Great breakfast and lovely staff. Night staff is friendly and very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Overall, great hotel.

The breakfast was nice. The spa inside our room was great. Sound proof needs improvement. We couldn’t sleep due to loud tv playing, People talking & making noises next door loudly. We can hear the receptionist & customers in the hall outside our room. Heavy footsteps on 2nd floor. On our 2nd day around noon while my wife was changing, a cleaning crew lady opened our door without knocking & quickly shut the door after seeing my wife. That was not ok.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. They always had a smile and ready to help. For basic hotel breakfast it was tasty and lots of options. Bed was comfy too!

Generally, things were just okay. We were in town for the California State Track and Field Championships. I was disappointed to discover that while there was a thermostat in the room it was not activated. The explanation was a bit confusing. Obviously we could not regulate the room temperature. Also, my coaching buddy was two doors down from us on the third floor and the room key would not work to his room. It turned into a real nightmare for him as ultimately a locksmith had to be called and a member of the staff had to deliver his belonging to him later. Not to mention they could not accommodate him with another room. Finally, I thought the room we were in (311) was a bit outdated; particularly the bathroom.

my son got bug bites everywhere, the sofa bed was in terrible condition. sofa had stains everywhere. carpet was dirty, bathroom was dirty and had a leak. not clean at all anywhere in the room.

Got the upgraded suite with the tub and the tub was old and kinda broken. The tub also took a ton of time to fill up.

The bathroom door hinge squeaked loudly and the pullout sofa bed was in terrible condition. other than those two things, this hotel was a great place for us. Thank you for being there. I appreciate the customer service from the staff how warm they were. Im building a few houses in clovis and have been using the nearby hotels for me and my guys and by far all 3 staff crews were friendly and helpful full. Ms Elizabeth Flores was very helpful in setting up a corporate account at a great rate. Breakfast was great also ?.The only Cons I see is that it is an older hotel and not as flashy as the newer hotels just built in the area. But the stay was comfortable!!!! Ill give it 4.7 stars It needs a small makeovers in the kitchen /microwave area. Better design ,little more lighting ,

The staff was nice, but our keys didn’t work for 4 different times, the TV didn’t work the bathroom had issues, the caulking around the base of the toilet was all cracked and there was a large lump of hair in the bathtub .Back to the Keys, we tried to get into our original room on the third floor going back to the front desk twice, then we were moved to the second floor only to have the same issue and after breakfast the day we left the key to our new room didn’t work the second time so another trip to the front desk to wait for help to get us into the room to get our bags to leave.

Missed the breakfast but the room was great except for the shower. Even with the curtain pulled over, lots of water got on the floor. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious and nice. Love the location. Will stay again in the future.

The location for our stay was very good. The rooms were clean. The mattresses are in need of updating. The sofa-bed was literally falling apart to the point we could not sit on it comfortably, at all. There were no additional chairs in the room to it on. The furniture is past its expiration date.

This place had the most comfortable beds ever! It was really quiet never heard anyone else during our stay. Breakfast was top notch lots of choices.

I stay here twice a year. The location is great, next to downtown Clovis and very close to the freeway. The room is always clean though the rooms are somewhat dated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I big plus for me is that the beds are comfortable. The rooms are well insulated from outside noises but not from those coming and going in the hallway. I have never taken advantage of the breakfast that is included with your stay. I always feel safe in the parking area at night. I will stay there again on my next trip to Clovis!

Used this property many time but just feel it’s getting a bit tired . Stayed 5 nights . Always use the stair well and this was always quite messy . The breakfast in the past was always pretty good but this time it was hit and miss what was available . Probably won’t go back .

Couch was broken. Half the outlets in the walls didn’t work. No real hot water. The coffee machine was left dirty and not replenished. The curtain rods were broken off the curtains. Breakfast was gross. No real protein served. Coffee had grounds in it.

It was nothing fancy, but it was a clean room and appreciated after a day of travel. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, nevertheless sustenance was all so appreciated. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly.

Our suite with the jacuzzi was on first floor. You can see ppl walking in the back area. Room had a burn small that come in certain time. Noisy rooms. And someone phone keep ringing all day next door. It was pretty hot even with the ac blowing.

The hotel did not have an address listed on their sign facing Clovis Ave and was difficult to find. The Room was fine and quiet. The Breakfast was terrible, very little healthy products and only one waffle machine that took time to cook..no instructions for the waffle maker

It was a delicious breakfast. Wish they served the potatoes and sausage both days we were there but still very good. The staff was very nice. I would suggest in the bathrooms that there was also body wash in the shower as well. Overall a great stay.

The shower head was restricted by calcium build up. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was actually decent. We did enjoy the variety of food they had. We did not use the pool or any other accommodations.

I checked in and my room keys didn't work, no big deal, went downstairs, got new keys and tried again. Still didn't work. Next go around, I was walked dup, and told the lock was dead, and they let me in, and they would have it fixed. It was never fixed, I never had a key to my room, so any time I left, I had to be let back in. The staff was very nice and friendly, but staying in a room without a key and not being able to come and go without having somebody unlock my door for me was annoying to say the least.

The hotel personnel were courteous and attentive. A good experience overall.

