Located next to the airport, Not bad for a budget hotel. Easy parking.. Breakfast was OK.

We booked through expedia and when we arrived at the hotel there was a long line waiting to check in. We ended up finding out that the hotel overbooked and canceled everyone's reservation that booked through a third party. It was very late and many people were left stranded with no help from the staff. Very very poor service.

- Close to the airport. - You could bake own fresh waffles on breakfast VERY VERY LOUD AC turning on and of repeatedly all night outside of our room. Even though we turned AC off and pulled the cable out of the socket. Maybe the AC exhaust just in front of our window was connected to more rooms. We could not sleep.

We ended up leaving the same day because the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay.

Upon arrival, when we opened our door, we walked into a room that was in the process of being painted. Had to go back down to the lobby to be reassigned a different room. The next morning, I had to take a cold shower and shavd with cold water as there was no hot water. My wife was unable because she would refuse to take a cold shower. When I tried to make a phone call from the room, the phone didn’t work. Needless to say, not a great stay.

If you want to be worried about your car and have nowhere to go eat dinner nearby that you are sure about then this is the place for you. Just in general the area is not great around the airport. Nothing glamorous about the room but it was a place to stay. The appliances are loud. Bathroom was outdated looking. Outside of the hotel needs an update. Just sketchy. I won’t be back but it’s not the worst in the world. Also it smelled pretty ripe in the lobby when I got there.

Each staff we spoke to Delmi, DJ, Kazi, Tamara and Makina were all very friendly and kindly answered our questions during both of our stays last week. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Thank you everyone for making our stay lovely and welcoming. Am booking again for one of our party again this week as he was also quite pleased last week.

I rented because I thought it had a pool. Why would it be closed in June? All in all it’s close to the airport which was what I needed and convenient. It’s not the normal type of hotel I stay in, but it served its purpose.

Pool was never opened. Its mid June pool should be opened. Room needed a deep clean and not a once over.

The bed was large and the room clean. Morning breakfast was nice. Much of our room was damaged. Damaged sink, broken window shades, loose outlets by the beds that forced us to charge our phones in the bathroom all night.

Although clearly a place with high traffic, so a bit worn down, the room is clean and adequately appointed. The public spaces are a bit less so, but still acceptable. Ample and varied breakfast. As we encountered all over Atlanta, no recycling and lots of single-use plastic (in the room and breakfast). That's unfortunate.

Breakfast was amazing, room was clean (needs updates), the staff were top tier, however, the only complaint I have was the cleanliness on the outside as well as safety. We woke up to so many “work” trucks or trucks in general broken into. This should not be an issue at a hotel in my opinion.

Disappointed that we were given no notification of the pool not being available as that was one of the key reasons for booking. Also, the TV/cable option in the room felt like I was back in the 90’s working with an antenna and only a handful of basic channels.

Absolutely the best customer service I've ever had in Atlanta! The desk clerks name was Amanni and he was the nicest, most professional person. Please recognize him for his quality service and positive attitude. So nice! Facility was overall good. We plan on staying here when in Southern Atlanta.

Delmi the receptionist was so busy on her phone that on the morning of check out she didn’t see me or acknowledge me needing some assistance,so I just dropped the keys off and left.

I just needed a clean inexpensive room to stay the night near the airport and this fit the bill. Bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. Complimentary breakfast was fine. Again, i needed to fuel up and it was good.

The staff was very nice, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. My reservation was for a king handicap room and a double queen room that were close. Instead I was given two adjoining double queen rooms. I am 70 years old with arthritis, so the bathroom was not accommodating for my needs.

8 out of 10 is my rate. The hotel was clean. Staffs were respectful and professional. Breakfast was good, consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, orange/apple juice, toast, etc. Parking space was limited. There were a lack of good dining-in restaurants nearby. Most importantly, the neighborhood felt safe.

Average airport hotel experience. Warning: if you have a road-facing room, the street outside is super loud at night. Also, parking is very limited, and the pool was out-of-order when we were staying (though it was pouring all weekend, so it didn't matter). Overall, fine for what it is.

