I didn't like no tub stopper but king bed and I liked the bottles of shampoo conditioner lotion hanging in the shower. The night clerk Thurs night I checked in was very nice and the British guy super cool! Would highly recommend to anyone. Safe and quiet.

Spiders in the bathroom and the paint chipped on the walls with metal sticking out. I cut got a deep cut from the metal.

We loved everything about our stay...specially the friendly staff and accommodating. Very clean.

There were three people to my room. It was my nieces graduation. Her Grandmother and and Father stopped by and we were going to use the pool. They stereotyped my nephew because he had tatoos and I was hounded by three people as to how many were in my room and threatened to keep my deposit and charge another room. It made my family feel so uncomfortable they left early around to.m. I checked out at8 p.n. the night before I was suppose to. We weren't loud, causing problems or anything. They treated me as if I was some criminal. It's clean and well kept. But this was unacceptable and unnecessary

The room is clean The hotel is quite, and safe I didn't like 2 things: 1- the guy in the reception insisted to hold $100 as security deposit to be refunded at the check out time, but he doesn't! I kept waiting for a couple of days after checking out And I surprised that he charged me the $100 !!!, so I called the hotel to ask them to refund me my money. What you supposed to be refunded at the check out hour, then, he took two days to make refunding for $80 .. 2- in the checkout day, I asked him to let me make late. Check out only one hour, he insisted to charge me $10 per hr! I said, okay. So I did check out only one hour late.Which is 12 p.m, when I ask it him to refund me, the $100 deposit, after cutting $10 for that hur, he did charging me $20 dollars instade of $10 !!! So I called him back wondering why he charged me. Double amount. However, he have they check out time on the system. So he promised he would return the $10 but he didn't! I want trust to repeat this visit anymore in this hotel.

There wasn’t a protein option for breakfast but the pancake and coffee machine worked well. Overall, everything was clean and worked properly. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with any questions.

Everything about this hotel is excellent I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay here and it's close to everything else around it.

Room was filthy, sheets had dirt or blood on them, we had to have them changed, the new sheets were stained. The pillows were very old and flat, the floor was sticky. I will not be staying at your locations again.

It was a solid average hotel. Clean and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast, which was pretty limited, except for some fruit and coffee. The coffee was fine. The room was clean and the AC worked great. The area seemed safe and had stores, restaurants, etc. nearby. A good value and would stay again.

Due to slippery floor vinal mat my husband fell. Thanks God no broken bones just mild tail bone pain. Suggest: 1. install anti slippery mat and bar Handel to step in/out of the bathtub. 2. cleaning floor corners, base boards and touch up to maintain the whole complex clean and in good appearance. 3. Notice washer door on 3rd floor rusted. Pain door with rust resistance paint and in addition build pony wall to protect them from weather. Hope the entrance someday will be more appealing. Thank you

Avoid this place at all costs. Rooms aren’t clean. Staff wasn’t an issue but this goes beyond them. Bathroom was disgusting. Water does not drain properly leaving you standing in a puddle of dirty water from the dirty tub while showering. Who wants to raise any concerns at 1am when you arrive dead tired from an 8 hour drive. Breakfast is basically bread or cereal and was a huge let down. Stay away.

Room was clean, staff very welcoming. Breakfast selection quite limiting but satisfying. Fresh brewed coffee was a highlight. Strange combination of closet and bathroom in one area, but not critical. Quiet location.

The room was clean. Grounds were clean. The air-conditioning worked amazing. Rooms were much bigger than I thought they were going to be. The only issue I had is that Hotels.com has the hotel charging $100 deposit only if you bring pets. However, when I arrived, I was charged $100 deposit. Even though I had no pets. This is very misleading and the reason I did not give this hotel five stars.

The staff was very friendly, family run operation. Don’t judge by the outside, the rooms are very clean, a little dated but the bed was very comfortable- no problems falling asleep. Plenty of shopping plazas on the highway but the highlight is downtown Clermont about 25 minutes away.

There are bed bugs. I have pictures of bed bugs on the pillow cases. I got bit and had an allergic reaction to the bites.

