I asked for extra pillows and stuff, it was brought quickly to the room. Ashley, Aaron and someone else were the valet, super nice. Ashley was really awesome with my 4yo son, he loved her and showed her his muscles 😂 Everything was clean and smelled nice, I do however recommend cleaning behind the beds. Lots of hair. Overall, I would stay again if there was another event at the gicc.

Valet parking was hell because because my dad is disabled and totally blind; came in Sunday night after a wedding and basically had to take my dad from the stop sign to the door while raining because guest ditched their vehicles and went to their rooms so it was impossible to move up to the covered area. Mind you ASHLEY is a great worker but couldn’t do it by herself. Appeared understaff for the amount of work. I think my family was charged $37 daily for valet parking x 3 because we had 3 vehicles and we didn’t appreciate the headache. Wishing we could’ve parked our own cars….,

Breakfast was full of variety. Breakfast sandwiches, waffles, eggs, fruits, cereals, breads, etc. Check in was smooth, and staff was fast, kind and helpful, even though they were busy. I wish hotels.com had more transparency that the parking was valet *only*. Valet was $37. So factor that into your pricing. But the valet team was awesome and easy to work with. Room was clean and big enough to sleep six. Ensuite was a full fridge, sink, and microwave. We did however have access to grills outside at the ground floor. I didn't notice a fitness center or a business center, but the working area in the room was great, so admittedly I didn't look hard. If I could e parked my own car 5's across the board.

I wished I had booked my entire stay with Home2suite. It was clean, guest ready and no hassle!

Proximity to the airport Breakfast did not have a lot of healthy options. I am comparing this to the hotel breakfast you get in Australia. They are much better. Australia is where I live.

Well located hotel and within a 2 mins walk off the sky train. Ideal for a stop over in Atlanta. Clean room, comfy beds (there were 2 queen beds in our room). Good range of food at the included breakfast. Quite expensive but then airport hotels tend to be. There were no signs for this hotel when you exit the sky train. Every other hotel seemed to be labelled. We had to go into another hotel reception and ask where it was. Luckily for us, it was close to the sky train exit that we had chosen so it was then very close.

Everything was exactly as it should have been! Service was amazing as well.

We were only at the hotel 8hr 5min. The following morning they charged us the $36 and would not reduce it to the $15 “up to 8hr” amount. Staff were not helpful and just shrugged. So much for the “we’ll cover your parking fee” for the ridiculous arrival mess. And the “included breakfast?” Well, make sure you don’t have to leave before 7am which is when it starts. Every time I stay in, park, or do anything in College Park, GA, I regret it. (My truck broken into at neighbor hotel 12/2025.) In the future I plan to stay outside of the city and certainly not at this hotel.

This was an awesome hotel! The breakfast was the best free buffet breakfast that I have ever had. The fact that you can easily walk to the Atlanta airport was huge! The room was great..we had a family of 6 and we had everything we needed.

The suites have tons of room, living space, full kitchen, beautiful bedroom, and large bathroom. Impeccably clean and nicely designed. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Staff were nice and helpful when I couldn't find something. They went out of their way to show me. The only thing that was average was the breakfast, powdered eggs, sausage links, toast, yogurt, cereal, etc. But overall a great place and perfect location if you're going to thr convention center.

I really enjoyed this day. The only thing that was disappointing was the time breakfast opened. I really think breakfast needs to be served a little bit earlier. We went downstairs to get breakfast. It wasn’t ready and had to wait another 30 minutes until it opened which when we go out of town and stay in hotels, we typically have to get up very early and eat breakfast very early. I normally always choose hotels with breakfast and I’ve never run into this issue before when we came downstairs before we left we had to run to the breakfast bar and try to get stuff to shove in her mouth as we were walking out the door, which was unfortunate.

Unfortunately, my interaction with another staff member—an older woman with a short bob—was very disappointing. While I was entering the building, she was engaged with a homeless individual. Despite the fact that I had my key card clearly in hand and was dressed in Nike workout attire and a hoodie, she questioned whether I was a guest in a very rude and unprofessional manner. It was only after another staff member (a young Black male with an Afro) intervened to confirm I was staying there that she relented. I found this encounter to be unnecessary and disrespectful.

