Was disappointed because after requesting no room service our first morning, we asked for room service the second day but our rooms were not serviced that day.

Despite being close to the airport, the room was very quiet.

Close to the airport and they have shuttle no matter what time of day or night. Just need to let them know when you check in!! Extremely nice and courteous! We weren’t there long and slept while we were , so didn’t find anything.

Very clean rooms and the bed was super comfortable. Very close to the airport with free shuttle. The hot tub was big and hot but seemed dirty so kind of eeked me with a lot of floating trash. I skimmed the top and cleaned it as best I could.

We left the hotel at 4 so the breakfast wasn't a benefit. The room was clean; however, there was a musty smell. Not sure the reason (maybe someone called in) but we had to wait approximately 20 minutes for someone to check us in. Another guest told us the manager on duty had to go to the airport. We didn't use the pool or hot tub.

It was alright very clean and they have a wonderful breakfast the king bed was comfortable but I had no tv.i had the maintenance man come up.it was fixed for 5 min I guess I should have gotten a different room but I knew they were booked also 2 deposits for 2 nights NEVER AGAIN Having to put down 226 dollars for deposit to hold my room still haven't gotten it back

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was very convenient, and the whole process felt easy from the beginning. The room and facilities were clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The person who assisted me was also very kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

The woman working the desk when we arrived was very cheerful and helpful. The room was not particularly large, but it was more than adequate for our needs. In the morning we had to leave before the scheduled breakfast time, but everything was set out early so we were able to grab some breakfast before heading to the airport. Also less than a mile from the airport which helped with the early flight,

Smelled like cigarettes smoke overall in the room. The room was cleaned, walls are thin. The staff is great, the breakfast was very nice. Needs updating, there was a gap on our room door which would account for the smell.

We stayed 2 nights for the BTS concert at Raymond James. The location was very convenient. Found a couple of good Cuban restaurants close by and out of the traffic of Tampa. The rooms very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was a good, hot breakfast and the rooms. were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle picked us up and dropped us off quickly and easily. The only minor complaint was that if you wanted something to do/eat, you would have to have a car. Not a great area for walking to things, but I knew that going in so it was not an issue. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking to walk to places/restaurants.

The house keeping is top notch here could use bigger pillows but still comfortable. Have to do a u turn to get back to it.

Location The rock hard pillows that were full of bunches of hard material. Pillows contents were so uncomfortable that we got no sleep!! All 4 pillows were the same.

Location was great! Room was clean. The entire hotel smelled clean. Staff was great and very friendly. Hand sanitizer stations were all empty. Breakfast was not hot, luke warm at best. Pool is small.

The house cleaners were excellent The front desk staff went above to see that I had everything I needed. The primary reason I pick your hotel was the location to the airport and the shuttle. Kim was super. I would have like a driveway between Cracker Barrel and your hotel. Unfortunately, I went to Cracker Barrel first, so I had to go back into traffic and make a U-Turn, go back to the light and make another U-Turn to pull into your parking lot. Maybe you can work something out for next time. I also missed your breakfast because of an early departure. But Kim packed me a small snack. Thank You.

Room was clean and comfortable. AC did have a weird smell after a day or 2. Pool was very nice to hangout by and you can bring drinks as long as it’s not in a glass bottle.

We had an excellent stay at Sleep Inn. The shuttle to airport works from 6am to 9pm and was used at 6:30 am and was excellent.

The staff (especially Reagan) was AMAZING!!!! I will definitely stay here again when in St. Petersburg.

Omg- i under estimated this place, is smaller than your usual hotel but vevy cozy, super clean, i mean super clean everywhere, well kept, staff was very polite, willing to help, pool and jacuzzi was well kept. Clean rooms, friendly staff very happy to assist clients day and night. They'll pick you up and drop you off at the airport (PIE), which is literally right around the corner. Very convenient! Bascom's restaurant is close walking distance. You won't be disappointed eating there!

