the first room they gave me and my wife had a bad smell, one of the card did not work to open the door,the lightbulb over the kitchen table was blew, i believe it was room 407,i told my wife [ wanted my money back, but she reminded me that i could not get my money back after the 6/25,.so we when back down stair to the front desk and complaints,so he told the receptionist to give us a better room,this time they gave us room 317 which was a little better.We had to buy air freshners because the carpet through out the entire HOTEL need to be change even in the gym area, it smelled like water came through it.and they do not give enough paper towel and toilet tissue, i found myself had to go down stair to get another roll of toilet tissue late at night.this hotel is the worst hotel i had ever had to stay in. it also is TOO DULL,the wall need to brighter,need brighter lighting in all room.

We booked and paid for a two-bedroom unit through Expedia, but upon arrival were told that no two-bedroom accommodations were available and were forced to accept a one-bedroom unit instead. Despite receiving a smaller room than what we reserved, we were still charged the full price. To make matters worse, the air conditioning stopped working one day into our stay. We reported the issue immediately, but no one ever came to fix it. We spent the remainder of our stay sleeping in an uncomfortably hot room. At check-in, we were told we would receive a credit for the room difference and additional points for the inconvenience. However, when we followed up later, another staff member stated there were no notes regarding this and was unable to assist us. Being downgraded to a smaller room, paying the full rate, and then dealing with a broken A/C for the rest of the stay made for a very frustrating experience. We expected much better communication, service, and follow-through.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay. All of the areas I visited (gym, laundry) were clean and functioned well, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. My only suggestion would be to have self-serve coffee and tea available in the lobby for longer periods. When I went down around 10am, the station had already been removed. I will definitely return when I'm back in the area.

Excellent good choices which varied each day for breakfast. Very good addition of food available at night very tasty. All staff very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here before and will do again . Had no issues .

Odd location as far as getting to it off the highway so watch that. Water wouldn't get hot for shower, just very warm. Could not control the heat in the room; we stayed chilly. Room was dirty with hair around the tub and scrambles on the floor. The view was in real no view ( only ACs). The AC in the room was terrible loud. Two days housekeeping didnt come to clean the room.

Only issue was a server issue causing TV services to be somewhat unstable and difficult to navigate between channels and making some network connections fail. Hopefully this will soon be resolved. Breakfast included and had excellent offerings. Rating: A-

Angel at the front desk was amazing. She was extremely professional and helpful. Wash cloths are too small and the shower is too slippery! No lotion or toothbrush holder provided. All in all it was an excellent stay!

The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. The issue I had was the air. it took my room a while to cool down as I like to sleep with it in the upper 60s at night.

The room was very nice me very comfortable. The location was great too and very close to restaurants and the highway. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioner was VERY loud and half of the lights in the room didn’t work.

Bathroom filled with dust.. mold on the tiles in the bath area. Shower head wasn't spraying well so had to find just the right rotation to get a good jet. Everwhere else was decent. Lobby was very clean. General areas were clean. Staff very friendly. Coffee was great!. Breakfast options were good. Didn't eat there so I cant comment but eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit and waffles were available.

We had a great time, and enjoyed the hotel. We did have some issues (the body wash, soaps were empty in the bathroom, the room was not properly cleaned out, there were clothes, toys from prior guests, the iron blew out the fuse everytime we used it, the bedroom tv didn't work, etc). Despite these issues, the staff was nice, great location, kitchen is always a plus when traveling with kids. The breakfast food was not great but it was something to hold us over until lunch time. I would like to believe it was bad timing. I would try them again. Pool was great.

We had a 1 bedroom suite. It had a full kitchen! So large! Excellent for a family. Lobby very clean. Breakfast typical but sufficient and is included in rate. The only drawback is the entrance is not clearly marked.

I spent a little over two weeks here, and have never felt so comfortable in a hotel! Everyone was friendly, kind, and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious and well stocked. The pool was nice and warm, and I enjoyed it daily.

I loved the cleanliness of the facility and the staff were amazing special shout out to Angel who welcomes me from a tiresome trip with smiles and paid attention to my travel profile and accommodated me and my allergies to feathers pillow. Also shout out to Anna who was super friendly, sorted out my key card issues and late check out. I was welcomed every time I waked in and asked if there was anything else I can have them to make my stay great all with a genuine smile. Location to food is walking distance and no onsite golf cart for guest to get around if they did not have a car.

The young lady that assisted me at check in was very pleasant and provided a quick and easy check in. The hotel was well kept outside and in. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again, if in the area.

It was great. However, we asked if a 2BR was available and was told yes. We then asked if we could upgrade, but told we could not because we booked through a 3rd party. This was the only knock against this particular stay.