They still managed to be very efficient. The room was very spacious and clean. Also quiet despite being right next to the airport. Staff was all very courteous. We also had a great experience with valet, I think they were an outside company. It was also one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean, location was good. Mandatory valet parking. The valet locked my keys in my running car for over an hour, wasting gas and my time that I needed to travel. Honest mistake by the guy, but when I mentioned it to the front desk they said that that is a separate business not affiliated with the hotel. Hello, you’re forcing VALET ONLY parking, it is most definitely affiliated with the hotel ?? So she claimed she couldn’t give me any compensation. They said they waived the parking fee AFTER I had to beg for that bare minimum compensation. Yet it’s still on my receipt I got after checking out. I drive a large SUV and it ran through gas sitting there for over an hour while my baby cried the whole time. The front desk was absolutely no help. While I sat there I overheard her comp a whole room for a lady who found a bowl of Mac and cheese in the microwave. Big whoop. I felt way more inconvenienced by my situation and she was rude and short claiming it was not her issue.

The only really complaint I have is the valet parking. We waited 30 minutes for our vehicle. They cancelled it twice. Ot

We only stayed for a night. The staff were ok. I asked him to help me with linking the hilton honors account and he didn’t greet or share anything. I ended up buying some things for the room, I asked for a bag, he tooked the hilton honors bag, took out all the treats and then handed to me empty. I don’t know what happened, he seems kind of uncomfortable attending me.

The front staff desk was amazing. We arrived very late and they were welcoming and treated us very well.

I will say that the only advantage of this hotel is that it’s 4 min from the Atlanta airport. If you’re just staying overnight and you don’t have a car and you don’t mind a little ghettoness, then you’ll be OK. I probably wont stay at this hotel again just because of the parking situation.

“No self parking” the valet kept saying after 9 hours of driving with 4 kids and 2 adults when I want to park my own personal vehicle. And then when I call to talk to a manager they look down on me because told them I was was driving a Honda. And the breakfast was horrible. Fruit was rotten and waffles taste bad

Rooms were spacious, beds were super comfy, and breakfast was great-lots of choices for my group. The small restaurant next to the hotel was amazing. Hotel staff recommended it for dinner and it did not disappoint. Definitely will stay here again when flying out of Atlanta.

Lots of seating available. Conveniently located near the airport and the convention center we were competing at for a jujitsu tournament was within walking distance. They offer valet parking only and it was a mad house retrieving our vehicle. We sent a text to retrieve our vehicle 10 minutes before walking down only to get there and be told the text message retrieval option was not working. We waited a total of 30 minutes to get our vehicle. Other than that it’s a good place to stay and conveniently located.

This was a really great stay. My room was clean and I was given the privacy that I wanted as well.

Did not respond to requests. Internet never worked. Did not respond to request for new pillow. Did not respond to request about transportation to the hotel and we mistakingly waited for a shuttle. Not great!

The front desk was very helpful and courteous. The valet parking had varied experiences. They were helpful because we had a carrier on top of our vehicle and they made sure to park it where we felt safer. However, it was disappointing that we would reach out to them as they asked and after 20 minutes we got a text saying that they were busy to contact them in 10 minutes. It only worked when we came down and asked for our car.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The room was clean and everything was in working order from the bathroom shower to the gym equipment. I would definitely recommend this space if you want to have a nice little "staycation".

The hotel was nice and everyone working there from the front desk to the valet was extremely friendly and professional. The location in my opinion was great and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.i would definitely recommend!!

Very nice property and so convenient to the airport!

The only con is the tv connection was horrible. Pretty much watched a movie frame by frame in between the connection going out all together. Other than that the stay was great!

Valet had the hotel completely blocked so the patrons could not enter.

Good rooms, TV was not working, and when asking if they had a shuttle the staff failed to inform us that we could take the train to the airport.

