Very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Large room. Great price.

The room was very comfy, the staff was accommodating and the breakfast was great.

The lamp in our had no shade and the desk chair had seen better days years ago. Only one elevator was working.

The sheets were dirty. It looked like blood spots. They were disgusting. We took pictures and showed front the desk. Got new sheets and put them on the bed. I would expect this from a different hotel but definitely wouldn’t expect this out of Hotel Indigo. Someone tried to get in our room at 3:00 am. Luckily the door was locked. Front desk did not show our room as booked.

The hotels, location and staff are really good. However, the furniture is old and breaking down had to have the desk chair changed out and the table itself was falling apart. I understand it’s supposedly under renovation, but that was the only thing that put any damper on the stay. Especially since I was trying to do work at the desk.

Property was clean and smells very nice ....spacious and comfortable room..Lots of channel options..Safe parking and entry into the hotel...excellent location for food and gas just 6 mins away from the hotel I didn't like that at check in the clerk asked for my card and ID...ran a charge told me to enter my pin with no explanation...to which I then had to ask is this for incidentals? and she replied yes... no further explanation to which I asked when will it be released and she then said 10 days...but I should not have had to ask .... perhaps it should have been noted at the point of confirmation additionally 150.00 is very high. Parking lot was safe but limited...also I was not told how to get out after turning in the key...had to walk all the way to front desk to ask and was then advised about the call button...lastly, the bath, shampoo conditioner really need a place in the shower and not on the counter. Inconveniences that could have made stay wonderful!!

Convenient and safe location , 10 minutes away from the airport. Fast and easy check in. They also serve breakfast which was great. And free shuttle to and from the airport.

Room clean staff rude i didnt like the behavior of your front desk people we were lied to by employees about our free breakfest food was given to the staff instead had to find breakfest ohrselves ended up ordering door dash for brunch i wasnt given a clear explanation on the room deposit 0

Good hotel. Easy to reach on train from airport or city - 2min walk from the station (we were on 1night layover so great to be able to jump on train and be in city centre quickly and cheaply). Had free shuttle bus to the airport as well. Breakfast was decent. Price excellent for airport hotel.

Everything was good if there is one thing I would say that’s negative is the shampoo,soap and conditioner does not smell good at all. It smelt like fingernail polish remover very unpleasant. I would look into a diff product line.

The dayshift shuttle service was excellent. He was courteous and professional and got me to the airport quickly. The night shift shuttle driver was a little scary, loud and less professional. I arrived late at night due to delays an a detour of my flight so I looking for a little kindness. The hotel was nice clean and the staff was friendly. Overall I enjoyed experience.

The shuttle to the airport only goes to the domestic terminal! You then need to take an airport shuttle to the international terminal- this takes over 30minutes… once you find it. The hotel shuttle driver and three airport staff gave us the wrong directions until finally some told us the correct way to go

The room is clearly outdated and worn. The sink kept stopping up and it is damaged. The TV remote was disgusting and broken on the back. The bed didn't look inviting. Paying for parking not mentioned while booking. There are high end hotels that dont charge $150 incidental fee for a room that clearly had issues.

Location The staff wasn’t very friendly. Called the front desk for extra towels she told me to come downstairs to get them. I have never experienced that before. The paint was chipped on the walls in the room and hallways. Furniture was wore out and old. The kitchen had limited options. When booking on Booking.com we should be notified when the hotel is under renovations. Would not recommend to anyone.

The location is convenient and accessible to all local businesses. Very close to airport, food and shopping. We were there at a time of hotel renovation so the noise in the morning was a little distracting. Hotel Front Desk staff were excellent throughout our stay making our stay a little more tolerable by relocating us to a different room which had some issues. Early morning renovations noise.

Whoever the night manager that worked on the morning of Nov 1st was an outstanding example of exceptional customer service and professional… he assisted me with a pain free checked and helped get an early shuttle so that I wouldn’t miss my early flight

The bed was incredibly comfortable. I wish it was my bed at home. The room was spacious and the air conditioner wonderful and there were -so- many channels on the TV. Some of the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint. Other than that? Nothing.

Hotel is going through a remodel so not all services were available. Great location, easy access to Marta and airport. Staff was helpful rooms are showing signs of age but remodel should address that.

Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, however the hotel itself compared to other hotels in the IHG chain felt dated and could do with investment. Also transport to the hotel from Atlanta Airport was confusing with no clear instructions on what to do to get to the hotel.

The overall experience was GREAT, we had flight issues and they were accommodating theough the whole ordeal!! Super awesome staff !! Definitely recommend!! Thanks for everything!!

Changes rooms 4 times before the stay even began… looked as if the place had been flooded. Smelled like old water and urine. Samuel and Brad were extremely helpful! They were actually the best part of the stay… the actual building was awful.

