirty, outdated, in need of significant repair and updating. A dirty washcloth remained from a previous client in the shower. The safety lock was missing from the door. Furniture was rough. Thankfully I was not with my family. Do not bring your family to this location. Unless you are in a bind, do not go to this location.

The room we got is not what it looks like online! Really terrible condition. Furnitures and appliances are falling apart. It looks like they “tried” to renovate from patches on the wall to new sink, but bathroom is really run down and has not been touched to be fixed up. Floor is uneven. Really disappointed and did not get a good sleep at all.

The staff were nice but the room was not clean or cooled even after cranking up the AC. The door leading into the bedroom had a hole punched through it and the bed had debris of some kind underneath the mattress on the box spring. This was a last minute booking after my flight was grounded in ATL due to severe weather. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

This hotel is not in a good area. The parking is scary late at night. Had to park way down back and walk in the rain up a driveway all the way around to the front since there was no back entrance door working back by the pool. They probably keep locked at night for the area they are in. The elevator is filthy and smells. The room was a place to get a few hours sleep but nothing I would want to hang around in. I am glad that I only had to stay a few hours vs some hotels I book and stay for days. I would have changed my hotel if it had been a longer stay.

Terrible. Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation. Noisy even at night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were dirty, the air smelled bad, and everything was damp. some furniture was broken, and the carpet was worn and dirty. It was difficult to understand and communicate with the person at the front desk. I definitely don't recommend it. Didn't have breakfast cause left the same moment of arrival. Terrible. Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation. Noisy even at night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were dirty, the air smelled bad, and everything was damp. some furniture was broken, and the carpet was worn and dirty. It was difficult to understand and communicate with the person at the front desk. I definitely don't recommend it. Didn't have breakfast cause left the same moment of arrival. Based on the fact that the La Quinta has the Wyndom name on it I expected (not necessarily excellent but at least good) a better facility. I wouldnt even consider using the shower and the floor and carpeting were absolutely disgusting - there were so many stains on the carpet I literally was afraid to take my shoes off.

I love how affordable the property is with so many great amenities like free breakfast, a pool and free WiFi. I was surprised at how clean the property was I will definitely be going back soon.

It was a respite after spending the day in the airport on standby. The lobby was an oasis! The room was very spacious and the beds and sofa were extremely comfortable. We rate this highly.

They gave one of my rooms away and made no accommodations after. The room was extremely dirty. Smelt really moldy. Employees complained about my mother getting breakfast for my elderly father & daughter.

Property didn't look like it did in the photos. When you pull up to the property part of the building was falling apart. It was loads of trash outside. All the Linen was stained. It was trash and dirty linen all through the halls. The host at the front desk was giving me and my spouse a hard time about checking in early, and he charged my card double for the deposit and early check in.

The price was okay. The hotel room was spacious and had hot water and pressure of shower was great. Half of the lamps in the room didn't work. The tv didn't work and I reported it to maintenance. Someone came and checked and said he would get the technician, but noone every came back. When I checked in, I was wondering why there was a sheer on top of the duvet cover. There was no additional linen in the room for the sofa sleeper. I went downstairs to get extras only to be told that they were sold out and had no additional linen. When I went back to use one of the sheets from the bed, and pulled the sheet that was on top of the duvet, I realized why the sheet was on top of the duvet. There were black stains on there so they covered them up. The mattresses were so stained and the duvet cover had red blood looking stains at the bottom. It had not been washed. There was no ironing board so my husband had to iron on the table. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling above shower. I had to Lysol the entire room and go buy linen. The glass on the sliding door to the bathroom linen closet was cracked. The lamp shades had stains. Also, the additional parking on the back of the hotel was scary. You had to walk all the way around from back to front entrance because there was no other entrance. We didn't feel safe. Bullet casings were in the parking lot. It's very close to airport which is good and bad. You heR airplanes all night and buses all night.