Hotel and staff were great! People complain about valet but the fee is clearly stated in hotel info when booking. Valet staff Aron was amazing..very friendly! The only issue is people need to teach their children hotel etiquette. Kids above was jumping all night and yelling. NOT HOTELS FAULT!

After being cancelled for a flight to London we booked her because of the proximity to the airport. I called prior to our arrival to let them know it would be an after midnight check in. The lady who answered said “yeah ok” and quickly hung up. She didn’t get my name or anything. We get to the hotel at about 2:30am totally exhausted and lo and behold she can’t find our reservation. The same lady I spoke to said “oh o remember yoh calling and I still put you as a no show.” She then giggled. After about 15 minutes she fixed it. The situation and her attitude were beyond frustrating. That being said, the room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The proximity to the airport was a plus for the situation. Perhaps with a different clerk it would have been a better experience. The valet guys when checking out were great.

Hotel is in easy walking distance to sky train to airport and convention center. Room was super clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Exceptional service for an airport hotel (service was as good as a luxury hotel). Valet parking pricey but worth it, 18 cars were broken into the night before we left and all were in parking garage. Excellent location we walked to convention center 5-8 min walk and I felt safe being a girl.

I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere but this hotel requires valet parking which is an extra $34 and they were VERY slow at retrieving our vehicle. 30 minutes to be exact. Very inconvenient to say the least and not what you want to deal with when you’re on a strict time schedule. Otherwise this hotel was a very enjoyable stay. Clean, quiet, friendly. Absolutely zero complaints other than the ridiculous required valet situation.

I stayed during a snowstorm, and the staff bent over backwards to make sure all of us were comfortable and warm. The ballet staff braved the horrible weather and carefully took the snowy ice off of each car before bringing it to the front.

Front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating during a winter storm when power went out (briefly) and the hotel was full due to flight delays/cancellations. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious, new and very comfortable

Well I loved the aesthetic of the hotel. HOWEVER I was charged twice for my stay because their system was not working properly. My bank authorized the payment which did not show in their system so I then was charged again! So now I have to wait until the payment post to dispute the duplicate charge. This was a huge inconvenience! Minus the big mistake, staff was professional and friendly. Place was impeccably clean.

Area to improve: the shampoo bottle was empty and I figured it out in the middle of showering. I wish they checked it before the room was ready.

Breakfast is great. Staff are nice. Rooms excellent. However the smoke alarm kept beeping in our room. We had to change rooms three times during the night. It appeared to be a known problem but no maintenance staff available. No compensation offered. When I asked we were given an extra hour to check out.

I feel that your mandatory $34 per night parking fee is too high for the service received. They don’t even help you with your bags in any way. Two older women were forced to unpack and pack our bags to and from the car. I am 72 and my mother is 92. Shame on all of you. In addition, my GPS had a very difficult time accessing the hotel. We could see it but had a hard time figuring out how to get to it.

My stay was Awesome, I loved everything about the hotel, my only complaint is that the $34 a night parking should be listed in big Bold letters in the fine blue print or somewhere on the website, once booking is complete and you have your fees it’s upsetting to actually get to check in and be hit with other fees. No pool buys it’s not a need and also the wait to pick up and drop off your car could be better, overall 10/10

Really a great place for a family of five. Very clean. Modern. Lots of breakfast choices. Only 2 issues. Really strong funky smell on our floor (not pot), but ZERO smell in the room so yay! Also, a tiny bit farther from the airport train than we’d prefer, and the sidewalk isn’t always easy to navigate with suitcases. Signage not available until you get off the train.

The Friendly Staff(day & night) are such Kind, helpful folks..They went above & Beyond to Help in any way possible! Noel greeted Us with a Big Welcome Smile when We made it in that night from a long drive!

The hotel was nice, but 95% of the interactions we had with staff members was very disappointing. Valet, front desk, kitchen staff--myself and my friend were given attitude by several different staff members the morning we checked out.