The mattresses are decent, but the box springs sound like their coils were made during the Victorian era. There is an off and on again pipe knocking sound that radiates from the fan in the shower area. I assumed this is from hot water in pipes going to other rooms, but it’s loud and super annoying when trying to sleep. This went on all night so maybe it’s not hot water pipes. TV interface and remote control are galactically stupid. Wasn’t even worth the effort. Walls are paper thin. If someone has kids within two rooms of you, you’ll hear them. And now, after one night, my wife and I know exactly how Tracy in room 223 feels about her whole family after talking with her sister for two hours. The LED bulbs in every socket are an awful blazing blue/white. You’ll feel like a lab experiment. The shower (no tub) is very slick in the middle and a safety hazard. Sink is outside the toilet/shower area so one has to handle the door before washing hands. The rooms are not carpeted. They’re fake plastic hardwood, cold to walk on, slick while wearing socks, “pop” in areas where they’re not flush to subfloor and makes for an echoey room. Hotel is next to the airport. But even that noise wasn’t as annoying as Tracy’s mouth through the wall. The front desk staff was fast and friendly. A+ to them. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. But those were the only positives. I’m never staying at a Sleep Inn again.

When we first booked this hotel we choose the option to pay at property and Expedia sent us a receipt saying that the whole total amount would be payed at property. When we got to the hotel to celebrate our baby moon, we found the news that they canceled our Stay because they tired to charge an old card we had in our account (which we had no idea about) but also. Why are you trying to charge the stay when it gave us the option to pay at property?. The lady at the counter said they messaged me on Expedia messages and I showed her I had 0 messages from the hotel other than my booking was confirmed. So no one told me that they canceled our stay, no one told me they gave me 2 hours to pay the stay when again, I choose to pay at property. If they would’ve message me that I need to pay “now” I would’ve. But we prefer to pay in person. The lady at the counter told us “well the stay is canceled and we have no more rooms available”. So there I was 8 months pregnant at 7pm looking for another place to stay we spend 2 hours looking for another hotel because all hotels were booked. The amount of stress that situation caused me at 8 months pregnant, I wouldn’t wish on no one. We felt like we had nowhere to go because all near hotels were booked. Thankfully, Marriott had a space available, 35 min away from the sleep in and let me tell you, 10/10 would recommend the Marriott. The employees were so kind and joyful.

Pan was incredibly friendly at front desk. Hotel in very good condition for class with great pool area. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast bar was typical for class of hotel and does the job to get you going with a waffle, eggs or cereal. Would stay again.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay the only complaint and it’s so minute is that the bathroom is small. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We met the owner multiple times. He was very hands-on. I definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Due to flight delays, we arrived at 1am. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great. Since the hotel is so close to the airport it’s perfect for travelers who don’t want to drive right after a flight.

Im pretty sure i did a Google review as well. Property was the best I've seen in a long time. You can tell the management really cares about the property. The stairwell paint was so fresh and renovated that there was a sticker in the railing that was probably placed by a child and I stopped in my tracks to remove the sticker. The shower floor was clean, which is 1 of the top 2 most important things for me. The sheets were clean, towel policy was respectable and staff took the rules serious for the pool area. Very pleasant ladies

Apart from the check-in issues, everything was pretty good. I was offered a room with a king bed instead of 2 double beds I had booked as we were 4 of us in total. I had a pull my email and prove that I had indeed booked a room with 2 beds and not one with just a king bed.

The staff went out of their way to welcome each guest. They go above and beyond. The hotel is clean, the pool was comfortable and hot tub was hot. The breakfast included alot of variety and the lemon water each day was so refreshing. The park and ride option made getting to the hotel and airport easy. Overall, our stay was comfortable, but the customer service was what really stood out as spectacular. You can tell the employees really know and practice true hospitality. Pam gave us a wonderful suggestion on local family activities to enjoy holiday lights and it was spot on. Thank you, Sleep Inn staff!

