    It was very clean and quiet. Restaurants were right up the street. They charged my debit card $200. Rm was $93 and a $50 damage deposit but I was charged $50 twice. The staff did explain sometime the system charge twice. This morning only $50 came back to my account. My recommendation is pay cash.

    Upon checking in i was hit with a very strong, overpowering odor in the lobby. Smelled similar to incense mixed with cleaning chemicals. Despite the smell i continued to check in. I got to the room took a shower, the water wouldn’t drain. Used the toilet & the edge around the seat had residue on it. The towels had long black hair tangled in it. The sheets on the side of the bed had poop like stains on it. I checked out early, couldn’t stay the hotel was filthy. I 100% do not recommend this hotel for anyone. Disgusting is not enough to describe this hotel.

    Wasn’t open when I needed to leave nor would I call it a breakfast more like continental breakfast People behind the building talking late at night. The reception person told me it would take an hour in order for me to get a tv remote. The reception people were definitely not friendly and the lobby smelled like you were trying to hide some nasty smell. I honestly did not feel safe

    The room condition was not pleasant; it was not swept, the sheets were from the previous guest, the remote for the tv was not working; also, it would be good to invest in a water fountain. I had to get a broom from the feont desk to sweep.the room before I could rest.

When entering the room, at first glance was nice, however, there was remanence of previous occupant's trash in the entry way and hair covering the bathroom floor.     My daughter called hotel at 9pET to inform they'd arrive ATL via Delta after midnight. Front desk confirmed the room, said shuttle service stops at midnight from Hartsfield. They arrived ~1aET via Uber...now no room is available, then after 15 minutes...there was a room. When my daughter / son-in-law went to this room...it was occupied...front desk said they'll have to find something else. She waited for 90 minutes with her husband while the individual in the room vacated with all their belongings. Unbelievable! Hotel was given 4+ hours notice of their late arrival and the Hotel confirmed their reservations.

    I was set to stay in room 120 and the bathroom was unclean and the room was not swept over. Hair shedding and muck were all over the bathroom and the bed. I was told the “cleaners” were supposed to take care of this and had left at 3pm, yet that clearly isn’t true. The front desk person was kind enough to give me another room 223 and that room was not taken care of either and had a putrid smell of nicotine. I cannot stand the smell of smoke. If the hotel has to fine their clients for smoking then why should I be assigned a space that clearly violated that area. The state of this hotel is not what was advertised on the website and I am appalled at the conditions offered for making amends. There isn’t even a proper chain of command to rectify the situation. I have emailed my complaints with photo evidence about the matter.

    The check in went great! During the stay it stormed. My room flooded from storm water came in through window around ac unit.i reported to front desk. The clerk told me there is No maintenance person. So iask for a mop & discount. She didnt provide either one. So i got numerous towels to get water up my self.i went the next morning to ask for manger 6/28/2025. Mr nick patel. I was told by ms Trudy again no manager was on duty.and didnt provide no discount or acomodate my family for room being flooded and my items being soiled. The pool doesn't work. The room refrigerator dont work. There was hole s & cracks n the windowI.didnt takepics cause phone was dead and wasnt expecting this to happen.

    I typically wipe down common surfaces in hotels to sanitize rooms. This is the first time I actually had to clean the surfaces. The room was not properly cleaned prior to checkin. The floors had not been mopped. The side tables, desk and microwave table had not wiped down prior to check in. I could see residue on the tables. I checked in late so there was no maid service available. The attached pictures show what clothes looked like after cleaning surfaces.

I requested a room change and when I got to that room the whole bathroom floor was wet. I took a bath towel and mopped up the water. When I was done the towel was brown from filth. Evidently they don’t mop the floors very often at all. When I laid down again I went to turn on the tv and it didn’t work. Also 2 times during my 4 night stay I had to leave for work without eating breakfast because they didn’t have it ready yet. They are suppose to start serving breakfast at 6:00 am. On top of that there is little to choose from.

The next morning, we decided to try out breakfast. The best part are the waffles. However, the butter is old. We had to ask to have waffle batter, orange juice to be restocked. The best part to our stay was the kind staff from the check in to the check out. The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy.

    I would give it no stars if I could. Terrible smell. Don’t stay here. There are no elevators. The locks for the rooms were broken. Overall a bad experience and they wont refund you. They say its “smoke-free” but as soon as you come in you can smell a mix of cigarettes & weed. Terrible, terrible.

    I would give it no stars if I could. Terrible smell. Don’t stay here. There are no elevators. The locks for the rooms were broken. Overall a bad experience and they wont refund you. They say its “smoke-free” but as soon as you come in you can smell a mix of cigarettes & weed. Terrible, terrible.

    Person didn't properly checked me in so at 1 AM while i was sleeping they assigned the room to somebody else and the person tried opening the room. luckily i had double lock it so no one came in. A few minutes later i got a call from the front desk with a very rude person asking me how i got in the room, he then later was able to confirm that the previous person didn't check me in correctly and that was the mistake. unacceptable, this is super serious. i want a refund.

    We were double booked with a room that was occupied. Then get a new room and the bathroom door had wet paint on it. And the room smelled so bad of smoke. We finallay just had to leave. Do not recommend.

    This property need to consider the odor from the entrance to the rooms. I was in 102 and a friend was in 101 and it smelled dingy. The desk clerk a gentleman could be more exciting to welcome in guest. Overall if you can do something about the smell it might’ve been a better stay.