One area where we were slightly disappointed was the seasonal pool. We had been looking forward to using it, especially since we visited at the end of May, but unfortunately it wasn’t open during our stay. It would have been helpful to have clearer information in advance about when the pool actually opens, as this may influence planning for future guests. Aside from that, the location was convenient to get to the airport in the morning, and the staff were great in the morning breakfast area. Tips for future travellers: If access to the pool is important to you, it’s a good idea to contact the hotel directly to confirm opening dates for the season.

The USB charger plug in by the bed did not work. There is no program guide on the TV. No way to know what's playing. Upkeep in general is lacking. Will not stay there again.

The location was in the middle of everything I needed to do Check-out time should be the same time as check-in. Seriously, however, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the bar, which was great. I will be returning soon. Small issue with the TV front desk lady Ms Tamara got right on it less than 3 minutes someone was up to fix it. That top tier customer service to ME.

My room was apparently above the kitchen, and in the morning it smelled fully like the bacon they were cooking below. My clothes and the room all smelled like bacon. Gross. It’s a super low budget and not nice hotel. I would spend $20 more a night and upgrade elsewhere personally. There was also a super long line n the lobby, maybe 15 people, and one person working. It is super close to the airport.

Hotel shuttle took more than an hour for pickup, We were told that it comes every half hour, we had to call the hotel to send the bus and he was there within 10 minutes.

This hotel is very dated. There was hair still in the tub as if it wasn't cleaned.

There was no handsome in the room, the floor was sticky like the solution they mopped woth wasn't properly diluted, it smelt like weed and other guests were very loud as late as midnight. There was a bug and a hair in the shower. Didn't bother eating the breakfast because of how gross the room was. Wish I splurged to stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was good. However, I didn’t like the laundry situation because they only have one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. Many people have more than one load of laundry to do, and each wash takes 40 minutes, so we didn’t have enough time to do ours. The pool was also closed while waiting for city approval, and I was very disappointed about that.

When we checked in we were assigned room 220 the door would not lock once we exited so we had to move, the 1st room had a smart TV the 2nd room not so smart. the rooms we very clean and the mattresses were decent. The Breakfast was really good Bacon, Eggs, Bagels toast, waffles two thumbs up for the breakfast. Neighborhood was a little sketchy and the halls reeked of Marijuana, but since I stayed in my room the smell was that important. What was really disappointing was we went to the Wheels Up Lounge and started having a really good time at about 11:45pm a angry lady came in turning on lights and an calling last call we had just ordered a round of drinks and she basically stood at the end of the bar letting us know she was ready to close. What we later found out was she was the owners wife and they were in a disagreement so she decided to shut it down, she was extremely rude to the DJ and Patrons alike, that is no way to run a business leave you personal life at home. The atmosphere of the Lounge was really nice the food was good and our bartenders were loads of fun. So if I have one suggestion, it is to tell the owner to keep his personal life out of his professional life the two do not mix, his wife was just plain rude the bar was to be open until 2am she put us out before midnight.

In the middle of the night, someone attempted to come into my room that was not invited. Thank goodness I had the lock on the door and then the front desk called my room and want to know why I was in the room. I cannot get access to a room with being given a key card. This was scary and dangerous as I did not know if I was going to be attacked. It was very scary to stay in the room after that incident.

There were hot options for breakfast including eggs and turkey sausages which my family appreciated. Overall, a good place to stay for the budget. The area cannot be helped, but the parking lot and the outside of the building can be refreshed.

The staff was especially helpful and friendly. My husband is disabled and sometimes wanders. A huge shout out to the lobby staff, which was respectful, kind and kept an eye on him. Location OMG. 1st of all, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I stayed here for 2 weeks and I was charged some days LITERALLY 4 times. I was given a print out of what “was owed to me “ and have never received anything in return.. I called and went there several times. Twice that I went there people were doing the same thing.. asking for their money back and why they were charged excessive fees. I don’t recommend that anyone else should use them. ALSO, they have BED BUGS! Myself & Son were BITTEN UP ALL OVER! I have photos , documentation and video recordings to show proof.

Clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good. The only place to eat after arriving after 8pm was a an adjacent diner which was terrible in terms of food and service. The property would be better distancing itself from this establishment, rather and advertising it, as it significantly detracted from our experience

Not very happy. The reservation was supposed to be paid upon departure, but they charged my card Then they charged for the reservation itself, plus a deposit. When we entered the room, the bathroom towels were dirty; it seemed they hadn't been changed. I didn't say anything; I didn't think it would be a problem. On the day of departure, they informed my son that the towel was dirty and that they were going to charge him for it. It's not fair. I didn't want to complain that day because I didn't want to seem like I was complaining about everything. The pillows smelled bad. The lady who was there today, was very unpleasant. Honestly, I'm very dissatisfied with the service.

There was an airport shuttle which is a positive. The same menu for breakfast every day (waffles, dried out turkey sausage, bacon, and runny oatmeal), I requested housekeeping and didn’t get it. There was no remote for my tv ( had to go to the front seat 3x), My fridge broke down and my food spoiled, the phone in the room didn’t work and could not be replaced, towels and wash clothes have to be closely examined as they were not clean, I left my sunglasses in the room after I checked out and the front desk person said I could come or get or have someone pick them up-I’m not from Atlanta Georgia!

The general areas like the halls and elevator could use a good cleaning, but the room seemed clean and freshly made up. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good for a buffet. The front desk clerk was efficient and friendly. The restaurant "Wheels Up" is not much of a restaurant, more like a divey bar, but I was surprised that the food was pretty good, and the wine wasn't too bad either. It is convenient - attached to the hotel, and there isn't any restaurant around, so it suffices if you need to eat.

The pool and exterior areas in the patio need some improovments.

First day we stayed was Thursday to Friday and the breakfast was very basic. The hotel need some areas improvements but the rooms were good. The employees were nice, but the personnel who clean the room did not smell good and that is not nice, specially when you have those people "cleaning your room".

Stayed only for one night and we had to switched rooms three times. First someone in our floor decided to smoke weed and it was impossible to breathe, then we got a room by the side of the highway and the noise was unbearable and last they didn’t had anymore King size bed so we had to stay in a double room after we paid for a king bed suite. However staff was very friendly and accommodating. Short 4 minutes drive to the airport was a plus.

Staying here overnight to attend the Microsoft AI Tour at GICC. The airport shuttle was on time and a convenient way to get from the airport to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and they have a bar with food open until 1pm. That was great as I was able to grab a bite without leaving the hotel. Food is basic (wings, sandwiches, etc) but it was good and came out hot. I was also able to workout in the morning and they have complimentary hot breakfast which is decent. So, overall, this was a great value for the money which had everything that I need for my overnight stay. The only downsize is that this property needs a little TLC. The common areas were a little dirty, even though the room and bathrooms were clean. But everything is showing its age.

The only thing I can say good about this place was there was DJ in the restaurant that was great with the children. But please don't eat there. Chicken wings was ice cold, they had no condiments and we weren't told until after we got our food. The hamburger taste like rubber. For having a restaurant on property they need to do better. Do not stay here.

The hotel is rusty and run down. They had to transfer me to 4 rooms and there were issues in each one.

Rooms 302 and 322 both were in rough shape. Super loud air conditioning systems and they leaked on the floor. The housekeeping staff was great. One front desk clerk was very kind, but they couldn’t correct the situation. It’s unfortunate but I would never wish to stay in this particular hotel again.