The room was very clean. The remote to the tv was complicated. So, I decided to not watch TV.

The manger was so nice to us. We didn’t know they had a shuttle from the PIE airport but were told and call and she hurried and came and got us. It was later when we got in and she gave a good pizza place to order from.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast potatoes were sooo good, can’t go wrong with a place that has some type of fruit water in the lobby lol

Private party at the pool area and hot tub and pool was closed to guests from 6pm to 10pm or later When I decided to stay extra night I was not told about the party or I would have stayed elsewhere After having a delayed flight this was a big disappointment for my family coming from Ohio I think I should get a 50 percent discount Thank you

Only complaint we had was with the wifi connection and limited TV station options. Very clean with excellent room service each day. Would stay here again.

Reagan is terrible attitude and never available at front desk. She thinks she runs the hotel. I will never ever see her ugly face again. Stupid female dog with nasty attitude. U come to here in summertime with no running water and I can’t say when will water be ready. Dont be taking out your frustrations out because you’re being overworked. Cheap owners paying 15 hour to run a front desk and drive a shuttle. Anthoer example of a dirrtbag owner taking care his pockets.

This hotel was absolutely great. Friendly staff , super clean pool and hot tub area . The public restrooms were modern and clean. Our room was perfect. 3rd floor. No noise , comfy bed and pillows . The bathroom the same. Great high pressured shower . In the am we ate breakfast. That was super. Good hot coffee , biscuits and gravy with sausage links , scrambled eggs. Waffles! Juice and other stuff. Check out easy peezy. I was visiting my son for thanksgiving and this place was great to relax after a busy day.

Wasn’t just one thing it was everything had a restful night sleep. Everybody was so helpful and it was close to the airport so grateful we got to stay there and spend time at the pool in the spa. Thank you to everybody for making our stay enjoyable.

The room was beautiful. The hotel seems fairly newer. Everything was clean. The shower was fabulous. Nice bed. The staff was very welcoming, always a smile on their face. It’s in a great location, close to everything. My only complaint and it’s not even a complaint. It’s just maybe a little constructive criticism. Some of their patio furniture was a little weathered and the lounge chairs by the pool were not comfortable at all. They were wooden so it was almost impossible to lay down and be comfortable. The pool was clean. I didn’t use the hot tub, but it looked nice.

Room shows it's wear, but fairly clean. Pool and breakfast area looked wonderful, but we're not used (too cool to swim, left too early for breakfast). Bathroom was small and shower layout strange. TV didn't have apps to stream; had to mirror using phone which was disappointing. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Pot smokers outside the pool was unappealing.

The best thing about this hotel is the pool/hot tub area. Really nice and it stays open until 11 PM, which is later than most places I’ve stayed. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The main problem for me was that the elevator wasn’t working in the morning when I left so I had to carry all my stuff down three flights of stairs. Also, the breakfast wasn’t very good. They had sausage, eggs, and biscuits, but all three of those things were pretty terrible. Just not cooked properly. The coffee also had kind of a strange taste to it. Overall, while I did feel this hotel was a good place to stay, it doesn’t deserve the extremely high rating that it currently has on hotels.com.

The room was clean but it had a definite odor. Perhaps that’s why the AC was set to 61 when I came in, to try to cover it? Check in staff was helpful and moved me to a room further from the elevators when I requested a quieter location. It is right at the back of the airport so you could hear the planes if the room was very quiet, but it’s not a busy airport and it didn’t bother my sleep at all. Just spending the night before flying out in the am, so location is perfect for that.

The hot tub needed cleaning but other than that everything else was fantastic

I was utterly surprised at how nice it smelled and at how clean it was. The bed was super comfy too. I have stayed at fancier hotels that were not as cleaned at this one. I highly recommend.

