When we arrived to the room the door was not closed, my husband made sure it was safe to go in. The soap and lotion bottles needed to be replaced & there were no liners in the trash cans. The elevators were extremely slow & parking is $15 per night.

It’s a nice location The elevators did not work. We have to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs .

Excellent. Equal to the Hampton Inn. Only downside: the toaster was not operating. It wasn’t that important. I did ask for a bath towel from the desk and a maid in the hallway, but I didn’t get one. As a consequence, I had to give myself a sponge bath and dry with hand towels.

The shuttle driver was super friendly and played great music. The front desk service was superb and super friendly! The only thing was very little tissue left on the roll and only one Kleenex left in the box. Thank God l had some tissue of my own. I am only leaving that part in the review because l believe this establishment would really want to know and l aim to leave an honest review. Other than that, the people and service was very good!

The employees were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was more with others staying there who were smoking marijuana. We were there for a medical visit. My son has a heart condition and I have COPD. I moved locations outside only for it to be worse by the pool. I finally went to my room. I was trying to give my son time to finish a test online. He is in college and had to finish the test that is why I went outside. I wanted him to have quiet. I didn’t know I was going to be walking around trying to find a place where’s there was no marijuana being smoked. See above.

Staff was great!!! Room was okay but problems and confusion with elevators and AC was leaking. Otherwise, it’s safe and close to airport and staff is great.

Elevators also haven’t been checked in over 3 months and they were extremely slow and unreliable. The location is also a bit rough and not safe to walk around (especially at night). Also absolutely skip the attached Mexican restaurant as it was even worse. Just really disappointing as I really like Holiday Inn and it’s my preferred brand of stay but not this time. Giant swing and a miss. I could not wait to check out and head home.

Location This was our fourth stay here, but unfortunately, our most recent visit was disappointing. The floor in our room was dirty, and both the toaster and pancake maker were out of service during breakfast. It also took quite a while for bath towels to be delivered to our room after we requested them. We have enjoyed our previous stays, which made this experience particularly frustrating. We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Very clean, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was decent as far as these sort of free breakfasts go. Coffee cups not teeny, coffee decent, Greek yogurt available, oatmeal excellent (didn't try anything else). Free shuttle to airport was great.

Close to airport, nice rooms, good breakfast. After staying here multiple times, never with a problem which wasn’t fixed courteously, I called the front desk with a question about billing. I was told that I was banned from staying in the hotel because I was unpleasant and argumentative. Someone in the staff said I made false complaints to get free things. LIES, LIES, LIES!!!!!

Airport shuttle was a little disappointing, do not follow the telephone instructions, speak directly to an agent for assistance. Wonderful stay. Had a late flight and checked in late but the staff made it so seamless and quick. The hotel is very clean and in the perfect location. Literally walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenient stores. Would definitely stay here again. Much thanks to the staff for your hospitality.

The staff was pleasant and professional. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. My bedroom floor was sticky so I took a washcloth and washed the floor between the beds and the bathroom. The hallways were in need of a good cleaning.

I honestly loved it here. Room was nice and clean and parking was easy. If you’re as confused as I was about parking as I was, just contact customer service on the hotel website and ask whatever questions you need help with. Anyway, my mom was a bit bummed out by no pancakes since the machines were down, but all of the other food they constantly restocked for breakfast made up for it. Also, I was a bit hesitant to book bc of possible fees but everything went well. I really appreciate the transparency from the IHG customer service team reassuring me about what fees to expect and answering all of my questions before I booked and arrived. I’d definitely stay here again.

I never entered the facility. There was no handicap spot parking that was in close price discriminate. I had an upcoming procedure for my sciatica and the facility did not offer any wheelchair assistance as the ad said I was not able to get into check in. I was charged a fee because of it and it’s being disputed right now, but I would never attempt to attend even when I do feel better. The atmosphere was very ghetto. It seems like they used that hotel to support people who are on welfare that need housing so I don’t see it being up skilled I’ve seen it being inconvenient. There was cones all around the entryway and it seemed to be hazardous with no direct parking to get into the facility even if you order online you know they don’t direct you to direct parking and there’s no private parking that I’m aware of as stated. I didn’t like the fact that they do not support disabled guest. There’s no immediate parking or way to get in without some distance and because of the distance I didn’t want to put that strain on my body. They did not offer a wheelchair and you have to pay to park your vehicle in an open parking lot where it says that your vehicle is being parked at your own risk and again the atmosphere around the hotel seem to be very ghetto

Breakfast was bare bones. Not many options and all the toasters and pancake makers were not working. Some of the stuff was obvious to cut corners- 1 ply toilet paper, sparse breakfast.

I arrived at 8pm and still didn't check in to my room until after 10pm. Was told had to pay for parking for each day and a deposit. Asked all this when reserving the room (5days ahead). The tv didn't work. The hot water didn't work. I asked for a different room and was told that all the room were the same and having the same issues. The staff said the tv was outdated and didn't work. Then was told that the satelite was down and there was no maintenance that worked after 5pm. I asked why wasn't this told this before checking in. She didn't answer.Also when leaving could see in a few rooms that tv was working.