    No elevator. I had to carry my suitcases up the stairs myself. The first room was TERRIBLY DISGUSTING. It had trash in the cans, wrest finger prints all over the place. Lint galore on sheets. Light fixtures dirty. Fridge was broken and leaking. Smelled like smoke. I moved to another room not much better but it was better. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL. I SUGGEST THAT YOU NEVER ALSTAY HERE EITHER. OH, I did get late check out but the cleaning man (who doesn’t clean at all) banged on my door 3x. And I was out 2 min before my check out time. The pictures are no where near what the naked eye could see.

    My room was on the second floor but there is no elevator. When I inserted the card into the door, it wouldn’t open. It was unlocking the door, but the door wouldn’t open. I tried several times and finally I had to insert the card and push the door open with my body. I reported this to the person at the front desk the next day and they didn’t say anything. No acknowledgement of the problem or apology. I would not stay here again.

    The gentlemen tried to tell me I did not have a reservation, and I would have to pay the hotel, and then take it up with Orbitz to get my refund. Upon showing him documentation that I did have a reservation, he miraculously found the reservation. The bath towels were extremely thin and small. The pillows were the size of couch cushions. The entry door to the room would stay open unless you forcefully had to close it. The air conditioner to the room was left off, so upon our arrival, late in the evening, the room was very warm with no air conditioner running.

After like the fourth time he finally came out a back room opposite his station he was suppose to be in. The first room he chose was up a flight of stairs with luggage in tow. The room was cold. Tv not working same young gentleman answered the phone. he states ,oh, yeah ! You have to change rooms we have been having issues with the TV. Come back down. The second room is reached i open the door and two towels were holding the water from coming in one at the windowsill and the other on the floor. I told him that the room was not cleaned he finally got up from the seat and walked in disbelief. He checked the room this time. I was able to rest before my 430am alarm.

    This is a no pet hotel, however if you have a service animal have your paperwork. Staff so far is nice. Very caring and making sure you have everything you need for your room. Haven’t ordered any room service yet. Will Followup later.

    There was no mat in the bathroom and I slipped and hit my head. There was no bar that I could grab on too. The tub was dirty. They had no towels or washcloths. And no elevator. This was the worst stay that I’ve encountered at any hotel!

    The hotel appears to only have 1 shuttle van. I waited about 45 mins for the shuttle, constantly calling the hotel's front desk to inquire about their driver's whereabouts. I think their shuttle van services 3 neighboring hotels as well, but I think the hotel could use another shuttle vehicle or two. Also, the van was musty and damp. The drivers could be a little more "professional" or customer-friendly. The lobby reaks of weed. The breakfast needs a major improvement. There were sunny side eggs in the mini fridge that look like they've been there an entire month. Who eats cold sunny side eggs by the way? The apple that was in a basket were withered and old. The mini muffins were old, they weren't fresh basically. The milk container was unclean, it had milk residue of spoiled milk from the previous morning or something. I stayed in Room 102, the bathroom has a musty/mildew smell. The bottom of the toilet needs re-caulking. It also looked liked there was a leak coming from the base of the toilet. The drawers in the work desk have not been cleaned, there is debris and particles inside that need to be wiped away and/or disinfected. The pillowcases have mini slashes/cuts on them. The bathroom towels are small. I woke up several times due to the noise of footsteps coming from the staircase or hallway above Room 102. There is dust on many surfaces inside the room.

Also i kept getting calls from a lady asking foe her husband even after i repeatedly told her that i had no clue who that is and I felt as if i was being set up. The one postive was that the staff was pleasant.

    Everything was dirty. The sheets had dirt marks as well as every single towel. I also was greeted by a huge spider when I first entered my room. The front desk lady was this property’s only bright spot. I do not recommend.

    Upon arriving... The guy at the desk was ok .. he said he was going to give me the best room . So upon arriving into the room. The need was stained, couches was stained, door was horrible, so I asked to be moved into another room. In the middle of the night, a man walked in on me. Front desk called and asked who booked me in the room. The man prior did not change it. I was completely naked. Felt so unsafe

    My husband is handicapped, there was no shower chairs, no handicap amenities available. Thee rooms smelled like smoke, and the customer service desk agents weren’t helpful!

    The breakfast area appeared to be clean which is a plus given the times. Now…the room…initial walk in the room looked decent. However, there were white stains on the couch and a horrible stench. The bed was worn and the covers were ripped. The bathroom…sweet baby Jesus…the hair. There was hair in the shower head, hair on the floor, hair on the walls of the shower, hair on the side of the tub, the shower curtain was stained yellow. I’ve worked in hospitality previously so I know these things can be an oversight or a rush job. I also know the likelihood of their being a night time housekeeper is slim to none. The cleanliness of the lobby and the outside of the property was a saving grace and the Uber friendly front desk agent.

    This property is completely disgusting. The room was moldy, floors were dirty, it is NOT FULLY RENOVATED, the smell of weed and cigarette smoke was horrendous. I and my children have been itching since we checked in. We now have to be checked for bites and lice. I would never recommend this place to my enemy. The beds don’t have adequate pillows. I prepaid and accidentally checked the nonrefundable option so I was stuck. Had I not I would have left immediately. They had to move our room because the first one they game me (room 107) had a broken door lock and anyone could just walk in the room at will. There was trash left sitting around the lobby and at the front desk and no one seemed to be bothered by it. My Google review details my experience much better since hotels.com limits the space.