I don’t recommend bringing your children cause all you can smell is marijuana throughout the hallways. The over charged us on our room. Tried to talk to the manager several times only to get the run around. They tell us they didn’t charge us extra but the bank statement shows another story. As well as us talking to the bank. Showing three different charges. One charge should have been the total for our stay. And than another the deposit. And then we get a third charge almost as much as the total of our stay. Very unhappy. Still waiting for a response from the manager. Were told to call at a certain time to speak with the manager. So we did, only to sit on hold and than get told by not even the manager that they wanted us to “email” them our bank statements. So we said okay and emailed them what they asked for and even what our bank told us and it’s been seven hours and still no response from the hotel or manager.

There was a bar connected to the hotel. The music was really loud. Request a room far from the bar if you want to sleep before 12:00am.

Airport shuttle was efficient but not great appearance. The building itself needs an update. The hotel restaurant is basically a bar with few tables and not much of a menu. The breakfast buffet is decent but the staff is wonderful. There is no functioning pool. There was no options available for dining at walking distance and the area itself is pretty shady. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was ok and the bathtub didn't drain so shower water would accumulate.

When we first arrived to the hotel it looked a little shady. There was a truck that had its window busted out and a card from the police left in it. There was broken glass in other areas of the parking lot indicating that it was a problem. The hotel did have night security. The hotel was clean throughout and the staff was friendly. You could smell marijuana as soon as you went towards the elevator and guest rooms. There are signs prohibiting its use but they are not enforced. The gym was basic and the breakfast was as expected. I likely would not stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are clean, however, you may have to ask for housekeeping services. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They have several events throughout the week for you to take part in the lounge. Karaoke, live music are my favorite two events.

Breakfast was watery eggs and overcooked bacon and sausage. The orange juice was very watery as well. The best thing was the waffles and coffee station.

It was very dirty. Elevator was broke. Smelled of mildew. They said they would refund us our money. Which instead they added another charge to our credit card.

All 3rooms I booked were infested with bedbugs & roaches. The offered replacement rooms were also infested with roaches and bedbugs. We were asked to leave with a full refund for 2rooms & a 2day refund for the 3rd room. Which I have yet to receive. I have itchy bite mark and had to throw away my luggage and book a new hotel for the remainder of our stay. This hotel is a scam…. I spoke with cooperate and still haven’t received any help. I’m now looking into legal actions…

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is nice.

Room was clean, facility was quiet, staff was helpful. My only issue was having my key disabled after midnight on check-out day when I had not checked out yet. That was quickly fixed by staff, so not even a big deal. LOVED having a shuttle to the airport (rideshare at ATL is a pain).

We were rerouted to another city and were not able to use our reservation. We were also unable to call since we were out if the country. I tried to call. I did send the hotel a message but have no way of knowing ifbthey received it. We were charged for the room although it wasnt our fault that we we unable to use the room.

The mattress was horrible, it was hard, sunk in, and the mattress was extremely loud, the room had a sewage smell, they didn’t clean the room the next morning and didn’t fill the room with amenities/ clean cloths.

I waited over 80 minutes for their airport shuttle, then I had to take a cab. I called the desk for a ride, and they said 7 minutes. 25 minutes later, still no shuttle. Called the desk, rang 50 times, no answer. Called 15 minutes later, rang 50 times, no answer. Call 15 minutes later, they answered and said the shuttle would be there in 7 minutes, and was put on hold to ensure a ride. I was on hold for 15 minutes, and no redponse or ride. I paid $20 for a cab to get to the hotel. The front desk manager continued to say things which were not true. Told me to fill out a complaint form. Rude. Unacceptable. Bed was the worst, maybe 20 years old. Toilet paper holder broken. Pillows super tiny. Dont even think about staying here.

Finally got 3 fresh towels on last night after asking at least a dozen times over multiple days. No cleaning done at all during the stay. TV did not work for the first day/night there. Had to make multiple calls over 12 hours to finally get it corrected. Facility is at best 2 star. Run down, mold in bathroom (no fan). No extra blankets, etc.. Housekeeping employees argue very loudly. Parking lot is trash littered.