Pillows is extremely too soft, couldn’t get new towels, the staff said the would bring it but, never did. So I had to go find some. I think they gave me a handicap room.

The only downside was the airport shuttle. While I appreciated the convenience of having transportation available, the shuttle was noticeably dirty and could really use a thorough cleaning or detailing. Improving this aspect would make the experience much better and more consistent with the quality of the hotel.

This is a great place to stay near the Atlanta airport. The rooms are excellent, the beds are very comfortable, great bathroom facilities. The breakfast is also excellent, although I was not able to try it on this trip because of my early morning flight.

The staffing up front were very helpful and super nice. The breakfast was great 10/10, the girl that runs the breakfast lounge was always making sure she brought out any food that had ran out and kept up with cleaning any little mess she saw. She was great and very nice and friendly!

Room was more or less clean, but the pull out couch was plastic feeling and felt unclean. Staff was curtious. Breakfast was good but one of the pancake makers was broken leading to long wait to get breakfast for the kids.

Room did not get serviced during my stay , had to request toilet paper and clean towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was horrible. Pancake machine only one was available and the pancakes were doughy, after asking was the machine not turned up high enough the lady stated that’s how it’s supposed to be.

When you book a hotel shuttle to the airport you need to make sure that you know exactly to which Terminal you need to go. The shuttle driver dropped me off at the domestic part of the airport although I told her I'm going to Toronto, Canada. She probably didn't know that it is not part of the US. I had to take another shuttle to the international Airport which took me more than half an hour and a lot of extra trouble.

Just an overnight before a family flight but it was perfect for our needs. Breakfast had a variety of food for everyone. Good coffee. Bed was comfortable.

The airport shuttle runs twice an hour and was on time. I will say the staff was rude and did not even check my identification upon check in. The area was also not the best, but is close to the airport. The room was very sparse and uncomfortable. It worked for the few hours of sleep we needed between flights, but I would not stay here again.

The hotel was okay. I did realize that the housekeepers only surface clean. Breakfast was fresh, but the quality could’ve been better. Although they charge you to park behind the gates. Your vehicle isn’t safe parked on that location. While we were just there for five day’s 3/18/2026 - 3/23/2026. Ten of our vehicles were broken into. The hotel didn’t notify anyone. So if you didn’t walk outside to your car. You would’ve never known. We didn’t know until the next day at almost 1pm. Do you think that the hotel offered anything? (No) They didn’t even offer the money back that you paid to park there. This hotel is in the HOOD. Of course we wouldn’t know that coming from a different state. I would do my research before getting hotels down there especially close to the airport, east point, and other surrounding areas.

Very comfortable room. Great bed and bathroom, nice breakfast. The place was remarkably quiet considering its proximity to the ATL airport. Lots of great restaurants very close, including an excellent Mexican restaurant on property.

I was on the 3rd floor room 304 My A/C didn’t get as cold as I would’ve liked it to and my hot water In the shower you had to let it run for 5mins before getting in. But the staff kindness trumped all that! I’ll definitely be back to stay again

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was absolutely spotless and that’s what I appreciate most! The cleaning throughout the hotel is continuous even in the lobby and the lobby bathrooms. The continental breakfast is delicious and has something for everyone. This is always one of my favorite affordable stays.

Wow, what a great stay. The staff was great. Very good customer service. The room was excellent, large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom very well kept. The breakfast was perfect and the person attending was very nice. This is a really nice, clean hotel. I look forward to staying here again.

All staff were at least pleasant, which we appreciated. However, even though my printed Expedia reservation indicated free parking, the desk clerk insisted that my reservation did not include free parking. We did not need parking for our first night, but for a family member to join the next night, so I paid extra for parking. It turned out my family member Ubered, so we did not use parking. When I asked for an adjustment, the desk clerk said it would have to be through Expedia. I have not found a way to get an adjustment via the Expedia website. The room was sleek and very clean when we checked in. After the first night and being out all next day, I asked the front desk if rooms are cleaned daily. I was told they only clean every other day, so I asked for clean bath towels only and was told they would be delivered to the room, but nothing was ever delivered. We still left a nice tip for the housekeeper, since they are not necessarily at fault for the hotel's overall disappointing hospitality.

It was wonderful to be minutes from the Atlanta downtown area at the price I paid. The trip was great and so was the hotel room.

It's across the street from Holiday Inn which could cause some confusion. Less than 1/2 mile from I-85 entrance ramp. Less than 3 miles from the convention airport.

The free airport shuttle and breakfast were a real benefit to staying here

It was a great experience. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities required for our short trip. I loved that the hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle service was very convenient. Breakfast was also good.

One of the elevators was not working and the one available was far away. In addition, one of the bed sheets seem to have blood stains. Staff were very friendly and supportive.

Great hotel

Costumer service was great everyone was very friendly. However the place itself was disgusting. There were giant bugs in the bed and crawling on the floor, when we walked in the towels were not clean and on the floor, the first floor smelled like sewage and the second floor smelled like propane gas.

Other than that staff is really friendly, rooms clean and breakfast ver complete.

