The Residence Inn by Marriott in Clovis was a nice stay. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection. The Residence Inn was also centrally located. There was plenty of parking. The reason why I am knocking off 2 stars was that the bathroom was not super clean. Though it had all the amenities, and room to move... it was just not cleaned well from the previous guests. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

Ample sized room with comfortable bed and large kitchen and space to move around! Super clean! We felt very safe! Staff was very friendly and there was a target and many restaurants near by!!! Wonderful stay and could have stayed longer!

Amazing customer service, the breakfast was great, the coffee was even better! I love the set up for the rooms. I couldn't hear any of the neighbors. Will be staying here again.

Wonderful greeting upon arrival, spacious room, great breakfast (Felicia managing the breakfast area was so nice!). Quiet room. Cons - bathroom floor was filthy! Serious dirt everywhere. Made me question if the rest of the room had been cleaned. Also, zero body wash in the shower container. Completely empty.

Everything needs a deep clean, but it's still very good. Very quiet room, perfect bed minus a dip on the bathroom side. Seen this in a few of their rooms. Good breakfast with many options. Wish there was a direct rout from the mall across the street but it's 5 min to go 1 street. Staff was great. Water refill station. Would stay again.

Great place to stay. Clean with convenient places to shop and eat. Staff members were excellent and helpful. My family will stay here again.

We had a double and the room was so spacious. Great kitchen area. Spotless. Front staff was really nice, kind and worked quickly. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff kept the area clean. My nieces enjoyed the heated pool a lot. Everything was clean and efficient.

This is the 2nd time my daughters and I have come for a concert at save mart center. We chose to come back because the location is great, the room is spacious and comfortable, the free breakfast is decent, and the majority of the staff is very nice. The breakfast options on the first day of our stay were ok, but the coffee was out. When I told the person working that day, a Black woman, she just responded OK, and didn’t mention any intention to refill.

Beds were comfortable and fitness room was great! Breakfast had all the items we needed.

Weird location and the staff were rude I was the first one to check in denied me the top floor gave me the bottom floor. Bed was uncomfortable and room sucked Location is weird and too much noise

This hotel is clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Parking is free and easy. I have never have a problem staying here.

The hotel could use some update on the furniture outside. The pool isn't that large, there isn't much else to this facility. Poor service this time as we never got any housekeeping...we never got new towels or amenities for the bathroom and they for some reason only came in and changed our bathroom trash. Didn't make the bed or clean anything else.

We got the handicapped room because we booked it very late. The bathroom is a disaster for showering. Small water, the portable faucet was broken, the rainforest one is near to broken as well. The lighting is extremely bright in the sleeping and bathroom space but the dining space is loom and grey. The water from the shower comes out the standing area and making the entire bathroom wet even though they built the thin long drain to block the water going to the other area of the bathroom. The room is unnecessary tall. It feels like sleeping in a storage space. This place is overrated for 9.2. I would say one good thing hood about our experience is the breakfast. They really put effort into it in terms of variety but the placement of the food, coffee, and all that are also lack of thoughts.

The hotel is in a great location close to nice restaurants, Target, and Costco. The large room we got was perfect. We had 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, and a kitchen. Bathroom is big and nice. Loved the breakfast buffet. It's also about 10 minutes away from a Tesla supercharging station inside a shopping center where it's safe and can eat and/or shop while charging. Super convenient. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay after the swim meet, on weekends it's pretty quiet for my swimmer. And full kitchen is pretty convenient. Love the breakfast 😋

When I came back later that day (7pm), I found out that the toilet was still not working and that the room had not been made. The sad part is that when I checked again with the front desk they lied to me and said that had gone to the room but were unable to fix it. I know this is a lie, since I intentionally left 2 pieces of toilet paper in the toilet (the toilet was clean) to see if they went to the room. Also after my complaint they sent a Lady that fixed the toilet in less than 5 minutes. The second day, I made sure to request that they made my room, I did the request at 6am in the morning, when I came back at 5pm, the room was still not done and they commented that this was just their usual timing for doing all the rooms. The staff was friendly and polite, but I do not like being lied to and having a bad service

The hot breakfast was a plus for us being we had little ones. The food options were great and healthy. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is great. That there is no bath tub to soak in.

This hotel is really nice and the staff are all super friendly including the maintance workers and cleaning staff. Will def book again!

Cleanliness, although very good, needs a boost. No one took out the overflowing trash outside the main entrance from evening till morning and handle in a kitchen counter was sticky and that was not good. Nice amenities in the kitchen, mini dish soap and really cute salt and pepper shakers :-)

Staff were friendly but did not accommodate my room upgrade request. I requested to upgrade to 2 queens and was those room were all booked however, my Expedia app showed availability and the option to upgrade.

Would have easily given 5 starts but...we always use sheets that we bring from home to sleep on and on check out day we just happen to pull the hotel sheets and discovered they were dirty. Blood stains and some other stains on the sheet. Very disgusting. Took pictures and showed it to the front office people. She just responded "Oh... that's awful" and that was it.

There was no soap in the area bathroom, went ask and they just gave me a bar soap…used the bather again a day or two later and there was still no soap in the dispenser and the bar was still in the same place I placed it (on top of the soap dispenser)! Makes you wonder how clean everything else was actually!!

After what we stayed in along the borders of the nearby National Parks this place was great. The property is pretty much brand new and near the airport with a Costco across the street for gas and a Target for all our other needs.

I had the most horrible time at this hotel. The staff was very dry and cold this was disheartening. I needed help understanding the policy of the deposit which I got charged $20 the 1st day and then the second time I tried to stay $200. Got pushed away due to not knowing the policy. They canceled my room and never gave me a refund. Do not go to this establishment in Fresno on, Shaw and Clovis.

Hotel seems brand new, comfortable bed and nice layout to the room which feels like a studio apartment. Smart tv, spacious modern bathroom and kitchen. Nice new clean hallways, elevator, lobby and good breakfast.