Location was suitable for my needs. The staff watch you like a hawk. As if you’re a thief and not a guest. I paid for vehicle parking. Upon payment you fill out a form with your vehicle description and they give you a slip to place in your window. Upon checking in I did not place the slip into my car window due to me having many bags to carry upstairs (BUT THEY HAVE THE DESCRIPTION OF MY VEHICLE ON FILE). Upon me checking out later that night(not a full 24hrs) as I was exiting the building walking to my car (ALREADY IN THE PARKING LOT) security comes rushing out of the door telling me how he had called a tow truck to tow my car. So wait…#1 I paid for parking (that’s the only way you can get into the gate) #2 The staff was too lazy to check the record they have on file that states clearly the description of my vehicle. #3 I was already at my car LEAVING when security came out to issue his threat. So why the aggression over something that could be so easily resolved ? That type of aggression is how people get hurt. I will never to return to this hotel.

Need a last mins stay after a missed flight connection, we had our puppy with us. The hotel had shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient clean quiet and even had a buffet breakfast available. Definitely recommend if ever in the Atlanta area!

Exactly what is expected for a budget hotel airport. Service was fine, though I didn't spend a ton of time on property. The front desk was especially helpful, as I dropped off our bags before and after our stay.

Our first night was bad because our A/C united was leaking into our room and I had t get up throughout the night to replace the towels I was using to absorb the water. I requested another room but, I was told there weren't any rooms available. We moved to another room on the following day.

I stay here twice a year for the convenience. Itis a short walk to the MARTA to get downtown. There are a few good food options nearby and the hotel has a restaurant, but i have never eaten there. They also have a bar. The rooms are basic and relatively clean. I have never had any problems. The gym could have more options.

the IHG are always the last customers to be picked up on the afternoon shift from the airport. I stay at Indigo when I frequent Atlanta. This time we waited almost and hour 55 minutes to be exact. Last time 45. Not cool.

I don't understand the need for charging a 150.00 upfront deposit if a credit card is already on file for use if needed. For the daily room rate you'd think each room would have a microwave instead of one per floor. It would be helpful if guest are told at check-in about the lack of room service as it relates to ordering food and the 150.00 deposit fee. Overall, the decor is very soothing and attractive and the staff members are very friendly

Overall nice place to stay . Only small thing is my cousin left her brand new boots at the hotel . Called back and was told they didn’t see the boots at the front desk or room . So that sucked

When I arrived at the hotel, it seemed Travelocity and hotel systems weren’t synced, and the hotel was fully booked. Simone at the desk didn’t miss a beat though, was kind, called some sister properties on my behalf, and persisted in finding me a room to rest for a bit after a harrying travel day. A happy ending, and a great example of committed customer service!

Great place to stay but I hate paying for parking. However$14 wasn’t too bad. Nice bar/lounge inside. Didn’t get a chance to eat there because our flight was 6 AM but breakfast pricing seemed reasonable and other guests told me food was good Neighbor had a lot of empty houses but seems to be coming back. This hotel was fine for one night stay after landing late at night. The staff was helpful, and calling for the airport shuttle was easy. The walls are EXTREMELY thin, making the hotel very noisy. I needed my white noise app and ear plugs to drown out the telephone conversation in the next room as well as hallway noise. I found a pink hair that was not mine on the shower wall, but the room was otherwise clean.

Received a message saying my review can't be accepted. The reasons were based on mentioning price, using profanity, or saying private info. None of those applied so I'll take it that if it is not liked it will be rejected. Really nice!

However, there was a computer malfunction that sent several guests, including myself, to already occupied rooms, obviously scaring the current guests and further inconveniencing wary, stranded travelers. The clerk fixed everything in stride, all alone and cheerfully, but Indigo could do better! - incoming storm? Call in extra staff! One occupied room? Recycle the software or something so only the first snafu happens

Easy check in, very nice Hotel.

Free parking, but alert the hotel for a parking permit to place in car window.

Everything was pretty good except it states laundry on the website but it is send out only. I thought they had a self laundry facility. Also, the shower wasn’t very clean it had hair and other materials left from the previous person who stayed in my room.

I am a repeat customer here. It's always a great stay with friendly staff. The only complaint is that during our 3-night stay, we didn't have housekeeping come by the room.

Good clean rooms nice place

Very Close to airport. Hotel website leads you to believe you can pay to park while flying out, however you can only do so on certain days of the week now. We parked here on a previous trip and we’re happy because the have a gated parking lot - felt safe leaving it there. Nowhere on site listed there were now specific days you couldn’t leave your car. However, we used Park n Fly and it worked out. Probably would have stayed somewhere nicer if we had known we couldn’t leave our car there.

Busy hotel and a lot of loud people an noises in hallway

The gentleman checking us in was very professional and pleasant. The room was comfortable. Only complaint is that the bathroom floor was very dirty.

The check in process was quick and easy. The Staff was awesome! This property is in a great location. I will definitely stay here again.

All in all it was a good stay. I would go back.

They put me on a room below the gym, where peoplw started dropping weights on the floor that sounded like the roof was coming down at 730am.

I didnt see the value in paying $12.95 for a cafeteria food breakfast that used to be complimentary, but I know most hotels have gone this route.

The property I feel was not safe traffic wise front at the hotel

The bed was super comfortable. I don’t do well on hard mattresses and was very pleased with the softness. Staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet.

The Indigo is very nice hotel with very accommodating staff. The room was comfortable and very clean. The dining area closed relatively early.

Guests a few doors down entered their room and someone else’s luggage was there! Would not recommend this hotel