Bed needs replacement. Sink drain needs to be repaired. Very little in terms of amenities. No key cards as their machine wasn’t working. We had to have security let us into our room. All staff were very nice. Management needs to rehab this place. But it was clean from what we could see and there was ample breakfast.

The bed sheets had stains and appeared to either have not been changed or someone slept in it and left. We switched rooms but I was on edge ever since not trusting anything. Not a bottle of diet soda in their “store”, where you can only pay cash, yet they take your card at check-in for “amenities”. Coffee cups in breakfast area are tiny, only sugary cereal available in the breakfast area, except for the oatmeal, which had nothing to add to it. No hand soap in the room (used shower body wash), and only about 20 channels available with no channel list. Room was okay.

At 11pm, my flight was canceled. I booked this hotel using the "airport shuttle" filter. The reservation said to contact the hotel about the shuttle. After my 6 unanswered phone calls to the hotel using both numbers provided by an Expedia agent and all options on the phone lines, as well as a message through the Expedia website, the helpful Expedia agent Remy was able to contact the hotel using an Expedia company contact method. The hotel said there were no more shuttles for the night and were unwilling to waive the cancellation fees. I took an Uber to the hotel and entered the lobby, where there was a distinct smell of marijuana. In the lobby, I was greeted by the helpful front desk clerk April (she and the friendly morning shuttle driver are the only reason there is a second star) who was fast, professional and helpful. When I entered my hotel bathroom, there was a strong odor of dirty, sweaty socks. It was not coming from my feet (I walked around and checked twice), but from the hotel bathtub, which looked freshly cleaned. It was also not coming from the water, which I also checked. I decided not to shower. I will not book with this hotel again.

Staff were really nice. Shuttle got us to the airport on time in the morning. Shuttle stops running at 1145 even if there are flights that get delayed so be aware. We waited for a long time for the shuttle before calling (we had already called earlier to verify the shuttle and let them know we were coming). We then had to walk to the other side of the airport to catch an uber.

Checked in around 9pm after long drive with family. Front desk was extremely helpful and asked me if we needed quiet time because of the trip and assigned us to top floor. restaurant on site and convenient. There were couple gas stations across from Hotel.

The mattress is spring bed, so it makes noise and too springy to me. No complimentary water in the room, but they have marketplace or small convenience store right next to the front desk. You can get water, soda, milk, snacks and laundry detergent. Shout out to Dulce, she is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel provided a roundtrip shuttle from and to the airport, so take advantage on it. Overall, if you need a hotel by the airport with free shuttle, I recommend thos hotel.

No issues with the check-in process or the room, but the shuttle to the airport was frightening. The driver didn't want to put any of the bags in the back where they belong, so we were all forced to hold on to our heavy bags. And he kept packing more and more people in to the point that people were sitting on bags in the aisle, standing, 3-4 to a seat, and one poor guy even had to stand right next to the door, which felt quite dangerous.

I had an emergency trip, my stopover in Atlanta was going to be very long, so I took a room reservation at 6pm on November 19, my flight arrived in Atlanta at 11h45pm and when I arrived at the hotel they told me that my reservation was lost because I did not check in at 3pm, but it was impossible to do so because I was traveling and I also took the reservation at 6pm, that money should be refunded to me.

⸻ I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. At check-in, the gentleman at the front desk was both friendly and extremely helpful, which set the tone for the stay. The room was very clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable — perfect after a long day. Do yourself a favor and visit the on-site bar/restaurant! The drinks were great, and the burger and fries were surprisingly delicious. Breakfast also had a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. I also appreciated the little snack shop downstairs — super convenient. One small note: there were no towel bars in the bathroom, which felt a bit odd. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Atlanta.

The staff was amazing! The woman who was manning the night desk was so patient, kind, and funny. Despite the fact she was inundated with scores of people who all needed rooms due to flight cancellations. If I were her employer I would give her a raise and employee of the year!

They wouldn’t clean the room even though I paid for two days. In order to get fresh towels you had to take your used towels downstairs and swipe them out for clean towels. This was really unbelievably.