The bed on one side was making a squicky sound, I had to move in the middle of the bed to avoid the sound.

This location does have $100 security deposit, not only for pets. Breakfast ends at 9am even on the weekend. It is further away from the parks and a drive to and nearby stores. One of the few hotels we've staued at withoit seeing any roaches, so thats a plus.

The reason it was too far from Kissimmee. Where I need to be in be. My only issue with this property was our room was never cleaned during the time we were there, Feb 13- 17. We were give a schedule time for cleaning but it never happens. It was very crowded but not enough staff to get it all done. The breakfast area was very small, so it was also very crowded.

waffles , cereal , yogurt and toast nothing hot that was a bummer when coming from a long drive but still was eatable. room wasn't that clean , counter had lots of grease stains , shower curtain very dirty and had hair on it. Housekeep need to learn to disinfect the rooms. The hotel was safe overall and i got my deposit waived so very grateful for that. Will recommend

This hotel is a complete scam. Sold as “new,” but there was trash under the furniture and the mattresses were old, stained, and absolutely disgusting. The breakfast area is a tiny, depressing corner behind the reception. Sex workers were smoking inside the hotel elevator. Wi-Fi works only for the first 24 hours; after that, they blame Apple devices, give you the staff password (which also doesn’t work), and force you to walk to reception because the room phone is filthy, ancient, and not even connected. The pillows are cheap, stiff, and unusable. This place feels like a roadside motel, not a hotel. The only clean thing was the bathroom towels. Don’t take my word for it—experience the disappointment yourself.

The room was freshly painted and there were new tile floors. Freshly painted exterior as well. The only thing was the bedspreads had done stains on them. Overall it looked better than some of the other motels in the area.

Only complaint is complimentary breakfast needs help. I've been to Best Westerns before and been offered bagel and cream cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages and bananas. This one has none of that. Poor selection for breakfast.

The property itself was clean. However, the AC unit in my room was blowing hot air. I had to walk over to the front desk because the phone in the room was not working. I informed the front desk he then proceeded to inform me that it’s never happened before and someone would come at look at it. No one ever came to check my AC unit and I was very hot all night.

Frankie was amazing, we arrived middle of the night, she provided lots of info, showed us where to grab something to eat, offer us water. Checking out was simple, the assisted manager guy was pleasant, provided more details for our next stay.

The facilities are fine but the experience was mediocre at best. Customer service was good, but the actual stay was just serviceable. A little too out of the way in terms of location and not worth the money saved up staying at a little nicer hotel with a better location.

The room seemed like they were all renovated. Everything was clean. Front desk was nice. Just wish they would’ve had some type of protein for breakfast eggs or some type of meat to go along with the pancakes. I do believe people stay here long-term and they have their little chairs on the first floor, which was not to aesthetic otherwise everything was perfect

Was on site due to 2 revivals... Da property is tucked away , it is kept clean n in well repair outside n inside... Da room it's self was clean n I can truly testify to dat cuz I'm extremely sensitive to dust n any smells especially smoke n it was on point. So glad cuz I've stayed in more popular well know hotels n gotten sick from dirty rugs, strong smoke smelling rooms dat said no smoking... Da pool was well maintained... IT was quiet n safe spot... My only complaint is dat da room advertised it had a coffee machine n it did not!!! I'm a tea drinker n latte n my husband must have coffee a few times a day n we came prepared wit r supplies for it... Had to go wit out wen needed n da coffee at office was very poor not to mention who wants to walk all da way to da office to get a nasty cup of a poor excuse for coffee, only available during office hours... So no late nite or early morning cup... Otherwise da room was comfortable n adequate for r needs... Would use Sure Stay hotel again if we was in dat area...Oh da price was reasonable n staff helpful worth a true recommendation...

This was a great experience me n my wife stayed for 2 days staff was so nice n friendly they truly appreciate the guests we will be staying hrre again on our next trip for sure we have paid triple this n got treated like wecwere just mo ey for there pocket not here they were repainting elevator called us to waitbtill we got back to start n offered full help on check out with bags as we were on 3rd floor

The only bad thing I can think of is the ice machine was too small. They need to ad another ice machine. Other than that, my stay was an excellent experience and the staff is superb!