I stayed 3 nights , house keeping did not come into clean , take trash or give clean towels not once whole stay the first day she told me she would come the following day because she was to busy the second day she told me she had one more room to clean before coming into clean . Found a bedbug in the first room. Front desk was unavailable for periods of time because she was forced to do shuttle runs. They tried to move me to a new room, but I just wasnt feeling comfortable. Hotels.com customer service was awful.

I enjoyed my stay here. I almost didn’t book here because of a few bad reviews, but I took the chance. Glad I did! It’s an older hotel, there’s a slight smell in the halls where there was carpet, but it’s not unbearable. Smells like an old vacuum. Nothing major. I was happy to see that the room, mine at least, had vinyl flooring and not carpet. My room was clean and comfortable. I did have an issue where my key card didn’t work for my room, but the staff fixed that promptly. If you’re having reservations about this property here’s your sign to book.

My wife and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi several times throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and I liked the variety of parking options. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was a clean and fine hotel. We stayed here because we had meetings around St. Pete and Clearwater, and it was centrally located. The place was very clean throughout, and was a comfortable place to stay. It is located near the end of the runway at PIE, so plane noise can be an issue during the day, but not late at night. I would stay here again

We had a one night stay and our room and everything was comfortable. We did the pool and hot tub also. Pillows were the only issue. They were good for watching tv but not sleep. Great breakfast and staff.

One of the nicest if not the nicest hotels I’ve rented recently.

The hotel staff ( the one person we saw) was very nice and very accommodating, we checked into room 332 and the room had a nasty musty smell to it, she moved us across the hall into a suite ( which was very nice) but it had the same musty smell, we didnt go back and say anything we just figured everyroom smelled, it was only for a night so we endured. I will say the last 2 Sleep Inns i've stayed in have been disappointing, we stayed in one in WV on 2 previous trips and it was very nice, but these past 2 have not been. Might have to reconsider staying in Sleep Inn's in the future.

The front desk is always so amazing we stay here at least twice a year when coming over to Clearwater for Jazz Festivals.

Found out they provide airport parking and a shuttle, which helped us out since airport parking was near capacity.

We were only staying one night to visit a relative, but we would have definitely stayed longer if we had the time. The Air Conditioning in the room worked great and kept the room cool. I was impressed by the bed because it was comfortable. I have a Sleep Number bed, so I am particular about my mattress. The free breakfast had many options, such as waffles, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, and oatmeal. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I was a little unsure when I first walked in because the lady behind the counter told me she had to leave to go pick up someone at the airport. But she quickly checked and there was a room available so she did check me in. The room was very clean, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had at a hotel. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Shout out to Reagan at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was standard but good. Pool area was clean. The only thing that was an issue was the hot tub smelled very strong. We couldn’t even stay in it. But still give the stay 5 stars because everything else was great.

This property has a CVS and Cracker Barrel within easy walking distance. It’s clean and quiet and the airport shuttle is a great amenity.

Very quiet, for being near the airport and highway. Restaurant next door. Pool area was large and well maintained. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would suggest some type of shower floor slip resistance be applied because the showers are very slippery and could result in serious injury.

how I got treated or more like ghosted. This money I didn't get a chance to enjoy in Florida and what hurts that no one had the decency to call me. We're senior citizens and we saved that money for that trip and we couldn't go because of health issues and we lost the money too even calling 3 weeks prior to going to Florida

When we walked into the room, it stunk like urine. We just let it go because we weren't going to be there long. When we settled in the room for bed, the air conditioner was not working well. The room would not cool down. The front desk staff employee was very helpful. She found us some fans to use since our air conditioner was not working well. She did offer to move us to another room, but we were checking out in about 5 hours so we just asked for fans. The fans helped out lot. We were able to get some sleep before leaving at 4:30 am.

Great staff is what makes this place stand out. I actually got a phone call from a HUMAN the morning we were expected to arrive -- checking that everything was going ok. Then our plane was an hour late, but we called the inn and Jarrett came to get us with the shuttle bus. Totally impressed by the staff -- congratulations to management and the employees.