The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to Old Town Clovis, which made our girls' night out super convenient and fun. The staff was kind, attentive, and very helpful, which made a big difference in our experience. That said, the hotel itself is older and could use a serious update. The room was cool and comfortable, and I slept well on the main bed, but the sofa bed was dated and worn out. The rest of the hotel felt hot and muggy in contrast to the room. My key card didn’t always work on the first swipe, which was a minor annoyance. The pool was much smaller than expected, looked a bit cloudy, and had a lot of leaves in it. Security at the hotel could also be improved. The complimentary breakfast was basic—waffles, eggs, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and biscuits with gravy. It did the job, but don’t expect anything fancy. Parking was close and easy, which was a nice bonus. In summary: the hotel definitely needs a revamp, but for the price and location, it was a good experience. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless some updates were made, but it worked well for this trip.

Our room was comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But we stayed 2 nights/3 days and housekeeping never came to our room. Keycards also didn’t work well and we had to go to the front desk and replace them twice during our stay.

The staff was fine not real friendly but polite. Clerked ASKED if we wanted maid service during our stay (granted only 2 nights) we said yes but did not get any. I would have really liked the coffee in the room restocked. The lighting in the room was too dim, nice if thats what you want. At our age we prefer to see. Shower was not hot enough and the shower head sucked. A/C seemed old, and at 100+ degrees we would have appreciated something better. Also I would have liked someone to offer senior discounts or other benefit, nothing was offered online or onsite.

Another hotel by hotels.com with fake pictures of the actual rooms. What you see online it's not what the rooms look like. We got a room with a very strong smell of urine, furniture is old and worn and the room in general felt dirty.

Printer in cafe didnt work but no one bothered to put a note on it so I wasted time trying to print something up. breakfast had some nice choices. air and heater took awhile to figure out-would have been nice if that had been explained to me. would have appreciated knowing that for 2 days and 3 nights that sheets would not bee changed or given clean towels. liked the many tv channel choices. really appreciated the $50 savings on expedia. there was a really funky handicapped parking stall on on side of the parking that was stuck in the corner so when a truck parked in the stall perpendicular to it the handicapped stall could not be used. that really needs to be changed. easy fix. leads me to believe just how you feel about handicapped people. staff was okay. none of them exerted any more friendliness than they had to.

We were comfortable and content with our stay.

My recent stay at the Comfort Inn was a mixed experience, with some notable highs and lows. The primary issue was the room lock, which felt outdated and caused consistent problems. Every time I tried to enter the room, the key card failed, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to get it replaced or reprogrammed. This was a significant inconvenience and something the hotel should address by updating their locking system. On the positive side, the staff was exceptional. They were understanding, patient, and quick to assist with the key card issues, always handling the situation with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Their cooperation made the lock problem more bearable. Overall, while the staff’s excellent service was a highlight, the outdated room locks detracted from the experience. I’d recommend the Comfort Inn for its great team, but management needs to prioritize upgrading the locks to ensure a smoother stay for future guests.

The AC unit would turn off and on all night and did not cool down the room. The shower head was so clogged, couldn’t get the water to hit me.

The Hotel was ok, nothing great and nothing to write home about. The location was okay and felt safe. The bathroom door was broken in our room.That was a little disappointing. Our room was a little run down could be refreshed. The pool was very small. The breakfast was reasonable. Staff was good. but beware Clovis fast food restaurants prices are all marked up! $$$🍔👎

Well run hotel, overall. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Reasonably priced. Room refrigerator not very efficient. Would certainly stay here again.

The one thing that needed improving was the air conditioning unit. It was noisy, rattling and kept us awake.

This hotel was extremely dirty and not worth the price. The front desk staff were unprofessional and rude. Our card keys did not work, we had to get 6 different cards for our room and they still didn’t work, something is obviously wrong the door. The side door downstairs to get to the parking lot did not function half the time. The hotel was lobby and hallways were very dirty and smelled funny. Towels weren’t replaced and the room was not cleaned during the day. The shower head spewing water was very uncomfortable.

Since it is an old hotel, the manager should pay more attention to make sure the guests are satisfied. The shower curtain is bad, the floor is not cleaned, and breakfast is not good.

I slept comfortably in the bed. The room was clean. Noise at the minimum to none from the neighbors. Breakfast was hot and served in the lobby. I’ll book it again

The carpets in the rooms and hallways were disgusting. They need to be shampooed as just two minutes in your bare feet and they were black from the built up dirt.

Nothing unique. Property is in a convenient location to the freeway. Close to shopping. Hotel staff are great! I will definitely stay there again.

I really liked our stay the only thing id complain about is sofa couches need updating and the furniture was really stained and needs replaced but the beds were comfy. The staff and housekeepers were very nice! Just needs few upgrades otherwise was great!

The hotel was not the best. Ive stayed at the dane hotel but orger locations and never had issues. Poor lighting, most oitlets didnt work, uneven walking surface in the room, poor ventilation in the bathroom, light notsecured in bathroom, fridge leaking.

Our sink and room phone didn’t work. The carpets were dirty and the condition of the room wasn’t great, poor lighting. Luckily we didn’t spend much time at the property and they did credit me for an inconvenience. Staff was very polite

Property and staff was nice. Parking stalls were extremely small outside though. Didn’t look at the parking structure. Breakfast was really good. The area isn’t the best of best but they had security walking around and checking all the time. Would stay again.

Not too good. It was my birthday weekend. And my whole purpose was to get a room with hot tub to relax and chill. Did not happen. I booked the room online but room wasn’t available when I got there.