The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is the only ice machine they have isn't big enough. Other than that, my stay was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly and always went out of their way to make sure everything was good. Can't thank them enough for a great stay.

I picked this place at the last minute due to how close it was to where my daughter is living. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and updated. It's set back from 192 so I didn't experience any highway noise. Breakfast was a standard continental. Enjoyed my stay and would definently recommend.

Price was cheap and property was clean.

Charge $50 for an extra person stating the room is only good for 4 persons sharing 2 queen beds. The 5th person is a 3 year old kid.

Booking my stay via Expedia, I truly was just looking for the cheapest option for a quick trip to see a friend. I did not do much looking into the area or hotel itself at all besides reviews to make sure it wasn't totally gross or anything sketchy. It is located effectively off of a highway behind a little strip mall style building. It is very motel-y. I did not expect that but that is definitely my fault for not looking more deeply into the location. It was not "dirty", but it also did not feel clean. I will say there were certainly no bedbugs, and the toilet and shower were clean. The bathroom shows its age and wear in the walls and fixtures/hardware, the bed was extremely hard so I was slightly sore in the morning but for 2 nights it was no big deal. I considered going to a different hotel for the second night, but the truth of this place is that for the price it was a fine spot if all you need to do is sleep and take a shower. The shower head is very old and reminds me of one you would have had in your first ever cheap apartment, the kind you immediately replace when you move in. Everything was as you would expect for the price, and at the end of the day it was a fine stay. The staff were perfectly pleasant and never bothersome- checkout and in was a breeze. I wouldn't *not* recommend this place if you just need a quick cheap spot to park and sleep for a night or two max, but I personally will choose to spend a little bit more next time for a more comfortable experience.

Front Desk ckerk Frankie was wonderful and very friendly, also the gentleman who runs the breakfast on Sunday was very sweet, and professional(didnt get his name) The older gentleman at rhe front desk on Monday was rude, and barely looked up from his phone to answer a question. Otherwise it was a nice stay..room was quiet and clean

We had no issues. Definitely a pleasant stay.

Coffee maker didn’t work and not replaced. Shower head was set high and water spilled all over the bathroom floor. Used towels to dry floor; clean towels were left on bed but dirty tower were not collected. In addition first coffee bag filter was there and ground went all over. No broom, swept with towels

I stayed there for work because pets were allowed. Room was big enough, air was cold. No TV the first nite due to a problem with the company unrelated to the hotel. My concern lies in how high the bathtub was & no grab bars of any kind: super slippery & dangerous when getting in & out. Not a fancy place, but staff was friendly. Stayed 2 nights. Lots of happy kids in the pool! Many popular restaurants nearby. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cleanliness of the room!

The room serves its purpose and is clean and comfortable. TV wasn't working the first night we were there. Breakfast was a let down as only hot food was pancakes. And on the 2nd there was only 2 muffins and some cereal because they were out of everythign else and the pancake machine broke.

Only stayed for one night, it was perfect and the person(sorry didn't get her name and the manager) was so nice and pleasant. Thank you for such a warm greeting!

Roger is great, they are very easy to deal with, cute little breakfast station, clean pool, and staff are super friendly and helpful. It's convenient to the main roads and hidden at the same time. Room was modern and clean

Frankie at the front desk was very welcoming after our long drive to Clermont. The room was very nice and had a lot of amenities we were happy to see! The price was great and we would stay again.

This property definitely needs to be renovated and not just a facelift. While the room was clean and staff was pleasant, you could tell this was an older property.

The staff are mega friendly, all the time. The cleaners, is Ok The breakfast is ok The facilities , near hotel is great the bed and shower are good My room is ok, but my brother 's room smell strong smoke

On check-in my CC was charged $100, instead of the usual "HOLD). When I checked out the staff had to inspect the room for damage/missing items. I received a full credit as soon as this was done and received a receipt. The reasons I was given was because it was in such a busy/transit area that was there policy".