You have to go back up front to get it reprogrammed DAILY. Also on the night of the concert we came in at about 130am. We noticed there were no towels left in our room by housekeeping but could tell That she had been In There (even though nothing was cleaned nor was any toilet paper left for us). My cousin went to the desk to ask For three towels. There were three of us. The man walked My cousin back to our room with his other male Employee and said they needed to SEARCH OUR ROOM in order to make sure we weren’t stashing towels in there. No more space to type

After 40+ years of personal and business travel, I'll rank this as the second worst hotel I've stayed in. It needs to be gutted, renovated, and all staff replaced. It's a long list of complaints, so here's the condensed version: Dirty/worn carpet. Buckling floor in the bathroom. No wifi in our "deluxe" suite (corner rooms too far away, apparently). A bus maintenance depot across the street that powerwashes buses until midnight (desk clerk didn't understand the noise issue I was trying to explain). Thin, small bath towels (like high school PE class), inadequate towels, wash cloths, pillows, and soap (heard similar complaints from other guests). Overflowing trash cans inside and out. Broken glass in the parking lot (parking costs extra). Overflowing cigarette butts in the pool area. Pool water had a distinct green tint to it (not willing to test my immune system in the pool). Bath tub drain clogged. Coffee in the breakfast area is lightly tinted brown water (and that's using the "bold" setting on the machine). Noisy AC unit next to the bed that woke me every time it started (no option for constant fan). Cigarette burn holes in furniture. Key cards which regularly lost their programming. Key cards never worked for the fitness room. On the other hand, you don't need a key card for the hotel's back entrances since the doors don't latch. Very convenient for the occasional vagrants that wandered in. Other issues but I'm out of characters.

The rooms are beyond nasty. I’m not the type to be grossed out of things but the room was gross. The sheets were stained the, so many rusted places, the bathroom was old. I have a young child and the way the room was unhealthy.

There were 2 things that were nice about this hotel. The staff was nice and the room was large. Other than that, it was a below average hotel. The tub needs to be replaced, it has a crack in the wall and the tub itself has seen better days. The drain stops up within a minute of running water. The rug has multiple burn marks and the sofa had multiple stains. You have to pay for parking, but they no responsibility when your car window gets broke in the middle of the night, which it did. If it wasn’t for the fact it was late and right next to the airport, I would’ve left.

Overall this day was comfortable it was quiet in the rooms pretty decently clean no complaints on the cleanliness level the rooms are very spacious and well designed and put together they did allow pets which also gives them a big thumbs up from us me and my daughter really enjoyed it.

There was a disgusting glob of long hair in the shower drain! I was going to complain but I was to tired so I took it out with paper and sprayed the shower/tub, toilet down with my Clorox bleach spray and cleaned myself for my peace of mind because it obviously had not been cleaned/disinfected thoroughly. I was skeptical about the cleanliness of couch etc. so I thank GOD I stopped by Family Dollar prior to checking in and purchased a can of Lysol disinfectant spray. I just sprayed and wiped down everything from that point.

Price was very good. Room was not nice. Bathroom was old, door did not fit properly, flooring was gross, carpet needs to be replaced or removed. Sink drain was extremely slow. Microwave was disgusting and rusty, refrigerator was hardly cold. Couch was old and fixtures were broken. If we had time would have left. Breakfast area needed renovations. Basically the whole property needs to be gutted and updated.

There were 3-4 cars with broken windows in the parking lot. The furniture and linen had stains on it. The bathroom had ants and no towels were provided. The wifi wasn’t working. The breakfast options were scrambled eggs, pork sausage and waffles, not very many options. The staff however was friendly and efficient.

Room was dirty, smelly, furniture in very bad condition, broken mirror, carpet dirty, no soap in bathroom. No reason to charge $50 deposit when the room is in so bad condition. I think Windham should do a very deep inspection. Never go back to that place again.

This property is so run down. The inside needs to be updated and the outside needs landscaping. I’m only staying because it’s 12 hours till my flight. Otherwise, would not recommend.

The tub was dirty had to take the spray and rag from the lady and clean it myself. The furniture in the room very dirty. Mold in the bathroom

This was a perfect last minute stay near the airport. It was helpful to have the shuttle bring us to and from the airport. The hotel was big and everything was very clean and spacious. The bathroom in my room needed a little attention (mold spots, rusted hardware) and the couch had tons of stains. However, the bed was clean and comfortable and my room was huge. Perfect for what I needed.

Clise to airport, overalls, nothing bad I had issues with outside the fact that the lights in the bathroom and vanity area did not work as well as fewlamps, and only had the room for about 6 hours the way things went down

Car was broken into a property did not care items where stolen do not stay here !!!

They cancelled my reservation before I got there and then didn’t have any more rooms available. I came from out of town by the way