The staff was very friendly, but the floor in the room was so sticky my shoes stuck to it, there was a terrible smell. The first room I was given, the deadbolt did not work and the second was iffy. There was some strange stain on the sheet and I used a towel to cover it. I did not get much sleep as I did not trust the lock or the condidion of the room. However, when your flight cancels, you take what you can get.

I like the parking, my key didn’t work so I had to go back to the desk for new keys and I had heavy bags… otherwise, all was good.

We had to wait forever to get our key cards, customer before was having multiple issues with their reservation. The desk person should have had them sit and wait.

The surrounding is dirty . Trash cans overflowing bees and flies all around . Hallway is dirty . We were moved to a different room because of overflowing toilet. Our second room was fine except people in the lobby just hanging out are very loud:

This was a very pleasant stay. Staff very helpful as well. Great location for convenience, would visit again.

There is only one desk trashcan for the room. Nothing in the bathroom, kitchen or separate bedroom. The bathroom door lock didn't work. The toilet sat really low. There were only 2 washcloths for a room for six people. There was a stain on the sofa bed mattress pad cover. There are no outlets in the bedroom along the tv wall to plug in your external devices to connect to the tv (video games, roku, etc.) The outlets hidden behind the clothing cabinet did not work. The room was dusty and dirty. It took 30 minutes to check-in as there was only 1 person working the desk and having to answer the phone with several people trying to check-in. Microwave didn't work. Beds were not comfortable. There is an ice machine only on one floor and they don't tell you which floor it is on. There was people smoking in this non-smoking facility. The toilet was really loud when flushing.

Excellent customer service

The door was locked when we arrived and some time later a room clerk showed up with an attitude that inclined me to think that I was a bother. It was after midnight and I said the hell with it and drove the one and a half hours home.

Great for a one night stay

But as I was checking out I found the young lady at reception and the manager to the most accommodating and helpful people of my trip. The manager himself jumped in a spare shuttle vehicle and drove me to the international terminal himself. They impressed me with their service and willingness to go the extra mile. They were kind, helpful and very polite the way they dealt with me as a customer.

Fire alarm went off several times due to people smoking in there rooms. Evacuated twice due to it. Requested room to be cleaned NEVER CLEANED, NEVER GOT EXTRA BLANKETS FOR PULL OUT BED.

All of the staff was very professional and nice !! I didn’t like having to pay for parking but it is what it is. The room was nice and clean. The staff made sure my husband, who is in a wheelchair, was comfortable!!!

Had to pay for parking on the property even though I was there with a group AND the door that was suppose to be unlocked by a key card was unlocked the entire time. Anyone could walk in and out.

I liked the fact the shuttle picked us up from the airport late at night. Most other hotels had a cut off time from the airport.

During my stay at the property an incident occurred and I felt as though the staff did not handle the situation the proper way. A deadly threat was posed to my friends and myself, and instead of the threat being taken seriously we were treated as if we were the antagonizers. They went as far as calling the cops on us, as we were repeatedly letting them know that the other party started and escalated this incident, to the point deathly threats were communicated. The staff handled this situation horribly and I will never stay here again. Being victimized and blamed when we were put in a position to absolutely have to defend ourselves was absurd. On top of the staff blatantly ignoring us and also lying on us as well was truly a traumatizing experience.

Property is in close proximity to the airport. There are alot of food options if you choose not to want the hotel food. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Very good place to stay.

Not impressed. Connected to busy Mexican restaurant and parking very limited and 25 dollars to park. I would book 10 miles away and get better accomodations.

The staff were super sweet and patient but that is were the good stops. My shower floor was super slippery which comes into play later on. My alarm clock was blinking 1:04 when I entered the room, this means the power had gone off right before I got in the room. I get settled in and find something on TV, the power goes out. I call the front desk, they told me this has been happening since yesterday, they will throw the breaker for me. OK, cool. 2 hours go by and again, the power goes out. I ask to be relocated to a different room after I was informed that this was happening to a block of rooms and again, has been happening since the day before. I was told they are fixing it, no need to put me in another room. I go to sleep, wake up things are smooth until I'm getting ready for the evening, power goes out... Again. This time I'm in the shower and I slip and fall as I panicked to get out of the pitch black bathroom. I call the front desk, was told give them 20 minutes and it will be fixed. A lot is forgivable but no power is a hazard. I should have never been put in that room since the staff was aware of the electrical issues and they should have moved me once I asked. Disappointed with my stay here.

Easy check i

It was ok but our room was on the 6th floor and the elevators didnt always work. Had to climb 6 flights to get to our room then climb down 6 flights with luggage.

Great customer service

This area seemed to be in an older sketchy part of town. Almost all holiday inns I’ve stayed in are near much higher quality hotels. This one was surrounded by cheaper hotels. The building is just turned into a holiday inn express, very unimpressed by our stay here. The smells in the building were old and musty. The floors were tacky. I really regretted my stay here and would never choose this area again.

I just had an overnight layover and stayed for one night but it really was a great place! The staff and managers who checked me in were all very kind and gracious. The room was spacious and clean. If I have to find a place again in Atlanta I’m coming here :)