We were very impressed and pleased with our stay at this hotel. Angel met us with a warm and friendly greeting and throughout our stay made sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of all employees, the excellent breakfast selection was so welcome and appreciated. Great place to stay!

Good place to stay , quiet and staff are very nice . The room wasn’t clean by standard., the second day we stay didn’t clean the garbage , and replace the mugs .

Spent over 700 for 2 days at their suite. Couldn’t even get the basic necessities done like garbage changed, new towels/ toiletry without have to call the front desk for hours and having to physically speak to someone for it. Never got compensated for the terrible experience

This place is great to stay at because of the cleanliness and staff. There are restaurants all around and plenty of shopping areas.

We put up an elderly relative here as we have too many stairs,the hotel staff was frinedly, breakfast was a hit, the room was clean and the weekend went amazing.

Angel at the front desk check-in was absolutely incredible! Same with the manager on duty and the room services staff. Thank you all for making my home away from home comfortable!

We tried the tv in our room and it wasn’t working . After calling the front desk , we were told a service person would come and look at it. The hotel was very busy so we knew it could take some time. Unfortunately there was something on that we really wanted to watch. After about a half hour, I went down to the front desk to see if anything could be done . Immediately we were given another room with a working tv . The front desk person was so understanding and accommodating . As I said, her changing our room was immediate.

Very nice and clean hotel with tons of space. The suite was amazing, and I had a huge desk with a nice TV that spun 180 degrees. I truly enjoyed watching the baseball games while working at the desk then being able to just turn it towards my bed. The shower temps and pressure were great. The only reason I'm giving it 3 starts not 4-5 is because the bed didn't work well for me. It's probably great for you but with numerous spinal surgeries in my past it didn't fit well with me.

I enjoyed all the amenities thr Residence Inn had to offer. Location is very convenient. Yes, definitely an upgrade from the hotel I use to go.

We had plans that evening and also the next day that were already booked. Usually if my wife can lay down for a few hours her pain is manageable for a while. Rather than going home we decided to go to the hotel and see if we could get an early check in. If we couldn’t, we were just going to head home. At the hotel I offered to pay for an unoccupied room from the previous night in order to get us in early. No need , Rose, the wonderful employee at the front desk , went above and beyond to get us checked in early. She looked diligently for a room that was ready for us. She didn’t hesitate for second to try and get us in. Needless to say , because of Rose , our stay was saved . We have stayed in about 100 hotels over the years including many comped suites in Las Vegas at very high end properties. None of them showed us the compassion that Rose did . From now on when we travel , we travel l quite a bit, Residence Inn will be our first choice Thank you Rose, Paula & Terry Tkachuk

2 nights of my 13 night stay, the power went out to part of my room in the middle of the night, including the air conditioning. Anyone who stays in south Florida knows that waking up in a pool of sweat is never comfortable. I reported it the first time, and maintenance came and fixed it, but a terrible nights sleep can partially ruin the next day of your vacation. It happened a 2nd time, and when I went to check out yesterday I started to tell the person at the reception desk that these 2 events were my only complaint- I wanted to tell her that the power going out in your HOTEL room is not really something you hear about (especially the A/C) and I was about to ask for a partial credit and the receptionist literally walked away from me while I was attempting to summarize my stay. I ordinarily dont write reviews but seriously, your A/C going out in the middle of the night in a hotel in south Florida is not a pleasant thing to wake up to, and the one individual had zero interest in listening to me, they should have offered me some partail credit for those 2 nights

My concer is the hotel has a problems with the internet and nobody said that at the check-inn. When we ask for how to access to my mails they said that the hotel has problems with the internet for a week or so.

Great experience

They didn’t want to give us clean towels we had to hunt staff down to get it and even then it still took another 2 hours before we got it! Also there were roaches in our room! Disgusting!

During the second night of my trip, my toilet wouldn’t flush upon asking for assistance. I was told that maintenance doesn’t come in until the following morning at 7 am. They did not have a room to put me in, so I was unable to stay in my room my second night and had to sleep on a family members couch. When I returned to the hotel in the morning, maintenance had not arrived, and I was told that they would not be in until 9 AM, there was no reimbursement no accommodation although I was not able to sleep in my room. I was told that the manager Mitchell would be able to assist me when he arrived at 9 am. I went downstairs to talk to him around 11 am. I was told that he would be on the overnight shift, although I was initially told that I could speak to him in the morning. Overall service was horrible. I am extremely disappointed. I will not stay again.

Very nice hotel. Courteous staff, nice snack and beverage shop, plus afternoon popcorn and cookies!! Will return for sure.

The room was great only stayed 3 nights so was not planning on cooking the fridge came in handy would definitely stay again if the need arises. I love the popcorn in the afternoon heard about cookies that are awesome but I missed out. Nice having a bar there with pizza for a late night food.

Everything was really nice!