Hesitant to book but rating was good, price was great..Came in kinda late but Roger was polite and quick to get me checked in. The hotel is older but very clean and modern. Convenient to many food options and attractions. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. No complaints and would not hesitate to book again

Breakfast is nothing. Noisy. Cannot find the receptionist most of the time.

Despite the two star rating, it was an excellent stay. Some reviews said there were bug problems but I did not see any for the 6 days I stayed there.

Overall great location that is close to everything. Good value for the money and rooms were clean. Would stay here again. Low price point so nothing fancy but served our needs and clean was important to us.

Clean & quiet area, a couple plugs did not work floor was not mopped my toddlers socks were black from walking around inside. There was no body wash in the container they provide & we had forgot ours but other then that it was a great experience & I will return!

Definitely not bad for the price and location. Room was very clean, no issues with anything in the room. Just had a strange smell but nothing that would prevent us from stay. Easy to find and parking was convenient. Jay the assistant manager was super nice, courteous and hospitable. Spoke to him the day before we arrived and he also checked us in. Bed was comfortable and had a good night rest. About 30 minutes from Orlando airport and lots of restaurants around.

We stayed in this property when we evacuated from Milton. It was a good place to stay and to keep safe. Now while it is not the Ritz Carlton it is well kept place and staff was extremely friendly. The dollar value was good. We traveled with 2 cats, so that was a little more money. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and Disney was not far away.

The staff was amazing! I book rooms for our business and they were wonderful to deal with and they didn't raise prices (if they did, not a lot) after Hurrican Milton. :-)

This stay the floors in ours and also friends rooms appeared filthy. Girls swam when they returned to the rooms several times wet, wiped up the floors with the bath mats. The mats came up black….

We really enjoyed our time here. The pool was just a little dirty but not enough to stop us from enjoying it. The staff was great. The overall room was neat and clean. If and we come back to this area we will stay here again

Updated property tucked in off of 192 in Clermont near Kissimmee, Fl. Units clean, beds comfortable. Everything we needed for a one night stay. Absolutely a wonderful staff, very friendly & helpful. Will definitely be staying again and spreading the word with our girls softball team!!

This choice for a hotel was completely enjoyable and reasonably priced. The room had no issues at all. The room itself was newly refurbished and it felt very modern. We would definitely stay here again. The gentleman staff at checkin and checkout were highly professional and courteous. Though the weather did not permit us to use the pool, the pool area was clean and the pool itself was clear and well maintained.

It is great for short and long term stay. I will recommend this hotel to my family and coworkers. Its also family friendly. The pool is clean and inviting too. You will be amazed when you arrive, in a good way.

This was a non smoking room. It smelled like cigarettes upon entering, because we got in so late we didn’t want to move again. They added an additional 100 fee upon check in . My daughter ended up getting sick on the sheets she had multiple bites that we are hoping are not bedbugs . I asked the manager for cleaning supply which she brought to my door and decided from that point she wasn’t going to give us the deposit because when we checked out the code they use to release the deposit was locked from the day before. They tried to use the smell of marijuana as the reason when I have my kid in there I would never smoke in the room . We asked them the night we checked in if they had a designated smoking area which they did and we used. The room did not smell like weed upon checking out. They didn’t have a real reason they couldn’t give us back our cash deposit nor did the manager note anything while she was on the property when handing me cleaning supplies to fix the issues so that we would be able to get our deposit back . They only use the weed issue because my husband is black and they are more disturbed at seeing a black and Indian couple rather than the nasty cigarette smell that carries throughout the front desk area by staff and in the rooms

I had a great time this was the third year in a row I stay there. I go to Florida every July will be going next year and staying there again

Property manager lady was very unprofessional very unkind very disrespectful. Wanted to keep my hundred dollar deposit because it was to her convenience. I must say they do have two very kind people that work there the young gentleman that was in the front desk and a lady by the name of Frankie, which I believe she should be the property manager.

Our stay was very good. Room was very clean when we arrived. Staff were very nice and polite. Beds and pillows were very good.

Very nice looked recently remodeled, the price was affordable, staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good with good selection.

All staff were very polite and helpful! I will stay again when in the area.
